It was 95°F in Vail. Rooms do not have air conditioning, so they use tower fans, which didn't work correctly.

Property was a bit dated, could use a renovation. Room was clean and staff was nice.

At checkin I received an access key for secure areas, but not the code for the door to my unit. Very inconvenient oversight. It was also not brought to my attention that the unit has access from two floors. We entered on bottom floor and about broke our necks getting heavy luggage up a spiral staircase to the bedrooms only to discover an access door from that level!!

Most affordable place near vail village and dog friendly. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Great location and easy parking. I wish they would update the bathrooms in the rooms is my only gripe

Great value for Vail Village! In my opinion, there’s nothing wrong with this place. But, it’s typically a better value because it’s an older property in a high end resort town.

This is an older property for the area, but it’s also the best value for your money. It’s walking distance to the lifts and reasonably priced. And the hot tub is hot.

The location was very convenient to Lionshead Village. We were able to check in early and keep our car at the hotel even after check out the next day, which was a big plus. The restaurants in the lobby were both good and we enjoyed the hot tub and the workout area. All of the staff we encountered were kind and helpful. We would definitely return if we travel to Vail again.
