EVERTHING was great

The front desk guy is very friendly, the staff is welcoming, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The building itself is well illuminated at night and has cameras in every floor, hall, entrance. The only suggestion I would make is for the owner to renovate the bathrooms.

The room was secure. The shower worked well. The beds were comparable. There is a rusty empty metal tissue box holder in the wall in the bathroom. The hand soap dispenser by the sink in the bathroom was empty.

Very friendly staff, they always show lovr when i go up there. They gave me a great discount on my graduation night . Everything went great during our stay. Very quiet, no weird hotel smell

Close to where I needed to be. Jetted tub was a great treat for myself. Housekeeping staff came by both days before 9:00 waking me up. People upstairs were very noisy both nights.

Room was filthy, literally every surface in that room had stains or was greasy or filthy. The floor was sticky and every light switch had what looked like old food or bodily fluids on it. I dont think anyone has cleaned it in years.

Beds were made but food, and a bug were found once sheet was pulled back. Food on the floor. The AC works great though, staff is friendly. Would’ve had a good stay if it weren’t for the food in the bed.

The customer service was good. But I was told I could not have anyone visit me at my room. The first room was very unclean. But once I told front desk they immediately switch my room for a more clean one. But it's convenient to places to eat as well as grocery stores. I would recommend for an over night stay are someone who's there for constract work. Not business.

It was somewhat clean. the room was cleaned in general but the bedding smelled used. There was a strange tub in the sleeping area which was weird. The bathroom was clean. The coffee bar area was lit by a light bar that was attached above the bathroom top trim. So it was not obvious that there was a light there.The walls were paper thin. I am sure I heard someone around 10:30pm having sex for at least 40 minutes and they were in the room above me. So be warned, this is not a safe space for kids and family vacations.

There were roaches all throughout the room #215. The linen was dirty, no towels, no toilet paper in the room. The requested towels were stained dirty looking yellowish. I would NEVER stay there or suggest anyone that I care about to get a room at this location. This was definitely a very poor decision that I made booking here half asleep the day of travel.

Worst experience I’ve had since booking rooms through Expedia. The red roof inn room was filthy. The sheets had dried yellow stains on them, the bed itself had huge dried blackish reddish stains. There was hair on the bed and crack in the jacuzzi. Worst part was we I kindly asked to switch my room it was refused and I was simply handed some sheets as though that was going to fix the issue. I quickly packed my stuff and check out and couldn’t even receive a refund although I hadn’t even been there more that a hour or so. 0/5

Saw a bunch of bugs running around. T.v. didnt work. Went to desk they fixed the tv. I asked for bug spray. They said that they would spray the room. They did not. The bathroom was dark barely lit. Floors dirty.

Within 10 minutes of being at the hotel we killed three roaches. The sheets did not look clean. Things were rusted. There was a mostly used bar of soap in the shower and the toilet paper was not replaced. Woke up early to leave in the morning and what looked like blood was behind my car. We did not feel safe in this hotel at all.

The housekeeping staff were wonderful. I needed extra towels and washcloths and it was no problem. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain and there were roaches in the bathroom. The other sink, that would drain, had no light over it, so I brushed my teeth and washed my face there, in the dark. The parking lot had some sketchy people hanging out in the woodsy area by it. I don't know if they were guests or just loitering. I'm not sure why there is no continental breakfast. The person that checked us in said they stopped during COVID... well it's 2024 and other hotels brought it back. Why are you being so cheap? We won't stay here again, but it's not the fault of the housekeeping staff.

When I pulled up there was a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk, working man & women walking the street in front of property, people smoking drugs and the smell inside the office was sickening !! I stood waiting for the attendant to come out of the office to cancel, and he was too busy talking on the phone at 11:00pm to help me. There was another gentleman pacing about with his cash money in his hand to book a room. I felt unsafe, scared & honestly frightened for me life and my possessions. This hotel looked NOTHING as it did when I booked the room on Hotels.com !! You really should verify the information when accepting hotels on your site. I made the decision to get back in my vehicle and drive as quickly as I could away from this HORRIFIC facility. Shame on you for not refunding my $$ when it was clearly not as advertised !! My life & safety is worth more. I wonder how many other patrons have done the same, and that is FREE money for this horrible hotel !! Red Roof Inns have always been nice facilities and I've stayed in them many times over the years, but this is DEFINITELY not a place that should be able to use the reputation of Red Roof, its a disgrace and a complete lie !!

Went to office and they were so nice and apologetic. Get to new room and it was ok. Nice big tv. It was cleaned but bed spread had stains on them. Luckily we brought own blankets and threw them off. But could not sleep it was so loud! Thin walls. People screaming/fighting upstairs in the middle of the night. Banging on walls. Dumpster pick up at 5am. Beds were very uncomfortable. Gave two stars bc front desk were so nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and tv. Had the most amazing Mexican restaurant next door. Will not come back though.

The location was scary and questionable and my nieces didn’t want to even go inside. We had a reservation for two nights and they only stayed one out of desperation. They went to the store and bought their own sheets and a blanket.

Hotel rep checked me in, you could tell that they're doing a lot of maintenance work with new paint and keeping up with everything. I would say that the paint job in the bathroom I had was sloppy but eh I don't care much about that. We came in very late night off the road, with a pet and kids grabbed several hours of sleep and hit back on the road again and this was the perfect spot for this! I've never stayed at a red roof and I didn't have high expectations but honestly I've stayed in nastier hotels with bigger names than this so I give them props I really do!

When you allow pets, you cannot control the quality of the pets training. Therefore, the cleaning process must be more thorough. I suggest having rooms for dogs and separate rooms for cats. The staff was very kind and going through a family loss. My condolences. Not an excuse for the bathroom to smell like urine.

When I arrived the sheets and the towels had not been changed. Plus killed around 4 roaches.

If sheets, pillows, and blankets were replaced and rooms cleaned better (sink was dirty, trash left in garbage, it could be great!

Internet was not working, bathroom was dirty, sheets and pillowcases were stained, proprietor was very nice. There is no breakfast available at this property.

The room had roaches. Dirty looking towels, rags, and bed comforters. When asked to have them replaced, it took hours ! Eventually new towels and rags came but it looked the same as the ones I gave back. Couldn’t sleep due to banging and knocking noise on every wall. Sounded like construction was being did all through the half of day and night that I was there. Very bad experience !!! Let’s not forget the toilet wouldn’t flush

The property manager was an extremely nice guy. Very polite and accommodating. The property on the other hand is located in a kind of sketchy part of Valdosta and the rooms are completely filthy. There was what looked like dried up soda splashes all over the furniture, curtains, and walls. Just a really banged up looking room overall. Definitely didn’t sleep under the covers. Slept on top of the covers with my own personal blanket and used a shirt as a pillow case. Unfortunately we also found a roach on our bag in the morning as well. Definitely will never stay again

My children and I were terrified due to the sketchy people in the parking lot and the overall look of the property. This was nothing like any other Red Roof we have ever been to. We had to change rooms 3 time! The first one had a badly dripping faucet in the shower, the 2nd had roaches just coming from everywhere, and the 3rd one had broken fixtures in addition to the rooms and the beds being significantly smaller. I would not stay here again

I enjoyed my stay but the lightning in the bathroom was to dim especially for a girl that was trying to put her makeup on. And I did see one roach. And the coffee maker is old and rusty. Couldn't make no coffee. But overall it was extremely clean. I will stay again if needed too.

This place is an absolute dump!!! Old out dated and definitely filthy. The bed spreads had stains on them the walls were dirty the towels and wash cloths were so dirty looking almost brown with holes in them as well!! I looked at previous reviews and that’s why I booked there I truly believe that the reviews are fake I

Very old and poor hotel. Did not feel safe there and will not stay there again

For an outdated place like this, the most they should be charging is $60. The chair in the room was so dirty, I put a towel down over it before sitting down. The room only had one outlet to charge your phone and that was underneath a table not my the bed.

The outside didn't look pleasable but the room I was in was very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful and let me check in early. I had a wonderful stay and I definitely will be back.

Grease stains on bed spread, cabinet door missing, no outlets in powder room, loose toilet seat holes in wash cloths. No chair in the room.
