Comfort Inn & Suites Valdosta I-75

They are currently renovating. I canceled my reservation when given a room with dirty sheets. They didn’t have another room with double beds and a pull out couch.

There was mold inside the shower. Inside on the left corner inside across from the shower handle. Very disappointing!

Where do I start, for $256 a night, I expected a nice place to stay with my family. Instead it wasn't super clean, the front desk person was ok but when I needed something he came from the back looking high and smelling like weed. At 930pm there were kids screaming, running up and down the halls and slamming doors for 30 mins. It was a nightmare.

Great location, clean, good breakfast and pet friendly. We only stayed for one night but could easily have stayed longer. The bed mattress was a little soft for us but some may like it that way. We had a king size bed. Otherwise, great room.

Best mattress I have had in a very long time at a hotel. Bath had a walk in shower with glass shower doors and very large and a good shower head. Quiet property away from noise and traffic.

The location was perfect! It was located near restaurants, gas stations, and the interstate. My trip included Wild Adventures which was about 10 minutes away from this property! I'd definitely book this hotel again. For a one night's stay, there wasn't anything wrong with my room.

Clean Hot bfast came out late

First what I didn't like. I am sure it's a rare occasion but we had to eat breakfast with knives and spoons because there were no forks. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and in the elevator which gave a unkempt appearance. Rooms were basic, austere, without any character but I guess that's what these big hotel chains are going for. Breakfast was just okay... Now, here is what I liked. Clean room, clean bathroom. At night they serve snacks and there is a nice carafe of cold lemon water in the lobby. The shower had great water pressure which is very helpful after a long stressful drive. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall my family and I were happy with our one-night stay and I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for those little things I listed in the beginning. I would stay here again in the future if I happen to be in the area.

I was there for less than 9 hours. It served my needs well.

We could hear everything they dropped in the place above us. We heard dorrs slam til midnight and started again around 5 am. We were up on and off all night hearing the noise from above. Water pressure could be better. Shampoo, condit and lotion easily accessible. Breakfast was ok...3 or 4 out of 5.

The facility was nice and clean. However there was a baseball team staying next to us and above us. The kids were running up and down the hallway until 4:30 in the morning. Alerted the front desk but nothing changed. Managing the mouse level needs drastic improvement.

The bed was wonderful, great shower and clean but they get a 9 because we couldn’t get internet to work and Semaj (front desk) didn’t care or even try to help us. The phone number for Internet help didn’t work either. In the morning, Yari informed me that the phone number had changed and Semaj was a new hire. She did apologize!

We stayed in a suite and the room was large and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The biggest problem is the proximity to train tracks and our wake up call was a 5:30 in the morning train horn. Breakfast was the standard affair that you have been accustomed to.

The check in was smooth but one of my beds in one of my 2 rooms had blood and feces or something on it. We had to change the whole bedding by ourselves. The morning breakfast was one of the worst ive had in a vacation stay. The sausage was burnt the juice machine wasn't working. The eggs had water or juice all in them. I dont thi k we will stay at this place again.

Had a nice overnight stay. Quiet surroundings, free beer and snacks at happy hour. Clean, safe property. Only issue was one side of the bed was uncomfortable, perhaps due to a broken spring.

We asked for a room away from the elevator due to the fact that you can usually hear people throughout the night. We were instead placed next to the stairwell, so we still had the same issue. Also, the people directly above us were loud - we could hear them talking. Worse than that was all the stomping around they were doing, and allowing their children to jump off the bed until around 2am. Probably one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had! Definitely a poor night’s sleep!

I ask Yari for towels to be delivered at 11:00 am on 11/8 per their policy. You have to request, so that's what i did and towels were not delivered. My husband had to go to the lobby and get them at 12:30 am when we returned back to the hotel. The bathroom in 404 was very slow to drain.

It was a nice stay. We ate at a puertorrican restaurant very close by. Bed is really comfortable and room was pleasantly cool.

I often stay here and this is the first time I had a terrible experience like this. We checked in late and when we did the first room smelled like urine. The second room has stains on the sheets that were made up and the pillows were filthy. We had to change our own sheets and to top it off the manager was supposed to give us a credit for the inconvenience she gave $50 which was not acceptable and someone had the never to charge us $55 on top of what we paid. I am still waiting for a call back. This is not how customers are supposed to be treated. We deserve better!

Bed was filthy. The sheet was dirty. We took photo to desk and we had to change the sheets cause she was the only person at hotel. She was arrogant and not friendly or helpful. We changed all the bedding after she gave us new bedding. Provided a picture of the filth on bed and brought it down for her to see. Seemed very disinterested and put out. When we put on the replaced comforter it was stained all over. Again we provided picture and brought comforter for her to see. Took picture. This all was at 10:30 pm tp 11:00 pm. We had driven all day and were tired and had to go through this with little concern from this desk person. She seemed to think this was putting her out. Anyway we spoke to manager on phone and she seemed to really care. We could not move to another room cause we had alot of luggage and had already unpacked.

We had a comedy of errors. Air didn’t work . They upgraded us to another room and then lock didn’t work and they had to move us to another room . Staff was so accommodating and made all of the aggravation most definitely worth it . We were never upset and they were so pleasant and accommodating and polite and apologetic .

The staff is as friendly as other reviews state. The breakfast was sufficient. They don't have room service, but they will give you additional towels, and other essential items at the front desk. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Employees were slow to refill the breakfast platter. One stated “ I’ll refill it in a minute, sh*t, I ain’t ate yet. Another employee stated to her she shouldn’t say that but unfortunately the food never got replaced.

Traveling with 2 kids and a dog. Found 2 condoms poking out from under the bed. Front desk staff very responsive and changed our room. Manager promised some refund, but will have to call Expedia to have it processed, so we may see it, may not. No shampoo/conditioner/bodywash filled in the large bottles in the shower. Hotel was overall fine and there were large areas to walk our dog outside.

The only real complaint was a slight odor in the room. Usually hotel rooms are pleasant smelling from quality cleaning products.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were amazing and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only complaint I had while there was my remote to the TV was not working correctly. I would recommend this hotel anytime!

It was an ok stay- the staff was pleasant, the room was clean- a little outdated but spacious for our family if 5. There’s mold growing on the shower head. Breakfast was ok.

Amazing as usual the staff is always. My wife first time eating inside the hotel there and she really enjoyed the food.

Our family vacation stay for 4 days was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room and hotel was clean. The breakfast was nice. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again next trip!

The shower had flooded and over run or had broken pipes because there were water level marks on the door which caused the door to peel on the bottom a the bathroom table legs had rust in them.

The receptionist at check in was great. And the lobby of the hotel was clean. The rooms are a nightmare. They smell like dog kennels and smoke, it is actually making me and my family nauseous. There are stains all over the carpets and bed skirts. It’s gross.

I really like this hotel. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. All of the staff were professional, nice and accommodating to anything I asked for. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Valdosta.

The check in process was great, over all staff very friendly, no complaints in that area. My issue is the restroomservice, the commode did not flush properly, in which we informed them of the issue, plunger provided, to no avail to correct the issue. Informed them upon check out, was given a 30 dollar credit

We booked it as a pay at the hotel, but they charged the card we booked with. We are on a Make-A-Wish trip and we can’t book hotels with the card they gave us to hold a room, but we can pay for the room with that card. Unfortunately we had to use a personal credit card to reserve the booking and they charged it at the hotel. I tried to explain, but the guy didn’t understand what I was telling him and wouldn’t fix the issue. He wouldn’t listen to me because he was preoccupied by a basketball game he was trying to watch.

Stayed with husband and 2 kids for the second time in this hotel. Overall great experience both times, very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

We arrived to dead bugs and some trash in/under pull out sofa. Which we wanted to use but did not. There was a dog barking somewhere on our floor. Disappointed so far.

I got to say it was great stay! No issues with anything. The breakfast staff personnel were tremendous and I haven’t seen that before feeling welcomed and a great atmosphere! Kudos!

The beds and pillows were to die for! The room was huge and well appointed, as well as in a wonderful area. Any time we are traveling through and stopping on the way to Orlando I will pre plan this hotel!

Somewhat noisey

The front desk employee was excellent. Room was very nice, clean. Bathroom was nice and modern, no tub and lovely walk in shower. Breakfast provided is very good with options and friendly staff. If you care about TVs, a high definition tv would be the only improvement.

The staff was great! The lady who was like a hostess in the breakfast area had an amazing personality! My double bedroom was very nice and very spacious. I was visiting for a funeral, and this hotels hospitality made it a more pleasurable experience.

Fabulous room and happy hour!

The room was okay although the shampoo was empty and toilet seat was loose . The breakfast person did not make sure items were kept full and area was not kept clean.
