My only disappointment was that the hotel is actually located in Vancouver, Washington, which I didn’t realize when booking. Because of that, it was farther from Portland International Airport than I expected. I was also surprised to find that there is no airport shuttle service available. That said, the quality of the room and the peaceful atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in the Vancouver area, this is a solid choice.

Quick check in. Staff was friendly and received 2 complimentary bottles of water. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Good stay. Convenient to downtown Portland. Even did a day trip to Seattle. Friendly staff.

When we entered the room, there were used towels on the counter in the bathroom and kitchen, there was trash in all the trash cans. We arrived at nearly 2am, so we just went to sleep and notified staff next day.

Great selection of breakfast options with additional extras not typical in a routine breakfast provided by most hotels. The room was tastefully furnished with all you would need and I loved, loved the ultra bright bathroom and especially the lighted mirror. That I only had one night to spend at this hotel.

Very good

This was a very good stay. The hotel is in a quiet location, and I did not hear any road noise, was able to sleep great. The room was mostly clean. Old dried food was seen in the sink. The bathroom had a mold smell in the shower mainly. The breakfast had a wife variety of options, including dairy free and gluten free choices. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Would recommend this hotel.

Bed was nice

Overnight stay visiting family, suite was a good size, bed was really comfortable, great location with lots of retail and easy drive of downtown Vancouver and Portland. Will for sure be back.

Beautiful hotel with friendly service and outstanding suites!

It was quiet and well-maintained.

The stay was good. The only complaint was that I ended up in an ADA unit and water soaked the floor of the whole bathroom because of a curtain and low curb.

My only major complaint is this property's $5 nightly charge for parking. Which felt a bit like an unapologetic money grab at a suburban hotel with ample parking.

I didnt the bathroom shower had mold on the bottom nut everything else was wonderful!

I wouldn’t stay at this property again. Room furniture is broken down and uncomfortable. Maid service left dirty dishes on counter. Breakfast was cold & dried out for eggs. Very unusual for a Marriott hotel.

The hotel is spotless, same for the rooms. Bed is very comfortable and the free breakfast is very good. Special shout out to Saye, who provided exceptional customer service in dealing with a noisy upstairs quest. Would definitely stay there again!

Dissapointed the hotel charges a daily $5 parking fee. You might expect this in a city centre location, but not in a neighbourhood like this.

We love staying here! It is an easy drive to our family and shopping. The inn is so clean and the breakfast is wonderful! And the staff is very friendly and helpful! Be prepared to pay an extra $5 a night to park your car in their parking lot.

The room and bathroom were dirty. We even encountered a pair of socks from a previous guest. Very disappointed with our stay. Room size was great and the kitchen with all the amenities.

Most details were quite good, but odd that the shower door swung in a way that glass hit glass--without better alignment or rubber padding. (Similar issues with faucet lever being able to strike the glass mirror right behind.)

The room was comfortable, clean, and had a full kitchen. We also really enjoyed the pool, which was empty the whole time we were in it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we were very happy and will be back next time we’re in the area.

Stay was prepaid online but we were immediately charged an additional 25 dollars of miscellaneous fees upon arrival. Additionally the hotel advertised a pet stay flat fee of 100 per stay, however we were double charged for this against the card we provided for incidentals.

Not faulting the property. But just the nature of other travellers. Difficult to keep a full kitchen clean, pots and pans in good condition. Didn’t mind. Would stay here again.

Did not get the room I paid for. When I asked I was told the hotel was over booked. They could not change my room. I did get free parking so it saved me $5

We came in to town for a long weekend. Even though the hotel is near a main road, the noise level was low. The room was very clean and quiet and even had a little kitchen. Would stay there again. There are a lot of choices for food close by. Very convenient.

The room was gorgeous and comfortable. It felt very high end. Customer service was excellent from all. Breakfast was nice to have.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The free hot breakfast is the best one I've had at any hotel, although it would be nice if it was open later on the weekends for us night owls. 😀 Staff members were all kind and helpful. All in all, highly recommend and we will be back!

Nice Hotel. Clean, modern and friendly staff. We stayed in a suite so it was extremely spacious. The staff provided a clean pack in play with clean sheets for our baby. Definitely the kind of place I’m looking for as an adult not skimping on price. Standard breakfast.

Parking fee

Parking spaces were really narrow, so many spots were unavailable because someone didn't park well within their spot. Also, unclear why we needed a parking permit for our dash when no one appeared to be monitoring the parking lot. Otherwise, everything was great! All the staff was great, especially the night person Saye. She was always very friendly and welcoming. Room and common areas were clean and well maintained. Will very likely be staying here again.

Paying 900 dollar for two nights and have a lousy breakfast in Vancouver to join a kids soccer tournament is brutal.

Staff friendly and nice. I have always looked forward to staying at Residence Inns. Not any more. The breakfast was terrible. The amenities in room ie TP, Kleenex, kitchen, were terrible. Air condition in bed room area didn’t work. Shower terrible. Very disappointed

For the price, it was not satisfactory. My stay at Heathman Lodge was less expensive and nicer. Also, the person at the front desk yelled, "Hey! Can I help you!?" at me as I was leaving to head out for dinner. Not a good idea to HEY! your guests. I was not happy to find that my 1st floor room's window was open and unlocked. That is not good. Also, the fake flowers out front cheapen the property. Get rid of the fake flowers.

I was very disappointed about the $100 pet fee when the hotel is supposedly "pet friendly." It made the stay unaffordable. I'm really upset.

The guy at the front desk was friendly and super nice. He even gave us free water on the house. He was from India and super nice. The hotel room was clean and very modernized. Their are eating places close by. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to friends. Also the parking was only 5 dollars. These other places charging 50 is ridiculous!!! But there parking fees are awesome! I will return

The excellent friendly service-the heated pool was great for the kiddos. Breakfast had a good variety every day and the kitchen was helpful during the ice storm

The place is very nice, very comfortable, and the room even better than expected. I would stay there again. I do have one small complaint, and it is one that I communicated to the hotel management. The coffee available at breakfast (and other times, apparently), is labeled "Bold"; however, it in fact is little more than brown-colored hot water. I've never had more tasteless coffee in my life! I thought it was just a glitch on the first morning (we were there 3 nights), but it was the same every day. Not what I would expect, for sure.
