The overall appearance of the hotel seemed to be a bit run down. Our room had several spots where the ceiling looked like there was water damage and it was not repaired. Breakfast area didn't seem well maintained. I expected more from a Hyatt.

Close to casino! Our room wasn’t ready but they gave up an upgraded one which was perfect!

Me and my husband stayed 2 nights this past weekend for father’s day. We love hyatts because they're always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this is our first bad experience with one. When we walk into our room there was still garbage on the floor under the table, hair on the toilet, and a bug under our sheets. Not the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen but we left very disappointed.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor as I had to resort to Walmart for cleaning products and coming back to the hotel and cleaning it myself. My room felt extremely outdated though they mentioned recent renovations. I was frustrated that the shuttle only runs on Fridays and Saturdays so I had to spend extra money for a shuttle throughout the week and wasn’t expecting to do so. There was also an issue with the boiler so there was no hot water for about 4 to 6 hours. The staff was nice and accommodating regarding the issues. I do not plan to ever stay here again.

Very very close to Mohegan Casino ROOM we had for two days was very low priced but we were there in the middle of the week so thats to be expected The room was like an apartment, absolutely wonderful room VERY VERY QUITE WALLS Mattress extremely comfortable Desk clerks very friendly
