The property was clean but found it weird that the shower was stocked with shampoo and lotion. And then another bottle of lotion on the wall near the sink. Body wash or conditioner would make more sense for the shower. When we asked the front desk, they said that no lotion is normal for the shower?!

I like the staff I left my pillow in my room and the staff worked very diligently for me to get it back. I love that keep our room clean in between the day that me and my family visit it was a very nice stay. I will be back. I didn't enjoy the breakfast, although it was fresh and hot . I wish it had more to offer... but you did what you could. The bacon was not good it tasted like nothing.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options each morning. The overall atmosphere made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Absolutely nothing My family and I didn't have a good experience at this hotel. The first room we were offered reeked of urine and my daughter was deeply saddened by this. After we complained to the front desk, we were moved into another room on the same floor and this one was a little bit better. However, the hallways were always reeking of cannabis and cigarettes even though they had mentioned on their website that their hotel was smoke free. As for breakfast, there was no food when we arrived in the dining room. The food warmer had a few scrambled eggs and some two very tiny and dried up sausages. I complained to the front desk but I was told that the kitchen lady would be making some more food but we were already leaving to go start our day

I liked the location, the price, the staff, hot breakfast every morning, and my room. I will definitely recommend it and I would stay there again. The staff was very courteous and helpful with information. My accomodations at this hotel was for four nights. There is a subs and pizza place in front of the hotel that you can walk to if you get hungry. I didn't eat there so I can't rate the food. I liked everything!

Lots of parking. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms very clean. The pulled out couch bed wasn't too comfortable, but good enough for one night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would plan to stay if I was in area again.

My room was very clean and spacious; staff was very helpful and friendly from check -in thru check-out! They served a full hot breakfast (pancakes, bacon, sausage, toast, coffee, juices, etc.) plenty parking. I would stay there my next visit to the area.

Room clean breakfast was good hot food fruit available staff pleasant parking no problem. There is one restaurant within walking distance able to purchase lottery tickets and adult refreshments I would stay again.

If you want to stay here don’t get a room close to the highway on the front side there were drag races all night long with very loud crotch rockets and it kept us up most of the night . But other then that it is nice enough for a quick stay it’s clean updated.

The beds were not comfortable. This place is just very basic with no frills. Not dirty just not invested in to make it nicer. The breakfast was one of the worst. There were waffles, eggs from a bag, plain bread, 2 choices of cereal but no milk out. No fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, breakfast meat. The staff either didn’t have any product to put out or just didn’t care to fill the food area. Either way plan on getting breakfast somewhere else.

I was on the first floor and I heard banging all night I didn't go to sleep until 2 am I came into town for a funeral. I called the front desk twice and was told they would handle it and nothing was done until whomever or whatever was done banging and sliding around furniture or what they had going on horrible

Location is isolated and mostly just liquor stores around. Walls and floors are thin. Food was overcooked. Satellite TV channels were few and struggled to get a picture. Extremely overpriced. Nothing like other Sleep Inn properties I have been to. It felt more like a motel 6 with Sleep Inn branding. I would not recommend.

The staff was friendly. The hotel entrance and lobby smelled like marijuana all 3 days. The floor in the room was so dirty unturned our socks black and the towels we used on the floor in the bathroom. The toilet still had waste in it. The room we were put in was on the first floor, near the front desk. Starting at 530am hotel staff talked loudly, banging equipment & leaving the laundry room door open as they worked, the noise was so loud in our room nonstop until we left at 12pm. Even after talking to the front desk. Staff was kind but I would never stay here again!

The room was clean. The heat worked perfectly. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant. Check in and out was a breeze. The breakfast consisted of self serve waffles, eggs (they were hard and rubbery) sausage, a variety of juices, bagels and coffee. Definitely hit the spot to start the day.

I did not stay the night. I checked out 2 hours after i had checked in. The bathtube has big visible rust stain......It is disgusting. One hour after i checked in, room service opened my door to ask if i was checking out. I told her no that i had just checked in. She apologized and left.

The room was otherwise clean, but that bed needed a new mattress and boxspring. It was like a 1000 pound person slept in it before I did sleeping in that bed was like falling into her hole. It was not conducive to a good night sleep or comfort.

My overall stay was ok! But the bathroom had so much MOLD on the wall and in the shower and they didn’t make us aware of the construction in the basement.

This property was clean but currently under renovation. The room we stayed in had not been renovated yet so the bed was very noisy and old and the bathroom needed to be renovated. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with! I always stay there and would recommend it to anyone.

Parking was terrible. They allow guest to park along side of hotel which prevented the flow of traffic so you had to go all the way around the hotel to get out. Very little parking. The 4th floor was under construction that looked like a total mess..

The staff were great. The room was clean but the there was a very strong mildew odor as soon as you walked in room 109. We went out and got Lysol, air fresheners and candles to temporarily control the smell. The double bed mattresses need to be replaced as both bowed in the middle and made for a rough sleep.

The room we stayed in, the bathtub was rusty and mold on the silicone. We can smell marijuana in the hallways. At one point there was no clean towels available for three days. Other than that for the value it was good.

We walked in to a stopped up sink, The tub was gross and rusty with mold in the corners and they ran out of fresh towels and washcloths. My niece almost had a panic attack after seeing a spider climb up the wall near her pillow. AC would not stay on, kept randomly turning off in the middle of the night

Property was in a good location for our purpose. We were just 30-40 min away from the National Mall and Six Flags. Property seemed to be well-maintained. Could do better with the smoke smell in the hallway. Could do better with the cleanliness of bathrooms.

She did offer a partial refund, which I did get, of thirty dollars, although I still paid more than had I booked a regular king room which is what I basically had, along with the broken tub... The room also smelled a bit like the devils lettuce when I arrived. Bathroom was fine although tub floor was in rough shape. High ceiling though! The hotel was convenient to my destination so that was a plus. Walls are super thin so I was upset that I forgot my ear plugs. The air conditioner worked but it definitely wasn’t cooling the room. Lastly, the refrigerator was so loud that I unplugged it overnight.

We were given a handicap room because we asked for a king bed. There appeared to be dried up blood on the lampshade and God knows what on the headboard (barf) If we didn’t return from our event so late I would have left because I was so disgusted. There famous “ice machine” was not operating, during my stay. The room was very clean!! Only issue is the maids come knock on your door at 10:35. Also, it has some restrooms with a lil rust.. in the tubs

The photos are very deceptive in nature. our room was 214. The hotel rep was more worried about the status of the bed than our complaints about the room and did not offer any solutions.

It was okay. Location is off the highway, but was quiet. The room is not updated, and my bathroom tiles were cracked and loose, so it was very weird to walk on them. Didn’t seem like the cleanest hotel, but it was only $100 at the time of booking and was near where I was working. Hotel is pretty outdated.

It was okay. Location is off the highway, but was quiet. The room is not updated, and my bathroom tiles were cracked and loose, so it was very weird to walk on them. Customer service during the hours of 3-9 was amazing. Others were not. Management could take a lesson from her. We will return because of her.

I chose this hotel because it said smoke free. As soon as we got to our floor it wreaked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. We were both so exhausted and it was only a one night stay that we decided to power through. I am asthmatic and was up all night coughing, to the point I went and slept in my car so my boyfriend could try to sleep. There were cigarette burns all over the door frame and the floor was so sticky our feet were sticking to it as we walked around the room. It was not worth the $156 dollars we paid to stay one night.

There was a lot of noise ok my floor, room wasn’t properly cleaned, but overall the staff was pleasant.

Upon arriving around 7:30 pm, a group of people were hanging out front smoking and talking to each other. My husband proceeded to check in , while I was insisting we go to another place. I told the front desk - this was not a good look or safe appearance for approaching guest. My husband remained at the property but I not staying.

Upon check in I wasn’t greeted, I was just asked for my ID, no eye contact whatsoever. When I arrived to my room, it was a decent size with 2 full -sized beds. However, the standup shower was surrounded by mold inside and out, definitely needs to be inspected and treated before rent to guests

The staff is great! The bed in the room was broke. The air conditioner/ heating system was very loud.

It was clean in and outside the property. I didn’t have trouble with anything.

The bathroom floor was sticky in some areas. The hallway carpet needed to vacuumed & breakfast area floor was not nice.

The staff are nice and friendly, from front reception to housekeeping. The rooms were clean, some upgrading needed in the bathroom. I like that there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I like that there is store in walking distance; and that there is water available and a juice machine in the lobby. The internet was not that strong, but I had my own hotspot so it wasn’t a problem for me. Overall great stay.

Everyone who worked there was kind, professional, caring to my needs. They made sure all touch areas were clean.

Getting in and out was easy. Close to highway noise.

My visit was much better than 2 years ago. The bathroom still had rust in the tub. And the hallways smelled like smoke; all rooms were smoke free. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was desent, and plenty of parking.

I requested for a ground floor and the receptionist gave me a a room under the hallway where everyone pass by and I wasn’t able to sleep had to use earplugs throughout my stay

It was a little out-dated in bathroom..Rust spots in tub and shower..The bed was squeaky and you can feel the springs..It was dusty on the desk,but the room was a nice size..NO carpet on the floor.

One big problem: has dirty tiles throughout - your feet will be really nasty!!! Socks - ruined!

The property smelled of smoke, although it was a non-smoking hotel. The rooms are dated and there was rust in our first bathtub. The location is not as nice as the photos suggest. With that said, the staff was friendly.

Everything was great from the check-in to the breakfast. My only complaint was the bed, that mattress was old and had a MAJOR sag in the middle, it was like sleeping on the edge of a cliff. It was definitely a back breaker.

My stay was comfortable. I slept well and enjoyed the quiet and peace.

The rooms are ok the carpet on the hallways are BLACK DIRTY strong smell of cigarettes and cigars seep through the walls smell horrible!!

The bed in the rooms are nasty, springs are all you feel when you lay on the bed. i just left i asked for another room first it was the same so i just sent home.

Good location to tour around the area. It was close to many places to eat and explore.
