Dont stay here, no water to bathe for 5 days!
- 5/5
Everything. I'd stay there again!
- 3/5
It’s just aged over the years.
- 3/5
Luckily we only was staying one night but upon check in was informed the showers in all the rooms were not working. Pool closes to early especially when traveling with kids who enjoy the pool. The doors for some of the rooms didnt close tight you had to pull them tightly closed. Staff was good. Received breakfast for free because of the shower issue. Food was decent. Small selection but a variety.
- 4/5
Staff was no help when we booked 3 days but it was only showing 2 days so we had to pay another night and got half our money back due to the hot water heater not working so couldnt bath for a day to low water pressure and it being cold. They didnt bother to inform guests of having no hot water. A few things they have on property were either not working or barely working. Cheap shampoo and soap. Rooms need a major update as some stuff didnt work like lights. Missing remote and doors not wanting to open as easy. Other than that it was good. Pool and hot tub were great.
- 2/5
The hot water was off for 4 days
- 3/5
Problem with water which caused us to not be able to get showers.
- 1/5
Water issue at the hotel had to find another place
- 5/5
The staff were amazing and kind. The room was clean and beautiful. The pool is a great area but could use some cleaning. Overall the place is well worth the price and great location. Well gladly stay here again on our next trip.
- 1/5
Hotels.com was unable to offer me any real assistance with my dissatisfaction of the conditions of the hotel the we stayed at. The Ramada Inn that we stayed at in Venice was absolutely horrible. We started off having to go back down to the office two times to get the door key to work. They did not have running water in our room when we checked in so my concerns were significant but they said that they would have it fixed within the hour and that never happened. When we checked out the next morning the front desk manager said because we used Hotels.com to book the reservation we had to contact them, we contacted Hotels.com and they were not able to truly resolve the refund and that was a policy. I will never use Hotels.com and ai will never stay at a Remada property again 😞
- 2/5
Está muy chévere lo que nunca me limpiaron la habitación y el personal no es muy atento
- 4/5
Very quiet great location
- 5/5
Loved it every thing was awesome. Thanks again
- 4/5
La pasamos muy bien en realidad y el personal fue muy atento
- 5/5
Muy cómodo lugar, El bar tender de la Picina el señor Pole te trata como familia y prepara los mejores tragos
- 3/5
The key card system is defective. I, along with every other guest I saw in the main lobby had to get a new keys to our rooms everyday. The staff gives off the impression it’s been like that for a while and it’s a non-issue to them. The furniture in the room was pretty rough (damaged/stained). Property is beautiful but has seen better days.
- 5/5
Nice overall Na
- 1/5
Also there were bugs jumping and flying around and little spiders...horrible
- 4/5
Great price and accommodations for a Hotel so near the beach.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff. It's an older hotel. I knew that when I booked the room. The coffee was great in the room, the bed and shower was clean. I wish I had time to enjoy the pool.
- 5/5
Really clean rooms and pool ,good service
- 1.5/5
It was close to the beach. They let some very not good local people there that disturb the peace. Having to call the cops because of people(locals) being intoxicated is beyond me. Never been to a hotel that allows that to hangout at the bar while not staying there either. It’s not the bartenders fault she was great. Also there was a roach in my room. And a spider.

- 5/5
Excellent customer service!!!!
- 5/5
Great place
- 1.5/5
pool and breakfast and staff The loud party next door both nights, the keys never worked
- 5/5
The location is convenient. Room included a microwave and refrigerator but the room was very cramped.
- 0.5/5
Disappointed, cant believe this is a 3.5 star hotel. It is old, outdated, dirty, all rooms openly facing the street and parking like any cheap motel. Women washed and hung their bras and clothes on the siderails outside of their room.
- 5/5
The pool and the colors
- 5/5
Amazing! Pool, bar, and king suite room were just perfect.Super nice new pool! We'll be back 😊😎🌊🏖️❤️
- 5/5
Great place. Staff super friendly and helpful. Angie at the front desk is a gem
- 4/5
The staff are super friendly and helpful!
- 2/5
The dining room was poorly understaffed (Server was great, but he was the only one there). Staff were extremely rude when they closed to pool at 9pm on Saturday night.
- 5/5
Love this place whenever I can have the chance to go.
- 4/5
Bathrooms are just okay- fan didn’t work and they need to be updated - beds were comfy though

- 4/5
Thanks so much
- 5/5
POOL AREA WAS NICE, QUIET AREA
- 5/5
Bar was great
- 5/5
Yes no bubbles though
- 4.5/5
Convenient clean Temperature regulation in room is difficult
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating to our needs. Due to the bicycle ride we were participating on with our tandem we needed a room on the first floor and we got it. We needed extra late check out and we got it.
- 3/5
The room is cleaned but they needs to upgrade furniture and paint. I was booked into the room next to the wrong neighbor, was loud and rude smoking break at 2-3 ish AM
- 4/5
The overall property location and appearance is great. The outside when you immediately pull up to check in is a little rougher than I'd like but the pool and workout areas are very nice. I feel the restaurant food was great and affordable as well as the outside and inside bars. I'd stay here again if we visit the area.
- 5/5
It was fine
- 3.5/5
Room key failed, not enough towels
- 2/5
Room was old, straight out of the 70s. Whole place needs to be remodeled cleaned.
- 5/5
Front desk and restaurant staff were amazing! Motel was completely sold out, and everyone was very friendly even though they were busy. Would stay again just for the staff alone!
- 3/5
Room keys would not work constantly. Staff came at 9:00 pm stating pool was closed and he had to lock gates. At 10:30 pm went outside to see pool was still open, about 15-20 kids and adults still using.
- 1/5
The room was excessively humid, and the air quality was poor, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathtub was clogged, so I ended up standing in dirty, backed-up water while showering. One of the bathroom light bulbs needed replacement, and there were not enough basic amenities provided—soap, shampoo, and towels were all insufficient. To make matters worse, I woke up with a sore throat, likely due to the poor air quality in the room. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the quality it offers. I expected much better for the price.
- 4/5
The staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms and property were clean but tired. It looks like they are freshening up the property.
- 3.5/5
I travel with my dog and need to stay at pet friendly hotels. Many hotels claim to be pet friendly, but few truly are. Most add restrictions on size of pet, or do not allow pet to be left unattended in room for any length of time. That is not pet friendly. However, this Ramada allowed my 65 lb golden retriever to be left unattended in the room while I enjoyed early morning bike rides in the warm sunshine of South Florida. Bravo Ramada! I also needed to do some grocery shopping and was able to leave my dog in the room rather than take her along and risk giving her heat stroke while waiting in a hot car while I shopped. Bravo Ramada! The hotel grounds (walkways, stairways, etc.) were old and dilapidated. But to their credit, it appears they are in process of cleaning things up, hopefully. Florida hotel taxes. When I booked on line my price with tax was 169/nite. Ended up being 199/nite with the additional taxes added at check out! Thumbs down Ramada.
- 3.5/5
clean , quiet, good price needs a little updating curtains were torn. Called Housekeeping for clean towels, waited 2 days and they never came
- 4/5
However, the staff at the front desk was amazingly sweet and very helpful
- 0.5/5
Old & run down
- 0.5/5
The staff was very helpful It smelled like urine and the room was very run down.
- 4/5
Great amenities...restaurant and outdoor pool bar is nice, no need to leave the property...lots of restaurants, coffee shops and general shopping close by...close to the beach...all the staff were wonderful and helpful...the pool area is nice, big and the hot tub is big..great place for familys...would definitely stay again...room were dated but clean so we were content
- 2.5/5
The rooms were outdated not worth almost $300 a night they had a musky smell to them and we're not very clean oh the last hotel was stayed in
- 1/5
We checked in. Went to our room tried to get on and the door would not open. We had our dog with us and we were hot, sweaty and tired. By the look of the hotel, we decided to leave. At the front desk returned the keys and asked for a refund the girl at front desk did the refund. Waiting on the refund on my credit card.
- 1.5/5
Hot tub was broken. Window only had sheer curtains, therefore anyone could see into our room. The floors were dirty. Woke up to ants all over our cups and found roaches in the bathroom. This facility is way overpriced for what it is. Only had one night planned so we dealt with it, but would absolutely never stay there again.
- 5/5
Room was clean staff was nice we wish the pool and hot tub stayed open later
- 5/5
Everything was great except our room key would not work a couple of times. Had to get a new room key twice.
- 1/5
Dirtiest most run down hotel I ever stayed in…
- 1/5
The room wasn’t clean from the previous guest when I got in. The hot tub was broken. Overall a terrible experience. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me.
- 5/5
Family friendly atmosphere
- 4/5
Employee at the desk told me she moved us to a different room earlier after she talked to me in the morning. I had not been in the lobby all day. She confused me with someone else and had not moved my things. She made me have an anxiety attack for no reason.
- 3/5
Had to get room key every time we returned to hotel. It was ridiculous. So somedays we had to do it 5-6 times a day. Pool looked clean but way too cold no one in it.
- 4/5
Great location. Good value. We opted in for the breakfast bar and we thought it was a great value.
- 0.5/5
Staff was friendly Paid $362 for 1 night because the photos looked nice and thought we'd splurge. It was not nice. Dated, not maintained, shady people staying there, fight outside our door...
- 1/5
The suite room was horrible dirty the furniture had holes in it and rips. Worst money on hotel suite I’ve ever spent
- 1/5
Motle not a Hotle 🎯
- 0.5/5
Wasn’t free breakfast Location was good for us We had to change room due to terrible mold in rooom that smelled so bad. Microwave also didn’t work. We stayed 4 nights 3 outta the 4 we had to go to the front desk to get new keys because our keys didn’t work. So very disappointed for the $1000 we spent. Pretty ridiculous.
- 3/5
Did not use it.
- 4/5
Clean room. Great location for Braves spring training and area restaurants and beaches.
- 1/5
The breakfast isn’t an option anymore, the hotel was noisy. I forgot a personal belonging and called 5 times and every time they claimed they didn’t have it. Very disappointed, I will never come back there.
- 4/5
No pet. Did not use pool.
- 3/5
Room keys kept deactivating, prompting 6 trips to get new keys
- 4/5
Yes
- 2/5
Disappointed. Always thought Ramada was good. Room dark and dingy. Keys wouldn’t work, had to get new key every time I entered room. Quilt had cigarette burn in it. Towels small, shampoo, conditioner and soap very small. Water pressure terrible.Wont stay at that Ramada again. Staff was pleasant.Black water flies in room. Room very noisy. Sorry to report but not good.
- 3/5
the room needs some very serious updating. all fixtures are rusty. the grout needs seriious cleaning. overall well kept but just old and tired
- 3/5
Otherwise inn needs a refurbish. When using microwave in room, the TV turns off. No free breakfast offered. High price for this "meh" experience.
- 3/5
Bath tub should have grab bar in all rooms. Furniture and decor very dated.
- 3/5
Staff was very courteous. Maintenance was helpful quickly when thermostat needed a new battery. Pool was gorgeous but cold. Hot tub was perfect. Room just very outdated. Renovation overdue.
- 2/5
Really average for the price
- 1/5
No room cleaning, blood on the bed sheet, had to activate the keys each day at front desk
- 2/5
THE HOT TUB WAS DOWN, OUR ROON KEY DIDN'T WORK MOST OF THE TIME AND JUST THE OVERALL ATMOSPHERE.
- 3/5
Hot tub was broken. Room was clean but outdated
- 5/5
Clean, old but worth the lower price. Staff was friendlly and helpful. A gem in this area
- 1/5
Hotel needs a complete re-do.
- 4/5
The rooms are fair. Everything went good.
- 3/5
Room amenities were sub par (soap, etc).
- 3/5
Room was in decent condition. We were there for 3 nights. We requested the room to be serviced and it wasnt. They also ran out of clean towels.
- 2/5
Rooms were very dated, towels were thin, rough and yellowed. Heated pool and hot tub were down the entire 9 day we were there. Some of the front desk members were not very friendly.
- 4/5
I had to extend my stay unexpectedly and the hotel gave me a better rate than what Expedia gave me. I appreciated it immensely and will book directly from now on.
- 2/5
It felt like a motel rented hourly. Rooms were located in seedy, dark area. Poor assistance from staff.
- 1/5
Ramada Wyndham should review this property since their name is on it. Major upgrade needed.
- 5/5
Pleasant front desk staff, easy check in. Rooms were clean, beautiful pool and hot tube, in the center of town and for a great price!
- 3/5
We asked for the room to be cleaned twice and they didn’t show up. The key didn’t work most of the time we had to keep going to front desk to ask for new key or to get reset. Front desk staff was not very friendly. We had to take garbage out because nobody was around to ask for anything
- 2/5
I appreciate Expedia canceling a booking in progress professionally. Very reassuring. Venice itself is a beautiful, charming and lovely town. Next time I’ll find a place to stay that reflects that.
- 2/5
This hotel has seen better days and is in desperate need of a refurbishnent. While the room was "adequately"clean, it was rundown. We had to have our key cards re-keyed 4 times because the lock didn't work, very inconvenient as our room was on the second floor on the opposite side of the hotel from the front desk. Housekeeping every 3 days doesn't cut it when they give you 2 flimsy sets of towels for 2 people, 1 bar of soap that needed to be cut in half so bath and sink could both have soap, and 3 days of unemptied trash. And the one elevator reeked of urine. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet and a banquet dinner we attended were very good, perhaps because food service is managed separately from the hotel??? We won't be back.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
The exterior was a little outdated but the exterior was very clean. The rooms had new laminate planks. The beds were very comfortable and clean as well as bathrooms.
- 3/5
I requested a room by the elevator as my partner uses a cane and stairs made it painful. I mentioned to the girl at the front and she said there was nothing she could do, 2 flr is all she had because there was a convention. But when I walked around the property most of the rooms were empty. I'm sure she could've adjusted one room from one of the groups. The towels smell like they were washed in dirty water. The floors were really dirty. There was no remote control in the room and was asked to get it when my room was on the far opposite end on the outside of the hotel. When I looked on the map for the ice machine the letters weren't legible. I went out to look. I saw housekeeping but he didn't know. Saw staff and she directed me. The signs aren't as apparent especially for the elevator being outside. I didn't realize that this hotel was not a closed hotel as most Ramadas are. Had that been the case we would've preferred an indoor room.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
It ok
- 4/5
First night was great. Second day not so much. No clean towels until after 10 and they were only pool towels. Along with the hot tub being cold the second day for some reason.
- 2/5
door locks would not work - had to wait 1 hour for maintenance. Should not happen .
- 2/5
When I was checking in several people were at the front desk
- 3/5
Had problem with room key unable to get in , had to carry heavy bag back to front desk to get another key.
- 1/5
Our stay was very disappointing due to a serious safety issue. None of the key cards were working for any of the hotel rooms. Guests were told to leave the interior door latch engaged when leaving, which meant the doors could not close properly. This felt incredibly unsafe. Every time we left the room, we had to return to the front desk to be let back in, which was extremely inconvenient. It’s a shame, because the hotel has a lot of potential. The pizza was delicious, and the bar and pool area were actually very nice.
- 3/5
Room key did not work. Couldn’t fix
- 5/5
More towels
- 2/5
room was shabby. paint on walls peeling. mold above shower head. air conditioner did not work (requested maintenance twice). furniture should be repaired or tossed. room 104. badly needs complete renovation
- 4/5
It was OK. There is a lot of walking to get to your room at this property.
- 5/5
We were upgraded to a suite and it was very nice.
- 1/5
Check in and room
- 4/5
Everything
- 5/5
Pleasant stay, very chill.
- 1/5
I have pictures of how disgusting this room was. I ended up leaving after the first night. The lamp was literally covered in rust a grime. There were stains on the curtains. The room was very small, and I didn’t really have anywhere to put my stuff. The room next to us left their TV on loud all night long. When I left at 5am the next morning it was still on. I’ve stayed at Super 8 Motels that were better.
- 5/5
Great staff. Excellent restaurant/bar.
- 4/5
Cable connection to tv is broken and not able to screw into place-not good. Overall, excellent value for the charge!
- 3/5
Hot tub was barely warm. Breakfast staff was MIA. Pool was cold and 2ft deep.
- 2/5
Room smelled of cigarette smoke- furniture was chipped, sofa soiled, traces of mold in the grout in the bathroom. When I arrived, I tried to find the elevator (wasn't given directions to the room) and finally came back to the reception desk to ask directions- the elevator was outside the building. On a positive note, the woman at the desk at checkout was nice!
- 4/5
the one bed suites are very spacious and comfortable, very nice for an extended stay. The pool area is beautiful, but the pool is not heated. The bar and restaurant staff are fabulous and the food is great.
- 4/5
Room was clean- had to get more toilet paper for room-
- 3/5
Day stay. Food was good though. Dinners excellent. Staff shortage
- 3/5
Biggest disappointment to me was that the hotel description said "Self Parking available". According to the rude hotel front desk person, there was some fine print somewhere on the websitethat indicated there is a $10 parking charge! With no other parking options near by, you basically have no choice. So instead of listing a price of your room including parking they would rather mislead and piss guests on check in. If you think "it's only $10" or "you should know better", according to other guests checking in...I wasn't the only one "tricked" by the lower room rate that doesn't include parking.
- 4/5
It was clean and comfortable, close to where I needed to be
- 5/5
Have stayed here before and loved the little dishwasher in my room! Great staff as always!
- 4/5
The only issue I really had is they don’t clean/service your room unless you call the night before to request it. I did exactly that and it never got serviced. I was there 3 nights. The one tiny soap was about gone and coffee was used up. It was disappointing for the price. Other than that, it was clean and good location. You do park in front of your room if you pick street view so beware of that too. You will see headlights when people park.
- 3/5
Room was small
- 5/5
Perfect for what’s needed for a one night stay.
- 1/5
Uncomfortable room smells bad and old furniture
- 2/5
The room was average, and the overall appearance of the property felt dated. The dishwasher was non-functional and the sofa was stained. There was an unpleasant odor in the water. Upon arrival, no staff greeted us, and when we requested housekeeping after our third day, no one showed up. We asked for fresh towels, yet only received two for our family of five. The surroundings appeared worn out, and the breakfast was subpar; on the first night, we opted to dine out instead. The pool was similarly disappointing with its foul-smelling water & the hot tub water was cold and wasn’t working. Considering the cost, we believe we could have chosen a better hotel or perhaps paid a little extra for a significantly more appealing experience.
- 4/5
Some stains but none on the bed , looked cleaned and smelled good. Affordable price
- 5/5
bar was great and fun
- 5/5
Everything is wonderful
- 3/5
Internet extremely slow, check out time is 11am, and you are not allowed a late check out of half hour
- 2/5
This was my third stay at Venezia and I’m upset that I have to give such a rating, but it was substantially disappointing in more ways than one. The first two times were lovely, and the front desk was warm, knowledgeable and attentive, and our room was quaint, clean and welcoming. This last time that we stayed, from the moment I checked in, I was met with difficulty. The front desk woman was, to say the least, totally immovable to smile, to exude warmth, or to accomodate by any means at all! Normally, I’ll let such things roll off my shoulder, but when it came time to put down a credit card, I was given an issue. The reservation was made under my account for two adults myself and my husband. My husband was in the car, we were using his credit card (a virtual card), but she badgered me when she asked for my ID and I told her that this is my husbands credit card, and this is my drivers license. She made comments like “you can’t stay if the names don’t match” and I insisted that “I’m married”. She kept looking at me funny because I’m a man, and I said “my husband”. So finally she said “well I ain’t seen no other man here so you just trying” I was appalled and said “never mind. I’m calling him to just come inside so he can show you his drivers license matching his card”. And so he did, and she looked mortified but could not even look at us afterward. Finally after settling in, and relaxing, I was met with the horrifying sight of a cockroach on the nightstand 3X!
- 4/5
Friendly staff, great food
- 5/5
Nice staff and the room was nice
- 5/5
Room was clean, but the previous user left a jacket in the closet. There was no remote for the TV, but they provided one as soon as we mentioned it. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
- 4/5
But the room was clean enough, and comfortable enough. Only thing i never like is the amount of room deodorant they use. Please ! Not so much !
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The tv was old. The ice machine was not working. The bed was clean so it was all good.
- 1/5
This property is horrible! Dirty and staff is very rude, even the manager
- 1/5
We reserved a suite for our family only to come all that way to find out they old our room.
- 4/5
We enjoyed to stayed in this hotel
- 3/5
This hotel was clean. The restaurant was was awesome for what we needed. The bar was available service could have been upgraded. The pool was lovely the hot tub looked gorgeous. The banquet facilities were adequate. Our lock never ever ever worked for a room it took a new key it seemed every time. And the rooms were very clean. But absolutely or from decades ago. Everything needs to be upgraded safety bars in the shower would be that the very minimum right now.
- 4/5
Clean & pet friendly great outdoor space
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
Are was clean along with room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast omelette was great. I can’t believe a sit down meal was almost as cheap than the quarter pound meal at McDonald’s the night before.
- 2/5
The shower turned off on me mid shower and wouldn’t come back on for hours. Called for towels they said they’d bring them up, went and got them myself from lobby two hours later because they never showed. Pool is nice. Quiet.
- 3/5
Las duchas no tienen presión de agua.
- 4/5
Convenient to where we needed. Clean and the staff were friendly
- 1/5
My room had bed bugs, just left my dermatologist to confirm. If that’s not bad enough the GM (Toni) will not return my calls.
- 3/5
Finish on vanity peeling. Door was difficult to open. The first 2 keys didn’t work after I drug 2 suitcases up to my room.
- 5/5
Hot tub & pool
- 4/5
Property was close to beach. Price was great. Water pressure in shower was really bad. No water pressure. Could not enjoy a nice shower after the beach
- 5/5
It was nice
- 1/5
Came for an event that was happening at the property, decided to add a night to my stay prior to arriving to spend the following day at the pool and pool bar. Upon arrival found the pool was closed, but told it would be opening the following morning. We checked the pool the following morning and it was still closed, checked with front desk and they informed us that it was supposed to open sometime in the afternoon, but no solid time. Decided to check out before 11am and requested a refund for the second night. Cannot get a hold of anyone in management to approve the refund for the unused night. Not that they denied the refund, they simply ignored all emails and calls, from me and expedia. Never recommend or returning, very disappointing!
- 4/5
It being Memorial Day weekend the place was booked solid. What we did not appreciate was the rather low class element that populated it. For all of our future bookings we will look pay extra elsewhere to avoid such rude, crude and loud fellow guests.
- 3/5
The room AC unit is so loud all night. The water sometime cut off and all the time very slow
- 1/5
Stay away, horrible filthy hotel!!!!
- 4/5
Breakfast is not included... was $7 extra per person.
- 3/5
SOME unfriendly staff. Front desk was GREAT. Dining area staff was quite unfriendly!
- 2/5
The Hotel is not maintained properly. Furniture and fixtures are old. Bathroom is old and lighting is not enough.
- 5/5
Been staying here for 4 years and everyone is always so nice and accommodating!
- 4/5
Clean and price is right.
- 5/5
Very accommodating!
- 5/5
Good and affordable
- 1/5
We would not recommend - probably hasn’t been updated since it was built (maybe 1965?). Dirty corridors, stairs and windows. Very rundown. Plumbing, hot water issues. Musty smell overall.
- 3/5
The service was good but the pool was dirty and the room was with a lot of damages on the walls
- 1/5
Loud apparently an event was going on and they placed me right next to it. Couldn’t go swimming because of it and the hotel reaked of smoke and urine. My key didn’t work and I went to the gym and there were people drunk passed out on the treadmill
- 2/5
They had someone with the last name my prepaid room for the night causing alot of confusion and about an hour on the phone with expedia and the front desk to figure out what happened to check into an emergency room, an "upgraded suite" that had poor water pressure, a tub that barely draine, dated and neglected furniture, a bed that sloped down twords the headboard and homeless that lingered in the common areas with no cameras to alert staff.
- 3/5
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we had to get our key cards replaced 3x! My daughter and family stayed in the suite and had ants in the bed. Pool was excellent
- 2/5
Hotel was very noisy. Hotel was setting up for a special event this weekend. Other guests talking loudly outside the door late into the night. Fire alarm went off at around 2:45am. Guests playing music loudly.
- 4/5
Enjoy my stay

I stay here every year when diving for megalodon teeth. Always clean and quiet!
- 3/5
Adequate hotel for the price
- 3/5
Ice machine down, breakfast offered is awkward especially when they don’t tell you how it works. Beds were ok. Outside building doors or laundry doors weren’t locked like they said. So no safety there.
- 1/5
The room ac was not working correctly. More humid in the room than it was outside. Bed had a huge flatspot. Television guide channel did not work so had to flip through the channels, very limited selection, not able to stream to it either. One random chair in the room with the nastiest stain you could imagine, why wouldn't you just throw it away if you're not going to clean it. Left the hotel immediately booked a Marriott down the road for $40more.

It's not the most extraordinary stay but it's nice. It was clean, friendly, easy in and out.

Place was one of the worse I've stayed in in years staff rude every day key card had to be reprogrammed pool opened almost 2 hours late overall property was filthy and in disrepair.. booked a wheelchair accessible room was put in a 2nd floor room as far away from elevator as possible ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
- 2/5
Trash laying around, furniture piled up by dumpster, pallets laying around, etc. unkept and outdated
- 5/5
We love the food & drinks
- 5/5
Very nice for the money. The lobby smelled so good! The room was fresh and clean. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Not far from the beach and very quiet
- 4/5
Thanks

I love this little hotel but the front desk lady was absolutely terrible and rude and threw my id and credit card.
- 3/5
Pool was clean and staff was very nice
- 5/5
I loved the pool and the convenience location
- 5/5
Great staff and nice property pool restaurant and outdoor bar!

Good breakfast
- 5/5
Perfect

The walls were to thin. The ac in our living room was leaking water under the flooring so couldn't walk on that side The floor could habe been swept better. Iverall easy spot to places and the beach. Parking tbey should put a,gate by the road so many cars cut through and almost hit my truck. Not good.
- 3/5
Drain, they didn’t honour the initial Expedia fees in Canadian dollars and when contacted for a receipt the morning front desk was unhappy and annoyed by the request.

Location
- 5/5
Nice place for the money close to the downtown and beach. No reason to stay out by the freeway. Ate breakfast at the hotel was very reasonable and tasty omelette.
- 5/5
Very clean and great customer service
- 3/5
Staff is great. The room has ants. And smells of mold. The fixtures have rust and the fridge has crud all over it, not clean at all.
- 5/5
Easy to get where I needed to go.
- 4/5
The hotel was well taken care of. Clean and neat, staff was great. Needs an update.
- 3/5
Its average for a one night stay, however not for long term stay.
- 5/5
Just married the day we checked in and i was in contact with the hotel to do something special and they came thru in a big way. A room upgrade to a suite and a charcuterie board with bottle of champagne waiting on us when we checked in. Thank you Ramada staff for making our time special.
- 4/5
The walls in the room looked like they had recently painted but the molding was in dire need of painting too. Some Old English Scratch Cover would help revitalize the wood furniture in the room, giving it a refreshed look without a lot of expense. The room was good size and clean. Your dinner rooms were impressive as was you lobby
- 1/5
First room was filthy and smelled badly of mold, asked to be moved, second room was also filthy, blinds were broken and people could see right into my room, also phone didnt work and i needed it,and ac didnt work,so went to the manager that rolled her eyes and was "sighing" heavily like it was a ordeal, rooms werent extremely cheap,so i asked why the attitude and why being rude etc i am a paying guest!
- 1/5
Don't waste your money, its poorly run,you compkain because your blinds wont close and ac is broke and the manager gives you attitude and tells you to leave!!
- 1/5
This place is a dump, room smelled badly like mold, asked to be moved and they told me to wait!!My other room was filthy and ac didnt work, manager is very rude and unreasonable! Will never waste my money here again

Roaches in room, disgusting bathroom. We left after 30 mins and got a dofferent hotel
- 3/5
Property was nice. Breakfast was very good
- 5/5
Is a good placed to stay with family
- 3/5
The only thing I would say about the hotel is the suite that we stayed in was out dated a little bit. But other than that it was good
- 4/5
The hotel is ok, but the furniture is outdated.
- 5/5
Perfect for our event
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Please, inform to Majestic Elegant administration about these exceptional workers. Thank you.
- 3/5
pool dirty - cups everywhere.
- 2/5
The area did not look safe. The bedroom even though it was clean it looked unclean. There was not enough towels in the room.
- 3/5
If not for the bugs in the room, I would have given this place a 4, Ants in the bathroom and baby cockroaches in the bed, woke up with several bites, could have been from another type of bug. Spend the extra $50 a night and stay at a nicer place
- 5/5
I liked the place a little far from things if you don’t have a car
- 3/5
If you are looking for a simple, outdated, place to stay with a great location to the beach and restaurants this was it. The room was outdated but clean ( we stayed in a 1Bedroom). The place was quiet, pool was beautiful, breakfast buffet was cold, overcooked, really awful! We probably won't stay here again...I'll pay a little more for a better Hotel.
- 1/5
The best part of the experience was the friendly man who gave me my room key. He was good-natured and working very hard to keep guests happy. Please, do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Based upon the pictures Ramada displays online, this hotel should win an award for catfishing. What you see online is not what you will get. I am not a high maintenance traveler, but this was like nothing I have seen before.
- 4/5
we pre check-in on line, said we would be there at 3. I know check -in is at 4 like every other hotel, but the rooms are ready early. Our room was ready, but the lady made us sit in the lobby until 4, she left early and another lady check us in and didn't know why she did that to us. We went to the bar to get 2 regular drinks and it was $18.79....never, ever have we paid more than $4 a drink, that was a shock. Other wise she was nice & friendly.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and comfortable and fit our needs. The pool was nice and the restaurant was good.
- 5/5
We had a great stay. Staff was great.
- 4/5
We booked a King Suite and it had plenty of room. The living space and kitchenette made out stay so relaxing because we did not have to “go out or go to bed.” It was clean and well appointed but showed a little aging. The pool and hot tub were absolutely lovely! It felt like a resort there. A wonderful walk-in pool that was large enough to where families did not have to be too close to couples. Win-win! The service was the lower pointt, but only slightly. The person who checked us in wasn’t very friendly and we sat for a long time at the bar with no service. However, we were happy to go out to our old favorites- it was our first time at the hotel, but not the town. We will absolutely come back! The place is smart and cute, and the convenience is real. Excellent food around (Tikka, Star) great amenities, grocery and pet shop around the corner. If you have a pet, this is key.
- 5/5
Price point was good considering the proximity shops, historic Venice and multiple beach. Staff is friendly and attentive.
- 3/5
The photos of the room looked much nicer the furniture was worn and all scratched in the bathroom on the shelf. The outside area and surrounding grounds did not have a maintained work elevator and stairs weren't that clean. The long mirror in the bathroom was not cleaned very well it had smudges.
- 5/5
It was great experience. I love their breakfast. But there was no hairdryer in my room.
- 5/5
Lovely pool and clean comfortable room.
- 1/5
Lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude. Not enough towels. Phone and several electoral outlets did not work. The lady at the front desk was the absolute worst!! Did not bring us towels, made us come to the front desk for them. Answers the phone e with a hello so you don’t know if you’re called the correct place. Takes care of people on the phone and ignored people standing right in front of her. She was the absolute worst!! Would not stay here again if it was free. Would definitely pay more to stay at a quality hotel next time we visit the west coast. Came here for my daughter’s 18th birthday and will never be staying again. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Horrible customer service and rooms that are missing essential items for your stay that they make you beg for. Still waiting for her to send someone up to fix my phone even though she lied and told me she would.
- 5/5
It was a perfect stay for shatk teeth hunting. Not far from the beach.
- 1/5
The rooms were run down, wall paint and furniture paint was peeling. Bathroom doors were rusting. Overall just an unpleasant place to stay in.
- 1/5
The property was very dated. Our room was across from an outdoor bar where a group of men were loud and smoking until it closed for the night. We were told that housekeeping was available on request, but they failed to tell us we needed to give a 24 hour notice. (they never mentioned this at check in) The room smelled like ammonia and cigarette smoke even though they insisted that it was a non smoking room and we don't smoke. I asked for fresh towels but they didn't have any. Room was shabby, bathroom gross with leaky pipes and puddle on bathroom floor.
- 4/5
Great location. We’ve stayed multiple times. Can’t beat the pool especially with kids. It’s fantastic. People seem to drink excessively and there was an entitled lady who let her dog run loose in the pool area and even had it in the hot tub. Otherwise, great as always and will continue to stay in the future.
- 5/5
The room needs an update for the price we paid.
- 2/5
Would not stay here, very old, dingy. Mostly like a motel 6 version.
- 5/5
The pool was clean and the prefect temperature. The hot tub was warm but not working, one male staff member suggested we could soak in the warm water. The is the only negative this visit.
- 3/5
Well maintained, nice pool and little gym for old fashion place. Walls are very thin. Breakfast ok.
- 3/5
There’s a bad smell possibly from behind fridge?? Lighting is dim
- 3/5
Outdated needs to be renovated.
- 3/5
Some issues with the key cards not working after a few minutes, so for the 12 hours we were there we went through about 8 key cards. Felt like we spent more time trying to get into our room than we were in our room. We called about the added breakfast package before booking and was told it was served in their restaurant. I specifically asked if it was the standard buffet served at most motels and was told it was cooked fresh by table. This was not the case. It was the standard fake eggs, sausage and bacon served at most mid grade motels with free breakfast offered.
- 3/5
Locals are allowee access to bar, restaurant and pool. I'm paying $300/night and can't get a seat at bar, or have long wait for food, inexcusable. Let the locals come in the slow season (summer) other than then they shouldn't be allowed access unless they have a room!
- 5/5
I know Venice was hit with back to back hurricanes, but the hotel did an excellent job in recovering. Manager of the Restaurant did a fantastic job and it has an excellent chef. Food was awesome.
- 3/5
Room furniture was ratty. Hot tub was dirty, pool had palm debris in it.

.

Our room had smoke smell and bathroom floor was dirty. Very dated facility but if updated could be excellent since location is very centrally located.

Property needs remodeled immediately. Rooms are small, stink and could use new furniture and a coat of paint. One of the beds creaked so bad you couldn’t move without waking up. Breakfast was also awful. We paid almost $300 for one night. Totally disappointed. Only thing good is it is conveniently located to the beach.
