The staff was always very friend. Breakfast was a delight, interactions with the front desk was also. Next time I travel with my Boxer Dog through that area I will stay there again
- 4/5
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was simple but well-stocked and there were hot beverages and cookies available in the lobby throughout our stay.

Staff friendly Breakfast good Good location

The facilities were very clean and the breakfast and staff there were excellent, even offering freshly cooked eggs. Housekeeping every day, which doesn’t happen often anymore. Water pressure could have been better.

Came with a group for a tournament, we got group next to each other and was close by the pool. There was a little grass area for the little ones to play soccer, which was nice. Staff was helpful with extra towels.

It has been a number of years since I have stayed here and the place is still immaculate. The room was so clean and comfortable, very spacious. The indoor pool I was clean and very warm. The breakfast area was the most neatly laid out that I have ever seen and the hostess did not let anything run out.

The breakfast was not appetizing,Bestwestern did not offer much. The facility is ok, but the heat/cold fans run constantly, and noisy it is hard to sleep at night. The Queen size beds are small for 2 people.
- 5/5
3rd time staying and we loved it it’s our go to stop for the area
- 3.5/5
The bed that rocks from side to side. I have to shove a hanger or 2 under one side of the bed. The bed needs to go to the right side of the room and the table and chairs need to go to the left side. The floor has a hump right under the bed, dead center. You can call it a rocking bed.

Clean, and quiet. The homeless across the street hanging out in their cars.

Close to businesses we like. Very nice breakfast choices. Could not use the shower! Would have to stand under cold water while adjusting the temperature!

The hotel is nice and staff very helpful. The neighborhood is really bad. Of course this is not the fault of the property. We always stay here as the locale is perfect.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Lack of an elevator is a negative for hauling luggage. Overall the stay was pleasant
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

I would like to say the best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and properly stocked. Thank you.

Staff friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Disappointed no bathtub. Water didn’t warm up enough to take a shower.
- 4/5
Internet was moderately fast sufficient for emails & browsing the internet. Made to order omlet was great.
- 2/5
The hotel was fine but our toilet was broken. After a single attempt to plunge a toilet that was leaking from underneath the overnight staff member shrugged and said if it ruins the floor that’s our problem and left. So we didn’t have a working toilet for the rest of our stay.
- 5/5
Muy buen servicio,staff excelente,buen desayuno,ubicacion,limpieza,muchas gracias,altamente recomendado

I was very happy with my room. I found it to be very comfortable, clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The pool was awesome! Clean and warm! The breakfast had several options and was good. When I visit family in Vancouver, I will be staying here.

Staff Great, Breakfast good. My room 119 appears updated. Room ok, but 1st night the upstairs noise was excessive for awhile then next am the upstairs noise was excessive. The next night and am was less noisy but still present. Also on/ off noise from the cleaning room was present.

The room was OK- just needs some refreshing and a new mattress. Breakfast was winderful!

However, when we entered the room, the stench of smoke was extremely pungent and I asked to be moved to another room as I am severely asthmatic. I was informed that they did not have another room available and in order for us to stay in the original King size room, they would need permission from the manager. Mind you, it is Thanksgiving at 10:00 at night, and the night shift person at the front said it was too late to call the manager on duty. I went back into the room to let my husband know what was occurring, and again the strong stench of smoke in the room was too much for my lungs. We went back to the front desk and he called the manager on duty to get permission to move to the other room. The manager on the phone, Ana Santos stated that she would not let us move into another room. The front desk person suggested that I find another hotel to stay at, and said that, even though this was a nonrefundable room, he would have it refunded. Again, this now 10:20 at night Thanksgiving evening and most rooms were overpriced in the area or in terrible areas. My husband and I made the decision to then just drive home three hours to the Seattle Washington area. Arrived at home at 1:40AM
- 5/5
Rooms are super clean. Staff is very attentive and accommodating, and it's conveniently located off the major freeways in the area. And of course, free breakfast and parking is always a plus.
- 4/5
Quiet, clean and kept updated. Eggs made fresh for me by the server at breakfast.
- 3/5
photos are not represent the hotel current condition. it might be used to be new, but it seems a lot outdate now. Staffs are friendly and helpful
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Friendly staff and a lovely abundant breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast—lots of variety. Easy access. Good location. Well maintained.
- 5/5
The room was clean & the staff was great in helping us get settled in the room after a long day. We would definitely stay again should we be in the area.
- 5/5
Well lit and convenient for shopping and dining
- 3/5
The shower water was consistently lukewarm at best, and the breakfast offerings were identical every morning with little variety. Note that this property is a converted motel, so all doors open to the outside. On the positive side, the furnishings appear recently updated, and the location is convenient to nearby businesses and the interstate. However, I’ll likely choose a different hotel for future business travel.
- 4/5
Quiet, Clean & Safe
- 4/5
Good variety of foods for breakfast (hot and cold). Good selection of beverages, too. Very responsive and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and professional. The breakfast set up looked great. And our room was very clean. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Also a short drive to the airport.
- 4/5
This is a decent basic accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking. The room was plenty large, although it could have been cleaner (hair in shower, ants on floor). The walls are also paper thin, so we could hear our neighbors as if they were in our room. The surrounding area is pretty sketchy, although the grounds of the hotel itself seemed pretty safe.
- 5/5
Plenty of parking
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Hi there team. Thank you very much for having me over. Everything from the first minute onwards was very nice. Definitely I’ll be coming back if in the area. Thanks again and cheers

- 5/5
Great stay. Modern and clean room.
- 2/5
Lots of homeless people
- 4/5
Have stayed here numerous times. They upgraded the entire facility. Staff is always pleasant and breakfast always good. Location is close to services and reasonable safe.
- 5/5
Hotels.com customer service relocated me from one hotel to this one and i couldnt have been more grateful. It was clean, staff was kind, helpful, and patient. Breakfast was good, fresh, and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
The hotel itself was nicely updated and quiet. Service was great. However, there are homeless folks that hang out right close and it didn’t feel super safe. The surrounding properties are also in bad condition. It’s unfortunate, because this place was comfortable and quiet, however I would not stay again due to the surrounding area.
- 3/5
The area around the hotel was sketchy. Homeless people lingering around. One even knocked at my door. A shooting was reported earlier in the week that i wasn’t aware of. The hotel room itself was nice. Had a problem with a clogged sink. They sent repair guys to fix the problem. It was more than a quick fix, and they were in my room about an hour or so.
- 5/5
We were here for a girls weekend to go to a concert. We were surprised it was more of a motel with doors on the outside, but we felt safe. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly.
- 2/5
I booked the room with 2 things in mind. A pet friendly place and that it had a bath tub. Which it said it had both. But when we arrived I was told I would be paying an extra 44 dollars for my dogs, non refundable. Then we get into the room and no tub. We asked at the counter and was told that they already booked the room I asked for with the tub but if we wanted a pet friendly room with a tub it would be an additional $58. So we just used the shower only to find out that the shower drain was plugged and had we continued the shower it would have flooded the place out. Bed wasn’t comfortable but we did have a fairly decent breakfast. This was supposed to be a small getaway for me and the wife on our anniversary but turned out to be a waste of time and a lot of money.

Great food options
- 5/5
Clean and quiet facility. Friendly staff. Nearby homeless camp was the only negative.
- 5/5
One of the best beds I've ever slept on, and the breakfast was great . Hotel was very clean
- 5/5
I enjoy it
- 5/5
This is my go to hotel for visiting family. Pet friendly. Kind staff. I won’t stay anywhere else.
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable beds and nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Pleasant experience
- 4/5
The grounds were very nice and well maintained. I visit my mother nearby and will stay here again. There another hotel very close by however, that is run down with nothing but weeds around it, and there's a large homeless population and clientele. I never felt unsafe, and it's too bad Windham doesn't seem to care about its property, the entire area is nice other than this one motel.
- 4/5
Peaceful and focused on service for customer.
- 3/5
The beds are not very supportive. The metal frame squeaks so loud it woke me up several times the first night. I had to switch rooms for the rest of my stay
- 5/5
No issues and was able to get in and out without delay.
- 3/5
The a/c didn’t wor
- 5/5
I was asked what floor I preferred & was able to get my prefference.
- 4/5
Everything fine.
- 4/5
Plenty of parking and spaces were large, not compact. Quiet except for one night when a rude guest rhinoceros arrived after midnight and was tossing their luggage around their room and into the shared wall. They only stayed the one night. I checked out the pool and exercise room but didn’t have time to use them. Pool looked nice. Equipment looked good. Plenty of places to eat or get coffee within walking distance. Freeway close. I did see a few homeless people. One walked through the parking lot- didn’t say anything to us- and went to an ice machine area. There are 2 open lots - one next to the parking lot and one across from the parking lot- that are overgrown with 4-5 foot tall weeds. You’ll want to avoid those areas with kids and dogs. Not sure why the owners of those areas aren’t keeping those areas clear, but given the posted warnings about fire season , the city and this hotel should be cracking down on them.
- 2/5
Close to everything
- 4/5
Beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located
- 5/5
The staff was great, they provided much comfort to me and my pet
- 3/5
However it could use some sprucing up
- 4/5
The staff was top notch.
- 5/5
Was very happy with the hotel nice and quiet
- 5/5
Professional
- 4/5
Our overall experience was good. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a decent breakfast offered, in the lobby. The only issue we had was that, the walls are paper thin. There were children jumping up and down in the room above us. That did stop however, after we contacted the front desk. The neighbor to the side of us was a loud snorer and we did experience hearing that as well.
- 1/5
However, when i went up the stairs(no elevator), the room had a string deodorizer smell, that made me feel sick. I was hungry and exhausted, and wanted to stay, so i looked around and then sat on a desk chair, but could not find the cause, and couldn’t bear it. I went back to front desk and said I can’t stay even one night, of the 3 I had reserved.I ended up with s mugraine headache for hiurs.
- 2/5
We had a pet friendly room as we travel with our dog. We didn't expect luxurious accommodations, but also did not expect the experience to be like that of a lower standard motel. The room was clean, cold and musty. We found mosquitos in the shower, spiders on the ceiling in the room, and woke a box of fresh baked donuts left on the counter covered in ants. Towels were stiff and non drying. The room darkening curtain covered the wall unit heater with no way to move it from in front of the vents.. Advised the morning desk staff of the issues which was received in a very nonchalant attitude saying, "We will add it to the list for the maintenance guy to look at." We will not be back.
- 5/5
Very quiet and convenient .
- 4/5
Great room and service
- 5/5
Reasonable price. Close to PDX.
- 5/5
Eveythong was nice and new but the pool didn't have a hot tub and you had to request an egg if you wanted an egg made at breakfast.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet. There were some "mobile" housing challenged people on the street nearby, that is something that is unfortunately becoming widespread and impossible to control.
- 5/5
Good property to stay
- 3/5
Property is pretty dated, but it served its purposes for the price range.
- 5/5
Only issue was no elevator to 2nd floor!
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious.
- 4/5
The room was rather chilly initially, and we had to ask for additional blankets. The digital clock was not working. Otherwise, everything was great.
- 3/5
Poor entrance and exit. Marginal breakfast.
- 3/5
Unfortunately this hotel is in an area frequented by homeless people. Also, there are two budget hotels adjacent that seem to attract questionable clientele.
- 2/5
Too loud , could barely sleep
- 4/5
Just a quick couple days in town and needed a place to stay. It was nice enough and clean. Could have had better towels and bedding, but it was cheap. The area is kind of sketchy from homeless activity and the city needs to take care of that in this area. Best Western does a good job with lots of lighting and the parking was contained within the property and safe.
- 5/5
Close bye the hospital,my daughter was having a baby at
- 4/5
The property is good and right location with good parking. Having a sink to do handwash in the bathroom would make better experience.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location. Central but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay at best western the customer service was great and will be booking there again.
- 4/5
One night stay is ok
- 2/5
Lady at breakfast was awfully rude to us. We felt like we were a burden.
- 4/5
This was a nice hotel, my only complaint was the pool wasn't open because of maintenance. Rayna at the front desk was very helpful and nice.
- 4/5
It was fine! Clearly has been upgraded. Very nice staff. Kinda scratchy sheets
- 5/5
All was well. Office staff is super friendly! A lot within walking distance. Right off of fwy but not so close you get the fwy noise.
- 5/5
Very clean facility and staff was very helpful and friendly. Thx
- 5/5
Place is nice
- 5/5
Close to shopping and very well kept.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and quiet room for my relaxing solo trip. Nice hot breakfast in the mornings. I would definitely recommend and will be back to stay again.
- 5/5
It was an okay time
- 4/5
Overall, happy with stay. Room was clean. However, there is not enough wall insulation. I could hear my neighbor snoring which was an issue for me because I am a light sleeper. The bed was comfortable but the bed frame squeaked.
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the area around the hotel. The property itself was fine but the street at the vicinity was dirty and a little sketchy. It didn’t seem very safe for walking around after dark. There was also a motel on the other side of the street with weird people around who whistled at me when I was walking my dog in the evening.
- 5/5
For its category it is good
- 5/5
Good things about the room were that it had a big tv and what looks to be a renovated bathroom. Most hotels I been in only have like a smaller 32” tv or maybe a little bigger, but this room had like a 42”-46” tv so that was nice. Bathroom was clean and looked nice, had microwave and fridge. The free breakfast was really good. Again, some hotels that offer free breakfast give you cereal and a waffle maker and that’s it. Best Western had eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, fruit, waffles, hash browns, and toast. Simple, but enough for a good full breakfast. Staff didn’t give us any problems. It is located at the corner of a street, which felt okay but not exactly the safest. Overall, great experience.
- 5/5
Our room was clean, plenty of towels, clean beds, and bathroom.
- 4/5
This hotel was very nice. I only gave it four stars because we wanted a first floor room and they were unable to accommodate us. My husband was to go in for knee surgery the next morning and it was pretty important to have him not do stairs. But I would recommend anyone to stay here, very clean very nice and great location with lots of places to eat nearby
- 4/5
The staff is what makes this place work. There are a few homeless around the property but not on it.
- 5/5
Area nearby had variety of rating places and stores. Water was hot as desired. Breakfast buffet was above average with fresh fruit.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay
- 3/5
It was decent
- 5/5
Everything was great. Thank you!
- 5/5
Newish property
- 5/5
Would stay again
- 5/5
Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved that there was laminate flooring and no carpet.
- 4/5
They are great with the exception of NOT having air on in the rooms and it took a long time to cool off
- 4/5
The faucet for the sink would only run hot water. Weird.
- 4/5
Nice room, nice pool, good breakfast- close to PDX airport, pets allowed. Only problem- very sketchy homeless on three sides of hotel. Not a safe feeling, especially at night. If you are catching a flight and don’t plan to go for a walk, it’s a good hotel.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean. The ladies at the front desk went out of their to help with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
The room was very nice, updated and clean. The hotel is located in an area with a lot of transient people. Seeing a sidewalk camp or someone pushing a shopping cart loaded with all their personal belongings is not uncommon. There is only one tavern within a quick walking distance. If you go across a busy street is a Fred Meyer and Trader Joe’s and some other restaurants. It’s a place to stay if you’re going to the airport or something nearby (like the hospital) because the price is right, not because of anything else. Oh and caution, they jack the price up (by $100) when there’s something going on. That’s insane.
- 4/5
A good experience. Especially excellent breakfast. Room very comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Quiet, very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Very nice room, surprisingly quiet considering the amount of business surrounding the area as well as the close proximity to a freeway. The pool was refreshing albeit a bit small with only a 5' deep end. A jacuzzi would have been nice. The only other gripe was that the water pressure in the sink and shower was a bit low. But other than that, a really nice place with friendly staff.
- 3/5
Anyway, it was a lot of stress for no reason.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet
- 4/5
Good service
- 5/5
This place was great. What actually made it great was the welcome we got on arrival. The person at the front desk asked what floor we preferred and then went on to ask if we would rather a shower with a tub vs a stand up shower. We had a baby with us so that was so helpful to have a tub. The breakfast area was so clean and there was a good selection. Also, the pool - I’m picky and hate cold pools but I was able to just jump in and enjoy without getting cold. It was so nice! I felt like we were in a safe area and would most certainly stay here again!
- 4/5
OK but wondered why we got a wheel chair compatible bathroom. No carpeting. Clerk said that was the only room available. Really? We booked at least a week ahead of time.
- 5/5
Conveniently located, staff were great!
- 4/5
Great staff, clean room, nice landscaping. Noisy area.
