The absolute fact that they got things for my daughter for her birthday was the sweetest thing they have ever done. I will 100% stay here again

I appreciate the hotel is dog friendly but i do not think dogs should be allowed to walk around the breakfast area. This happened on my last morning. We are in the season for bugs so the pool and hot tub should be cleaned daily. A gentlemen was scooping them out of the hot tub! Noise wise, midweek is quiet, but on friday night the noise from the traffic on the main road was loud.

Zero complaints clean tools nice hotel kind staff so many extras and a good free breakfast.

The front desk was amazing as always! The cleaning staff were super! Smiling and gave us extra towels and time to leave ! I love this place !

i chose this hotel with much desire for a heated pool and hot tub. the heaters were broken on both which was disappointing. this wasnt our ideal location nor our price point but we did it anyway to enjoy hot tub and pool :-(. we did find the location was nice, room clean and midern, staff excellent.

Everything was first class....breakfast was outstanding! Staff was very helpful in getting us an early check in, which we needed because we had to attend a wedding that afternoon. Both desk ladies were professional and always greeted us with a smile!

The staff seemed to be always cleaning. Hallways, elevators and common areas. They were courteous, the room comfortable and the breakfast very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The day started out stressful I booked the wrong day, we needed Sat to Sun and I booked Sun to Mon. We had our dogs with us on top of that, we were there for my nieces lacrosse tournament. We got there and they told us wrong day, the customer representative Juan said don’t worry we will take care of it. He found us a room and we were able to get in early with the dogs,so we could go to the lacrosse game. The Hampton staff were amazing took care of everything and made out stay present. I highly recommend that hotel and there great staff.

Everything was wonderful, cleanliness, ammenities and staff.

Check in person was very polite and helpful. In fact, all the staff we came in contact with was wonderful. The room however, was clean but the colors of it and the art work was not relaxing. The shower was a good size but the shower pressure was kind of wimpy. The toilet was exceptionally low to the ground.

For the price of the hotel and the reputation that Marriott has i was very disappointed . The property carpet are very old , the bathroom in the rooms dirty, the AC wasn’t work good . I didn’t complain because we got the room late and we were very tired already and want to go to bed .

front desk was not welcoming, over charged us and double charged us. When i questioned them they said i would have to deal with expedia directly. They also told me i had 2 reservations, hence the double charge, i asked why this wasnt mentioned when i checked in… they had no response. The room was was and it was a great location , the MAIDS were wonderful!

The Hyatt at Lakewood Ranch overbooked at canceled my reservation. Expedia moved me to the Hampton Inn and I was so glad they did. The property is very conveniently located at a walking distance from shops and restaurants. The staff is very kind and super friendly. It has a great and free breakfast buffet. The pool was also very nice. My room and the facilities were very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated.

Needs updates.

The only complaint I have is the hot tub was not working on property while staying there

Massive mall complex but if you don't mind that it's great. Front desk staff was on point, lots of shopping and places to eat close by, if you don't mind walking through parking lots. Really nice and close to the freeway.

Nice location, easy to get to, but the Wi-Fi was down from the time I checked in till the time I checked out, so no way for me to work on big projects and no TV to watch due to their issue with their Internet provider. It was not the Hotel‘s fault But now I’m leaving early in the morning to get work done or I hang and get a strong enough Wi-Fi connection, because my phone hotspot is not strong enough.

Great stay!

We chose to stay here so that we could walk to a variety of restaurants during our visit. The variety of walkable options exceeded our expectations -- we enjoyed Mexican, some of the best Indian food we'd ever had, and Greek cuisines. The staff were also very friendly, and the in-hotel snack bar and morning breakfast were nicely stocked.

Only problem was someone was smoking in a non smoking hotel. The smell of smoke came thur the bathroom vent. It was not corrected when spoke to front desk clerk on duty.

Never stayed at a Hampton Inn before. The room was comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. We never once considered going out for breakfast. Right next to shopping area which I walked to daily. Felt very safe in the area

The hotel said they were over booked and canceled my reservation

Power was out for two days and they still tried to charge me full price. I was hot and muggy and smelled of mildew

It was a okay stay, upon arrival we were assigned room 422 and when we walked into the room it smelled like mold! Room was clean however so we just rode it out since it was one night. Breakfast was good, we tried to request a late checkout for 12pm and was told flat out “NO” by Leslie at the front desk. Just wanted extra time to go for a dip in the pool so we lost out on that. Overall just okay not worth the price we paid.

Georgia, who works at Fronr Desk was so incredible getting us settled during Hurricane Helene. She went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and safe as well a great stay. My wife and I stayed at alot of hotels but never enjoyed our stay as much as at the Hampton. Thank you so much! This is why we are Hilton honors member.

The Guest services gentleman was very patient and kind dealing with our payment not showing although we did pay. The honesty of housekeeping is very much appreciated as they turned in my necklace a earrings I had forgotten, when I called it was an easy process to have them shipped to me, please let the staff know how much we appreciate them.

It's a very nice hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. My only complaint was the room air conditioner didn't work very well so the room was a bit warm. May not have been an issue if it hadn't been so hot outside.

The hotel is in a busy mall parking lot and they had one of the entrances blocked by construction and the other one was blocked by delivery trucks. Absolutely unsafe for an emergency access.

The hotel was nice and the staff friendly but the best thing was the great location. Super convenient to the interstate as well as lots dining and shopping all with 5 to 10 minutes of the hotel.. will definitely stay here again next time

Fantastic hotel. Front desk staff is amazing and the little dog on the office was a wonderful bright spot tbag made me smile. The hotel itself is immaculate . Clean up to date EXCELLENT food and coffee. Above and beyond .

The only disappointment was that the pool was closed. I'd have liked an evening swim. After a long travel day and cramped airplane seat a hot tub and/or cool pool water would've made the room cost more acceptable. I think a slight FEE reduction for the lack of that (advertised) amenity would've been in order! Perhaps offer a room-rate reduction for my next visit , based on the undisclosed lack of pool when the room was reserved (and pre-paid for!). Joy Bang. But again, the STAFF were exemplary. From the housekeeping folks that I met, to the woman who helped to make breakfast a pleasure, and let's not forget John- he helped me "work" my TV without making me feel stupid. Thanks you'all
