    The hotel offered free breakfast, which was a nice perk. Although my first room was a little dirty and I had to switch rooms, the customer service made up for the inconvenience. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the younger housekeeper was especially kind and helpful. The team was very accommodating whenever I needed assistance, and I truly appreciated their efforts to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

    I love the fact that the guy Andy in front is very helpful I talked to him only throughout my stay . He listened understood and addressed my issue everyone else I spoke with wasn’t helpful and the housekeeping is unacceptable I had to bring and buy my own cleaning products to clean the rooms is very disturbing. The room I was moved from they still put someone in there and didn’t clean it what so ever. Andy he is the best I recommend speaking with him through out your stay and I hope they replace housekeeping that’s ridiculous The other services rooms dirty and staff not accommodating the issues

    Rooms were filthy. Bathroom fixtures were pulled out of the wall and the furniture was in poor condition. Bathroom lights barely worked and only one lamp in the room had a light bulb. Called the front desk to switch rooms due to poor lighting and the lady at the front desk came up harassing us to vacate the room while we were trying to round up two toddlers and all of our things, less than 10 minutes after issuing the new room key. Breakfast food was horrible too. It’s cheap for a reason

    The location was great for why we were there. We came for the Georgia Renaissance Fair. The hotel was clean . We had a reservation made over a month in advance for a queen room with two queen beds. Upon arrival they let us know the room may not be suitable but they could give us another room. We checked out the room which the only thing wrong was a broken ac unit. We then requested the different room which consisted of one king bed and a twin pull out bed . Which in our opinion was not suitable for two couples. So to say we were disappointed and upset is an understatement.

    The entire building smelled like weed and it looks grungy like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. Our room had a disgusting bathroom that hadn’t even been cleaned, and the sheets and towels had holes in them. Also, the pillows are tiny for some reason.

    The property was clean and the staff was nice. Loved that the inside pool was open BEFORE Memorial Day. That’s what we were looking for during spring break. Not really something that they can change but it was completely hard to find the location. Don’t know if they can update the pin on Google Maps or something

    Stayed 1 day of the trip. Rooms weren't maintained. Moldy. Mold in the pictures, mold in the bathroom. My family and I are now sick. And I believe it was from that. I need a refund. Had to check out early.

    Great value. Save yourself the time and spend the money to stay somewhere else. Bad location, cops were there, the only thing around is food. Dirty establishments. Ripped sheets, dirty toilet, sticky hotel floors, breakfast area was not maintained, water was leaking all over the breakfast area. Could have slipped and fell. The shuttle was a joke they showed up in a personal car for two adults and two children the front seat had junk in it I was forced to put my child in my lap. The shuttle worker was very patient and had good customer service. Was told ahead of time to check my room, because they don't even really have a housekeeper. Just look at the pictures. Hopefully my review save somebody

    What a great place ! I’ve driven by it many times visiting. As often as we go to Macon, had no desire to stop/ stay. I’m so glad we did . The traffic didn’t bleed you dry. The standard rooms would be considered a junior sweet elsewhere. The 4th floor had an amazing view of the city and the beautiful pool ( that I wish I was prepared to use). Water nice and hot .Walls didn’t seem thin the 2 nights we were there. It was a very user friendly set up.

    The reason I booked this hotel, is because the description included airport shuttle. I had to find Out late night, after 2 hours transfering at ATL airport, there isn’t. I stayed just one night so obviously I needed the shuttle back the next day. Reception told me, will contact manager and maybe I get uber cupon. Of course manager was on leave, asked my email. Never received anything. 40+20=60 $ extra cost, on a 85$ night stay… please check your settings on booking.com, not just happily accept new reservations…

    If you want roaches in your room and signs of the room not cleaned then this is the place for you. The second bed in the room had fingernail clippings on the comforter. The bed was made. Went to make a pot of coffee and a roach crawled out of where the coffee was held. The smell of marijuana was everywhere. Very sketchy area.

    Parking was favorable. The breakfast was not up to par, in my opinion. People had to wait for the hot foods, as there was not much made at time. The hot tub was down for maintenance, which I understand. The pool was open. However the filtration system was not functioning. The bathroom exhaust fans didn't work. Apparently they are an older system that thet chose not to update. Overall, I will not book at this hotel in the future. I booked based on their previous high ratings. Unknown as to how they were rated so high. Scale of 1 to 10, I rate a 3.

    I love the fact that it was next to every shopping center, just a walking distance for everywhere. Old, smell, the pool water was cloudy, the bathroom very small with a rusty toilet seat, bathroom sink was clogged. Hallway don’t smell good, because of all that I did not even let me and the kids eat breakfast there, but like they always said you get what you pay for lol.

    Spend one night here and it was horrible! The room smelled like someone smoked there, we couldn’t open a window to get some fresh air! The toilet was dirty, shampoo bottle empty, on the towels were hair from someone else! Stains on the carpet, I didn't even look at the bed, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep there at all. My baby had fallen asleep and I didn't want to wake her; it was already very late, otherwise I would have changed rooms. It was much too noisy anyway. I didn't even look at breakfast; I was just glad to be out of there!

Sam was very pleasant and hard at work, running between the front desk to help guests and the very busy breakfast room to refill and replace foods, drinks, etc. She was patient and offered excellent customer service! The pool was kind of dirty but my kid didn't care, he loved it.

    The hotel was definitely not worth it. They are barely staying afloat consider the first room was awful and they were very stingy with breakfast. The TV was missing cable cord that connected to the TV, missing lamp and outlet covers, AC hanging down. The room looked like it had been vacant for months with no TLC. Several workers/ so called maintenance tried fixing our TV but couldn’t because they didn’t listen nor have enough common sense to realize the cable cord was missing that was suppose to connect to the TV. Breakfast was suppose to be over at 9 but more first come first serve. Even to go down at 8:30, most food was gone and they didn’t was to bring out more for the many families they had. How can you prepare breakfast for 20 but have over 100 people. The pool room smelled like a swamp and made it hard to breath. I would not recommend nor EVER staying there again.

    Marijuana smoke coming from rooms. Young adults drunk banging on their room door. Police came next morning and escorted them out. Hot tub doesnt work. Old french frying fries behind the nightstand. Tub was not thoroughly cleaned. Evidence of hair. I needed to stay in extra night. I booked an extra night and they told me I had to pay a fifty dollar charge to stay in the same room which is complete bull. I won't stay there again.

    We booked because of airport shuttle included. No shuttle so we had to pay extra fees for Uber. Pool was nice and warm but he t tub broken and freezing water. We went down for breakfast but it all looked so stale. Even kids wouldn't eat it. Staff was very friendly and the surrounding areas have lots of food options and a Walmart.     This facility ought to be ashamed of their self. everything from the exterior of the property looked bad, worn down. the interior looked worn down and bad and dated, not fresh, not clean. the pool I don't even think they were treating the pool with chemicals. The door to enter my room had a seam that you could see light through the hallway. You can imagine the sounds. I heard at night. The bedroom was disgusting. There was spills on countertops side of cabinets that were never wiped up broken pieces of of the furniture namely, where the TV set on trust. I have pictures of all this. The bathroom was disgusting. They never cleaned it when I checked in. It was dirty, they never cleaned it. My whole stay until the last night when I asked initially my first day to have it cleaned. They never attended to it at all. They made excuses. Someone forgot to tell somebody whatever I'm not sure if that even makes a difference. I couldn't use that if I had to pay my bill. OI don't have the money right now. I'll just stay and give it to you another time. That's the mentality that I was presented with. They took no care in their facility. Whatsoever, obviously family Indian owned. the 2nd floor was discussing the shuttle. Did not run as promised room had no private privacy.     Despite the hotel staff being friendly and doing their very best (Andy, Sam were kind and helpful), the hotel itself is not in the condition that I would expect from one of this brand - it felt like a lower end Motel 6. Hotels.com had it listed as a 2.5-start hotel which it certainly isn’t in its current state. It appears that there is a lot of deferred maintenance: worn carpets, walls needing patching and painting, tile needing repair and re-grout, missing lightbulbs; a general appearance of a renovation a decade ago that has not been upheld. Are the first night was on the second floor and was in a seriously dilapidated state; the following morning we were “upgraded” to a room on the fourth floor, which was much closer to the standard that one would expect for the brand. Perhaps there is a rolling renovation slowly unfolding? The hotel shuttle was unavailable the day of our arrival despite attempting to arrange it multiple times over the days leading up to our arrival (perhaps there is difficulty in keeping a driver available). Hot tub was out of service and from the reviews this seems to be the norm. The breakfast was subpar and ran out of food a half hour before closing time for the meal. Even the coffee machine stopped working on our second day. The place has plenty of potential, but needs some love and attention.

    The manger was nice Not that clean , old and dainty. Also house keeping does not do their rounds the way they should be done . The tub was clogged and had still been that way after being out all day and asking for them to take care of it . Garbage has not been emptied all day as well and overflowed in the room .

    Room was clean but the bathroom sink faucet was loose. Cleaning staff were friendly, front desk gentlemen who checked us in was professional and courteous.     Everything about this stay was bad. The rooms were filthy. The sheets were filthy. Even the replacement sheets were filthy. Items in the room were broken. Stains were all over the carpet.     I had problems with the rooms the whole time I stayed. The WiFi didn’t connect to the phones or the game system that I had. The tv channels only worked half the time. The toilet and tub were dirty when I entered in as well as there was a crack on the toilet seat that left two of my family members in pain after being pinched and the sink was falling apart and they had boards underneath to try and hold it up. When I addressed this issues with the front desk Andy said he would send someone up to take care of it but only the sink issue was resolved. There was also a broken chair arm in my room. I really did not enjoy my stay at all .

    Omg!!! I definitely enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn... the staff definitely made me feel welcomed when i arrived on Sunday andcwhen i left on Monday at checkout. The pool was warm and inviting. The shuttle was able to make my flight home to NC easily in time. Id absolutely recommend staying at this property.

    There was black mold in over 8 bathrooms and the furniture was broken in 5 rooms and the carpet smells horrible. The shower heads were all dirty and brown. The hot tub looked dirty like someone bathed in it and the pool had a weird smell and film on the water.

    although I booked online midnight hour arrived in 30 minutes of booking get there was being charged another fee I was unaware of booking site did not disclose of, Requested refund myself and booking site was told manager not in contact in the morning contacted in the am. They refused refund claims it has been 24 hours I called 8am after booking at midnight ???? I called back ask for the manager and was told the manger will not be in until 1pm the hung up after I stated booking and I just spoke to him then who did we talk to claiming to be manager.     unfortunately my experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bed and bedding were unclean, with hair on the sheets and pillows. The bathtub and shampoo bottles were dirty, with hair present. The toilet was not properly cleaned, with urine stains. Additionally, the room door did not lock properly, and the hotel was very noisy. Because of these conditions, I had to check out at 3AM, and even after showering three times at home, I developed itchy red marks on my back and arms.     unfortunately my experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bed and bedding were unclean, with hair on the sheets and pillows. The bathtub and shampoo bottles were dirty, with hair present. The toilet was not properly cleaned, with urine stains. Additionally, the room door did not lock properly, and the hotel was very noisy. Because of these conditions, I had to check out at 3AM, and even after showering three times at home, I developed itchy red marks on my back and arms. I had gone to this hotel hoping to rest because I’ve been going through a difficult time lately, but staying there turned out to be a really terrible decision.     I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The area felt safe, and the location was excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which made getting around really easy.     I always have to travel for family or work reasons, but I can tell you one thing: this hotel is the best I've ever been to. The entire staff is completely friendly, they take care of everything, the hotel is clean; the breakfast is delicious, free coffee 24 hours a day, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and laundry service is available 24/7. I loved it.

    My family and I recently took a kind of last minute trip down to Atlanta to go to the aquarium. We made a weekend out of it, and you should too. I looked at the pictures, checked to make sure they offered breakfast, booked the room, and we headed out about two hours. I started reading some of the reviews on the way down because why not- I was forced to be a passenger princess so I chose to read so I wasn’t a passenger problem.The reviews were mixed- I asked myself a couple of times if I maybe should cancel and book elsewhere but I chose not to because yolo. We were scheduled to get there late, and I didn’t want to pivot so late into the last minute plan.We arrived about 12 am. The lobby was clean and empty, not full of people. The kitchen area was visible and clean. The sweet gentleman who checked us in handled my goofy jokes pretty well- I was basically delirious after being in the car with said toddlers referenced above. Check in was super fast- there is a $100 hold on a card required but if you travel a lot you should know that exists because people are the reason no one can have nice things. We grabbed our stuff and headed upstairs. The hallway was lime green and I was so happy about it. Finally! A hotel space that isn’t millennial beige! The room was super nice and clean! The two beds were super comfy! There were so many pillows- the kids really enjoyed playing in them! The pool was open and super nice. I will stay here every time we drive down and you should too!

We paid for 2 nights and talked to man at desk to be reimbursed for second night because we were leaving after 1st night. He refused to help in any way and seemed to care less. We left, losing second night that was already paid for. I've messaged hotel and still can't get a response.

We didn’t get the chance to experience the pool, but it didn’t look like it was descent water quantity. The only way that I can describe it is that the water looked frozen on top.     Worst hotel and owner/manager Ray wasn’t around but front desk called him and he refused to speak with me nor return my call. Check out the photos of the room we were checked into. No TV, microwave, coffee maker. No bedside lamps, no tissue paper. Mold and filth, carpet ripped and nasty. The elevator inspection dates expired. The morning coffee machine in lobby broken. Breakfast until 9am was out of almost everything at 8:30am. Front desk person said they do not replenish food. They refused to address any of my concerns. I was a late check in and had no other option but to stay one night. Run from this place. I called before booking and was told they provide airport shuttle in the mornings. When I asked in the morning I was told they no longer offer the shuttle. Worst hotel stay ever!

    My flight was cancelled after a day of delays to I chose this hotel to stay at for my morning flight the next day. The bed in particular was comfortable and there is a free shuttle that goes to and from the airport. Also, Andy, at the front desk, was warm, attentive, and highly competent.

    It's not what it is on the pictures. They gave me a room that was occupied by someone else. It was a horrible experience. They guy didn't even know someone was checked into that room. He apologized but that wasn't enough. Me and my children were shaken as we could have been hurt for entering someone else room without notice.     Booked a last minute king bed room on the way to ohio from Florida. Random people smoking and drinking alcohol around the lot, guy at the counter somehow switched my room from a king bed to two double beds, dirty pool area, nasty elevator, dirty towels in the bathrooms and a horrible mildew and food smell throughout the hotel.

    He tried to change room, we went to the room to get horrified with someone's alcohol and clothing with TV on in the room Waited a while in hallway with kids and belongings with pajamas to get another room and that got latched from inside and couldn't open. After about 30 minutes in hallway with 2kids and wife, we finally got a room that stunk like weed and people making noise next door. It was 11.30 at night already and we had to leave early morning and we figured there is no point arguing and try to get out of there for 5 hrs of sleep. Ridiculous incident. And not to mention,smoke detectors were missing from room as well. I guess its a potheads paradise rather than hotel for families.

    The room was clean and the check in process was done fairly quickly. Just know they charge a 100 dollar deposit that is refundable either by cash or card. My biggest complaint was the pool area. The pool itself was clean but the hot tub looked absolutely disgusting and smelled like dead fish. Overall this is a decent hotel for the price but I would just make it a one night trip.

    I needed somewhere to stay for a quick night and selected this location because the reviews said the hotel was clean. This hotel was not that clean. When I arrived to check in the staff member was asleep at the desk. The first room they gave us smelled really bad, honestly it reaked of urine, so I went down and got a new room. The second room did not smell, however, it could’ve been cleaner. The toilet paper that was on the holder had a slight tan/brown stain that sealed into the toilet paper, so I trashed the whole roll. I also took a photo of it. I know this property isn’t properly cleaned because I forgot my slippers and decided to just walk around the room in my socks, and my socks were filthy. I will never stay here again, I also wish people were honest. The 2 tables in the lobby had stains on them, I believe in a properly cleaned hotel, those tables would have been clean.

    I felt unsafe to stay in the room due to the condition I found the room in and the location of the hotel. A very unsafe neighborhood. I did not stay in the room. I ended up going to another hotel several miles away. The lamp shades were stained. The lamp on the night stand was stained, there were stains on the carpet, the bathtub had mildew, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, there were stains on the walls. There were things that had been pulled off the walls, leaving holes that had been poorly patched. I chose this hotel because of the rating of 6.8 this is NOT a 6.8 hotel and not one that I would recommend.

    I was assisted by Andy, who told me that he was not a manager and had no power to assisit me with a redund, but if I called back today that someone would. When I called today, I was told that Andy was in fact a manager is the only one able to get do a refund and that I would need to speak to him the next day. These people are liars and this was by far the worst hotel expeience that I have ever had.

    Unfortunately our stay was horrific. We chose the hotel based on the free shuttle, breakfast and proximity to the airport as we were just staying for a short overnight between flights No shuttle picked us up, no one answered the hotel phone, the reservationist could not contact them either. We waited for almost 2 hours on the promise that the shuttle was coming and spent most of that time on hold. At this very frustrating time we were transferred to someone talking to us about gettig more points for another stay instead of our challenge being taken care of. We ended up having to call for a late night Uber to get to the hotel as we stopped getting calls back from the reservationist as well. I called to talk with customer service that night and they finally told me I had to call back they could not help. Over the course of the following week I continued to call during the specific time that was requested but each time I was told to call back again at another time as again the manager was not available. Then they gave me an e-mail address for the manager I sent an e-mail and a follow up and never heard back at all. I waited to see if there was some discussion orremedy they would provide before writing this review but despite our best efforts to reach out we were snubbed at every turn. We were left exhausted, frustrated and out the cost of the Uber as well. We have never had to complain about a hotel experience but feel compelled to share this for others, poor communication

    Andy and the front desk staff were very accommodating considering the indoor pool/spa were filthy as well as the elevator and laundry facilities being out of order. The breakfast was ok looking but I didn’t eat anything because the serving spoons were left on the bare counter. I actually booked another hotel for the remainder of my trip due to the conditions and inconvenience. The saving grace is when I came back to the hotel to check out, the elevator worked, there was maintenance going on in the laundry room and someone was cleaning the pool and spa. Would I book this hotel again? Absolutely not.

    As soon as I checked in my room there was a bedbug on the bed they would not refund me my money hotel is very disgusting pool dirty no security at front door at night people live in the hotel. The cook was very dirty. It just was a bad experience. I will never stay here again.

    From the moment I got there, it was dirty smelly and the staff were extremely rude. I asked for a refund as my hotel room. Had ripped carpet and garbage still in the front desk. Argue with me for 2 hours. About a refund and said no manager was able to talk to me. Meanwhile, people walking in off. The street handed the front desk clerk. Cash for rooms. No paperwork. No, nothi'm pretty sure it's a trap house hotel..

    Property advertised various amenities which DID NOT WORK and or were not available-particularly Airport shuttle, heated pool, and jet spa. The breakfast was skimpy and finally the bathroom was moldy. Do not recommend.

    Andy was amazing, Any issues he resolves to his best of his ability if he can’t he brings in the right people. He calls and checks in makes sure that any issues that you had are solved immediately and finds the issue with delay and efficiently he truly takes customer service to another level.

    I was very displeased with this location. Cleanliness, attention to detail and some updating needs to be done. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I knew I would not stay a second night. The bathroom had no toiletries, the lights half worked and the back of the bathroom door was so dirty. The carpet in the room was coming apart, the drawers for the dresser were broken, the shower had horrible mildew and I refused to shower there. I don’t know if this was an isolated situation, but from the appearance of the elevators, I would say this is not.

    I was told free shuttle was hourly but after waiting 2 freezing hours discovered no shuttle was sent. The night porter was helpful but the day guys didn’t help at all trying to get back to airport, very amateurish. I spent 75 dollars on taxis

    I've been stayin here now for about 3 weeks. Andy at the front desk made sure that we were beyond good each stay. Pravaan was nice as well. Overall the location was easy to access, the staff is cool and who don't loveeeeee free breakfast? We will return when needed!
