The pictures are VERY misleading. The carpet was so damp and sticky. People smoking right outside the open window to the hall so their “non-smoking rooms” were pretty pointless. We had newborn with us to which was pretty scary for potential mold, ventilation issues, and of course the smoking. Won’t be staying here or with this property ever again.

Had to request a different room. The first room was on the first floor, and smelled highly of mildew, and the first-floor window lock was broken. The woman at the desk was apologetic and switched our room to one on the second floor. That room seemed less musty, though the a/c unit emitted a strong, bad sour smell whenever the fan kicked on. The door swinging lock was broken, but the deadbolt still worked. Some small holes in the sheets, but otherwise seemed clean. The bathroom had stray hairs on the toilet seat and tub, and sink drain was very worn and almost rusty. We didn’t bother another room change, as it was nearly 10 and we just wanted to sleep and get back on the road. Overall, the place just seemed greatly in need of some maintenance and deep cleaning, and could use an update (only one outlet available to charge devices, for example), though we slept well and it was quiet.

This establishment is fraudulent and they’re scammers and liars. I was to pay at the property according to my booking policy but the establishment charged my card at 4 in the morning on the day of check in, then they tried to charge me again plus an extra charge of $166.88 which I have no idea what that charge was for. I’m still try to sort things out cause I have gotten my money back. Everything

Not very attentive staff had to call the phone at the front desk 2x checking in and checking out to find them. Also not a good place for breakfast so factor that into your budget and decision.

The breakfast was not refilled even though we were within the breakfast hours. Rest all was good.

The mirrored wall, cleanness overall. Didn't have breakfast, so no opinion. needed outlets to charge phone . Preferably by the bed. No Guide to TV.

The room was cool which was so appreciated on a hot day! Staff was available to welcome me and had made sure room was clean. I wish eggs (scrambled and cooked in the shell) had been part of the breakfast menu. And sausage would have been appreciated. I eat low carb and needed to skip almost all the food offered though others were satisfied. Coffee was good!

Front desk was friendly. Good location Bathroom needs to be cleaned better. The bathroom sink handle came off on the 2nd time using the sink. Went right back on but looks like it's missing a screw. Shower and shower head needs attention.

I booked a room two beds, they did not show that and tried to put us in a one bed room. Clerk, did not understand english! Sad. Breakfast was terrible. I won’t stay at microtels in the future. Dumps

room air conditioner/heater did NOT work and was never repaired during my 3 night visit even though I told staff about it the first night - had to open the window because its was so hot - wall paper in bathroom was bubbled & pealing off the wall - bath mat was frayed - staff was difficult to understand duet language barrier - breakfast was lukewarm and very little offered - parking was easy - would NOT staynthere again
