The room was very clean. Check in/out staff were delightful. I had 2 dogs with me and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Noise was only in hallways so great comfortable bed. Would recommend and do it again.

The whole hotel could use a facelift. The internet was very slow, and they didn’t fully clean the bathroom, left hair on the shower wall.

Easy to check in and the staff was nice. Very comfortable beds! My widow was right by the jack in the box ordering spot. I could hear people order most of the night.

No elevator

Breakfast was simple but enough to get us started with our day and with it being available as soon as 6am it was appreciated for our early flight out. Very close to freeway so noise was a bit much, also no elevators so if you have mobility issues ask for an ADA room at booking.

The hotel was overall well. The were dirty marks on the walls, but the beds were clean. The pool was nice, however, the hot tub was extremely small. During breakfast, there was no hot food; but nevertheless the stay was fine for a last minute find!

Everything was fine. No fault of the hotel had noisy neighbors til 3 in the morning. Nice to have a microwave, many don’t anymore. Refrigerator has small freezer also. No elevator so glad I had small suitcase.

I was hopeful this stay would be nice because it was rated as "Very Good", but I was very disappointed. Everything was extremely dated and the carpet was so old, I kept my shoes on in my room. The air unit in my room was so loud, I couldn't have it on while I slept. I was also kept awake by highway noise, even late at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself was not worth the money.

We loved the beds most of all! I was worried they would be hard very comfy was soooo happy! Too many little people in hot tub so gave up!

It could've been cleaner, but it aligned with my expectations.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well.

The man who checked us in at this property was incredibly kind and personable. We immediately felt welcomed even arriving late in the evening past midnight. The room was quiet and I slept better than I have at any hotel before, and we travel all the time. The bathroom door had something on it that was unclean and sticky looking. The rest of the room looked fantastic. I would most certainly stay again.

It is a poorly maintained, tired building. It is in a good albeit noisy area. The staff did their job which really does not require interaction. It's a room that was warm and dry. Not more.

The room was good, extra amount of towels, the traffic noise was not heard at all. Breakfast was sparse, quite different than other places we stayed that offered a Continental Breakfast, expect only cereal, pastries, waffles, bread, yogurt and coffee [milk or half-and-half].

No, fruit was not good. Very few items to choose from.

What I did do was empty the tabacco from the cigarette butt then threw the butt in the trash can in the room instead of littering in the parking lot. I'm sure there was an odor, its a cigarette butt, but that is a far cry from smoking! And the main reason aside from the rule, is that my husband is on oxygen! Free flowing oxygen in a small room, oh yeah, let's smoke in there! I'm actually very disappointed in their DNR (do not rent) decision, we liked their hotel, we'd even stayed there 2 more times AFTER I was supposedly on the naughty list! Smokers beware!

Not much to compliment but more importantly, no serious gripes. If you don't expect much then your chances of disappointment are less. As with most Quality Inn locations the place was clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was okay. No movie channels, no usb ports to charge phones. No elevator to the 2nd floor mailing hauling heavy bags upstairs challenging. Breakfast didn’t have any protein options like eggs or sausage/bacon. Lots of food/shopping in the area. Convenience to the freeway. Bed was not very comfortable.

The pool was nice but the Hot tob was not very warm and the jets blew out cold bubbles.The tv was also very old and you can only watch cable but other than that amazing service and a comfy bed.

I stayed here while working the Sportsman show in Portland. Clean rooms, comfortable pillows. The breakfast is super basic but perfect to fill your belly!

Great Staff ~ Pool & Hot tub Wonderful for our grandchildren

We asked for a quiet room and instead, we are right next to the stairs. We are downstairs so every time people go up and down the stairs, we can hear them stomping their feet.

If you’re looking for an affordable hotel to stay at with a pool and hot tub and a continental breakfast this place is for you. The building and carpet is old.

It was a motel with interior entry doors. Breakfast was very simple. TV in room is about twenty years old. It was an ok stay, but should run about $59-79 a night... Not much better than a Motel6. Guest laundry looks like it will destroy your clothes and all the vending machines were out of service.

Overall, stay was good. Did not realize that there was no elevator. There was a large gap at bottom of room door that made me uncomfortabke.

Room was great, clean, big. loved the hand hold on the bathtub. Swimming pool was great, I thought a little chilly but it was great once I got in. Front Desk person was professional and friendly. Our room had an outside and inside entry.. it was great. bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. great breakfast , good coffee, tasty waffles great fruit.

Easy check in process. Good service can be confirmed whenever our problem shows up and it gets solved properly. Although there was a confusion with the room, this was resolved calmly and to satisfaction.

The hotel overall was fine, just dated. The carpet needs a complete makeover. As in, rip it up and put in new carpet, or other, more durable flooring. Unfortunately, the stairs and hallway smelled awful to me and the room had a strange smell, but not completely awful and I did get used to it. Outside of that, though, it is conveniently located off a major interstate, and is much more sound proof than other hotels I have stayed in. I slept great, no road noise woke me, and it felt safe.

Room was clean, there was a cigarette burn in the curtains. Water stayed hot. Hot tub jets didn’t work and wasn’t actually hot. Also would have been nice if pool and hot tub were open a little longer. Did take a few days to get my deposit back also. Staff was friendly. Power went out

The property is in a great location with quick access to nearby highways. The area is quiet and clean. They only thing that keeps it from getting all 5 Stars is the mattresses they are way to hard i couldn't get comfortable to get a good night's sleep. But hey if you love a firm mattress this is the place for you.

It was pretty clean for the most part, but the entire upstairs did smell strongly like pool chemicals for my entire stay, which got old quickly. It was also dated, but who cares as long as it’s clean and taken care of. The people working there were always amazing, and it was a decent stop in an area with pretty good access to the interstate, which is what I needed. I’d stay here again for the price and convenience for sure.

Front staff excellent, especially Jace. Went over-and-above to make our stay comfortable. Housekeeping staff was fast, efficient and polite. Beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent for our purposes. We have stayed here before, and will gladly stay there again.

It took a good 2 hrs to air it out some more so it was a little annoying having to wear double clothing to warm up under our blankets. Breakfast could have been a bit better.

The location was close to the freeways but either had to make a u turn at the light to get to it's entrance or turn around in the shopping mall street right next to it. Other than that it was nice but not nice enough for an anniversary stay, my mistake.

Stayed here for a concert at the Cascades Amphitheater and took an uber to the 99th street transit station. After reading about all the horrors of parking at the venue this hotel was a perfect location for a fuss free night!

It’s a budget friendly place. Good for a quick stop while on the road. My kids enjoyed the pool and the staff were nice. Hotel is a bit outdated and it doesn’t have an elevator. So don’t expect luxury for the price.

The bathroom vanity counter in our room was damaged. It had several big cracks. It looked unsafe.

Absolutely horrible place I couldn't check in until 3:00 but I had a funeral to go to at 11:00 had been driving all night and they had the nervous to ask me for $40 to be able to check in early I told you I was burying my son he told me sorry about that $40 or 3:00 is when you check in so of course I slept in my car the best I could went to the service after the service went to go and check in and then they asked me for a $200 deposit poor place never again wish I would

Room was a bit dirty in some corners and there was a toy and dust and hair under the bed that was not ours. Breakfast was continental when the website said breakfast. Did speak with extremely kind manager who corrected their listing and offered to refund some of our money but no refund has been applied yet. We chose this specific place because of the location and the breakfast since we have two children but there was no protein at all

the steps to the pool were slimy and caused my wife to slip and sprain her ankle . the staff was pretty blase' about it . they did give us ice but the overall service was poor .. we are upset . we wont be booking there again .. Ed Bister

The hotel halls had a dank damp smell but we're clean and clear. The room was clean, but there were drain flys in the sink. The pool and hot tub area was clean and accessible. The hot tub jets were not great. They didn't seem to be focused enough, so they just bubbled heartily. Reserved through Expedia and saved almost $100 on a 3 night stay. I did have to pay a $100 security deposit. I'll update this if they hassle me about getting that back.

Repair needed to the shower curtain rod in the bathroom. Door to the hallway was not easy to open. And did not shut easily. But still a nice clean place to stay with friendly helpful staff

The room is as clean. The curtain interferes with the heating/cooling system….to long. The bathroom could use an update when it comes to the plumbing for the sink and toilet. Slow draining for sink and the toilet acted like it wanted to backup.

I would prefer a warmer pool water temperature and not have the pool paint peeling off and floating around the bottom of the pool. Other than that the facility was well maintained and staff was friendly and professional providing excellent service.

Based on the reviews, and for the price we paid, I expected better. The carpet throughout the hallways and in our particular room were matted and dirty. And, I always book hotels that include a continental breakfast. Their breakfast offerings were only different breads and waffles. No protein. Not gluten friendly. The staff was nice enough and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom had some pretty obvious, frequent patch job repairs but it was clean and I have no complaints!

I chose to stay here based on the glowing reviews, but I was sorely disappointed. Unfortunately, this place felt more like a scam than a genuine accommodation. While the room was clean, the bathroom was far from hygienic—hair on the wall and a horrible stench that filled the entire space. The foul smell was so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep all night. Definitely avoid wasting your money on this place!

We enjoyed our room and the staff was professional and friendly. The beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was your average continental, but with the waffle maker. The hotel is located in a safe area with so many dining options and you could walk to many of them. My only complaint was the smell. It wasn't bad, just strong. When you walk into the lobby it smells very strongly of chlorine because of the proximity of the pool to the lobby. But it smells so strong we chose not to swim. Almost like that was too much chlorine. The room also had a strong cleaner/air freshener smell. Again, not a bad smell, just overpowering. Thankfully, we had a large window that opened so we could air out the room and then we were fine. We spent quite a bit of time at the hotel and overall were happy with our stay.

I was actually super impressed the beds were super comfortable the pillows as well everything was clean. The check in process was super easy even late at night which around the time we checked in and check out as well the included breakfast was also very nice and the parking lot was very spacious. I was very satisfied at this hotel.

I was definitely expecting better than we got. The photos show a much nicer facility. When we got to our room the hall and our room smelled so heavily of cleaning solution it was burning my eyes. We ended up checking out early and making the 3 hour drive home. We didn't bother staying overnight.

The room was big and very clean. Only thing I was not happy with was the pillows. They need to upgrade them. We had small pillows meant for kids or a twin bed not for a king bed. Nothing to them. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

I wish it was less noisy and the smell of chlorine entering the property was too strong. Plus breakfast was really disappointing and not much space to eat

The bath tub had long black hairs laying on the edge, not sure if maids or tenants prior. Breakfast area should have someone tending to it, supplies were out, orang juice had only a bit in the container, counters were dirty where a tenant had spilt waffle mix and syrup

Well, if loud mufflers don’t bother you then staying on the front side would be OK but every young punk has to hit their gas to make their stupid mufflers go berserk which is pretty dumb,.But I was suggesting trying to get a room on the southside. The backside. but on all and the places is not bad the heater/fan was pretty old and junkie Needs to be worked on, but I would suggest it. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked like a lot of people were in and out of there, enjoying it and you get free breakfast in the morning. I do have standards for my rooms, I would stay again.
