My husband and I only stayed over night. It was a very pleasant night. Very clean room the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical but good. Would stay again.

I couldn't use internet throughout The front dest staff was rude. She dropped phone on me when I was requesting for supply. I had limited mobility and I requested for help to get us some room supplies that was not available. She insisted that I have to come down and get it. That wasn't nice. I have been a member of IHG close to 15 years.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great break options. Ice machine was broken on my floor. Wish the pool hours were longer.

Breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfy. Plenty of room for everyone. I moved from the area four months ago. I was familiar with the area having some homeless people around. It appears that the hotel is helping with situation by housing people on a more permanent residency. This was good, but a little weird. While walking to our room, we spotted 3 doormats outside of rooms and some decorations on some doors. We had a laugh about how many holidays were being represented at the Holiday Inn.

Great breakfast

Staff is unprofessional and does not care to resolve a problem or support their guests. Have never thought of leaving an unfavorable review before. The management at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. Just awful .

Very clean! Great location for anything in Vancouver or Portland. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were really convenient traveling with a 5 and 7 year old.

Didn’t feel or smell clean.

The room was in good condition, no real concerns there. I appreciate the premium bedding and amount of pillows and towels. The hallways and elevator could use more cleaning attention. I don’t know the last time they were vacuumed. I’ve machines were out and vending machines empty

Clean Loud A/C unit, hard to sleep with the noise of the A/C unit.

Too much noise at 10:30 with kids running and screaming in the hall. The bathtub needs a bar to aid in getting in and out of.

Our first night there, I came down to the lobby to ask for some utensils, plates, and napkins and to get some bottled water. The staff member was on the phone, so I waited for her to get off. Instead, she ran down the hall, went through a door, and never came back. I ended up finding the items myself. Also, the refrigerator could have been a little colder.

Overall very good, especially the breakfast. Only recommendation concerns the accessible room. Only one grab bar in the tub. Need more especially on the tub wall. My wife had a difficult time getting in and out. Also the beds were too high for short people with limited mobility. We had to use a step stool. Otherwise recommend this property.

I will stay here again. I had a concern when I returned at 9:30pm. There was a faint smell of marijuana and loud music playing across the hall. It seem to stop after I arrived. The host at the front desk was in a black T-shirt when I left. Not professional.

Would not recommend this hotel if handicapped. Bed was way too high. Bathroom was a joke. Two bars on walls near the commode. No comfortable seating in the room.

Unsafe with people selling drugs from the room next door. Shady people in the parking lot.

This location was perfect for our stay

The pool water was a bit too murky for umpires liking which was a disappointment. We were happy with this being a more affordable than Portland option. So many places to eat close by. Raising Canes not far. (New to PNW).

Property was clean, staff was friendly but it is really loud. Every time another guest’s door would close on our floor it sounded as if it was my door slamming shut. Over all though good value and would stay again.

We stay here everytime we're in Vancouver. The staff is amazing, the hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful and clean, and the breakfast buffet is exceptional.

The only problem is when you book in a package on a third party site u can’t change reservation at all, but that’s my own issue.

Everything was great. Late check in and it went fantastic.

The people were great, the room was clean, the breakfast was fine but the hot rods driving by were very loud in my room. Sounded like a drag strip. The earplugs I had helped. I did like the availability of local dining options not too far away. Thank you.

Very peaceful and quiet area to stay at. Morning breakfast spread was nice and multiple options to choose from. Rooms were clean. Staff was kind. We will return!

The hotel is fairly clean but extremely echoey. You can hear through the walls. The beds creek really loud if you just roll over.

The only bad part was how loud people were at 3:45am slamming doors and speaking loudly in the hallways.

The property was just ok. The breakfast was at 7 am vs 630 on Sunday which was not great, our day had to start early. The other holiday inn express we’ve stayed at had 24 coffee with creamer and this one didn’t. Room service didn’t make our bed and didn’t exchange our ice container bag from the night prior. There is also lots of road noise on the first floor

The hotel was clean, beautiful room with comfortable bed and nice bedding, nicely accommodated. Did not get time to use other amenities and had to check out early in the morning before breakfast so I can't comment on that. The surrounding area was somewhat noisy and many of the guests were loud late into the early morning hours.

The resort seemed to be located in a residential area.. However, we only had to drive 2 miles to find restruants and services.

The first room was extremely warm and could not be regulated. The second room was better but still a little off. Breakfast was okay, but we were towards the end. Hardest thing was getting the baggage cart in and out of the elevator, simply not enough room to maneuver in and out.

The rooms were nice and clean. The walls were a little thin and could hear everything around your room.

I like that it’s close to shopping mall, restaurants.

Quiet, clean & easy parking with great staff

It has everything I needed and I felt safe walking around. The breakfasts were a good mix and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi every night.

This place is an amazing value! Wonderful staff, lovely modern and clean room, delicious hot breakfast, and easy access to everything. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Bet shower ever love the heat and water pressure

Property is a typical holiday inn express. Breakfast included and not bad. Good space to eat. Hallways are really narrow. Rooms average and clean.

We spent one night and the overall experience is average. Location is quiet and convenient. However the hotel room is a bit dated and the tub has stain and scratch marks. I even saw a little bug in the tub. So that kind of let me doubt the cleanness.

Pros: ----- Daily Room Service: The daily room service was excellent, far exceeding my experiences at other Holiday Inns. It made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast: The breakfast options were good, and my kids particularly enjoyed exploring the different choices available. Parking: The inclusion of parking was a convenient and appreciated perk. Property Location: The property is in a safe, nice, and quiet place. For anyone visiting Portland, I highly recommend considering this location. Even though it's in Washington state, the nearby food options are great. Cons: ----- Breakfast Supply: We were disappointed to find that oats ran out within the first hour of breakfast service. This was quite surprising compared to other Holiday Inns we've stayed at, where supplies were better managed. It would be great if they could ensure better stock management in the future. IHG Points: Unfortunately, our stay did not earn any IHG points because we booked through Expedia. As regular customers who have stayed exclusively at Holiday Inn for our last three trips, this was disappointing. It would be beneficial for IHG to consider awarding some points to customers who book through third-party sites, especially those who are frequent guests. Overall, with minor inconveniences, our trip was great

Nice hotel

The wheelchair ADA room that was booked was not wheelchair accessible at all, the bath tub was also not . within requirements which led to safety issues. The hotel did not do anything they are obligated to do in this situation and were not helpful at all. It’s been almost a month and I still have yet to receive the phone call from the general manager that they promised.

Great stay

Well for starters when we opened the couch bed a syringe fell out!! Staff came to the room and were like oh yeah there is a lot of that around the are! Then when we went to shower there was no shower curtain and we were told we wouldn’t get one until the morning! While we showered then had to spend like 10 min trying to dry the bathroom. The hotel its self was pretty dirty.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpets looked brand new and the room was very spacious. Good place for a family with a crawling child!
