comfy bed, mini fridge, and microwave small bathroom, limited food choices. we did eat at the Mexican restaurant in the 7-11 parking lot..it was very good!

Check-in was the easiest I've ever experienced at a motel. The breakfast was hot and readily available at the lobby. The only downside I would add is that the doors on the room were not exactly air tight.

Breakfast included cheese omelettes and sausage patties. Overall they had the basics which suited my wife and I fine. Hotel staff was very helpful. A bit too cold yet to take a dip in the pool, but it did look clean enough. Location was convenient for access to downtown Staunton. Large Antique mall next door was an unexpected bonus.

They cancelled the reservation on the very same day because they tried to charge me (it was supposed to be paid directly at the property) and being a travel card they couldn’t. I had no network so I could not realised not they tried to fix the issue, they just cancelled it straight away. Then when i got network I called and said they were going to check and call me back. Well that never happened, actually they blocked my number. All of this because they had already given the room to another person I guess. Well I had the reservation made a few weeks ago as i was travelling from overseas. I had to find another place on the very same evening, half an hour away because everything was sold out. Also booking did nothing. This has been the worst experience on a hotel I have had. Avoid this place Rude personnel Horrible service Racist

We checked in before an off-site event. After the event, we decided to leave and drive back home because we feared we'd catch an illness or get bedbugs from the room. It v was filthy!

Everything was good. Close to where I was working. Restaurants close by Very good setup. Will be staying again. I will be making reservations again coming for next week. There wasn't anything wrong presa. The first entry door motion sensor needs to be repaired. You have to stop and wait for the dooor to activate. But the other one works correctly.

I hate to say this... but the floors are dirty. Carpet and bare floors turn your socks black... do better, please. I love everything else about the place (we were off-season)

When I arrived it did not appear to be what I thought I had reserved. I had an uneasy, unsafe feeling. I spoke with Dave, the front desk staff, who was of great help. I was advised to contact Booking.com and I did. They advised me what I would need to do to cancel my reservation. I did what they said in the time limit and have not received anything back from them. I am very unhappy with the situation.

You can easily tell this is an older property, but its maintenance is top notch. Our room felt recently remodeled, the entire property is excellent, everything everywhere felt and appeared fresh. probably the cleanest room and property we stayed in during our recent trip. Breakfast had a great selection. Every member of the staff we dealt with were super friendly and treated us great. Can I give them more than five stars they truly deserve it.

Room was very clean. It appeared to have been updated however the chair in the room was old and stained. I didn’t realize the entrance to the room are on the outside of the building. The building appears to be an old Red Roof Inn Motel. No elevator and you need to go outside to access lobby and breakfast. Parking area was well lit.

Room size was perfect for one person. Larger size refrigerator was great for all my things.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. It had a decent selection of food. Water pressure and heat were fine. The front desk staff were nice, but seemed like they were overworked, especially during Kartika Purnima. The room was fine, but not great and not great value for the money. The parking lot was filled with smokers all night and morning and smoke drifted into the room under the door the whole night. You could hear everything through the door as well. The towels were old, thin, and non-absorbent. While the beds seemed ok, other furniture was scratched and the chair in our room had stains and cigarette burns. The floor buckled in some areas of the room as you walked and the carpet seemed both slightly damp and crunchy. Parking was inadequate for the spacing of the rooms. We had to park on the other side of the building and then carry bags around two lengths and up the stairs.

Room appeared to be clean. The heater in the room was extremely loud, couldn’t sleep all night. It sounded like a jet taking off. Very disappointed ☹️

Room was not clean - stains on sofa , shower had stains, smelled. The door to the room had gaps at the bottom which made me feel unsafe. The area was sketchy and also made me feel unsafe.

Great place to stay on a road trip. I have stayed here multiple times. I didn’t have breakfast this time but it is usually very good. The room was a little musty smell but was ok once a/c was on. Beds are comfortable but the pillows are not. Parking is fine. I will stay here again.

Condensation on the window that dripped every night, room was cold, room was never cleaned, had to get towels daily, eggs were cold and ok was watered down. Some staff were very friendly and others made you feel like you were a bother.

Staff is very friendly, location is good, parking was easy, room seemed clean (I’m a nut about that), and breakfast was fabulous! They even offered enough healthy options for my diabetic husband. 👏

I was very disappointed with my stay here. The rooms smelled awful and there was a big crack under the door. It was loud outside with college students running about. We will never be staying here again that’s for sure. They need to do some major cleaning and disinfecting.

The "hotel" was actually a "Motel" with exterior doors which is something I never book. The exterior pictures of the property did not at all portray the rundown condition of the property, the motel setup, or the surrounding area.

The bed linens were of very good quality, they were not cheap or thin. Love that about our room. There is only one complaint we have there was no light in the area where the sink and mirror is, hard to see, because none of the other lights in the room gave enough light for that area.

We did not eat breakfast. The parking area was noisy as the doors faced the outdoors and men were sitting outside the door of our room on the sidewalk after dark. Kind of creepy.

The motel could use some deep cleaning. The white curtains at the window were gray. There was no room service and we were not advised at time ok check in that no one would ck our room and empty trash and make beds.

I read reviews before booking the room and saw lots of people extolling the cleanliness of the rooms. All I can say is they must live in absolute squalor. Very disappointed and feel cheated.

suggest referencing pet friendly.. would be nice to have near grasssy area along asphalt a container with pet poop disposal bags to encourage people to clean up after their pets( I always do.thats what good owners do) Not pleasant for me to walk in & not healthy for my dog. I feel privileged that quality Inn accepts pets & we must be good owners especially in Motel environment, so this option remains available to be able to travel with my pets.

This place is excellent for the price. The room was very clean and looked completely renovated. The property was very clean and quiet aside from the rippling sounds of the clear pool. I noticed that someone regularly walks the property to ensure all the vehicles have a pass to ensure everyone there is supposed to be there.Starbucks right next door.

While this is not the fanciest hotel out there, it was good for a fast overnight to drop my son at college. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great and there was shampoo and conditioner installed in dispensers on the wall. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty - cheese eggs and sausage - we had seconds. We got in late, so the parking near our room was completely gone, so that made me very nervous, but the next morning the car was fine. There was a small pool that looked well-maintained. The staff was very friendly with great eye-contact and bright smiles. It is only 25 miinutes from JMU, so if everything in Harrisonburg is sold out, this is not a bad option. There we conwebs over the bed and the bathroom floor was sticky.

The reception was pleasant. The grounds were basic, just some perimeter weeds to walk the dog. There is only one set of exterior stairs to get to the second floor, and if there’s no parking near them, it’s a bit of a hike with luggage. The rooms look tired, especially the furniture,

It’s good for the price. The area is under a boil water alert, so they gave me bottled water to brush my teeth. I tried to take a bath, but only got 2 inches of hot water before it went cold.

The rooms had outside front doors on the balcony that was disgusting, should be hosed down and cleaned. Scary residents hanging out outside or with their doors open. The stairs were metal and rusty, no elevator. My wife will never go back.

Stairs to 2nd floor look like they are rusted and could collapse or detach from the building at any time. It's near a highway/freeway so noise is expected.

The room was nice but the bed was a little rough the mattress I'm assuming was a very firm one that caused sone discomfort. The room was clean and tidy along with the bathroom if you like a hot shower the water is on point. The breakfast they offered had plenty of items to choose from this was our second stay and if we return for another visit we will likely stay at the Quality Inn again.

Traveling and needed a comfortable, clean place to spend the night and also pet friendly. We found it with this hotel. Also furnished breakfast the next morning.

Food left in the fridge from the previous guest, and duvet was clearly not clean. Spoke with guests in the hall and they also had leftover food from previous guests left in their microwave.

I traveled with my dog, and the location of the hotel was nice for walking him. The facilities and room were clean, and all parts of the room were functional. The room had a slightly damp feel and odor, but there were no bugs or other indicators of dampness. Shower had plentiful hot water, towels were clean, but a little thin. Good value for the money.

I had reserved for 2 Nights but unfortunately the Key was activated for 1 Night only. This was a bit of Inconvenience going to the Office and getting it activated again.

What I didn't like was the people grilling outside there door on the second floor and the breakfast has gone downhill

Friendly staff. A simple older, but remodeled location. Room was clean, but corners were dirty. Close to other stores. Some of rooms are for long time renters who are smokers on the property.

It was acceptable. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Alot of activity outside of room. Door didnt seen to close securely

We were on the second floor and the middle steps to the second floor need to be replaced. There is a weird angle to the top half of these steps. On the morning we checked out, there was a local Sheriff looking for someone who had called 911 with the same state license plate we had. Quality Inn, I give you credit for making the changes. This is an ok place to stay if it's for the night and the hotel has a lot of potential. Just need to keep plugging away. Would consider staying again.

Quality Inn Verona was easy to access from I81. My room seemed to have been recently renovated. It was very clean an accommodating. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast included hot sausage, biscutis and sausage gravy, waffles yogurt and fruit. The motel was cheaper than others in the area so it was a great deal.

Quiet location, clean room

Overnight stop while traveling. This hotel was conveniently located off the interstate while being quiet also. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The included breakfast was good

Dirty. Used wash cloth on floor of bathroom, may have been used for cleaning. Shower had 2 long black hairs, one on shower dispenser and second on curtain. Loud people and car music driving in after midnight. Poor breakfast selections like no good fresh fruit or lactose free choices. I could smell cigarettes from inside my room, I was not smoking. Either from neighboring room or outside. Not recommended. Creepy guy saw me drive in, hung out to see which room I went to, so I barricaded door at night. Someone knocked on my door about 11pm. Yuck.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly at check-in and departure. Very convenient off of I-81.

Been in worse and been in better. Cutting the heat on sure would have been nice with it being 19 degrees outside. Took about 6hrs to warm up. Nice staff and breakfast though.

Everything was fine except the ac/heather was very noisy

The hotel in a whole was clean the room looked like it had recently been up dated. Very streamed lined with the furnishings beds was pretty comfortable my only draw back were the pillows I don't care for flat pillows so i ended up using 3 but i still slept comfortably. The gentleman that check us in was very pleasant and he had no problem engaging in conversation with us we even got in a few laughs. The breakfast was nice a good variety of options the young lady at the front desk was also taking care of putting out the breakfast items and she did very good at keeping up with what needed to be replenished. We chose the hotel because we were going to the huge antique store that was within a block of the hotel we plan to go again in the summer and will book at this Quality Inn agin.

I was traveling alone and was very comfortable in my room. I enjoyed the free breakfast. I didn't need much and my stay was fine. Thanks
