We stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip and were satisfied with our experience. The hotel offers good value for the price, and the quality was appropriate for what we paid.

Helped at our door with our keycard that stopped working, also came later with a plunger and fixed our slow flushing toilet! The staff during happy hour was nice. Breakast was hot and delucious. What a very nice, clean hotel.

It was a standard continental breakfast items. The location. Was right next to the freeway. The staff that checked us in were very friendly. I really wish there was a metric in the app for the “shower experience/bathroom” they vary so much. Most of the time it’s weak water pressure. This time it was the inability to get cold water. Not fun brushing my teeth with warm water. And I enjoy a cold rinse in the shower, I find it invigorating and it jump starts my day!

We really liked the back patio with the view of the pond. We picked the property because of the pool, but we're told after check in it was closed. Very disappointing. The breakfast was ok, but the sausage was like rubber.

The lobby and staff were very welcoming. The person on duty was extra helpful on where to park our car with U-Haul. The room was very clean and had lots of space. Loved that we could just walk to dinner.

Staff were amazingly friendly! Overall everything seems well maintained, but safety latch on our door was broken so we informed the front desk. Housekeeping needs a little improvement; there were dirty grout lines around shower & what looked like fences on the toilet flush handle. Toilet seat looked aged & should be replaced, but overall, a good stay.

The location was convenient. Everything overall was great but on the morning of our departure. Around 630 am the toilet clogged. I called down to the front desk and was told that a maintenance worker would not be in until after 8 am to fix it.

Great bed and very spacious room! We will be looking to stay at other Comfort Suites in our future travels.

The floor in the room was so dirty I turned our feet black. We were there for less than an hour before this happened. I did not feel comfortable putting my crawling baby on the floor because of how dirty it was.

I loved everything about this hotel. I normally stay with another hotel as a member but they were higher priced than this one but I am glad I stayed here and will be joining as a member. We live both comfort inns in Valdosta. We often stop here as it’s half way for us when we head to a cruise port. Always clean and friendly staff

Everything was good until early in the morning the fire alarm went off and was very loud and there was no fire. Didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast, and had to carry our luggage down the stairs since the elevator wouldn’t operate because of the fire alarm. When we called the front desk they just said “nothing to worry about”.

I was slightly disappointed by the age and decor of the hotel. Had an incident with the fire alarm which left the stay on a poor note. However, the staff did what they could and everyone was very friendly and hospitable.

Room in good condition and staff was very nice. A fire alarm went off early Sunday morning due to "someone smoking in their room" and it took FOREVER for someone to reset the system and discontinue the alarm.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by friendly staff and a clean facility! Staff handled our check in seemlessly. Directed us to our room accordingly and ensured we had all we needed. Decor was nice. Bed was comfortable. Amenities were available. Breakfast next morning was good. Enjoyed myself!

The workspace was one of the best features — a long, dedicated desk with proper lighting, making it very comfortable for long hours of work. There was also a sofa and coffee table, providing a nice separate area to relax. We were two people sharing the room, and the layout made it very easy for one person to work on a laptop while the other watched TV and relaxed — comfortable and respectful for both of us. Since it was the beginning of winter and quite cold outside, I really appreciated that extra blankets were provided. I didn't need to use them, but having them available gave me peace of mind. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very functional, and the bed was extremely comfortable — we both slept very well. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Our favorite steakhouse was only a three-minute walk away, which was a big bonus. This was actually our second stay here, and it confirmed how much we like this hotel. Another wonderful touch is the happy hour offered from 5–7 PM, with light snacks and — amazingly — complimentary beer for guests. This level of hospitality is exceptional for a hotel in this category. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s comfortable, modern, and very well-run. We will definitely be staying here again.

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here! The suite offered clean comfortable beds/rooms with plenty of space for our granddaughter’s portable crib. Breakfast had lots of options and the breakfast room was kept clean and well supplied. Staff were friendly and informative. Thank you! We will stay again if we are in the area:)

My experience at this hotel was outstanding. I can literally not think of one thing that wasn't 5 stars! It had recently been renovated and all of the interiors were very attractive. Bed was very comfortable. All of the staff greeted you...even in the hall...and were just very pleasant and positive. I would highly recommend this Comfort Suites to anyone passing through the Valdosta area. You won't be disappointed.

Overall there were a lot of breakfast choices with both hot and cold items. And it was good. The lobby was clean and inviting. Everything was well- kept and clean. We would stay here again.

I was unhappy that I reserved 2 rooms and they were on different floors. I am also unsure why I was charged 2 different prices for the rooms when I reserved them at the same time and they were exactly the same, just on different floors!!!

I booked a reservation at Comfort Suites through Expedia's App for the 2-3 of August on August 1st because my family was driving across the entire state (200+ miles one way) after work for a family emergency. When I arrived, no reservation was found for those dates, it was apparently reserved for 8-9 of August. Despite purchasing the Hotel Protection Policy, which said that even though the reservation was non-refundable, I'd still get my refund, I haven't received anything back. My family had to pay high prices last minute at another hotel that was farther from the hospital than Comfort Suites is. According to the Customer Service team at Expedia, Comfort Suites refused to respond to them for the longest time about my refund because of the Hotel Protection Policy insurance I'd purchased. When they did respond, they still refused the refund regardless of the Hotel Protection Policy because the reservation was originally non-refundable. I'm out an entire paycheck - a truly outrageous price for one night (check in on 2 and out the next morning on 3) - plus the extra expense my family had to pay at the second hotel, all on top of the stress dealing with the family emergency. There is a distressing lack of genuine customer service.

There were many food options close. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a strong odor when we enrered the room. It smelled like they sprayed room deodorizer that was burnt. Breakfast had good options, but the eggs were mushy.

When I arrived I was very pleased to be able to do the late check-in inside the building and the attendant was alert and attentive. The whole process did not take but a couple Minutes and I was ready to go on to my bed.

My family and I had an amazing stay. I will definitely do it again. The staff member on duty was so friendly, helpful, and supportive.

It was okay. The pull out bed was damp and the room was humid/ sticky - even with the air conditioner set to 70*. This hotel was needed for a nights sleep after driving 12 hours straight, or we would have looked elsewhere. It was fine for what it was. Front desk staff was very kind, fast, and accommodating.

The room was very nice and roomy. Decor very nice. Two things made the stay not perfect; there was a musty odor that was disconcerting and the air conditioner was extremely loud. Every time it cycled on it sounded like a jet engine revving up. It awakened me several times throughout the night. Being right next door to the ice machine was a bit annoying.

I've traveled to Valdosta several times because my son goes to school at Valdosta State University. If I had stayed here before I think I would have remembered it. This was the best stay I've had since making those trips down there. The room was simply excellent! The only minor complaint I would've had was that the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and the continental breakfast was lacking a little. The staff was warm, friendly, and customer service oriented so you couldn't ask for more. This will be my place to stay when I have to come down to see my son!!!!!

I noticed my 10 year old had bite marks on her arm. I assumed it was from mosquitoes but, I got a second opinion and to find out it was bed bug bites. I call the hotel to notify them of the situation. I ask for a manager the young lady I spoke with told me that there was no one I could talk to but, she took my information down and stated that she would have her manager to contact me it has been almost a week and I have yet to sort this situation out. I wish I can post the pictures. So if anyone visits this hotel just be aware!!!!

The beds were comfy!

The room itself was dirty - crumbs in desk chair, various items on the floor. Hair in the tub. Fridge door was sticky. Hair dryer covered in makeup. Had to wipe down all surfaces with clorox wipes.

I booked online for a two queen beds room . Once I got to the hotel to check in I received the key and went up to the room I seen I had one bed. I went back to the front desk and showed her my confirmation email that clearly stated I paid for TWO QUEEN BEDS not a one bed . She immediately tells me it’s nothing she can do about it and a refund is not available without be even asking for a refund . I traveled almost 4 hours to get an attitude from the worker as soon as I arrived. She proceeds to tell me whenever anyone books online it gives them incorrect confirmations. I asked why is there a website if it’s not going to give correct information. She stated she did not know. But it was my first time there and last . She eventually switched my room but continued to say I’m not supposed to really be doing this but….it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth about the entire stay. I don’t want a 2nd stay and really would like a portion of my cost back for suffering and anxiety .

We were here for a one night stay while visiting family. The front desk staff was friendly and our room was very clean. The free breakfast, while just average, was appreciated. The only complaint was that the sofa bed was very thin and not particularly comfortable. Overall we would stay again for a quick overnight stay!

Our trip was booked through Hotels.com for 2 queen beds. Upon arrival, we were given a room that did not match our reservations. No attempt was made to resolve the issue, which left one adult and 2 kids trying to sleep in 1 bed with a chair sleeper. Almost $300 for 1 night for the wrong reservations is unacceptable, but no one seemed concerned. I will not book using Hotels.com or at Comfort Suites again.

Everything was online. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Location was excellent, price was fair. All in all, we were very happy.
