The rooms were much larger than expected. The King room was HUGE. Lots of hot water. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very nice. We had 3 rooms total, 2 downstairs in Handicap Accessible area and one on the 3rd floor. The staff told us that the Accessible rooms we would have were older rooms, so we didn't expect it to be fancy, just hoping it would be clean. They said that they were renovating some of the rooms on the 3rd floor with newer fixtures. We had family that stayed in one of those rooms during our stay so we were able to see that room as well. It was definitely better and cleaner, but still VERY poorly lit. If you stay here, ask for the 3rd floor and bring extra light. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, INSIDE OR OUT. NOT THE SAFEST AREA. NO USEABLE POOL/ SPA. NO PET FRIENDLY GRASSY SPACE AT ALL. Honestly, just driving up, we would have left to find other lodging, but our stay was prepaid and non refundable. Many parking spots are not useable due to various household or construction items that were using the space. Also, people were working on their car in the main area, several areas of oil spills, large car parts were left standing against the fence. Check-in area had a bad smell, possibly trash or cat spray smell that continued all down the lower hall to our room, less noticeable in room. The Accessible Parking was not near the rooms, and navigating from Parking to check-in and then to the rooms down the narrow hall around the pillars was a bit of a challenge. Our room was at the end of the downstairs hallway, which seemed to be being used as a trash storage area. There was a large couch standing on its end outside our room that had obviously been outside for some time, next to it was a large rolling trash container that smelled badly that remained in place, untended, through our 2 day stay. This was in the area that was designated as handicap accessible rooms, which made it difficult to navigate the area with a wheelchair. The lighting throughout the room was very bad, no lamps near the bed, just one bulb in the sleeping area, one near the sink and one in the bathroom. We had to use our phone lights to be able to see into our suitcases. Putting on make up was mostly just guessing that it was going to look ok, I gave up and used the mirror in our car. There were several spider webs on the bedside tables and in the bathroom that were full of dead bugs that I cleaned away. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, especially along the wall that had no baseboard. The toilet had to have the handle held down until it flushed completely and then pulled back up so it would stop the water from continuing to run.

The room had some rough finishes - no transition between the bathroom and main room, outlet covers missing and a very strong smell of paint. There were no hangers in the closet or anything raised to put a suitcase on.

I liked the location because it was close to where I was working The Jacuzzi did not work, The amount of people loitering, smoking pot, the swimming pool was not available

Nothing was appealing and I usually look for the positive aspects in everything. If I could find something positive to say it is the room is big. Broken furniture and dirty bathtub. I went to my son's apartment, an hour's drive away, for a shower instead of showering here. Whoever gave it comfortable reviews must have had different rooms.

Nothing That I paid double for a room with a spa tub that didn’t work ! The room wasn’t very clean. A fight broke out in the parking lot after I checked in the pictures are not an actual reflection of place. I was told I’d receive a refund since the spa didn’t work and haven’t gotten anything the place is a shit hole
