Great location for a quick getaway with great weather. Fun pool atmosphere and generally a great casino to come enjoy yourself.

Our room was excellent..pool was great

day weekend in June 2026. Traveling with a 20 week pregnant wife. The room condition was disappointing. Both rooms had dusty surfaces, dirty telephones, and black debris/backflow coming from sinks, bathtubs, and shower drains. We took photos because it was noticeable in both rooms. Food options on property were surprisingly limited. Service at Rita’s Cantina was very slow, and the food quality across the resort felt average at best considering the price point. The housekeeping, room maintenance, and dining experience need improvement. For the rates being charged, I expected better attention to cleanliness and overall guest experience.

Loved the location as the resort appears from the road. Magically. Inside there is not one single inch inside where no fun and excitement can be had.

This is a wonderful place for a getaway

Had a blast and a lot to do while your there, you won’t be disappointed.

Rooms were nice and clean!!

It’s a nice place but what I didn’t like was that they didn’t tell me WiFi was only available for free for the first 24 hrs I called them nobody really knew what was going on they could have said that when checking in , also I was charge $37.98 using WiFi and there movie service which I never did so I had to dispute it … I won’t be staying here again it was ok for a one time thing.

The Good: Overall, the pricing at Harrah's Resort is quite reasonable for what you get. We spent Saturday at the pool and rented a cabana, which was a great experience and highly recommended if you want a dedicated spot to relax. The Bad (Check-In Issues): The biggest headache of the trip was the check-in process. The front desk staff seemed pretty new and untrained. I paid for a non-smoking room with two beds, but they initially assigned me a room with only one bed. When I pointed this out, the staff showed a major lack of communication between one another. They offered me two options to fix it: a smoking room with two beds, or an accessible room with two beds. I chose the accessible room and stepped away. When I came back later to finally get the room, the ball had been completely dropped. Nobody seemed to have a solution, and the staff kept running back and forth trying to figure out what happened. It took far too much back-and-forth just to get the room type I originally paid for. The Pool Service: While the cabana itself was good, the poolside service was incredibly understaffed for a busy Saturday. It looked like they only assigned two waiters to our entire section. Because they were so overwhelmed, the service was really slow, and we ended up having to walk up to the actual bar ourselves multiple times just to grab a drink. Final Verdict: It’s a nice resort with fair pricing, but management desperately needs to improve staff training at front

I like everything excellent

I loved the views. The Lazy River gets a bit crowded, but the 21 and over side so peaceful, no cannonballs there😉

Very nice hotel room, it looks new and updated. The casino has plenty of machines and tables to gamble. The pool area is big with several pools and jacuzzis. They also have a lazy river.

Staff was very friendly, bed comfortable, pool area fantastic, food very good. Highly recommend this place for a great getaway.
