The first room we went to smelled terrible. So we went down and got a different one. It was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows. Much needed after a 12 hour drive! Would definitely stay again

Very noisy location by I-75. Nice property. Needs a second elevator (wait times are surprisingly long). Fitness area is sufficient for a workout. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean and comfortable. Thermostat didn't work very well so the room temp was never quite comfortable. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. They had lots of choices including fruit, yogurt, oatmeal pancakes, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon and more. We ate in the middle of the breakfast hours and some of the food was cold, some was really good, and some was burnt. Maybe we just hit it on an off day or time, wouldn't object to staying there again

The breakfast was terrific as was the breakfast staff. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a double-bed suite with a pull out sofa, and it was fine. The beds were a little hard, but comfy. We did love the space and layout of the room, too.

Great staff from the front desk to the breakfast lady. Everyone was so accommodating breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The room was nicely laid out with lots of space to put your luggage for two people.

This hotel was exactly what we hoped for on our road trip down on 75. Property is super close to the interstate, and surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. Staff was extremely polite and check-in was quick and easy. Our room is perfect, and even included some of the extras that some hotels have gotten rid of… Shampoo, shower gel, hand lotion, etc. We make this road trip every year and I have marked in my calendar to come back here here after year from now on.

I stayed here twice with my family. They called to let me know we left a Kindle on bed not long after first visit (before I reserved second visit). The front desk staff, servers in breakfast area and cleaning staff all went above and beyond to help with every request. Highly recommend

This hotel is old! Can’t believe the 9.3 rating….very misleading. The bathroom was old & the tub dangerously slippery. Our room had so much room freshener sprayed before arrival we could hardly breathe. Horrible foam mattresses too. Also the highway is right there & it’s very noisy.

Our room was not clean. Fortunately , I had a few Clorox wipes with me and was able to get the dried poop off the toilet seat and the sticky food off the desk and nightstand. Both beds were horrible. Mattresses had no support. I slept cross-wise most of the night.

The area is nice and had several food options. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

I was there to lay my mom to rest in our family cemetery all the way from California. The first staff member offered condolences and a hug. They were all understanding and helpful and did their best to keep my family members near by. I was only disappointed that the pool didn’t work and we did have a small problem with the plumbing. I would definitely stay here again and I appreciate your hospitality.

I would like to say a big Thank you to all staff , they all had great customer service , but Ms.lashea and Donna and Cat amazing, excellent all around with out them I would not have gave the property the rating,I did. Those 3 should get raises, you never seen them stop working. What a bunch of great ladies.

We were just passing through Valdosta. The hotel is convenient to the interstate, clean, safe… The staff was friendly. This is a great spot to stay. Breakfast was nice too!

This is about the 10th time we’ve stayed over the last 8 months. Service has gone from good to pretty bad. We’re IHG members and weren’t offered any amenities, even water upon arrival. The woman who has been there some time was just plain unpleasant. Food replenishment is slow and Luke warm when it showed up. The coffee is about the worst imaginable. We liked the convenience of the location, but we’re done.

The hotel seemed nice as we arrived. The girl at the front desk was wonderful. We checked into the first room, and there was pet hair everywhere, the shower recently had been used and everything was very dirty, so they moved us to another room and that one also Had mold, pet hair, and bugs everywhere, and was just very dirty feeling overall. We ended up cleaning the room extensively because we have young children and could not leave.

We needed some good rest and I did. Nice and clean. It would be nice if the pot smokers would stop stinking up hotels but that's everywhere now.

This place has pretty much all the amenities that you're used to for Holiday Inn Express plus some. You actually not only get a really good breakfast in the morning for free, but you also get a happy hour for free next door as a Holiday Inn Express guest, which includes beer wine and light snacks. Everybody was extremely friendly.

After a long day of travel check in was fast and easy Jordyn was friendly and accommodating.

There was a complete loss of power at 11pm and power was out for over an hour. The front desk would not answer the phone and there was no notification of what was going on. This morning we woke up and were going to head down to the breakfast and the only elevator they had was out of service. We then went to the breakfast and the only drink option was apple juice, the food was also cold and had very limited options. The hotel was clean atleast but everything else was not a pleasant experience

My room, 220, was neat and clean and comfortable. The chair at the desk needs its wheels checked. It was easier to stand and move then chair than to roll it. Also, I thought the next morning that the shower control handle was glued in position. It took really exerting muscle to get it into position out of "off." After the shower, it was still dripping somewhat when I checked out.

My husband and I stopped here in Valdosta on our way to a cruise leaving from Fort Lauderdale. Even though it was just for the one night, we were both able to sleep comfortably in the nice, soft bed. If we're ever the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.
