Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. Once I got home I checked my account and payment cleared. Call Expedia only to find motel won’t reimburse my money. I will never use Expedia again and Super 8. But I will advertise for both of you, Don’t use either companies!!!

Checking out the male clerk we nasty. He refused to get me a receipt. He said I paid Booking.com, so get my receipt from them. I didn't like the male clerk's attitude as I checked out. I also didn't like the fact that the breakfast didn't have eggs or any form of meat.

I prefer those, and usually can select one after I arrive. In this case, there weren't any available. And if there were, they're more expensive than what shows up on line. For me, it would just be nice to choose when booking. That's a personal issue, many people don't care. Other than that, the room was fine.

First, off I didn’t like the fact that the app says you can pay at property. But the property takes money early even if you have not checked in yet. As well as will cancel reservation if the money can’t be taken when they want.

The price and location You can tell housekeeping is not doing there job. The lamp bases were nasty, and when we moved the lamp over there was nasty sticky stuff under it. Dirty towels left in the bathroom behind the door.

My room was clean and everything looked nice. However, it smelled like cigarette smoke or rather an old ashtray. When I inquired at the desk the staff assured me it was a non smoking room. Every room placard on the second floor has a no smoking symbol next to the room number, except the room I was occupying. An additional inquiry to the staff yielded the same answer, “It’s a non smoking room.” I was told they’d do their best to see if anyone else staying in close proximity to me was smoking. Upon leaving early the following morning I noticed the blanket under the bed spread had 4 holes burned through it as if from a cigarette. Overall the place is nice and the stay was pleasant other than the smell of cigarette smoke. I would recommend staying here but I wouldn’t recommend staying in room 207.

Yea the parking felt safe the breakfast minimum but ok the carpets were very worn

Really had an excellent stay! Everything was super clean and staff was friendly. Drain in sink drained really slow but nothing that affected the stay.

The first room I was put in smelled awful, like smoke even though I had booked non-smoking. The attendant acted annoyed as hell I wanted to be moved and then told me it was a $10 upcharge to be put in a downstairs room. I won't be back.

The room wasn't to bad, their was an odd stain in a chair in the room, pillows wereca little flat but worked for the one night, pull out bed was odd but haven't found a great one yet. Breakfast items were very limited and they had run out of milk for cereal.

Yes, the checkin was easy, the room was clean. The place was more like a resort then a motel. We were very pleased.

Using Expedia Mobile app, I booked what I thought was a noon-smoking room. Before I went in, the clerk came out to tell me I had to park behind a fence for trailers. (I have a small cargo trailer which I had unhooked and parked in a parking space. There was plenty of spaces and my truck and trailer each had one.) This was 50m away, and I have an injured knee, so I asked to stay there. Then, when I opened the room door, I immediately shut it without entering because it was a smoking room. I asked to change. The front desk clerk was rude and refused to change my room (even though there were plenty of rooms available.) After contacting Expedia who contacted the motel, I was allowed to “upgrade” costing an additional $12. I will NEVER stay here again and I hope no one else does. I travel all over the country and this was a worst experience.

Parking was small spaces and I was told to park with the trailer quite a ways back.

There was not any protein at breakfast. The waffles were good. There was a strong odor in our room. The commode ran off and on. The ceiling fan light was possessed came on and off all times day or night. Pool nice.

I would never stay there again first off the door had two people went on top one on bottom. The bottom people was broke had to shove toilet paper in it cause you could see straight in the door would not close or lock. I had to prop it with a chair. Refrigerator was broke. Something was hanging over the TV. There is huge lumps in the carpet. I left at 4 AM because I was so very uncomfortable being there. I’d rather be on the highway driving then in that motel.

Roger the employee was so kind, but it was the only thing good about this Hotel. Immediately walking in the hallway it smelled like weed, and our non smoking room still smelled like smoke. 4 big patches of hair on the floor and 2 roaches in the tub. Breakfast was horrible. Juice machine didn’t work, coffee tasted burnt and only food wS cereal and prepackaged muffins. Awful experience. We left as soon as we could.

comfortable beds, working AC, it wasnt too bad for the price, made it to breakfast kind of late and no complaints, you get what you pay for. staff was nice when i checked in late night before. if youre looking to save on a trip. this is it. plus near different places and gas station for food 🙂

The housekeeper lied to MGMT said that I left room w alcohol bottles out if trash can which was untrue but even if isn't that her job I know bc I was a housekeeper and I clean properties every day so I'd NVR do that and so the housekeepers could find some honesty in their life.

The hotel was dingy and gross feeling. The entire top floor smelled like stale cigarettes and bad decisions. The beds had 2 pillows each and they only had 1 extra pillow in the lobby. The window was busted, the ac barely adequate, and my girlfriend's back looks like she was bitten by bedbugs. Never again will I stay at this hotel or any Super 8.

Staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable but it had a strange sheet metal base which was noisy and you stub your toes on it. Furniture in the room was ratty. One of the bed covers had a big stain on it. Floors were kind of dirty in the corners. It’s a budget biker motel. NO liquor store for miles… bring your own!

Facility has been recently painted and fixed up. Rooms are small and there is no elevator. It's only 2 floors but a hassle with heavy luggage. OK for a simple overnight stay and economically priced. Easy and close Interstate access.

The front desk receptionist was absolutely incredible!!! She was friendly and helpful in a way we had not experienced with hotel staff before. Absolutely amazing!

Booked a dbl queen room and received a dbl full. Beds uncomfortable and only 2 pillows per bed all flat. We all woke up with sore backs.

Clerk at check-in was unfriendly. Also, the place was nearly empty but she told us there were no first floor rooms available. There is no elevator, we are elderly with bad backs and had to drag heavy suitcases up the stairs. The room HVAC unit was very loud. Bathroom floor was so filthy we did not want to walk on it with bare feet. The so-called "hot breakfast" was make your own waffles, poor coffee, cold cereal and two oranges on a plate. Price was low and you get what you pay for I guess but we will not stay there again.

Waffles and yogurt was the best thing… Get new linen… the sheets on my bed had a burn hole in them and they looked like they been washed in toddler tub water! Them we a small roach in our room… put up something for the odor of the facility and it was not worth the $80 bucks I paid…

Parking was challenging with a U-Haul and towing a vehicle. The room was cool and quiet.

Was nervous about other guests in parking lot. Felt like cars might be broken into. Walls VERY thin. Guest laundry didn’t work. Bathtub floor and walls stained. Carpet was moist. Bed ok but slept uneasy.

It had a nice indoor pool and was clean and quiet ,but not worth 83.00 a night

Getting into the room started a little bit slow. But they made up for it by helping us get an extra blanket extra pillows extra towels extra ice bucket. The staff was amazing I went to clean the room myself and take out my trash they wanted to take it out for me and I told them she was on break so I will go take it myself. Overall a great experience 10 million stars

Furniture was aged and worn faux leather on desk chair was frayed, carpet was dirty I took a shower I left black foot prints on tub, I was put in a smoking room that I didn’t book, wall colors were old dirty mustard yellow. Super 8 used to be better then this

Not sure whether to fault the facility or Expedia; you be the judge. I booked a jacuzzi suite (which I had stayed in before, at least twice). Paid for it and confirmed by phone (just the reservation, as I assumed they had the room information since they had the reservation). Arrived and was told not only did they NOT have a jacuzzi suite (clerk said she'd been there 2 months and didn't remember one) but the suite they had for me was a SMOKING suite! WHO STILL DOES SMOKING ROOMS? Apparently backwaters like Arkansas. Clerk intimated that it was all they had. The room smelled HIDEOUS,and I had to have everything I took into that nasty room cleaned to get rid of the smell. SO... either the facility failed to keep Expedia apprised of the closing of their jacuzzi suite or Expedia booked me a room that didn't exist. Will NEVER use Expedia or Super 8 again.

The hallway smelled like a dirty litter box and I was charged for a suite but placed in a 2 queen room

The room said non smoking but smelled so bad it gave me a migraine. They had tried to cover up the smell and it made it terrible. There were no towels in the room

Room was small with little room to move around. Breakfast was quite poor. Room was much hotter than thermostat was set. Convenient to Interstate 40. Outside access to room was nice feature.

The bathroom upgrades were nice, but the pillows and linens were not great. It was a good location. It had EV charging stations and that was a nice feature.

Need elevator

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room smelled musty. The TV didn't work even after the cord was replaced. There was a roach in the bathroom.

Not ADA friendly/accessible. Run. Run far away from this place as fast as you can if you have the option. Drive the extra 30 miles to the next place. The parking lot was torn up from construction, the few spaces available were full. There was no handicap parking, however we were allowed to park in the EV parking spot because it was right by the door. We reserved through Expedia, there was no mention of there not being an elevator. My family member is handicapped and cannot walk upstairs. We received a second floor room. I asked the woman at the front if we could switch it for a bottom floor, since there was no elevator. This is where the issue began. She was extremely put out by this, lots of sighing and grumbling. Then she charged us an ‘upgrade’ fee for the room because ‘it’s on the bottom floor’. The whole front smelled like low grade skunk weed. The experience from start to finish was horrible. I contacted Expedia, since we used them to book the room, and they were no help either. Complete mess. The ADA allows for reasonable accommodations. We didn’t ask for anything unreasonable, just accessibility to the room.

Overnight stay midway home from a trip to Branson. Good breakfast.

After 12 hrs on the road, all we wanted was a bite to eat and a hot shower. The shower head about fell off and the shower didnt work.

Breakfast wasn't much. No protein just some rolls, cereal, waffles no fruit. They locked us out of our room( while trying to load vehicle) before checkout.

Staff was very friendly and our room was so clean with all accommodations. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Liked because it had indoor pool and breakfast. Didnt like the lack of upkeep and maintenance to rooms and building.

A big clean room. A huge king sized bed. A hot shower. An overnight stay. Quiet, I hit the bed after the shower and went to sleep immediately. Lots of fast food places around the hotel. They serve a breakfast but I was gone early.
