Motel 6 Vancouver, WA

It was nice. A super brief stay, basically sacking out before an excruciatingly early flight...but the room was comfy, had a hot shower, really just so pleasant. 🙂

It was in a great location, felt safe enough, but was just really run down. Needs a good refresh. Staff was lovely.

It was like being in a crackhouse there was black mold. The bathroom was super tiny. The toilet was meant for a child, so small . the price was about $40 too expensive. very disappointed. Would never go back. The positive was they had nice pillows.

For a cheap hotel, it wasn’t bad. Better than most motel 6s. It is nicely located next to a freeway. I felt safe there, the neighborhood is safe. Right in front of a dispensory. The only negative is that the building is old, but overall clean.

The walls were filthy I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean the wall. Their was ketchup above the headboard. It smelled like pee when you walked in. It was a horrible experience. I would never stay their again! The staff was very friendly!

Room was clean, the cleaning ladies they worked hard and I saw how much they worked hard to keep the rooms clean. Customer service was on point, very helpful and friendly, easy check in a lot of parking. Very convenient to restaurants, shops and much more. It fits my budget

While the lady that checked us in was very helpful and friendly, I would not choose to stay here again. There were spots in the ceiling that had severe water damage that looked like it may pop. The room itself was meh, sheets and blankets were super scratchy and there was no soap other than a bar of soap in the room. Stay at your own risk.

I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again.

The staff was kind the property outside was not bad. I did not have housekeeping for four days that I was there and had to ask for towels besides that not a bad place for the price.

Drugs being done in the parking lot, front desk staff was higher than a kite and took over 45 minutes to check us in, the room was gross, spiderwebs, holes, rust, room above us stomped around the whole night, doors slamming, a man and women fighting threatening harm to each others lives, DO NOT STAY HERE! Pictures are misleading and possibly of another room.

Lots of homeless people, dirty room and bathroom. Tub had dirt in it, burn marks on counters and the mirrors dirty. Property was not clean and I'm legit surprised my car didn't get broken into.

Horrible. MASSIVE ADA violation as I had a seizure on the property, was robbed during my episode, and then removed from my room due to other guests being “uncomfortable” with my condition yet no emergency services were contacted whatsoever. The rooms are disgusting, the staff is rude, the stairs are in gross disrepair, there is no accessibility for disabled people, no amenities, no customer service. Avoid at all costs. The Super8 across the street would probably be better.

We got in late I accidentally booked the wrong check in date when I got there thru a third party and the staff directed me how to fix it and was very helpful. Room was clean and smelt clean as well.

The low price and being near the highway are the biggest perks this place offers. It’s close to the best gyros I’ve ever had: I ❤️ Gyros is their name, look ‘em up.

The room was horrible gross and dirty. Honestly felt we felt so dirty sleeping in there. Sheets were stained. Bathroom had hair and stains. Paint missing dirty walls. Just dont stay here not worth $70+ a night.

The room I got the last time was upgraded for free because the previous person destroyed the tv. I stay here often it's cheap but the staff is great and the coffee in the mornings is good.

Easy check-in. Non-smoking room as requested. No frills just a good place to relax on a road trip either two small dogs. Our pups were quite interested in all the smells in the room though, usually a sign it could be cleaner. No noise, no disturbances. We love Motel 6.

The walls and the floor were dirty and damaged. There was not a chair to be used neither for the table nor the desk. Stains in the tub. Place was a ghetto. There was only 2 tiny tiny small bars of soap about the size that I would throw away at home... The only thing nice about the place was the heater and TV. Can I give a no stars review? One star is too many. I will never go to another Motel 6 again. Had I had time I would have just gone to another motel...

No chairs to sit on. Had to request hair dryer. No tissue. It was mostly well cleaned except a wall behind the bathroom that looked like it had dried spillage. Bathroom door had a whole from a punch.

This hotel was in an off the path kinda way. Rooms were clean and I was surprised but really quiet at night. The location is close to lots of shopping and food establishments. I didn't like getting my key from a window when I arrived. I understand safety, just didn't get a good welcome. Not polite. In the morning I kinda felt the same. Front desk didn't say much. IDK just my opinion. For price I would stay here again.

Chose this because of the location, but there were other hotels near by in much better condition. Bed was on rollers so had to push against headboard constantly, no coffee offered in room, tv channels were limited and cable would go out occasionally. Gutter leaked right outside my room, ice machine worked but was very dirty.

For one reason or another, it took three tries to get a room where everything worked, and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the WIFI was decent. You can tell that they have or had renovated the place. For the price, I think it's a good option if you are just passing through or on business, and I would stay here again.

Motel 6 is inexpensive but continues to maintain adequate cleanliness. If you dont mind sketchy folks as neighbors, then you're good-!

I booked this hotel because it was cheap, if I were with my family, my wife would’ve made us find another hotel. The hotel is pretty run down and very bare bones. Lots of questionable individuals walking around the facility. The shower floor was cracked and I’m hoping I didn’t get exposed to black mold. On a positive note I was not exposed to bed bugs so I’m happy about that. My room was in the back building which I’m assuming has some long term residents. There were dogs barking late night and early morning. I only used the room to sleep but needless to say I did not rest well given the circumstances.

Room old but fine. Doggy area filthy even though the facility has poo bags available. Shame on those owners who don't clean up after their dogs.

Plenty of cheaper hotel rooms are basically nicer. It's hard to imagine that the Super 8 and the Best Western nearby could be on the same level. Be sure to wear a tube top and enormous eyelashes; you will get service before whoever is in line ahead of you.

The room was outdated and in need of major repairs. No coffee machine, no furniture. The grounds were unkept and grungy, or maybe just so old that years of use without any makeovers were in evidence. My end room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

We arrived at 5:30 pm our room wasn’t ready for us. It became ready after 6pm. We walked into the room and you can tell someone had been smoking something in the room. They had been trying to clean and get the smell out. They even had the window wide opened. Guessing maybe meth. We decided not to stay at this hotel, and as we left the room there was a used hypodermic needle in the ashtray. We were given a full refund but unfortunately this left us looking for another hotel which took us almost 3 hours to find. This is not some that you want to do when you’re exhausted from traveling.

We needed to stay close to the airport and it was a good choice. Staff was very friendly and supportive.Standard motel. Rooms can use a face lift but over all for the price it's reasonable mostly!

I moved across the country with two cats, and this was a great place to stay with them until I set up an apartment! I had to extend my stay a couple of times, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating to me. They also lent me a screwdriver when I needed it! Thanks so much!

While staff was great the area about the motel and the property could’ve definitely been better. Went to do laundry and decided not to because the washing machine was dirty inside. The rooms are okay for a night but you could hear everything outside. Thankfully this property has cameras everywhere, you can see all the cameras they have up as soon as you check in. So while i felt a little better leaving our car parked in the lot, if it weren’t for the cameras i would not trust leaving my vehicle in the area overnight.

Had to get moved rooms because the first one wasn’t good. The second one the ac unit didn’t work the best. The beds seemed smaller than Queens. Didn’t really feel safe. Their password was literally stay safe.

Well, a motel 6 is always affordable, and right off the highway. It was convienent for my stay in Vancouver this time. There was a somewhat shabby church property next door, but it wasnt a problem.

We just needed a place to stay for the night after a 10pm flight arrival to PDX. We wanted to cross into Washington state to get a head start to Mt St Helens the following morning. Had I known that Oregon state doesn’t charge sales tax on food and clothing etc., we would have stayed on the Oregon side and stocked up w good for our 7 day road trip. There’s an Elmers across the street for breakfast that I recommend and grocery stores and a Walmart too.

The staff seemed fine, but the place is a dump. Our room was dirty, the sink wouldn't drain, lights in the bathroom didn't work, and the bed was terrible. The area is super sketchy - I was nervous leaving my street bike parked in the lot. My daughter had a separate room, and it was just as bad.

Place stunk horribly. Stairs are outside and falling apart. You feel like you are going to fall as the stairs will crumble under your feet. Needs a paint job desperately. Rooms stunk like they painted over cigarettes and weed smoke. Toliets are tiny, bathtub was stained, TV didn't work. Beds, you can feel every spring and were so uncomfortable. Illegal activities outside. The staff nice and professional. Not going back till major changes happen.

I hadn't got all my days to stay correct and the staff helped me right away so I got my reservation correct. My dog is allowed and I'm a senior so stairs are difficult. They made sure I was on the ground floor. The building is old but it is clean and close to eating out and shopping. I love to stay here.

We liked that it was within walking distance of convenience and grocery stores and a bus stop. Alot of the room was not very nice though. Stuff like the walls being dirty and paint chipped was not a big deal, but multiple types of hair still in the shower, unstocked towels and lots of people smoking just outside the door was not good. There was also multiple broken or damaged fixtures. The shower head was pulled from the wall and the wall rack in the bathroom for towels was missing a couple screws and stripped from the wall making it unstable.

My review is the staff were great, commendable at their work, parking is easy to get around, and the beds were great.

I’d booked a stair-free entrance (ground floor) and was told that they’d already sold the last one of those earlier in the day. Frustrating since I’d booked a week in advance. The parking lot was way overfilled which made parking difficult and I had to park in a side lot that had some broken down vehicles in it. I will absolutely NOT stay at this hotel again. It needs some serious work and cleanup. While the inside of the room was reasonably clean, I don’t believe it’s a safe place to stay and if I hadn’t been so tired from traveling I would have just left.

Check in staff not particularly friendly. We had been on the road for several hours and were in need of bathroom, upon entering the lobby they asked us to wait as they were doing a shift change. I inquired about use of a bathroom and was told there was no public restroom, when asked not even for for guests with reservations checking in? I was once again rudely advised there was no public restroom. Not very accommodating and left us with a negative feeling about the property.
