There are no room service amenities. Bring your own. Cheap… but you get what you pay for. Especially being a Caucasian person

It was clean and had plenty of room for my kids and I The staff the tall black lady with the dreads I think she's the manager she is very rude and nasty and a liar she put us out because of someone else kids and she never looked at the camera to see who kids they were playing outside and when my husband asked to see the camera she refused to look at them and there's another black man works there he is to very rude and has a very nasty attitude they say kids can't be outside because of cars be driving fast through the lot but other than management the place itself is very good nice spacious clean and yes I highly recommend anyone to please go check them out

I received an email asking if I'd like to upgrade, after viewing the room and asking for a different one they had nothing available. The carpet in the room was so dirty it felt slick to walk on and just from walking between the bed to the bathroom a few times my feet were black, I kept my shoes on unless I was in the bed. The bed needed replaced a long time ago, there were two large depressions in the aged material and the springs could be felt through fabric.

The manager doesn’t offer clean sheets or pillows case or clean towels or trash bags the manager told me that everyone wash their sheets and pillows case and towels was in the room when checking in the room,And every one have to buy their bathroom tissue and trash bags,Their a stove inside all the rooms the hotel manager doesn’t provide any cooking wear or dishes or sliver wear,All Extended Stay hotels have cooking wear inside each rooms,The manager told me they are cutting labor all hotels have house keeping comes around clean the room if needed including changing the linen and towels take out the trash this hotel doesn’t have any disturb sign,I told the hotel manager i will be checking out on May 13,2026 because i was approved for my apartment i ask by me not staying the whole week will you will give back the money the hotel manager told me no she told me the money i will be getting back is the deposit which is $50.00 will be on my debit card,This hotel really need to be investigated and have a inspection i maybe wrong someone needs to look into this hotel and check to see if the manager are following the hotel rules, The outside of the property including the yard are extremely clean,All elevators need items to be replaced when getting on the elevator once you push the bottom goes downstairs it’s makes a loud noise and fast stop like the elevator going to stop working about the elevator have stop working couple of times that not safe because peoples can get trapped in the elevator

Except for price to avoid sleeping in the car, nothing. ,They dont offer breakfast. Location was fine. Like?? No, its more like there was no other choice to pick from. Its the only place found that offers kitchen in room with the extended stay option. No amenities, even though it says its offered online. They refused to clean room, saying no cleaners available. But I saw them everyday cleaning other rooms. Dirty rooms, except bed and fridge. Very Rude front desk women. No smoking building but it's overblown with weed smoke. Became Marijuana heaven after office hours.

We didn't have hot water in the first room and had to change rooms. Then the hot in that room was shut off from 10 am 3 pm without a notification that it not be available. Worst part is that I was in the shower during that time and couldn't finish my shower with shampoo in my hair! Unbelievable. Then the GM over charged us for the room with a false statement saying that we had to pay ex6!

The model room they show you to get in The lady who posed as the head manager was absolutely Rude and denied me to check in cause I didn’t make it at 6pm and the confirmation I received said up to 7pm and I read it aloud and she denied me access to complete check in and allowed the system to charge me for not checking in but I was on the premises and the room was already booked by another patron cause I sat in parking lot and observed the person s enter and the day before I and my husband toured and booked with another woman individual who was so sweet and a gentleman who assisted her. The woman who refused lied an accused me of yelling while I driving and speaking through my hands free device and my husband was talking to her. Then she was offended that I called her “Friend “ term of endearment. Just to find out she actually booked the room to another person and make it as if I was the problem. That’s the shadiest part of In town Suites, then stated you can go book somewhere else and it’s evening and past normal check in time that’s why you have reservations. The office was Open and the reserved room curtains drawn, cause who she checked in took what we already paid for and she told me to get with my bank to get a refund cause she wasn’t going to issue it, she was going to make as if I couldn’t make it to check in

The bed was so uncomfortable with the bed frame being used. Bed constantly slid off the frame. No housekeeping available or hard to find. Numbers to call were outdated.

The maintenance guy making noise all not, people smoking marijuana in the rooms and parking lot but never told anything

They took a 1000 dollars from me because I had to leave for work
