    N/A This location should be embarrassed, and Wyndham should be embarrassed for allowing it to remain open. I’m honestly embarrassed with myself for staying here. This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in—and that includes roadside motels and small-town hotels in the middle of nowhere. At least some of those places had furniture, even if it was worn out. This room has virtually no furniture: a bed, a desk chair, a broken refrigerator, a microwave I’m not willing to use, and a bathroom. That’s it. Thankfully, I brought body wipes, and my wife and I are adventurous travelers, but this experience has been disappointing. I’ll let the front desk know, although there’s no point in changing rooms since we’re here for most of the night and heading back home afterward. For the price, this stay was absolutely not worth it. I could have stayed at a much cheaper place and had the same—or better—experience. I chose this hotel expecting comfort and a certain standard of quality, and it failed to deliver. This has never happened to me before, and I sincerely hope I never encounter another experience like this at one of the hotel brands I normally trust when traveling.

    I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also really enjoyed spending time in the indoor pool. What stood out the most was the staff, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Everything was fine for me.

When I checked in the pool in the gym was "down" but when I checked out they said they've been running all week. Staff failure to communicate with guests only till guest check out waste of my money waste of my time. When I mention it check out that nobody informed me the lady at the front desk said well I'm not giving you a refund and it's nothing I can do about it it's been open all week but the communication between the staff is not accurate I did not like her attitude and she was on the phone gossiping .Coworker gossiping with guest at breakfast about other guests. Was the worst stay wont return.

    I had a great stay overall. Everything was excellent, from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast was enjoyable, especially the sausage, biscuits, and gravy. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was great.

    Everything, online the pictures of the hotel were exceptional, but when you got to the hotel and I already paid for it and couldn't get my money back. There were drug addicts all around up-and-down the blocks. All day, all night, the hallways of the facility smelt like cat urine the furniture in the room was so old The chair was falling apart the headboard of the bed cracks there was just an empty space. The rags and towels had holes in them expose nails that we're holding shelves together. I felt like I really got robbed for my money. It was terrible and it was roach's the room I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS CHAIN EVER AGAIN, also one of the night lights didn't work

    I thought it was convenient to downtown Atlanta When we entered the lobby , strong smells of weed / pot , marijuana , made a remake to the clerk she had no response We checked in and given room # and keys to an already occupied room , glad we didn’t walk in On someone that could have ended Badly . When given a corrected room the door had been previously busted you could see the wood damaged. The toilet kept running the bathroom sink was cracked all across the basin The TV wasn’t connected . We witnessed a drug deal right at the side entrance . When returning from a concert a vagrant right outside the entrance doors of the hotel asked me for Pennie’s . We then arrived back to the room of which we had only been in long enough to drop our bags to peace for a concert , our return led us to be more observant their was what appeared to be blood splattered up on the wall , bed sheets yellow stains / dirty . Pillow covers yellow dirty . My husband found hairs still in the bed linen when he pulled the covers back . Needless to say we grabbed our bags at midnight and left . We usually choose LaQuinta for stays as they are generally clean and in better areas , not this one . And because we did not alert the clerk with in 30 mins of arrival there’s no refund . So beware of this hotel ….

    I have never been so disappointed. I also have never left a hotel and not stayed after paying. My husband parked I went in got room (lobby looked nice) she gave us *** we went upstairs card didn't work (thankfully) because the room was occupied already! We were irritated (11pm) my husband went back down to get it changed they gave us *** we walked in I stopped because I saw trash all over floor. He walked in the bed was stripped piss stains all over mattress. By this time he was hot!! We walked downstairs was going to leave she told us she had a room right by desk *** so we relented, Walked in the room and there was a roach crawling up the wall.... needless to say we didn't stay. I asked for a refund had just been charged for the $25 pet fee she assured me she reversed the charge (didnt fall off had call credit card co to dispute) and I am still working on getting refund for the room a week later. I am not posting the young lady's name who tried to help me she was very apologetic but I would not recommend staying here at all. We were also approached by someone else outside begging for change that I thought was going to climb in our truck as we were putting the luggage back into leave

    This was the worst La Quinta I have ever been to in my life. Issues included mold, bed bugs, filthy rooms, and rude management. The room was so disgusting that we could not get a refund, so we had to leave the hotel at night. Does the Georgia Department of Public Health still inspect hotels? Why does Expedia show Fake ratings? Please rate this location less than one star.

    Roaches crawling all over the bathroom soon as your turn the light on. Room linen was never changed. Mold on, all in the bathroom ceiling and shower walls. Mold in the bedroom ceiling. Smelled of cigarettes, through out the hotel. Near the airport but a terrible area.

    The hotel was nasty. Trash wasn’t pull. A spill stayed in the elevator for 3 nights never mop. The pool water was green you couldn’t swim. There were hooker there. The refrigerator was leaking water. In the room only 3 outlets work. I WOULD NEVER EVER REFERRED ANYONE TO THIS HOTEL.

    The room was clean and the staff were awesome; However, I had already paid for a King sized bed and at checkin we were downgraded to a double Queen because they only had two rooms left (it was fine and doable), the bed actually dipped in the middle and neither if us slept well while we were there, the smell of weed was very strong the first night, they did have snacks sold up front, and the next morning breakfast consisted of biscuits not quite cooked through some sausage boiled eggs and a variety of refrigerated items as well as cereal. I didn’t prefer what was served but that is a preference thing. I was more concerned with I had checked reviews through Expedia which said 7.4 and when I checked online the reviews were more like 3.2. It was disappointing and I ended up apologizing to my husband several times. And on the final night while I was reading I heard a commotion in the hall regarding someone being in someone else’s room and the person yelling was going to call the police. Never heard what became of that and never heard sirens around the hotel but it was concerning after reading some of the online reviews earlier. Overall I just don’t plan on staying there again but it was adequate rooms, very nice staff, enjoyed having a place at the end of the day to rest, and it was close to some restaurants as well as our venue.

The pool was full but not open for some reason, and the free breakfast listed on the website, we were informed they are only doing it on sat/sun. no good to us on a Friday morning.

    This room was the worse I have ever seen in all my travels. There were large dark stains all over the carpet. There were smaller dark stains all over the couch that looked like it was from a junk yard. There was dark yellow urine in the toilet bowl that had been there for a couple of days. The bathroom smelled of urine. The AC did not work either. Although I traveled all day, I could not sleep because it was so disgusting. I checked out early the next day. I requested a refund after submitting pictures and was denied. I would not put my worse enemy here. It should not be on hotel.com

    Staff was friendly but the property is in terrible condition and rooms were not clean. Bedding was stained and yellow, floors were obviously dirty and not swept/mopped (the bathroom had a pile of hair), furniture had chunks missing…the worst for me was my neighbor playing loud music and tv until almost 3 am. I asked the front desk to intervene but nothing changed (not to mention there were no phones in the room, so I had to call on my cell). Know what you’re getting yourself into if you stay here

    The building was clean. The staff was attentive, courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast was ok. The bath tub could use an upgrade and the pool was closed. The location is good, near a movie studio and plenty of food choices. There was plenty of free parking. I did not see a business center.

    It was a great stay the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. This hotel saved my trip from a last minute hotel change and best of all, wi-fi was excellent. Wish the fitness room was open, but it was under renovation.

    The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The property is in VERY bad shape. It's obvious the owners don't value that property. The smell in the hallways was rather awful as well. If one chooses to stay at the property, I would suggest the top floor because the noise level from patrons on floors above you is so bad you'll never get a good night's sleep. There's so much work that needs to be done to the property that the best thing to do would be to bulldoze the entire site and start all over with a new build. The price of the stay definitely wasn't worth it. The condition of the property was so bad that I checked out a day early even though I still had to pay for the entire stay.

    This was by far the worst decision of the year. Before entering the hotel, my girlfriend and i noticed what appeared to be a prostitute with a baby hanging out on the corner. Red flag number one. Upon entering the building, the air was humid and stale. After checking into our room, we were willing to put up with the broken A/C vent with slight mold and grime, we were willing to put up with very apparent stains on the sides of the sheets.. But when my girlfriend got stuck in the bathroom due to a raggedy, broken bathroom door handle AND the toilet wouldn't flush, we decided we needed a refund and decided to checkout within 45 minutes of checking in. The journey back to the front desk was treacherous. After wading thru clouds of snoke (on every floor), we encountered a drugged out prostitute passing out on the hallway floor. Her pimp was trying to get her back in the room, but whatever she was on was more compelling. We passed this scene and were able to confirm the prostitute outside with the baby was indeed prostituting. Upon reaching the counter, we requested our refund. They told us because of the weekend and festivities and whatnot that they had to wait until Monday to process the refund. Monday came, they claimed their managers were in meetings until 3pm. 3pm came, they claimed the managers were gone until 11am the next day. We've reported the whole thing as fraud to our bank and are opening criminal cases on the staff and management of the hotel. DON'T STAY HERE.

But when my girlfriend got stuck in the bathroom due to a raggedy, broken bathroom door handle AND the toilet wouldn't flush, we decided we needed a refund and decided to checkout within 45 minutes of checking in. The journey back to the front desk was treacherous. After wading thru clouds of snoke (on every floor), we encountered a drugged out prostitute passing out on the hallway floor. Her pimp was trying to get her back in the room, but whatever she was on was more compelling. We passed this scene and were able to confirm the prostitute outside with the baby was indeed prostituting. Upon reaching the counter, we requested our refund. They told us because of the weekend and festivities and whatnot that they had to wait until Monday to process the refund. Monday came, they claimed their managers were in meetings until 3pm. 3pm came, they claimed the managers were gone until 11am the next day. We've reported the whole thing as fraud to our bank and are opening criminal cases on the staff and management of the hotel. DON'T STAY HERE.

    This La Quinta hotel was the worst hotel experience I think I have ever had. I understood that it was in a somewhat run-down area, but I thought that if it was La Quinta, I could trust that it would be acceptable. It was HORRIBLE. Staff, other guests (who mainly seemed to be permanent residents in some type of low-cost housing for poor people). I stayed there 2 nights, a Thursday and a Saturday. On Thursday, when I got there, I spoke with the girl at the front desk. It was only seconds l realized she wasn't talking to me. She was on the phone with a friend using airpods, and couldn't be bothered to talk to a guest she was supposedly helping. I got to my room. It was old and chipped and not very clean. I had trouble finding a light that worked. There was no security swing bar on the door. Part of it had come out of the door because the screws had stripped. I went to lower the window shade, and pulled the chain, and it immediately broke. I tried to lower the shade manually, and after tugging on it, the whole apparatus came crashing down on my head. The bed was okay. The next morning, there wasn't much for breakfast other than muffins, and cereal and apples. I ended up going through the drivethru at McDonalds. The shower curtain bottom was about 2 or 3 inches higher than the tub wall and the curtain rod curved out, leaving a curtain that dangled several inches out from the tub with no way to make the water stay in the tub. After a quick shower, the bathroom floor was flooded, even though I tried to limit the water. I had to use about all the towels to soak up the water. On Saturday (the 2nd night I stayed) I was denied a handicapped room, telling me "People who book for a month or more get the rooms first. I realized that this hotel seems to be a low-cost permanent residence for homeless or poor people. The people I passed in the hallways didn't look like normal hotel guests. The room above was horrible, with small children running, stomping their feet well past midnight.

    Room I booked was not available and my replacement smelled like freshly smoked cigarettes. My replacement looks like some terrible things had happened there. I thought it would be a step up from motel 6 or one of the cheap options but it was not. Also, the electricity and WiFi is terrible.

    Please do not stay here. We checked in and checked out in 1 hour. The first room we checked in had feces under the bed. A 3rd room was offered where the smoke detector did not appear to be properly installed and was duct taped to the wall. The room was again dirty and had stains all over the comfortors. We asked to check out and proceeded to another hotel. We are hoping for a refund.

    Staff door leading to front desk left unlocked so i opened door still calling for staff to get no response. Because i opened door the gentleman rudely gave me a room key... With a rude statement " I'm probally going to get fired" i explained i will talk to manager but i had been driving for 6 hours and really needed to use restroom. Room 316 was horrible, no blankets on bed, no trash can in room, room smelled like weed factory like Hotel front entrance.. mattress not visually safe to sleep in, then use bathroom and roaches surfaced. I return to front desk to let staff know about room condition, and he says "manager called and said cancel your reservation" I was baffled and asked to speak with manager directly (Beulah)and he the staff on duty replied " she does not want to talk to you. I exlained i was calling phone and the guy states "oh i was on the 4th floor and the phone dont ring " I found this unbelievable.... This left me in a very difficult situation of now finding another hotel and limited funds because he was nor able to refund me funds directly. This was by far the WORST hotel experience , awful customer service. what i was later told "Never stay in union City GA. This cost me double of money i didnt have because i had to find another hotel..

    The hotel is not ran on hospitality & customer service first. Instead the manager runs it like a shelter where your forced to deal with whatever is not hospital and customary to a hotel experience. I complained about lizards in my room, rain leaking in my room, dusty appliances in the room newly given to me, rust & mold on wall and carpet. There is no single room you can safely say is "smoke-free" without smelling cigarette residue. The elevator remaiined out of service during my entire stay. Ceiling had water damage, fire sprinkler questionable since cieling was not closed. Tub left dirty, ac unit broke and not properly working. Every room with a window is sealed off so it can not be opened causing a lack of airflow. I paid for my sI slept in my car the 1st night in freezing weather so i could have air to breathe for that reason since they told me theyd accomedate me with a different room and never did. Just bout most of the place needs some kind of repair done and its evident that is been neglected. There is only one staff at the front desk at all times every 7am, 3pm, 11pm. That staff claims to never know anything or follow up on any issues and or changes made. The front desk staff block you from contacting the manager and or the manager has the staff to tell guests if you have an issue to leave it with front desk. Your message will never get addressed. I contacted the corporate office and have yet to hear back. They way this company does business is pathetic.

    Myself and my family have stayed at Laquinta hotels before with no issues this one however is disappointing and disgusting and it has bed bugs my young adults FaceTimed me and took a video needless to say they left early I am so upset.

    His hotel needs an extensive renovation and face lift. Paint on the doors is pealing. The room AC condensate pan was on catching the water and the carpet was soaking wet. Carpet and tiles were very dirty.

    The 1st room I got looked like it was condemned and the 2nd room the bathroom plumbing was awful. The tub was backed up and the sink pipe was broken and leaked all over the floor. Didn't get any compensation at all. Will never stay there again.

    This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The actual room and hotel look NOTHING like the pictures online. Elevator out of service, room smelled like pure smoke, and the smoke alarms were either constantly beeping (even after changing the battery) and/or completely missing from the wall (and still beeping). My wife and I turned around and left for a different hotel ten minutes after getting to our room. HORRIBLE experience!

    This property is deplorable!!!! Wyndham should pull their backing of this property ASAP! Front desk couldn’t confirm my reservation upon arrival but eventually gave me a room. The room was on the 4th floor with an inoperable elevator system. The room had mold on the wall near and in the air condition lee vents. The smoke detector was missing from the room and sheets had not been changed evidenced by the wrinkles in the sheets indicating someone had slept in the bed. Had it not been for the late arrival and horrible weather for travel I would have gone somplace else. Instead - I slept in my clothes atop the comforter and used a bath towel to wrap the pillow.

    The elevator was not working and I was placed on the 4th floor. I had to climb 6 flight steps with my luggage. My travel companion had to seek other sleeping arrangements due to handicap disabilities not able to climb stairs. I also hurt myself when I fell down a flight of stairs with my luggage when I was leaving to check out. The staff didn’t seem too concerned that I fell after I asked for a signed statement stating I fell down the stairs in their hotel. I had to make a report with the police. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!!!!!

    After my experience at this location, La Quinta will never get my business again. There are too many other choices out there, and this is no longer one of them for me. The front desk were some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life.

    This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Roache infested bathroom, the elevators do not work, the entire building stinks… i did not see 1 housekeeper and I honestly don’t think they hire any.

    The sheets had hairs all over them as did the shower and bathroom. Parking was questionable as there were a lot of individuals hanging out there including one that lived in the trees. Not a safe area. Will not stay there again.
