The staff is very nice, welcoming will stay here again, staff goes above and beyond Everting was good
- 2/5
The staff was courteous and it was clean,, but the hotel was run down. Large chips in the furniture, chair footrest that sagged noticeably. Halls with scuff marks everywhere...ones that it was obvious that walls hadn't been painted in a while. Strange smell. I wouldn't have stayed even the one night except for I had purchased it through Hotels.com and would not have gotten a refund.

I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left.

The young lady behind the desk was amazing. Very professional and friendly and nice, went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful. The property is getting pretty old and could use some sprucing up.

The front desk people are incredibly friendly and helpful. Shopping and food nearby. The hot water is great. Laundry at the facility is incredibly too expensive, otherwise not a bad place to get some quiet sleep.
- 4/5
Great staff and it was very clean.
- 2/5
It\nWas in very poor repair. The cable was disconnected from the TV.The t v was unplugged. The bed was not made , but the used linens were on the floor.. It felt like something between a homeless mission and a motel

No breakfast. . I did not stay. The TV in the room did not work. The room was located too far from front door (for me).

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, but the hallways smelled like smoke, carpet is really old.
- 2/5
Front desk was as helpful as they could be! The place is In Need of a serious update! Extended stays are supposed to welcome you to relax and feel like home! Even cook up some food if you would like! No dishes!, no cups, no amenities whatsoever! Steve Wonder is in charge of cleaning, And if you call a granola bar breakfast, I beg to differ…. But, put all that aside! I think some over stay they’re welcome! The elevators were down so I had to use stairs to second floor, while in trying to do so, there were 4 very intimidating looking women right in the way, and no intentions on moving! I just minded my own, and went to my room. Well my key didn’t work, so I had to do that trip twice! Like the 1st time wasn’t bad enough! I stand my own, but I can honestly say, I did not feel safe!

The staff was vary friendly

Very good

I couldn't find one thing I liked. Dirty room dirty bed dirty bathtub. By feet were sticky after coming out of the shower.
- 2/5
Staff was courteous and friendly, but the room and the building were in terrible condition. It felt like most features of the room were at least partially broken, including the elevator. The key card had to be reset or replaced about once a day.
- 2/5
Our room itself was pretty decent. Other than the carpet coming apart, water stains on the bathroom ceiling, dirty stove burners, the shower floor was mushy and poor housekeeping. We found several items and dust under the bed and under cabinets that were not cleaned up. We chose this place for the convenience of having a kitchen so could cook in the room. The room layout was very nice. . Also the security measures were no longer working. The gated parking lot was open all the time and the gate did not work. The room key lock of the main entrance did not work. We had to wait for staff to come let us in. Most of the day the door was wide open and easy to access.
- 4/5

- 2/5
Halls and public areas smelled of smoke. Dead fridge. General need for upkeep. Grab and go breakfast items stale. Had stayed here in the past, but can no longer recommend.
- 5/5
Check in with Tiffany was easy.
- 2/5
It was not a very good experience. We arrived there at night and were told to wait another hour because they have a system update every night from 12.30 to 1.30 am, so keep that in mind because you will not be warned about it in advance. Also the room smelled of dust from the air conditioner. Also the breakfast was very small (literally there was none). All the bedding was covered in hair and it was not pleasant.
- 2/5
Waited 10 mins before staff came to front desk. Room wasn’t ready, front desk staff said she needed to throw on pillow cases. Room had dog hair all over the floor. very thin walls can hear people in surrounding rooms
- 5/5
The property is nice. The parking was a little chaotic. Only staying one night but it was a good experience.
- 4/5
Being on a tight budget, I was pretty limited with my options. The room was pleasant and the staff was very helpful. I like the secured parking lot but was discouraged when I discovered that the gate to the parking lot was wedged open with rocks. The neighborhood is very sketchy so I didn't sleep very well thinking what was going to happen to my car.
- 3/5
Before checking out, we looked under the bed to make sure we hadn't left anything behind and were shocked to find someone else’s dirty underwear, a used shirt, and old food items like cheese, nuts, and crackers—all clearly left by a previous guest. While the overall stay was okay, the lack of cleanliness in the room was unacceptable and really took away from the experience.
- 2/5
Entering the property there was a gauntlet of smokers and people with pit bulls. The front end person was new and slow and charged me inappropriately. The room smelled terrible, like a dirty dish rag. I was given a new room which was better. Based on the experience I had, I would not recommend this place.
- 2/5
The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Also the stinkiest.
- 1/5
This place is not what I expected . Very disappointed,I did not feel the room was clean floor was sticky and when we wiped it the towel was very dirty. Also the bathtub was not clean.
- 1/5
The front desk ladies were incredibly nice. The one checked me in I believe was named Tiffany, and the other ladys name I can not recall. The bathroom wasnt necessarily too dirty, but INCREDIBLY out dated. There were not any complimentary toiletries. The bathtub was tiny amd the drain was very clogged with hair, ew. The kithen appliances are all white, but really are an off white/yellow color because they dont get cleaned well and are old.
- 3/5
I mean you can’t beat the price… but I probably won’t stay here again.
- 2/5
To much noise for pets
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY!!! The pictures of the rooms are NOT the rooms. This was the most disgusting place I have ever checked into. Upon check-in, the lobby is locked down, the elevator was disgusting and upon entering our room, which was on the third floor the carpet was so slick. The bathtubs were gray from the dirt and we immediately checked out.
- 5/5
It was a really wonderful hotel. It was great to have a kitchen to use.
- 1/5
It is a homeless shelter. Passing itself off is a motel. People hanging around everywhere. Smoking smoking dope dogs everywhere. Non-uncommon two to see a person with two dogs walking them down in the hotel. Dogs barking at a lot of the hotel rooms. Unbelievable. Housekeeping was very good with what they had to work with but the place is it dump don't stay there. Obviously owned by an Indian milking. Our government dry. Disgusting
- 5/5
The staff here go above and beyond for the guests to ensure their stay is a positive experience. EXTRASPECIALLY Tiffany Kendra and Sarah, I adore Tiffany and Sarah is so helpful
- 5/5
Perfect for what I needed
- 1/5
Looks like it’s in the projects and there are literally bums going in and out.
- 2/5
The property would have been better if the rooms were cleaner, dogs weren’t barking and the appearance of long term residents were evident. The lobby and outside had drug addicts hanging a round. Unsafe and dirty.
- 1/5
Realky loud And hot
- 5/5
Love how they treat thier guests ❤️
- 5/5
When you want to check in and park at front you can’t, because it’s a guest parking too. Should be for check in and handy cap only
- 2/5
I would not stay there again.
- 4/5
I wasn’t a huge fan of having to enter and exit the building exclusively through the lobby, as all of the other doors were emergency exits only. It made it a bit of a pain when I needed to park near the back of the building, but I viewed it as getting my steps in for the day. Overall it was a pleasant experience for my little staycation get away for time to myself.
- 1/5
I found 2 cockroaches in my room. A friend of mine that I’d talked to also said that they found a cockroach in their room awhile ago here and that staff accused them of planting/faked the picture of the roach. I found one in my bathroom and I’m pretty sure the second one was in my bed and ran down my leg when I woke up this morning and I was sitting in my bed. I’m not too sure whether it was a roach because out of pure terror of bugs I squished it immediately, I thought maybe an ant but ants give off a pheromone when killed so I smelled my hand I squished it with and no smell.
- 1/5
Don’t stay here. I don’t write bad reviews often. There are security concerns. There was only cold water in my shower. The smoke alarm had a bag over it in a non smoking room. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel, the heater was very noisy. Breakfast that was included was oatmeal bars and instant oatmeal. It’s a crap hotel at best.
- 1/5
The area around the hotel is completely fenced in, which woukd seem to be a safe secure place to visit. However the type of people that hang out at the hotel left this single women feeling unsafe, in addition to the security not being what it appears the fire alarm going off at 4am was not the best way to wake a person and to find out it randomly goes off on a regular bases from others that stay there regularly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if your female or have children.
- 5/5

This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. Loud all night. Dirty as hell and I felt like I was staying in the hood.
- 5/5
The entire staff was amazing, and overall, My trip was incredible. A guy named Casey was especially helpful, but honestly EVERY staff member was a grade A worker. The guests were also very hospitable.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Tiffany’s follow up was great. Will stay again
- 2/5

- 5/5
Staff was amazing Casey and the manager i forgot her name so sorry but very komd and friendly and also melissa was amazing! Thanks guys cant wait to stay again!
- 5/5
The gate is cool.
- 2/5
The room above us had kids and a dog that was up and stomped across the floor until 3 am. We called down to the front desk 5 times and not much happened. The phone was unplugged. When we pulled the night stand out there was food and food wrappers
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
The entire staff was amazing. Always cleaning when business was slow. All very professional, respectful and curtious. Want to give a huge shout out to Tiffany at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the 2 weeks we stayed there. With me being slightly disabled this meant the world to me. Will definitely stay in the future ❤️
- 3/5
Great staff, though room access on the second floor - with our dogs - was less than stellar. A hotel guest opened their door and allowed their off-leash dog to confront us as we made our way to our room… not the hotel’s fault, but wish folks would observe protocol and keep pets contained and on-leash in halls.
- 2/5
This is a run-down hotel in an area with many homeless people. Security features like gates and locks didn’t work. No ice machine or room cleaning. The room has a kitchenette, but absolutely no dishes, silverware, or anything else is supplied. As a woman traveling alone I would not recommend staying here.
- 2/5
Water saving measures on the sink and shower caused problems. Ironing board was broken. Water was leaking through the ceiling
- 5/5
It was perfect
- 1/5
Horrible! Walked in and walked out. Didn’t stay the night. Very bad area of town. Don’t stay here
- 1/5
This place rents to homeless. Once we arrived prior to check in we noticed there were cars with loud rap music smoking weed and other people smoking cigarettes, you have to be careful when walking not to step on dog poop which is very common on all surroundings, there are garbage dumpsters full of bags and bugs around them. The rooms are poorly equipped, no hangers in the closet, the kitchen really outdated and full of stains as shown in the pics, lamps in really bad condition, we got a room in the main floor with the window facing to the parking lot and main entrance with all issues I mentioned before. Impossible to sleep. Something else to add to my review is that around 3:23 am we woke up because somebody was knocking our door constantly so we looked through the peephole and there was a guy holding a cellphone for around 10 mins I assume waiting to get his narcotics picked up. We called front desk no one answered. If you value your money and your life please don’t stay here. This place is a dump and dangerous at certain times of the day. The management don’t care about the reputation of the place nor the guests’ tranquility. It is totally worth spending a few extra bucks somewhere else.
- 2/5
Dirty and stinky
- 2/5
No ice machine. No blow dryer. Breakfast is a bust. Bathroom tub was dirty. Not in a safe area of towm
- 3/5
Sketch surrounding area. Bed not real comfortable. Doors locked at all times
- 4/5
Lovely staff quick to answer questions
- 3/5
Safe, rooms not the cleanest ans you can only go in and out of the front doors which is a little inconvenient but i guess they are just trying to stay safe
- 2/5
Had to ask for coffee pot. At an extended stay! We picked it up at reception desk. When we got itcto room it still had used coffee packet in basket and dried coffee in glass pot! Carpets dirty and torn. Sink was dirty.
- 1/5
this is a subsidized homeless property. Transients everywhere, room smelled of urin. we left immediately and found another hotel.
- 3/5
Great front office staff however the property was very dated and lots of sketch people in and near the building.
- 3/5
The smell was almost overpowering; we had to purchase some room spray to be able to stay in the room. It was not like other Extended Stays I have been in previously....
- 3/5
Our room was pretty comfortable, but the staff seemed very disorganized and not very helpful. The elevator was down for the entire 5 days. Always had people hanging out smoking right outside the lobby area. Breakfast bar was just coffee, oatmeal packets, and mini muffins.
- 1/5
Sketchy neighborhood, run down exterior, lots of smoking right by entrance. Room was filthy, Bathroom was nasty. Leftover food still in microwave. Visible dirt and dust on laminated flooring. Unimpressed is an understatement.
- 2/5
It was dirty and smelled bad
- 1/5
Hotel needs some improvement.
- 1/5
Management needs to address many, many issues and problems.
- 4/5
Comfortable large room; loved the kitchenette; helpful staff; downside was homeless and “sketchy” characters hanging around property
- 2/5
I heard people up and about and opening doors and closing doors all night long you can hear the neighboring room like they were in the room with you
- 1/5
The rooms were dirty and the door was broke.
- 1/5
Never stay again shower leaking dirty not clean
- 4/5
Good for just an overnight stay!
- 3/5
My room was in disrepair and the hallways were dark and dingy. In hindsight I wish I had spent $20 more and stayed at the Best Western across the street.
- 5/5
Lady at the front was very nice an helpful
- 5/5
Inside was very clean. The room was super nice. Loved having a kitchenette. The room was fairly spacious. Nice amenities.
- 3/5
Cheap motel, really clean inside but not in a good area. Safer then some with the gate but locked up like a prison to make it that way. Staff was great and friendly. Overall not horrible experience from motel quality however other guest sketchy as hell. Felt like I was in a movie skit for a mental institution....ear plugs and night quill and you'll stay will be much better. Hope my neighbor finally found who he was looking for in the cupboards all night!
- 1/5
Not coming back
- 4/5
The desk clerk was very nice an helpful ..I got a room very quickly no problems...the room was very clean an nice ..will stay here again for sure
- 1/5
Horrible place. Homeless people everywhere outside. I watched a robbery across the street. Night manager was a tweeker. I showed up at 12:15am (45 min aftewe ordering my room online) and they told me since i arrived after midnight they had to charge me for 2 days. I had flight leaving early in the am and im supposed to be for the entire next day? Room wasnt ready, i had to wait outside for an hour abd then got a call fron the drug addict nught manager that they couldn't rent me a room. No apologies, just a complete jerk. So i drove across the street to motel 6 where I got a room at a discounted rate since i was only going to be there for 6 hours (instead of being charged for 2 days like extended stay wanted to do).
- 2/5
Microwave broken, piece of something damaged laying on kitchen floor, laundry room key card didn't work, out of hot water and breakfast, not well stocked.
- 5/5
I liked that the property was secure behind a iron gate
- 2/5
Stayed for 3 days, key card to get to lobby didn’t work hardly at all, front desk lady was kinda rude while checking in. Room was dirty, shower pressure was horrible, went to use the microwave and it was dirty, there was dog treats on the side of one of the beds and empty box from hustler Hollywood from previous people!!
- 2/5
The room is not clean and lot of dirt everywhere. The bed sheets and comforters is not cleaned and contain hair marks and not cleaned properly. There is a lot of cigarette smoke near the corridor and the elevator
- 5/5
The staff was very kind my room was clean
- 2/5
Got stuck in the elevator for about an hour and the fire department had to come out to get me out. The elevator is in poor condition and the key fob check points are faulty.
- 3/5
And wish all of the exterior doors were available, but only the main entrance was in use.
- 1/5
We got no sleep during our one-night stay, the person in the room directly next to us, talked loudly all night!!
- 5/5
Easy check in. Super clean and nice room.
- 3/5
My remote control was broken and as soon as i picked it up the batteries fell out. Outlests not close enough to the bed. Bathroom very very tiny.
- 1/5
The rooms next-door were incredibly noisy. You couldn’t get in because they lock the doors all night and your key card would not work and the toilet malfunctioned all night long and there was nobody there to help me worst property I’ve ever stayed at in my life.
- 5/5
Gated parking was a bonus, most of the staff was friendly but would like to credit Annabelle for being an over the top employee, shes amazing. Only complaints is some of the long term guests can be quite rude.
- 1/5
There is no ice machine on premises. The room has no coffee machine. Our microwave didn't work. The sink stopper didn't work. We had a table with no chairs. The toilet paper was like sand paper. There was no hair dryer, and no hair dryer to borrow. No USB plug for recharging.
- 1/5
The hotel room is fine for the price. However you have to deal with a massive amount of inconveniences. When you arrive, there is nowhere to park, so you have to park illegally. The parking lot is behind a gate. You cannot check-in because the lobby is locked. You have to bang on the door and then have to hope that the staff will let you in. In my situation, EMILY, stared at me, then turned around and walked away. The entire week I stayed here, EMILY was rude and unprofessional. I never saw her crack a smile or acknowledge any hotel customers. You could literally walk right past her to the coffee station and she wouldn't even look up. Obnoxiously unprofessional. To top it off, when I made an additional reservation that was PREPAID. However , because I didn't check in before midnight, they canceled my reservation, charged me a fee and wouldn't let me into my room until 3:00 p.m. COMPLETY INSANE. It's staff like EMILY, that garner 1 star reviews for places like extended stay America.
- 3/5
Weird smell in room but overall good 1 night stay.
- 5/5
This is what earns the 5 stars. The issues I had: The matress was pretty hard without any padding. Extra blankets in the room would have been nice because the one on the bed was pretty thin. I couldn't open the bathroom door all the way because it hit the toilet.
- 5/5
Not enough choice for breakfast
- 1/5
Sheets were covered in hair. Towels had gritty brown stains. Trash had rubber gloves in it Desk had some white sticky substance all over it. Clerk told me that there was nothing she could do and that the cleaning lady went home. Then she gave me sheets to change my own bedding. Then she sarcastically gave me a bunch of fitted sheets only so I had to go back and get new pillowcases and flat sheets a second time. I checked out the next morning and found a better hotel.
- 5/5
My husband loved getting it in with his mistress here
- 2/5
A man was naked and wrapped in a blanket running out of lobby and laying down on the pavement just outside. I had to call 911. It was very unsafe.
- 1/5
Awful experience. After 45 minutes of being unable to get checked in due to a computer issue, we canceled and went somewhere else. Because it was 1am and I had a small child with me. We were exhausted. I also felt very unsafe in that hotel. People coming in and out, blasting music in their cell phones.
