Very nice place to stay close to a lot including Walmart witch is always handy Nothing
- 2/5
Price and convenient location Highway noise, room doors slam shut, crowded breakfast area, small towels, an old box of "uncrustables" in the room refrigerator
- 4/5
Spent night here while attending concert at CMAC center. Great location many restaurants near by that stayed open late. Quiet and clean hotel. Would stay again.
- 3.5/5
Breakfast was great coffee was delicious! It was quiet the vending machines had good choices for cheep and ice was always available!! The mold that was panted over and comming threw on ceiling in the shower!!! And shower was dirty!!
- 4/5
It was perfectly fine for an overnight stay. Most important for me is a comfortable bed and it was. The credit card system was down so checking in was not smooth but the staff handled it great. My door key didn’t work on the side entrance so I had to go through the front entrance and it took a few times to work my room door. It was nice and quiet.
- 2/5
Cons- loud highway noise, internet not working, took 3 attempts at the front desk to get keys working, and while breakfast was servicable, the trash receptacle was filthy. Wyndham pet fees are exorbitant for 1 night and not posted to enable planning when booking.
- 4/5
Well maintained with excellent staff.

AC unit was horrible. Loud ticking noise. Thank goodness I brought a fan with me. Room was empty n the small side but had everything we needed. Breakfast was ok but it could be better.

Staff were very helpful. Great location.

The room that was assigned to me needed repair. The washroom door lock was broken. The door also wouldn't close shut. The light near the door flickered.

The room was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offering was adequate. Check out process was efficient. Offer wrapped breakfast sandwiches including eggs, sausage and cheese. Provide an option to mix cranberry and orange juice.
- 3/5
The hotel was in a nice location. Property was nice and quiet. Rooms were pretty clean. The continental breakfast was good, plenty of choices. There were a few ants in our room and the AC in my friends room didn’t work. When we turned it on it sounded like a chainsaw so the night was pretty warm. When we first checked in, my friends room key wasn’t working and had to go back down to the lobby. I was also charged twice for one room. Over $400 for one room for one night. I spoke with the manager twice about it the day we checked in and the next morning at checkout and still have not been refunded for the second charge.

The breakfast was not great, lots of carbs not much protein. The pre-made omelettes that were available to microwave were not great.

- 5/5
Hotel is clean and nice. the bed is a little too soft. Breakfast items are really limited.
- 3/5
Clean place. Noisy at night
- 3/5
Not the hotel’s fault but my upstairs neighbors were blasting music until after 2:30 in the morning.
- 3/5
We needed a place to stop on a long drive and it was adequate for that purpose. The only issue was the mattress. Had a big dii in the middle. Uncomfortable to sleep in. Yhereveas a second floor but NO ELEVATOR. we had to drag our luggage upstairs. Kind of hard for us elderly.
- 5/5
Very nice stay, comfortable bed and quiet room.
- 4/5
The staff were courteous and friendly. The room including the bathroom was clean and decently furnished. The room was small but suited our need for just a place to sleep. The breakfast was nothing to brag about although the make-your-own Belgian waffle was the best offering.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok no water.
- 4/5
A little outdated but very clean. Breakfast was very good and the area was kept spotless. Coffee, tea and cocoa (with marshmallows!) 24 hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. It was a great value.

We’re up in Rochester quite a bit visiting our son, who is in school there. This is a super easy, doesn't break the bank hotel. It’s clean, safe, and comfortable and the staff takes pride in every facet of the hotel. It’s super close to everything! We’ve stayed here several times now and the experience is consistent.
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff.
- 4/5
Very efficient and helpful staff. Great value.
- 5/5
Great room great price I would return
- 5/5
The breakfast is decent, will go back for sure.

It was fine but not ideal
- 3/5
Small rooms, dated interior
- 5/5
Everything was nice! TV is small lmfao
- 5/5
Clean room. Great staff.
- 4/5
Room was small but adequate for one person. Unique upholstered seat/bench built under the window above the heater/AC unit, with shelves on the side. It's hard to find because it shares a driveway with other properties, and the signage is confusing or non-existent. My key cards did not work in the side doors, and the sidewalks up to these doors were icy. Front door was open and clear. Breakfast is typical for a mid-class hotel. Rate was great!
- 5/5
Clean Room, Staff was very friendly and nice, Breakfast was nice as wellas snacks. Wish you would bring back the baked cookies. Only other suggestion is to put mirrors on the wall of each room.
- 3/5
We were in town for a hockey tournament. We chose this place solely because the reviews said they had a great breakfast, instead of choosing something closer to the rink. The breakfast was terrible, cold omelets and breakfast sandwiches were wrapped in plastic wrap, fresh fruit was limited to just apples and the only hot food option was the waffle machine. The room was clean but the air did not work… next time I’ll spend the extra money to stay closer to the rink with real food options available.
- 5/5
I will never stay anywhere else when working in Rochester. Dog friendly, lot of us construction workers and all friendly, neat, and quiet. Breakfast usually out early which is absolutely amazing when you need to be on a site before 7am. Breakfast is fantastic, rooms perfect for business traveler or couples. Easy access, Planet Fitness walking across lawn, washer avail at hotel. Overall a 10 out of 10 for this type of travel!
- 5/5
I love the clean rooms and the staff is so friendly. I love coming here. I’ll be back .
- 5/5
Been coming there for years, very clean and very friendly staff
- 3/5
I didn’t realize the rooms were that small. Also when we checked in our first room did not have heat so we had to be moved. The body shampoo in the shower was empty and the sidewalk outside the hotel was poorly paved. The best part was Brittany at the front desk who was exceptional in accommodating our needs.
- 5/5
These two options aren’t a deal breaker, as I would stay here again, but I hope maybe these things are improved.
- 4/5
Clean room. Staff was friendly
- 4/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
Love the staff. I always stay here when in town. Cozy, clean, safe
- 5/5
Nice stay! Great beeakfast

- 5/5
The room was very clean. The Staff super nice and friendly. We love the breakfast variety. The room was super comfortable we rested and enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
- 4/5
Average room, but I just needed someplace to sleep so that was fine. Great welcoming front desk and breakfast.
- 3/5
There was a periodic low rumbling (about once every minute). Sounded like someone moving furniture upstairs. Annoying, but not enough to prevent sleep. Probably HVAC. Staff could not stop it or explain it.
- 4/5
Breakfast lack protein
- 5/5
Nice place
- 3/5
They also ran out of breakfast items or didn’t restock quickly enough. If the hotel is really full, the breakfast area is overrun. We weren’t able to sit down because all the tables were full, despite waiting around a while for it to clear up. They ran out of cups and utensils for a whole day during our stay. There was also maintenance that wasn’t tended to promptly. The ice machine was broken and leaking 4 out of the 7 days we stayed there.
- 3/5
The carpet in the common areas was dirty. The gym equipment was missing the treadmill and the elliptical machine made strange noises.
- 3/5
Needs updates. Bathroom was very dim. The tv was a 24 inch tv which is very small for a hotel room. Carpret needs to be replaced. Breakfast was limited. No fresh eggs, meats etc. Microwave food for hot food. Not thier fault but person upstairs sounded like they were going to come through the floor. Close to I90 on sight but 2 miles off exit.
- 5/5
The staff, particularly the staff at breakfast service, is excellent
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable, great location, staff was very nice and helpful
- 4/5
Overall good stay, food quality could be a lot better.

We were on the side of the expressway and it was quite noisy. If I had know I would’ve requested a room on the other side. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t be returning.

This hotel is definitely 3-star. There are some nice features such as free coffee, breakfast, cookies. Because of the location they do a great amount of business. It is right next to the NYS Thruway and you can feel and hear traffic. As a result the place if fully booked most of the time. Thus, maintenance is lacking and the hotel is running down. The bathroom in our room was quite worn with lots of scuff marks, a small hole in the wall by the baseboard, filthy grout on the tile floor, etc. The owner of this hotel, like so many others, is milking the property for profit. After it runs down even more they will sell it off to someone named Patel. We also had a wasp infestation by the window. I killed about 20 wasps over our two night stay. Very exciting. The hotel did give us a substantial discount on the rate as they were unable to change our room. A suggestion would be to hold vacant a room or two each week to allow these maintenance issues to be fixed. Due to the desire to maximize profits I doubt this would ever be done. The hotel is on the edge of the abyss.

- 5/5
The only drawback was the noise from the superhighway quite near the building, but it wasn't at all a game changer.
- 5/5
Brittany was the receptionist at the time of our arrival. She originally assigned us to a second story room. We were traveling with our dog. Brittany graciously looked at her room assignments and placed us on the first floor near an exit. I so appreciated her extra effort.
- 3/5
My original room was not clean and the shower curtain was damagsd.. We asked that the room get cleaned the next day and it was not. Asked for a new room and that room was clean with nothing damaged. Overall facility - walls, carpeting, furniture - are showing their age.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff
- 5/5
This Microtel was very convenient for our family get together. It was less expensive than other choices and it worked out perfectly.
- 5/5
Everything was good. I would recommend it to anyone.
- 4/5
The hotel room could have been a bit cleaner however it wasn’t bad. The room and bathroom was smaller than expected however was not a deal breaker. The complimentary breakfast was adequate . The staff were pleasant checking in and out. Close to a mall , gas stations , restaurants and right off the thruway!
- 3/5
Room was very musty smelling.
- 4/5
Convenient location and nice place for the price. Room lighting options were a little below what one sees in most hotels. The breakfast had multiple hot and cold options. The staff was really nice.
- 4/5
Breakfast was adequate.
- 4/5
Nice, just stayed for 1 night. Close to highway
- 3/5
We stay here for two nights. The front is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is overall fine, safe, etc… The beds are not current and comfortable..older and dip/springs. No elevator at this two-story hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, if hotels in the area are full and pricey, this is a good choice
- 3/5
We will not return to this facility.
- 4/5
Breakfast was disappointing
- 4/5
Common areas were a bit messy. The exterior key door nearest the room was malfunctioning and required going around to the main entrance. Room was cleaned well but maintenance in the bathroom was lagging with improper and messy caulking around the shower and sink, this seemed mostly cosmetic. Room and common areas could use some air freshener or outside air flow as the air seemed stale and stuffy. All this said I would still give the stay positive marks as it was good for the money spent.
- 4/5
Great, peaceful stay.
- 2/5
No elevator, had to lug large suitcase up stairs. First room, 3 keys didn’t work. 4th key did work, but when opened, found room already occupied. 2nd room was hard to find. Staff person directed us down hall on wrong side of building. Hallways smelled like stale smoke. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in shower.
- 4/5
To much noise
- 4/5
No elevator was my only complaint! Amazing people working there. Super nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
The main issue we had was the key card not working. They would work once then we had to go get them redone. I had spinal surgery in June so I'm still having some mobility issues. We were on the 2nd floor so I had to take the stairs. Being locked out of the hotel and having to walk all the way around to the front to get the key card fixed was a lot. I don't think I'll ever stay at that Microtel again. We have stayed there before and never had any issues. It was disappointing.
- 3/5
Rooms could use an update especially the mattress
- 5/5
clean, friendly, pet-friendly, reasonable
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so if you hv difficulty with steps, be sure to ask for a 1st floor room.
- 3/5
The front desk clerk on check in was very helpful and friendly. The hotel could use a refresh. The hallway carpets and stairs were very dirty and the key card and room lock were temperamental. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast.
- 5/5
Very good service, very clean and close to shops and Universities.
- 5/5
It was great stay, good breakfast for the price. we had to stay somewhere on the way to Niagara and this was a very good option for the price.
- 4/5
Clean room and property. Friendly, professional staff. A bit noisy in the room (refrigerator, hall noise, adjoining rooms). NO ELEVATOR TO ROOMS ON 2ND FLOOR.
- 5/5
The property was pretty clean. Rooms were clean. Carpets were stained in the hallways. It was very close to I90 so you had road noise. We could not utilize the breakfast as we needed gluten free options. I would stay again if I needed to
- 4/5
I'm a Wyndham member but never stayed at a Microtel. The Microtel in Victor was very nice. Clean, easy check-in, nice staff, good breakfast options, and the room was efficient so you didn't feel that it was small. Nice window seat, great AC, comfy bed.
- 3/5
Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Keys difficult to open doors.
- 4/5
Property staff provided fresh baked cookies for guests. Hotel was quiet and room was relatively large. Breakfast was decent. Recommend.
- 5/5
Very nice, although the hallway smelled like POT!
- 5/5
It was all good
- 5/5
The staff was lovely, the room was clean, neat well kept for the building as well. Taken care of, everything was perfect!
- 5/5
You can’t beat it for the price ,was pleasantly surprised very clean friendly staff
- 2/5
This stay could have been perfect if it didn’t smell like someone smoked in the room for 20 years. Checked in too late to play Goldilocks and room hop. Will not stay at this brand again.
- 4/5
The hotel is looking tired and worn out. Carpeting is dated and stained, bathrooms could use some TLC. Lots of traffic noise from the highway right outside our window. No pool, we did not use the fitness center. We wanted a king bed room with a sitting area but were told this hotel did not have that option, which we would have appreciated knowing ahead of time. All in all it was clean and adequate for the price we paid.
- 4/5
Seems like a very nice area, convenient to shopping and some very good restaurants. The area seems tucked away in a secure location. Planet fitness next door. Staff was very helpful. The first room smelled a bit like urine (pet-friendly room) we had 2 well-trained dogs with us, but they were able to change our rooms. Would certainly stay again.
- 1/5
Close to the freeway, but VERY noisy! Not happy with the facilities or area.
- 5/5
Nice area and close to many restaurants
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable and all staff were accommodating.
- 5/5
Staff are friendly and the beds are very comfortable. Good overnight hotel to stay at
- 4/5
Everything is good except no elevator. It’s hard to take the luggage to upstairs
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay there, lovely staff a good brekkie, and the meal before dinner was, a good fast food, you know there are BAD fast foods but all was well. we were just heading down the road 'westerly'. 2000 miles to go and met with civility. Pleasant. recommended
- 5/5
Easy access to thruway, very clean, friendly staff
- 4/5
Overall property was very nice, breakfast ears very clean. There was a piece of cookie kn the floor near the bed, otherwise everything was fine.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and polite, the area was nice and quiet for a great comfortable stay surrounded around great restaurants and shopping areas.
- 4/5
Great place for a quick one night stay. Room smelled a little funny but was overall clean.
- 5/5
Only suggestion would be to add a transparent drape to the windows (at least on the first floor) you either get viewed by every person walking by or zero sunlight.
- 5/5
Was great
- 5/5
Very pet friendly , accommodating
- 5/5
Awesome
- 3/5
Drab
- 4/5
The signage for the driveway was difficult to see in the dark. I missed the driveway several times. Also the parking was a bit of an issue. I parked quite a distance from the entrance closest to my room.
- 4/5
Stayed for a week, easy access to the property, relatively quiet, clean, staff was very accommodating with needs, would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Property was good. Bath tub drain was slow, I feel that’s a safety hazard. Due to construction going on the thruway overnight, guest should have put on the other side.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly. I arrived when breakfast had just been picked up and the girl putting stuff away still offered me a bagel or muffin and was super nice.
- 1/5
Got in around 11 after a concert, went and gambeled 13 mjn away vame back a little after 2 am to sleep to find that the rug, bedding, mattress pillows were all wet, called down to desk, told i have to come get new ones, go down to get new ones and then asked which ones i wanted to carry the sheets or the pillows and they would carry the rest for me, told them i didnt need that help i needed a new room, sold out couldnt moved just said sorry bout that and senf me on my way, i will be calling the manager as this was totally unacceptable for the proce i paid
- 4/5
Celebrating our 50th and enjoyed the stay.
- 3/5
Staff and amenities were great. Room was much smaller than expected and room next door was loud all hours of the night.
- 5/5
Convenient location on the road, good breakfast good Internet, easy check-in
- 5/5
We were driving and just stopped to sleep. They were nice and knowledgeable. Slept well. Clean room. A little small for long stays.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and approachable, breakfast excellent, location close to everything, very clean facility .... will stay here again when I'm in the area.
- 5/5
It's a small hotel. Super quiet, clean. It has a mall very close to it a restaurants around it too. Very friendly staff. No roaches.
- 5/5
I can’t say anything bad about this place it was excellent.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff
- 4/5
Nice cleam rooms. Only issue was the shower water spilled on the floor a bit because the curtain in my bathroom was a little defective
- 5/5
Convenient to NYS Route 90; clean and comfortable reasonably-priced room; friendly, helpful staff; freshly baked cookies and coffee/tea available in the lobby 24/7!
- 5/5
Simple and clean. Good breakfast.
- 4/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Very professional staff and rooms
- 3/5
It’s in a nice town with plenty of dining options a short drive away. Our room was facing a very loud highway. Toilet wasn’t functioning.
- 5/5
Very convenient on/off to the Thruway
- 5/5
The hotel was a very nice stay. Convenient to family. Bed and pillows great!
- 5/5
Very clean and convenient. Near the thruway and eateries. Would definitely recommend & stay again 👍
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
The stay was fine I got in late but they had my room ready. The lady at the front desk was very nice.
- 2/5
Bad stench in the room, the overall comfort level was below average. The only acceptable area they did check off was breakfast
- 1/5
This level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable, and it significantly impacted my trip. I expected much better for the price we paid. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and addresses these issues for future guests.
- 3/5
The hotel is probably ok for an overnight stay. We were in town to meet family and stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately, this hotel has no elevator, so carrying all of our luggage up the stairs wasn't ideal. And there are no microwave ovens in the rooms. Speaking of microwaves...on the first night, we had to evacuate because the fire alarms went off about 10:00 pm. When we got downstairs, the main lobby area was filled with smoke. Apparently, someone set their popcorn on for too long and burnt the heck out of it.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
I asked for a room not facing the highway, but when I got to my room, the highway was really audible, so before I even tried to settle in, I went back to the front desk and asked for a room on the other side of the building. The desk clerk was more than happy to assist with that, and I am now in a quiet room. There’s not much walkable to the hotel, but there’s some shopping and lots of food options within a 5 minute drive. Works perfectly for a mid-point stop along Route 90.
- 2/5
Not quite
- 3/5
It was mostly good, except that it wasn't particularly clean nor did it seem the room was serviced. The reson I say that is when I went to climb into bed and pulled back the covers there were a pair of dirty socks under the covers on the bedspread. Additionally there were several black hairs on the pillow cases.
- 3/5
Bed was not a queen bed. Queen beds are at least 60 inches wide, the bed was 56 inches. Also, bed was very hard.
- 4/5
Friendly, breakfast left A lot to be desired but otherwise very good hotel & would use again
- 1/5
We could not check in there was no room with beds available

- 5/5
Good price. Comfy beds
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 5/5
Hotel was very well equipped, only issue was highway noise. Popped in the earplugs and got a good night’s sleep. Pillows were excellent
- 4/5
Got a good night sleep at a reasonable price.
- 4/5
Relatively clean but rooms are small and outdated tv. The shower drain was partially blocked. Breakfast was basic pastries and a waffle machine
- 5/5
The property was clean, not too small. Just right for an overnight stay. There was a Chili's restaurant in walking distance. It was pretty friendly. Breakfast was pretty. Staff was friendly. They allow pets.
- 2/5
I asked for a first floor room, as my son is handicapped and cannot climb stairs, and once AGAIN we were assigned a room on the second floor. I do not know where the communication disconnect arises, but this is a very annoying situation when I have to change my plans because the hotel does not read, or honor requests.
- 5/5
Stay here! It was worth my research and searching for an overnight low budget place to stay. Super clean. Though there is no elevator - they make up for it with accommodating service and great environment.
- 3/5
Expected a more upscale property , or at least larger room .
- 4/5
This was a really great value in A safe neighborhood. The place was generally clean. We would go back again. The only complaint was that the toilet seat would not stay up lol
- 5/5
The woman who checked us in was lovely and efficient. The room was clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and warm. A wonderful stay!!
