The unit was nice. It needed some updating and the furniture was old.

When I got there at 9PM, I was told that there wasn't any available rooms & that Expedia overbooked them. Instead of helping or guiding me on how to find a place so late in the day or even show any sort of sympathy to the situation, the staff told me to call expedia and then walked away.. Expedia customer service was great but the staff at this hotel was useless.

Nothing Everything, except for the location

Price, location, convenience. Moldy air vents. Dog urine in hallways. Smoke detector kept beeping like the battery was dead/dying. Breakfast was a pathetic find. Nobody expects instant oatmeal and instant grits as food options. And who in their right mind only offers light roast coffee?! That was dumb.

Everyone was nice and there wasn’t any trouble. It was quite at night which was good. If you need a place for one night without any options you can stay. But more than that I would not book

people at the front desk were nice enough. The room? Never again - filthy, no lamps, no nothing - guess I should have known in the word "extended," so my screw up but didn't think that meant literal nothing. Don't book a room intended for long stays for a short 3 day stay.

This place reeked of cigarettes and weed. The air quality was so terrible we all left with congestion and mucus. The staff did not provide blankets and when we asked they said they didn’t have any?? Very disappointed. We stayed here before in ‘22 so we thought it was a safe choice and the quality has gone down significantly.

Overall, for the price per night plus pet deposit was very good. 2 beds in separated sections of the suite. Plus a satisfactory central room. Very Nice bathroom plus separate sink area. The kitchenette was nice except for the dirty stovetop, but we did not need that. The only other minor complaint was the sort of "musty" smell from the a/c unit. The whole building etc is non-smoking/non-vaping which is great. A good location, if you wish to stay away from the trendy oceanfront; not to mention if there is ever an all-age curfew.

I arrived to a $100 deposit . When asked the attendant was not pleasant . I was given a room with the tv in the middle of the floor, and it didn’t work , and the kitchen appliances were broken . I was given another room . But had walk around the premises . Very tired and the experience was not pleasurable.

Hotel smelled, room wasnt cleaned competely before i got arrived. There was a hair in my shower, walls had dirt and grim. Hard time sleeping it was loud, people were in and out of the hotel, people yelling the halls, dog barking in the next room until 2am, cars in the parking lot hanging out blaring music, it didn't get quiet until about 2:30am.

Plenty' seem to be drugs trafficking and so forth, feel uncomfortable.

Building doors didn’t work. Room keys didn’t work. The room itself was disgustingly dirty: drapes that looked like they’d never been cleaned, black mold in the bathroom, crumbs and dirt on the sofa, inadequate heat, and a faint but unmistakable smell of urine. To make matters worse, I almost got locked inside the room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked out immediately and would not recommend this property to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting. Infested with roaches. The floors are grimy and sticky. “Smokeless room” smells like a smokers room. Walls are thin so you can hear the people next to you. When you request the dishes they claim to provide they don’t actually have any. Never staying here again.

Everything, It was so dirty and stinky. We put all our stuff in the room and then went out to eat. We came back to cock roaches all over the place. We packed up immediately and left. On the way out we ran into some guy on the side of the building smoking literal crack.

The room smelled like someone had smoked in it recently even though it was a non-smoking room. The smell did dissipate after several hours of being there. The hallway smelled bad the whole time. The entry door to our floor was not secure.

The name says extended stay but no pans available. Then I asked for mugs, plates, and silverware, only got 1 mug.

Staff was friendly and helpful Room was advertised as having a pull out sofa. First room did not have a sofa, replacement room had a tiny and uncomfortable futon. Requests for extra towels and sheets were not done prior to arrival.

However, it will never stay there again When we first survived to our first room. There was hair in the bathtub and hair on the toilet seat and hair on the floor. The room was not clean at all. Switched to another room and the room smelled of smoke real bad floor was not vacuumed to the floor as potential and bathroom looked very dingy and gross. Very dirty corners that were very noticeable.

Good size for families traveling The room was obviously not cleaned. There were used soda cans and other trash around in windowsills, etc. The floors in the unit were disgusting. After being there for fifteen minutes, our feet were black. We were only given one towel for a two bedroom, and when we asked for more we were told repeatedly that there were none available because they were all in the wash. Finally on our third attempt we were able to get a few extra towels. The staff at the front desk were friendly but clueless. When we checked in it was chaotic. The employee initially told us she wasn’t sure there were any two bedrooms available despite that being our reservation and then she went around and around about which room we were going to. Then they double charged us which has been a whole thing trying to resolve.

How do you not have anymore sheets when 4 adults where staying in the room ??

The staff was great and very friendly. The rooms were not next to each like we requested and they were still cleaning one when we checked in. The room had roaches and a wasps nest outside the window. Also the hallway smelled like urine and the room had a molded meldew smell. We had to ask for wash clothes and linen for the pull out bed.

Everything. From start to finish. Room320 had “critters” in every corner of the room. There were old blood stains or something that resembled that on the curtains and couch. All around disappointed. Get what you pay for.

The beds are hard. The room was dirty and in ill repair. Peeling paint everywhere. Rusty fixtures. Dead bugs. NOT bed bugs or roaches. Debris on the hallway floors. Shady characters loitering outside. I don’t recommend this hotel. Spend the extra for a nicer hotel.

This is a remodeled TownePlace Suites, so its a step above most extended stays in the kitchen departmeny. It was fairly.clean, only thing is the odor of old smoke that wont go away

This is your sign not to book here. This was the most disgusting hotel ive ever been to. The bedding and towels had stains as well as hair left over from the previous guest. The bathroom and kitchen areas were infested with cockroaches. The other people staying here were loud and the walls were very thin. The employees were nice and helped me get a refund but honestly this place should be condemmed for how filthy it is.

Felt very unsafe at this property. In the middle of the night someone was trying to open the door to my unit. It could have been a mistake but the individual(s) did not go away immediately. The room smelled of stale smoke even though the building is nonsmoking. Bugs everywhere. I checked out after one night because I did not feel safe.

The lady that checked us in I guess didn’t finish processing our check in and so at about 730 on thanksgiving night the manager wanted to get nasty and rude and tell us we had to leave and we weren’t supposed to be there. Mind you I had been there for over 24 hours at that point and I had working keys and had been in and out since I checked in. After arguing with the manager because her employees didn’t do their job correctly she said she had no choice but to let us stay and just swallow the loss. And They have roaches.

There was black mold beside the bathtub. There were fruit flies all over the room. When I asked where the chair was in the room I was told it was probably broken.The toilet stopped working and when I reported it nothing was done. I went and asked again and was told it would be the next day. I think asked if they could give me a new room. Which they did.

This will be my first and last time staying in an Extended Stay America. The halls were smelly, the room floors were covered in greasy dirt and the roaches were running wild and free. I counted 8 roaches in my room during a two day stay. My review is a bit harsh (and I knew it was a cheaper accommodation) but it was worse than I anticipated.

The staff was wonderful. The room that I booked for a two-night stay was disgusting. The sheet had hair and something that looked like rat or fecal droppings of some kind on the sheet. I suspect the bedding was never changed from the previous occupant. The mattress underneath had urine stains on it. There were multiple large holes in the walls. The curtain was ripped straight across, leaving a gaping hole facing the window. The pullout bed cushions had deep stains on it as well. The room itself reeked of cigar or cigarette smoke despite the room being marked as non-smoking. There was trash left throughout the hallways, and the stench in the hallway on the third floor was simply overwhelming; I had to cover my face each time I came and went. It was truly one of the nastiest rooms I've ever had in a hotel stay.

The refrigerator was not cleaned, there were crumbs and food particles left behind. The shower had little to no pressure, so you had to stay right under the shower head. The area behind the counters in the kitchen had splashes of old food that was never wiped down. There were roaches in the room. The hallway trash cans were over filled with trash and lots of bags of trash were left in the hallway. The carpets were dirty like they had not been washed in years. Also, there was foul oder in the hallways, perhaps due to the trash. The outside areas had overflowing trash cans. Lots of trash around the buildings. I would most definitely not recommend staying here. Not worth trying to save a few bucks.

There was mold in the bathroom by the tub, as well as hair in the soap dishes in the shower. The pull out sofa mattress was stained and dirty. In the morning, before we left, after getting no sleep, we killed one roach, and one got away. I told the attendant before I left that morning and he let me know that they were planning on fumigating the property in the near future. We had to check all our belongings thoroughly to make sure that nothing got in our bags or in our clothes before we left.

That they are falsified what they offer, they also fail to inform you about the hundred dollar deposit that takes 7 to 10 days to get back. We even cleaned our room but probably won't get our deposit back anyway.

Initially I reserved this place for two nights. The outside looked decent, the moment you walked in was a different story. From the smell to the cleanliness you felt just being in the lobby, I already had a bad feeling about the room. Hallways smelt and did not look clean at all. Got to the room and I was right. The living room area looked nothing like their photos online. It did not look or smell clean and something lived on that couch. Rooms smelt like cigarette smoke, wet animal and old. My family didn't touch anything in there. I told them to take their things and head back to the car, we are leaving. Thankfully got ahold of Expedia fast and their customer service was great.

They came up with so many more added charges that were not posted, required $100 deposit when you checked in added charges for a my dog that were not posted. The worst experience in my life, will never stay with another extended stay property

Overall the hotel was great staff was very friendly. The only problem were had to have key keyed a couple of times but staff was very nice about.

The layout of the room was great as it was two bedrooms with a galley kitchen. However, it appears that they didn’t clean past the bathroom and the kitchen. The beds were made, but they were missing mattress protectors, and missing a bunch of pillowcases. Additionally, while we were eating, we noticed some cockroaches and when we went to chase the cockroaches to kill them. We noticed that they hadn’t cleaned under the sofa or the chair and that the sofa and the chair had cigarette ash on them. They also hadn’t cleaned under the sofa or the chair we found toys, lots of dust, it was just not good. When we spoke to them they informed us that one of their cleaning crew had quit and that they were short staffed, and while I sympathize when we asked for additional pillowcases or slip covers or something, they didn’t have any. When we tried to speak to management the next day, we were informed that they weren’t onsite but would be there later and would give us a call. We gave them photos of everything that we found and we never received a call from management. I could tell that the staff were trying, but had not been given the resources nor the training to assist, which does put this on management.

Asked for linen to out on sofa bed. Did not receive a blanket. Check in was delayed by 30 minutes after waiting 20 minutes until 3pm. Free breakfast was small packaged muffins. Coffee was almost empty.

We had roaches crawling on the walls as soon as the sun went down. We packed up and left. So disappointed. If I could have had gotten my money back I would have . Of course they weren't accomadating.

Over priced for what was given, dirty, and just mid. They charged money for wifi, didn't have room services, and again the hotel was dirty. The elevator was rancid. No one vacuumed the floors. The AC bearly worked. I could have looked pass all of the things I mentioned if it wasn't so expensive. I can't recommend this place.

Booked 2 rooms. One had a terrible mildew smell. Standing water on end table in room. Couch was wet. Second room with stains on furniture. Saw a very large roach and we decided to leave at that point.

We did not end up staying here as they did not have a pool. It was still listed on Expedia, but the pool had been removed last year. They gave us a refund immediately when we got there and found out the pool was gone. It was a family vacation in the heat of July.

our family’s first time staying in “extended stay”. i could give this particular hotel a zero star if i can. 1) roaches everywhere (bathroom and kitchen to begin with) 2) old clothes from previous people was still in the drawer and it tells you that they didn’t clean the room or didn’t inspect properly. 3) rooms and couches smells like cigarette 4) couch/sofabed are all stained and dirty 5) under the couches are all dirty w/ dust bunnies and some food crumbs..

Overall looks like cost should be for a sub par performance on housekeeping and such.

When we entered our two rooms, we found that the pull-out sofas were in very poor condition. The one in room 109, in particular, was extremely small, with loose springs that made it impossible to sit on, let alone sleep on. Despite raising our concerns, the staff did not offer any assistance or solutions. On the night of July 4th, we requested again to have the sofa replaced or repaired, but nothing was done. Instead, we were told that if we wanted to check out early, we would be refunded for any unused nights. As a result, we decided to check out today, Saturday, July 5th. I am therefore requesting a refund for the night of July 5th, which we will not be using. Additionally, I would like to request further compensation for the many inconveniences we experienced during our stay. The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable: • The hallway carpets were extremely dirty. • There were no extra sheets available, and we had to request them. • We were a group of eight (four people per room), yet only four towels were provided in total. We had to purchase additional towels ourselves from Walmart. These issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay. I hope the hotel will take this matter seriously and respond promptly with the appropriate refund and compensation.

Walked in and the room was dirty, no sheets on one bed, discovered roachs on the counter. Only 2 towels asked several time for more and the response was we are out. Informed breakfast was offer and all it was was oatmeal and muffin. All the common areas smelled like smoke and were dirty. Room service never came the whole time and were informed short staffed. Property was not clean

Room 304 Pro: Room was large with a large bathroom, kitchen area and smelled good. Cons: The futon/couch was broke and leaning. The room could have been cleaner- beside and behind the nightstand was dirty with trash. There were chicken bones outside the window. The bathtub and sink were slow to drain. And the toilet lid had to be lifted each time to flush the toilet. While staying there was a drug bust that blocked the parking lot for hours. But the police were nice :)

I booked a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room, there was a strong smell of marijuana in it. Opening the window did not help. Besides, there were serious noise issues past 10:00 PM, and I could not sleep. I had to check out and find another hotel.

I felt the front desk could have done better with customer service. My card kept deactivating, I requested to extend my stay and they could not accommodate, they had only some of the complimentary items, and when asked for additional towels and face clothes had to wait a couple of hours for those to be ready. The outside door access lock was open most of the time and it was just loud all the time.

I booked 2 bedrooms and we got 1 bed. No complimentary breakfast all they have is package muffins! Coffee taste bad!

This hotel was not good at all. The rooms were not stocked with anything and if you wanted to have coffee cups or coffee maker or anything besides 2 plastic cups you had to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. The info pamphlet in the room stated that you could request kitchen items and they would be brought up but that was not the case. We had to go to the lobby to get extra bedding for the pullout couch but didn't receive an additional pillow. The hallways were dark and dingy and there was a consistent smell of marijuana throughout the property. The only positive was that there was a kitchen in the room with small apartment style appliances like a microwave, stove and fridge. However it would be difficult to use any of this without cookware or plates, cups, silverware etc. I would not recommend booking here.

This is one of the cleanest and up to date appliances extended stays I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean as well. Front desk staff were very nice

The room said it sleeps 4, but after a second room change the room could really only accommodate 3 people comfortably. The room had a queen size bed and a futon, not a pullout sofa. Although it was fixed very quickly, the bathroom sink drained slowly. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The remote had to be swapped out because it didn’t connect to the tv (minor change, but another annoyance). The downstairs area had an unpleasant odor. They gave us enough towels for 2 people, despite have 4. When we requested more towels, there weren’t any available. The front door lock was broken. We stayed 2 days and made the most of our trip, but I don’t think we will be returning.

The place is 20 minutes driving to the beach which was not mentioned when i was looking for a place to stay. It was ok if only the person with the dog was able to stay but was not the case. I have pictures regarding my concerns

I love black ran businesses but sometimes y’all just gotta get it together. Go in they talking in all types but professional. Yeaaa I understand it was memorial weekend and all but damn. Why was the elevator the nicest part of the building? Even tho it was nice it was dirty , halls (dirty), stairways (all levels dirty). I will give y’all the room was clean but why did you nail the windows shut? Employees were nice tho! No one was rude or disrespectful but gots to do better!

Terrible, don’t recommend

The towels were dirty and full of body hair. The kitchen walls had food and grease stains. The fixtures were rusty with holes and paint peeling on the walls. At first the room smelled ok but then it started smelling of urine. The AC was on when I walked in to 61° which was odd bc usually hotels don’t have the air on but it was warm and didn’t cool down. Security cameras everywhere and people smoking all kinds of stuff outside the main entrance. My keycard never worked on the doors that give you access to the rooms. I had to constantly ask for them to fix the key and it still didn’t work. I did not feel safe there at all except that I had my dog with me. My biggest regret is not looking at the reviews before booking and trusting the photos listed. I paid $150 a night and this place wasn’t even worth $50 a night!

The building and the room stank like something damp and dank, or some odd smell. Not sure what it was, but it wasn’t pleasant.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels, some sketchy, some run down, some noisy. I have never left one without sleeping there until last night. The room smelled, the couch in the room has so many stains on it from who knows what. There was a dead roach on the floor and black specs of debris on the bed. The counter wasn't wiped down and there were stray hairs on the blankets and sheets as well as stuck to the wall. There were scuffs and stains all over the walls and it was completely run down. The staff was nice and accommodating after my half hour stay but this place sucked. Someone please put that couch out of its misery.

The room was completely destroyed not cleaned. Halls smelled like pee and it seemed like people lived at the hotel.

Comforters need to be changed more often

The room had a full kitchen but no plates, silverware glasses or cooking utensils. No bedding for the sleeper sofa. The room sleeps six but only provided towels for 2. The only positive was the size of the room (2 bedroom unit).

We were looking for a one night stay in the Norfolk area and this property had a 7.2 rating on Orbitz. It was a 2 at best. The check in person was on the phone - a personal call - the entire time we were checking in. Our (supposedly non-smoking room) room smelled of smoking so we went back to get another. No check in person in sight. Finally arriving and still talking on a personal call, she gave us another room. That room did not smell of smoke but definitely smelled funky. Then a large bug crawls across the floor. In the meantime, we can see the TV (which is bolted to the piece of furniture it's on) is blocking one entire side of the bed. We left.

The lobby smelt like cigarettes, the hallway and the elevator both smelt like mildew. The room itself smelt like someone workout and left. Feet smell, mold in the vents. The couch was stained and over used. The bedrooms werte BEYOND unsanitary.

The review I read online did not say anything wrong about the place. The first room given us is dirty the pull out couch have dog hair in it. We have to transfer to a different room but it’s no better it has roaches on it. In the curtains, cabinet, bathroom and even crawling in the floor.

I don't even know where to begin. When it comes to rating this place, it was absolutely horrid. Upon arriving there the lobby area where you check-in was extremely small and the staff could definitely use some pointers on customer service. The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty. The outside of the buildings was dirty and meanwhile, my vehicle was not parked there for more than 8 hours before someone broke into it and numerous Items were stolen from my vehicle, at this time I had to contact the police department which took them 25 mins to arrive. When the police arrived, they mentioned that this property gets burglarized almost every other day I questioned the staff about this and they lied right to my face, however, after speaking with the extremely unfriendly and rude manager who unbelievably was the General Manager) i mentioned to her that the police officer said that this happens all the time and she began to tell me that that had stopped after months of it going on. And it hasn't happened for a couple months, but that my vehicle was the second this week thats been broken into uhhhhhhhh...so hire some security on your property. What kind of establishment not only takes no responsibility for the safety of the occupants but she literally got defensive when I mentioned this to her. The building had a horrible smell and odor emitting from each floor without a doubt, there were people living there long term....she refused to refund me in full. #Ghettolife

Room was dirty. Pull out couch had trash and sunflower seed shells all in it. Cockroaches in the kitchen area. Remnants of cooking grease on the walls. We did not stay the night and ended up finding another place to stay.

Nothing really, i had no choice but to stay. Im waiting on my 100.00 deposit to get back on my card. I booked through a 3rd party and didn't know about the 100.00. I only stayed one night, when i was booked for 2 nights and why does it take so long for the money to come back on my card?

Overall stay was good

There was blood stains on the original linen for the bed, when asked for a replacement we were handed another set of stained sheets. We complained on the rooms cleanliness and they came and vacuumed and sprayed air freshener, and brought a third set of sheets finally a clean set. Then the AC didn’t work after they cleaned and after maintenance came to check that he said the plug was finicky and had to be in a certain way. Instead of moving us to a safer room without fire risk they thought this was fine and had us stay in the same room.

Checked in and seen our room. The outside was clean and maintained. But entering the building There was trash in the hallway. After unpacking my family prepared for showers when my son noticed bugs in the kitchen sink. ROACHES were in the sink. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

There are a lot of people who live on the property, some up to 3 years. The children run around the property with all kinds of noise late into the evening. The room smelled. Had to open the window, turn off the a/c because the a/c but an acrid smell that was between cigarette smoke and cleaning supplies. I had a headache come on after 5 minutes of being in the room. On the second night I saw German cockroaches. I was glad to leave early and lose a night due to getting back to Florida for hurricane Milton. This property is worse than ghetto. It’s gross!!

Great stay

Hole in the wall in my room. Was listed as non-smoking room, stunk of weed inside and around the room and building. AC in the room did not work. Water preasure and temperature inconsistent in the shower. The staff was exceptional.

What i didnt like were, people walking around all night long and many people have been living there full time for years. No regular coffee creamer only sweetened and french vanilla

Great staff, clean rooms. It definitely helped us out when we had to move hotel to hotel.

My car window was smashed and car broken into along with 4 other cars . I was told this happens all the time!

This served the purpose. The rooms are outdated and as clean as it could be without updates. There were still dirty sheets on the pullout bed, but we were given new ones when we asked. Things are available when you ask for them.

Toilet wasn’t working properly and ants were everywhere

The whole place has a pleasant smell, nice area..

Room needed up grades. Shower rods was rusty. Base boards in bathroom looked old and molded. Just needs some up grades.
