This was our second time staying. Our rooms were clean and ready on time. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We used valet parking - it was fast and easy. They have several options for breakfast on site and nearby.

Great overall location and experience that made the whole stay comfortable and wanting to come back.

There was a loud annoying humming all day & night my first night here. The maintnnace man came up and said, "it was probably the fan on the roof". Very irritating.

The beds and pillows are so comfortable and the location over looking the park and just steps away from walkable downtown shops and the riverfront dining is perfect. Plus they are willing to accommodate our small dog.

The lighting in the parking garage is bright and felt very safe! The breakfast restaurant service was excellent! Will happily return!

The lobby really is super pretty when you first walk in and we had an amazing step into the new year by waking up and speaking with Annie at the front desk. She was super sweet and added that extra connection to the hotel! The vending machine was out of water on two floors.

Friendly staff Restaurant not my favorite

No early check-in fee since the room was ready. No extra fee to park our vehicle.

I wish the pool had been accessible. It was closed until further notice.

Close to the Park where we went to a jazz festival. The beds were a bit hard. Gave me a stiff back in the morning. The shampoo was not refilled and no coffee cups to use with the coffee machine.

Clean room, friendly staff, and easy access from the airport and to trendy spots both in Vancouver and in Portland.

Need to update the bathrooms. Very low sitting toilet and tub and shower head need improvement.

Located in a great spot to be able to walk to quite a few food locations. Its right across from Loowit brewery and Smoking Oak BBQ, which is great!

Vancouver is beautiful and clean and plenty of food options. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Microwaves are one per floor, which is odd but efficient. Fridge in every room. Charging for parking one over pricing a room is inappropriate and I will never use a Hilton again

Great stay for a temporary visit

There is a bbq pit next to the hotel and it’s all I could smell in my room when I at the hotel. It’s overwhelming and I love to smoke meat myself. The bartender in the restaurant was very nice though.

This hotel as well as the service and staff is a 10 out of 10 and I am picky! I was a little shocked at the $44 overnight valet parking but it sure was nice to have my rental car sitting right outside the front doors at 6am. The room service food was great. Every single person was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless.

Valet could have been handled better. I don't like leaving my car outside, having to check in and then give my keys to person at counter to handle the vehicle. usually a valet would meet you at your car, and offer to take your luggage.

Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, all the necessary amenities for business travel.

It is a beautiful hotel and on summer weekends a short walk across the park is a farmers’ market that might be the best in the country😊

The only downside was parking, 37 a night. The convenience of local shops and restaurants is amazing. Amenities and services at the hotel were excellent.

Overall positive experience for our stay. We enjoyed having walkable access to coffee, food, shopping, and we enjoyed the events that were happening across the street at the park. Room was comfortable, beds were okay. Parking was steep so we parked on the street/parking garage instead.

We were next to a barking dog from 3am on. I didn’t know you were running an uncontrolled dog kennel. With be staying at the ac hotel from now on. The lady at the front counter told us next to request a room not next to a dog. I said ok

Overall a nice facility. Limited in-house to dining options, including for snacks and variety for meal options. For a Hilton expected more. No gift shop. Location great. Within walking distance to restaurants and local stores.

Lovely room and amenities. We really like the pool and gym. Beautifully appointed and well maintained.

The hotel restaurant is extremely overpriced. Finally, the area is unsafe for solo female/family travelers. Since there was no snacks available in the hotel, I was advised to walk down 1 block to Plaid Pantry. It was 7pm however after doing so, I did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. I think this probably used to be a 4 star hotel however has gone downhill and clearly understaffed. Rating and prices should be adjusted. The Hampton Inn down the road offers a nicer stay.

It was perfect

The Elevator door wouldn't open when we arrived at our floor. We had to go back down to the Lobby to get out and Take another Elevator. Having to Pay for Hotel Parking was not Great.

The room was paid for on Expedia. But they my My second credit card upon arrival for the full amount and made the hold which takes 5 to 10 days to release. What exactly is the point of prepaying for the room online??

We had a lovely stay. I only had one difficult interaction with staff and that was prior to our stay. All staff during our stay were kind and helpful!

Great place to stay

I don’t write reviews- ever. But this was by far the worst experience I’ve had and I’ve stayed at many Hilton’s. My husband booked me and my friend a room for a kid free mom’s night. At about 8 pm I had to security gaurds come to my room and tell me there’s been multiple noise complaints. Mind you we had just got back from swimming and had been in the room maybe 30 minutes. The only noise we were making was laughing and not in excess. The security then asked me if we were smoking marijuana in our room. I was astounded by this as I don’t smoke weed and definitely wouldn’t do it at a hotel. I went down to the lobby to ask if there was a noise curfew, and was told it was 10pm which I had figured. I asked why I had security coming to my room at 8pm then complaining about laughing. The staff were extremely rude about the situation. I don’t usually make a fuss of anything but this was appalling to me considering we spent quite a bit on our suite and were treated the way we were. I almost checked out that evening and went home but knew my husband wouldn’t be refunded the money so we toughed it out. Terrible experience overall

We have stayed here many times in the past and always enjoy the stay. The staff are always a pleasure and the stay is always refreshing. You will have to pay for parking and there are no microwaves in the room nor are there robes in all rooms.

We had a great stay overall. The staff were really kind and helpful with our son. He loved the pool (although it was a little cold, it is December!). Great location for Ester Short Park and waterfront or quick trips to Portland.

Wonderful stay and desk staff were very sweet and helpful. Nice fitness facilities w/pool. Lobby area beautifully decorated for holidays with fireplace and large areas to sit. Only disappointment was the coffee shop seems to have very limited hours and was closed both times we tried to go. Alternatively the restaurant did have variety of options with very pleasant staff too. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. It was perfect for three with lots of room. We brought in take out and ate at the table. Had a fridge and microwave. The pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable. Great location in downtown. Will stay again.

A quick, one night stay for myself, my husband, and daughter. The staff were friendly, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was great for just the 3 of us. We even had a nice little view of the water. The travel crib was brought to our room quietly which I thought was very courteous of all the guests since it was so late.

This was a business trip for a week and I am so glad that I chose this hotel. It was clean, quiet and in the perfect location. Every restaurant was walking distance and the waterfront was beautiful.

Friendly staff and being able to use my phone to control the room/tv/parking garage/check in and out was really cool. The bathroom was a little dated but that’s truly my only complaint. Definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was fine with the hotel except I wish the bathroom had an exhaust system. It got foggy when you take a shower. The staff was extremely friendly, and everything was very clean.

After staying two nights in a horrible hotel, we decided to drive 45 minutes just so we know we would be in a clean, safe and hospitable hotel.

Didn’t love the barky dog next door; I feel like there should be a separate area for dog rooms and/or someone checking for barking. When my battery died, the staff -- concierge/valet, front desk, engineering staff were fantastic. They all worked to take care of us after we had already checked out. Eventually we got on the road and home safely. I extra appreciate the helpfulness and expertise of the engineering staff in the garage. Theybwerenprofessional, kind, and helped us get on the road. Thank you all!

This hotel was way overpriced. Poor value. The extras for parking was over the top for a holiday weekend. All told our bill was over $300.

Shower was very small and no body wash was provided.

Most of the things we did not like were related to the bathroom. The height of the toilet was like child size, you almost had to fall down on it to reach it. If you have any physical limitations in this area, this would be a deal buster. The toilet paper was so bad I think a gas station rest room has better quality. As for the Grays restaurant on the first floor the menu items were extremely over priced and of poor quality. Would not recommend or go back.

All the vending machines were out of water. We went to front desk. They charged my daughter and I 3$ each for two small cartons of warm water. Earlier they gave a guest free ones from the back based on their room:) it’s Vancouver not Paris…..

Nice, quiet area. Lobby is impressive. The cost to park is a bit much, at the same time it is safe & secure.

The check in process was super easy and the staff was great. The valet was so convenient. Our room was very clean. Would stay here again.
