Low-budget all the way, but at least the bed was comfortable. 7-Eleven across the street helps fill the gaps for whatever you need.

The beds were uncomfortable, only 2 pillows on the bed that were thin, room was clean, but it could use a complete updating.

Front desk check in person was nice but the place was disgusting. We couldn’t even take our shoes off in the room. The place is in need over a serious renovation!!

I reserved a smoking room and the fire alarms were going off constantly in my room and others. I was called by staff who said I know its a smoking room but could you keep your door open? This was not a safe area and as a single woman that was unthinkable. the room was dirty and there was blood on one of the sheets.

There were burn holes in the bedding, the bathroom door didn’t close, the outlet was hanging out of the wall. Our neighbors were enjoying late night activities and the pounding of the headboard could be felt in my bed. The room seemed clean enough but the overall condition was abysmal.

when I checked in I either accidentally left my credit card in the credit machine or dropped it on the floor, which I doubt. when I realized what had happened I immediately put a hold on my card and went to the front desk and talked to the man that checked me in. my card had already been used at a Burger King across the road from the motel which I told the man at the desk. he did not even bother to check and see who checked in after me. the incident is under investigation and I am going to prosecute who ever took and used my card. the tub had a huge rust spot and the shower curtain would not stay closed and my wife had to clean up the water every time we took a shower. there was no chain lock on the front door so we had to prop things against the door for security. we will never stay at this motel again.

It was close to the beach That I had to move the six different rooms because there were six different things going on from the first beginning with the bed is not cleaned make up on the sheets from having roaches in some of the rooms to the TV is not working. May I add more?

Nothing at all to be honest Everything. It was nasty, the entrance door was banged up and you can see cracks between the door and the frame, the fridge was rusted and there was a hole punched in the bathroom door that was never fixed. It is super nasty and dirty. I can kick myself for not paying attention to the reviews of this place. Don’t bother to stay here.

The housekeeping staff worked very hard to keep the rooms tidy and nice. Front end staff woman aired out our room on request. Location was decent If not spectacular. Internet cut out on day 3 out of 7 and the staff couldn't fix it. Apparently we were the only ones having issues but when we try 4 different devices and they all say "could not connect to internet" I know it had to be more than just us. (And yes, we used the correct Internet with the provided password they provided at the front desk) also, our shower hardly worked as it was either too hot or too cold. Very finicky.

the friendliness from staff i thought there was a washer and dryer in my room and a coffee maker. The floors were a bit dirty and the sheets were stained but the bed waa comfortable. The people in the hotel above us were really loud for two night in a row but the staff was great..

This was a good find. Although the property outside appearance needs some upgrades the inside was pleasing. No unpleasant smells, clean, upgraded bathroom commode, clean refrigerator and microwave. Staff accomdated all my request. Laundry Lady Was Exceptionally Kind And Helful. Stayed for a week while attending a church convention. Would definitely book this location again. Outside Appearance Needs Upgrades. Only One Ice Machine That Was Out Of Order The Whole Week I Was There. But The Most Important Of All Is That There Was No Inside Chain On The Door Or Anyway To Stop Someone From Coming Into The Room Unexpectedly. And It Did Happen. They apologized but that needs to be corrected right away.

The service was not great. The staff that checked us in was unfriendly. Our room was not maintained on a daily basis. Coffee was never ready when I went into the lobby, it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff because I was looking for coffee.

We weren't expecting luxury, obviously. But the bedspreads had cigarette burns in them, the TV remote was secured to the night stand, the rolling desk chair's faux leather was peeling, and we decided to get up super early and hit the road because we didn't even want to stay long enough to take a shower. It is your average hotel room. I would not expect much. My boyfriend and I had to heavily clean the room, so beware of that. Also, the room smelled of smoke even though it was "non-smoking". I recommend you invest in candles and plug-ins for the duration of your stay. The location is about 13 minutes away from the beach by car, so that was a plus for us.

This place is in a great location. But it's run down. The bathroom was clean...but the cold water was hot and the hot water was cold. The shower turned out without me turning it on. The furniture in my room was pretty raggedy. I had my 2 youngest daughters with me. I did not feel safe.

I don’t think they even clean this place. Disgusting sorry excuse for a hotel. Others were complaining about water leaking into their room. We ended up driving home after our long day at a conference instead of staying. The toilet seat doesn’t even fit on the toilet! And overall we were scared to stay here. Seems to be in an unsafe location. Worst place ever.

The worst experience ever. The ceiling was leaking (we were on the second floor). They moved our room and that one was worse it had dirty towels and a diaper and baby socks in the bed when we pulled the comforter back. The lady was nice but this hotel needs to be condemned

Not only was animal hair all over the room, I pulled the sheets back on the bed and it was all in the bed as well. Although the associate was polite, all she offered was some new bedding covers. I refused to stay because that was a red flag that the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. This was very unsanitary and a terrible experience.

The bathroom was dirty . The tub had a dirt ring around it and the drain drained the water slow so I had to take a shower w my slides.

We werent even there 5 mins and as we were unpacking our car, a drug deal went down right behind our car in the parking lot. I immediately called office frkm room but phone cord was broken, called from my cell and told them we were checking out and expected a COMPLETE refund. We were gone within 10 mins of checking in.

I booked this hotel on the app under my name as i was rushed to the hospital on vacation. The first strike was the front desk clerk being rude even after her explaining this and almost not allowing her to use the room. The area around looked unsafe and she was approached and harrassed by several persons loitering on the property. She did not feel at all comfortable staying so had to book another hotel.

We were given two rooms with king beds and were supposed to have had 2 rooms with double and non smoking. Not a huge deal. The young lady that we spoke to at first was very rude. If I could have got my money back I would have simply because of her. Sketchy surrounding area

The people we dealt with were courteous and helpful and knew exactly what we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and we will stay at Econo Lodge again.

Unless you are in desperate need of shelter I suggest you find other accommodations. The rooms are in terrible condition and the smell alone caused us to leave and demand a refund.

My only complaint is the maid trying to come into our room before we even checked out, while there is a do not disturb sign hanging on the door, so there was definitely no respect shown there. Other than that, it was fine for what we needed, we had our two dogs and it was good for them too.

The first room they put us in was THE WORST hotel room I've ever been in! Old and dirty. Felt unsafe.

It was horrible!!! Police driving through often which made us relax a little better. No housekeeping, had to call for towels. Door looked as if the police had to kick it in in the past. Just a poorly ran hotel. A two night stay and first night was sleepless.
