I stayed overnight and did not have breakfast. I did have a cup of coffee which was very good. My only complaint was a dog barking during the night. I was on the first floor and it woke me up. It sounded very close.

Breakfast was ok, lots of choices, cinnamon rolls hot and delicious. Room clean and nice. Beds comfortable, friendly staff. We have stayed here several times when visiting friends in Victor. Really nice. Have not used pool or hot tub . Nice and quiet, we slept well even though the hotel was packed with people.

This was our first time at this particular, Holiday Inn express and we were very happy. We like that the location was right off the highway. We also liked that the room was large enough for a family for to feel like we were not stepping over each other, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the rate was very fair and they did have a full breakfast in the morning. The coffee machine downstairs in my opinion was one of the best surprises since it grounds your coffee as soon as you press the button. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. We were in town for a college graduation and even though this particular hotel was 25 minutes from the college. It was easy enough to get to it. One of my favorite things about where this hotel is located is that it is around 12 minutes from the Pittsford area, especially the Pittsford dairy farm, which has the best fresh ice cream and freshly baked bread. Win-win. My 17-year-old son absolutely loved the pool and used it every day we were there. Next time we’re visiting RIT we will definitely be staying at this location in Victor.

The room was very clean and the staff was very good and helpful. The only negative was that the door to the room was not easy to open or close properly. It needed to be fixed correctly.

Bathroom was mess leaking and not maintained

The hot tub and pool was very dirty. Breakfast was ok but you may want to be the first few people down there. For the price i probably wouldnt stay here again.

The beds were terrible

Love the pool, clean rooms, and complimentary breakfast My daughters love this hotel for their pool and pancake maker which is why we keep coming back but the pancake maker was out of order when we had breakfast which was really upsetting for them.

Clean and staff were great very polite and made sure our needs were met!!

Hot tub was lukewarm and area around the pool was very narrow. Temperature control in the room was also a drawback.

The hotel worked well for us for quick one night stay on a roadtrip with kids. Kids enjoyed the pool in the early morning - the night before was too busy. Morning breakfast had run out of most tasty items by 8am - so get there early. Only bad thing to report - my car was dinged in the parking lot by someone who didn't know how to park...I would skip this hotel on our next trip just for this reason.

This was a much needed staycation and I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I was really drawn to the hot tub access, but it wasn’t as hot as I had hoped. That is a really minor thing given that everything else was great.

They ran out of breakfast both mornings we were there. The blankets on bed were scratchy and rigid. The doors of our room were hard to open and close. The lock on inside of door was hard to move.

Rooms were clean and stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area could be stocked better and the deck was very slippery, not the right tiles for it.

Extreme clwan room fully stocked. The only issue was in the suite the curtains wouldnt open. Some device on the wall that opwns both windows was defective.

Poor lighting outside. Almost missed the turn a couple of times because there is no lit sign and a lot of the lights in the parking were either not on or not working.

I gave this hotel 3 stars because it met the requirements of a hotel but did not exceed the expectations I had hoped for or that you desire while being on the road. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable but thats where it stopped. There were broken tiles in the floor, we had to use our body weight to open the room door and the bathroom door did not latch etc. Both mornings we attempted to have breakfast they ran out of food and then did not have basic breakfast items like milk or juice. Lastly, Saturday night was beyond crowded and rowdy with people yelling down the halls and drinking by the pool. When this was brought up to staff, they did nothing. It's a decent place to lay your head but did not deliver on the amenities.

Room was way out dated and the pool was so full of ppl u couldn't get in. Ppl blasting Spanish music and drinking alcohol by the pool felt very uncomfortable ?

Everything was great. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect. My only complaints are, my bathroom door wouldn’t close in our room, number 132. And the hot tub was borderline too hot. I couldn’t stay in for more than 10 minutes. I’d suggest turning it down a tiny bit because it was scorching hot. Other than that it was a great stay

We came to relax for the weekend and getaway. The hotel was fine until Saturday night. On Saturday night they have a group of teenagers staying who were runnning up and down the halls at 1am with no adult supervision. The phone in our room was not working so no way to call front desk. It was not a good way to end a weekend that was supposed to be relaxing.

Free breakfast, pool Our shower faucet was dripping, non stop all night. It was a fast drip. Also, we could only take 1 5 minute shower on Saturday night. There was no heated water. Not sure if it was related to the dripping faucet-perhaps a plumbing problem. Lady at front desk was told.

The room was very clean and comfy. The beds had good pillows and I loved the way the "curtains" worked because the room stayed dark in the morning. To bad some parent let their kids run up and down the hall all morning! I thought we had a separate sitting area that was divided from the bedroom area, hotels are very good at using deceiving words and pictures, hate that. The pool was so warm, love that it's heated! The hot tub is nice if you like HOT! They never had towels in the pool area, bring your own (oops). The breakfast buffet was warm and yummy, my son was super disappointed though that the pancake machine was broken! Hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day and night. Keurig in the rooms, wish I knew that before I left. So many restaurants and stores just a mile from your room, including the East View Mall! Good area, nice room, I would definitely come back!

Great location and affordable Pool and hot tub were out of commission during our stay. There was no daily cleaning service. We didn’t have enough towels for everyone and no spare toilet paper.

O understand it may be a perk for special customers but also maybe someone should have suggested how we could have been allowed to do so

The pool wasn’t working it was very green the hot was cold and then in morning it was hot towels all over in pool area no clean one.. well never stay here again.. would really like my money back.. and when I told people at deck in morning when checking out laugh at me …

The room was clean and well maintained. We couldn’t open the blind, It was missing the cord. We couldn’t use the pool, it was being treated but the jacuzzi was working. Overall good stay. The beds were too firm for our liking but we made it work. I loved the pancake machine and the coffee was delicious. Thank you for the experience. (;

We stayed here for two nights during our visit to Rochester. We were VERY impressed by the selection that they offered at the breakfast buffet. The hotel and room were very clean. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub as well. I would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully return in the future.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special

The room was clean and the hotel was handily located. The person on the check-in desk was great, a real asset to the company. The bottom seam of the comforter on one of the beds in the room was torn all the way across the bottom. The person on the desk to check us out was rather surly. I didn't eat the breakfast, there was a tour bus in residence and the breakfast room was too crowded to enter. I tried to get some hot tea but there were no lids for the hot cups so I had to leave it. I couldn't drive holding hot tea without a lid and not burn myself. Sound insulation is poor, had to wear ear plugs so I could sleep.

I thought I had left behind some jewelry and when I called later that ,a. Female staff person went the room to check.

Room was exceptionally clean. Beds are comfortable with good pillows. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. A lot of restaurant and bar options nearby. Only had 2 towels to start but staff were very quick in responding with our need for more. Pool area is very clean. It does get very warm in the pool room so we propped the door to get some fresh air. Great stay!

I liked the options for free breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, parking, and WiFi. It was nice that it was centered in a good town as well. Nothing. It was great.

Wonderful stay! The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, the fresh warm cinnamon buns were the best! The pool and tub were great. Biggest hot tub I’ve seen and was hot! ( not just warm like others I’ve been too).

Appreciated the pool and the small gym

I had 3 children with me that are on the spectrum. Autism for 2 and 1 with adhd. I was discriminated against because of the noises they made and their hypermess in the pool area. You can NOT control children with severe Autism. They sing, the clap, and they get very excited in water its a sensation thing. We were asked to leave by the police at 5 in the morning which created panic and anxiety for them. I will never visit there again and they should have given me a refund or an accommodation with a room not right next to someone else so they weren't bothered by the extra noise

When we checked in, the man at the front desk kept going outside and watching the front desk from outside. It was confusing and we had to wait any time we needed something. He was very nice though. Breakfast the first day was awesome. Breakfast the 2nd day had NOTHING! The woman staffing the breakfast, however, was amazing. She tried to do everything she could to make us happy since the options were so bad that day. She felt terrible. The hot tub and pool were great.

When we checked in, the room didn’t clean, it’s so terrible.

VERY GOOD!

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at considering it has a lot of stars. I really don’t know how we needed a rollaway bed for our room. For three hours they told us they would bring us one then we saw one in the hallway by the front desk and they said oh yeah if you want that, you can take that one up so we had to get our own bed and push the basket of linens to our room. The lady at the front desk also gave us the wrong room and was booked out of the rooms that we did book. And lastly, I took the kids to the pool where the guy started dumping chemicals in the pool while my kids were in it and the hot tub was broken and had all of these cords and pipes and things coming out of them so I told my kids it’s time to go. We are not staying And there was hair on the bed and trash under the bed. And the bathroom seemed very dirty.

Check was at 3pm and we were seated in the lobby with my toddler for an 1hr 15mins bc upon arrival our room wasn’t ready! When we got to our room it was poorly put together. Staff leisurely passed us by while waiting for room to be complete with no communication! We paid good money for a one night stay and it wasn’t that great!

Hotel and room were very clean, which is the most important thing to me. Amenities were as expected this this hotel. Breakfast was OK but did the job for one day. Would stay here again!

There were a few bugs in my room when i arrived but it’s summer so nothing too out of the ordinary.

The hotel is convenient location after long hours driving, the check in was very easy and simple. The only inconvenience the TV service must be update with smart TV been able to connect our own services or better cable service I couldn’t watch nothing of my preference and I wasn’t able to connect my own service. Not even radio.

They took my room from me and threw my stuff in garbage bags and told me that they couldn't help me, bc I only booked a room for one night. But I showed him the receipt email for check out on August 20th and the front desk man did not care and I was here with my blind father and disabled mother. It was a actual nightmare as we sat in the waiting area with all of our things in trash bags.

We asked multiple times about do they have a Jacuzzi, and that was only reason why we chose this hotel. And knew that Jacuzzi was not working but didn’t tell us that so that’s very deceiving. Lies never again coming back to this hotel. We said we are going to pay in cash. And they they only need my credit card for essentials and that was another lie. Nothing but disappointment

There were used plastic cups, countertop between beds had sticky residue, open roll toliet paper with no back up, the toliet seat was loose enough to move sideways about 3-4", there was cheese in the refrigerator, several inches of water in the ice bucket, the front desk would not give us any extra coffee pods, the conditioner container was empty and the body was container was almost empty, microwave was dirty inside.

We happened to book a weekend with multiple baseball teams in town for a tournament, so the hotel was quite noisy & the pool was packed with screaming kids. Breakfast was nice, but there wasn't enough seating & we had to take our food back to our room. Location right off I-90 made traveling to the Finger Lakes & Buffalo quick & easy.

Old TVs blinds didn't work but was clean.

Didn’t like finding a live cockroach in our daughter’s room when we checked in. The air conditioner didn’t work in our room or our son’s room. He called front desk 3 times and no one fixed it. Breakfast server couldn’t keep food supplied during busy time. Hot tub had cold water.

The only drawback to the room was the seethru window shade. No privacy or room darkening curtains. Everything else was really wonderful! I used the pool, the hot tub, and had a delicious, protein-filled breakfast.

Breakfast could have more varieties and could use normal plates rather than use and throw plates.

We had a reservation and we got there after midnight and was told the hotel was sold out which made more sense after we went to our room and it was over 80 degrees. The AC wasn’t plugged in and the plug couldn’t reach. I was handed an extension cord at the desk and told sorry. It didn’t work bec it was a special plug. The curtains were filthy and at that point I told my kids not to touch anything and we had to leave. I was told as it was Expedia nothing could be done. This left us cold calling hotels as it was after midnight so therefore couldn’t see that night’s availability. What a mess:

We liked the hotel, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Our AC kept making noise on/off throughout the night. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

The staff was amazing. They recommended a local restaurant for dinner and it was the best. Love the free bottles of water. Great touch.

Electric shade in the room did not work Towel bar in bathroom falling off. The property in general was clean and modern.

1st room they gave us wasn't finished cleaning. 2nd room had a very loud noise coming from the ventilation fan. 3rd also had noise not as bad as the 2nd one. beds not too comfortable. Lots of children running around halls very noisy at 11:30 at night!

Got checked in not even there 20min found bed bugs in bed room wasnt clean got moved to another room and found more bugs after asking for a refund was told cant do anything till the next day left location they weren't even apologetic horrible service they were spraying bug spray in hallway after we complained

We were given two rooms! Things were broke, covered in mold! Bugs! Curtains didn’t work and were filled with holes.

Overall, the experience was okay. Only needed a room for one night. Check in was super easy, but when we got into the room, it looked clean and didnt smell, however, i did spread a towel on the floor on the carpet to check its cleanliness so that way i know if its good for my kids to play on and when we came back from the pool one hour later the towel was covered in ants... didnt make a scene because it was only one night and we didnt want to cause any issues however i did want to bring it up because i would like to stay again for longer without the ants.

Can’t flash the toilet . But switch room right after ! Overall is good experience!

Hotel was clean and very enjoyable. We were missing a few things in the room, but were able to easily get them. Breakfast was good, pool was open and warm. Only problem was one of the two heater units was not work and only blasted cold air. As the temperature dropped it kept running i an effort to raise the temperature but just kept lowering it. By the time we figured out what was going on it was very cold in there. We were able run just the one unit and get warmed back up. But overall a good hotel and would certainly stay at again!

Could be opened just by pushing on it slightly, also the heat didn’t work and it was freezing.

I didn't like how children were left in the piol and hot tub area alone with no adult supervision and staff were told about it and didn't do anything abouy it so we didnt enjoy being in the hot tub or pool

Great location

Staff was great. But, there was a group staying in the hotel for a kids basketball tournament. We could hear kids running up and down the hallways and stairs all afternoon and night. Was woken up a few times from the noise. We also went to the pool. The kids that were there were unruly also. (Even though the supervising adults were there with them.) Some were even in the gym area. They were banging on the glass between the pool and the gym so hard I thought they were going to break the panes. I'd be surprised if anyone was able to rest that night.

The hotel itself was pretty clean when we arrived but the room itself was apparently not ready and a fan was running to dry an area in the bathroom. We soon found out it was due to water from the shower that would run across the floor. Then when we sat one of the beds in the room, the frame broke. Lastly, the heater in the room was so loud we hardly could get any sleep and finally decided to turn it off, forced to sleep in a cold room because the hotel was sold out of rooms so we couldn’t switch. Ultimately, I’m not sure i would stay here again.

Hall floors and elevator dirty need to be vacuum

Hotel had a very strong smell of marijuana lingering through the hallways and there was a large group of adults drinking in the hot tub while their children swam in the pool. Advised front desk staff of ice on the sidewalk that almost caused one of us to slip and fall during our stay.

Hotel was very clean and updated. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub although the hot tub could have been much warmer. Our room was fantastic. Our fridge didn’t keep our food/drinks cold but overall it was very pleasant. Breakfast had a ton of options and was delicious.

The upgraded room we reserved sounded like a airplane was above it ( heating and air-conditioning units running where so loud needvto be replaced or fixed). We had to ask to be moved and ended up down grading rooms on valentines day. I was not happy. But was not given any others options. Just down grade from what i reserved.

Everything was fine except the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows did not support the head and neck which caused head and neck pain the next day.

I reserved a king room. When I got there they I have 2 queens ( they changed it as I also asked for connecting rooms so they changed the king for 2 queens to accomodate the connecting rooms). When I told them I still wanted the king bed I was given a bit of attitude. Eventually she gave us a king room.. I had 2 rooms, one room the heater broke in the middle of the night.. We woke up to a freezing room!.

Not our first time here. The hotel is only brick and mortar, the wonderful staff here make it home away from home. We'll be back.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is a nice hotel. Pool and hot tub are enjoyable. Breakfast was the same as all hotel breakfast. The desk clerks were very nice and extremely helpful.

Guy drinking beer and ogling women in the hot tub. Unsupervised kids in the weight room and pool area. On the machines and throwing towels and snack crap on and around the facilities. In our room the TV Screen was out dated and hard to manage ... bathroom was ... motel 6 quality etc over all not up to the Quality and Standards I've come to expect from Holiday Inn.
