What I didn't like was how I booked and paid on the booking app and then was charged for the room again when I got there and they said they would immediately release the money back onto my card but I still haven't gotten it back. So for 1 night I spent almost 500 dollars. It would be nice to have my money back.

Room was lovely and Wonderful breakfast. There was a group “partying” in the entrance overhang below our room. We called and they stopped at 9:30 pm but took up again at 11. I think that is where people smoke. There is a bench and they had a cooler so VERY noisy till 11:30 or so. Bring earplugs and you will be fine.

Front desk was downright rude, even after learning we were there for a funeral. Another front desk gal even tried to tell me how much time I’d need to be ready for check out when she knew nothing about our family. Couch had food on it and blankets had stains. Hot tub was out of order. Not worth what was spent.

Happy there was a pool available and location was very close to our destination. Front desk staff was very kind. Engineer we ran into in the hall was very kind. It was great that the window could crack open. The bathroom, specifically the shower wasn’t in good condition. Discoloration, cracks, etc. maybe it was clean but with the disrepair, it felt dirty. Pool was quite cold. My child could only swim for about 20 min and started shivering upon entry.

I was primarily staying here for a medical appointment. My request for a "quiet" room was met, the room was clean, the only issue that we had was there was no extra blankets fir the trundle but other than that it was a great stay for my wife and grandbaby. Not enough blankets

The room was clean comfortable. The staff was very helpful- they made arrangements when we checked in to have us very close to our family members who also had rooms at the hotel. The pool was very clean and the kids enjoyed their swimming time!

We have stayed at this hotel many time and it is always great! We love the pool and hot tub. Breakfast and the kitchenette in the room make meals easy if we don’t want to go out. The only thing I’d change is that the mattress in our room has been super soft the last few times. Great for some but tough on my back. Over all, a great stay.

Had a leak in the “kitchen” sink and they quickly and efficiently got it repaired. The staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was a good start in the morning. It is in a good location with dining and shopping options nearby. We stayed for 4 nights but after the 2nd night we had not had anyone clean our room and replace towels. I had to grab new towels off the housekeeping cart.

Breakfast was the standard stuff. Pool was nice sized and not crowded.

Staff was helpful

The only negative we encountered was housekeeping. We were there for a week and only had 1 partial cleaning. We came back and interrupted that, so no fault of the hotel. However, we did request housekeeping on the second-to-last day and remained gone for at least 6 hours. Alas, nothing happened. This is not a deal breaker if there were recycling bins available throughout the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean.

Blackout shades were broken so they switched us rooms but had no king rooms left so we ended up with two queens which is not what we wanted. The employee working that night was not helpful at all and could care less.

One of my better experiences staying in the area. Hotel was clean and the staff were always polite and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean (except the cleaning crew does need to look behind the nightstands because there was an old water bottle and dust), and well appointed. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors...everything, and the doors are really loud when they close which was hard to handle at all hours of the night. The only other thing that was noticeable was the mattress and blankets. The mattress felt like it was sagging around the outer edges and the bed linens were pretty thin and kind of cheap overall.

I liked everything about this property except they were a couple things in my room that were a problem. They didn’t have curtains and they were lights on all night long outside my window, so it made it difficult to sleep. Also, in the bathroom, the toilet seat was sort of broken. Other than that I was happy.

It was late at night and I wanted to purchase a soda from the front counter and know one was there I said hello multiple times and nothing I leaned over counter and said hello hello and still nothing so I waited about 15 minutes wrote a not saying I took a soda and my name a room number and phone number and then the back room light came on and associate came out looking tired in the face with red eyes, I said hello I’ve been waiting over 10 to 15 minutes and he said oh that’s a lie we have cameras and I was appalled and looked at my spouse because by that time he had came down because it was taking so long and he got worried because it was early morning 3:31am his name was Jermey

This hotel is my top choice of places to stay when I'm in Vancouver each month. The staff are friendly, rooms clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast is great.

Spacious, super clean room - smelled a bit like a construction zone still but that will probably wear off soon enough. Staff was kind and very helpful.

This reservation was a last minute stay as we travelled with a family of 5. The hotel and rooms were clean, the beds and pillows comfortable, and plenty of room for my large family. They have a cold and hot breakfast and a little bit for every taste. A wonderful stay for a much needed rest from travel.

Worst weekend get away we've had in years. Kids are great and it's fun to watch them, but these kids were out of control.

It gets a lot of rowdy groups- sports teams and big groups, so it’s always loud. Not a ton that can be done about that, I suppose. But it’s always a step above other suites. Charging for parking is dumb. It’s Vancouver - the suburb-y part. Free parking is a bare minimum. Otherwise, all was great

We had a very pleasant stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Portland Vancouver. Even though we stayed just one night, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was peaceful — perfect for a relaxing night. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and we appreciated the little touches that made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

ant's were literally everywhere. I had no food in the room and ants were all over my bed my clothes in the closet and even inside my purse!!

Hotel was great, but I was shocked when the front desk told me I would be charged $10 a day for parking?!? When did that become a thing??? Shouldn’t parking be a given if I’m paying for a room? Also, one small bottle of water in the room with a $6 tag on it? Really? Will be back in the area next weekend for another tournament. I’ll find a different hotel.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Portland Vancouver are a great option if you have an early flight at PDX. At busy times the hotels close to the airport can be booked out and SpringHill Suites are only 15mins to the airport. The staff are friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended!

The property appears nice but bathrooms need updating, ants found in multiple areas including the pool area. Front desk personnel were nice but the woman working the breakfast was rude and everything needed to be stocked. Unlikely to stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to I-205 and Wa SR 14. Lots of dining options and shopping nearby. Clean, well maintained facility. Decent breakfast. All positive from me!

The front desk lady was very accommodating and friendly. There were a group of loud ppl in the lobby, they were no problem we just needed quiet. We came in late evening. So we were able to move to another floor. I would totally recommend this place. Rooms clean, breakfast good, nice staff.
