The rooms are old fashioned, with bathrooms from the 70’s at least. No ammenities in the bathrooms appart from Showergel. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. The cleaning staff were fantastic, as well as the staff at the Trattoria where we ate every evening. In general the food and drinks were of very good quality in all places. It’s crowded to the top and finding beach beds was mid september quite difficult. I don’t want to imagine in peak summer. The first eve we ate at main restaurant and that was a horrible experience. Finding a table was a real challenge, and when you returned to it with your plate from the buffet, some other family was already trying to sit on our table. Crowded to the extreme, children crying.. not the perfect place for couples. But this was solved once we discovered the Trattoria, a real dream with beachfront.

The territory is huge and very green. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and space at the beach, and the sea is crystal clear. Several heated pools with slides and a splash park were definitely great fun for the whole family. The buffet was not excessive and more focused on quality over quantity. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The kids' club staff was especially wonderful! Very attentive, friendly, and competent. Always greeting the little ones by name, with a big smile and so much warmth. The playground could be better...the ground on the playground was covered with tiny pebbles that would always end up inside the shoes, and there were only swings and 3 slides...one tiny one for toddlers, one that was at least 4 or 5 (!) meters tall and another one that would end about half a meter off the ground (accessible only by a steep ladder or through a rope bridge)... the space for the playground is huge, and I think it could be a lot more fun with simple classics like a seesaw, roundabout, monkey bars, or some colourful, easy to use slides. Another thing that caught us a bit by surprise is that the main language at the resort appears to be German. Some of the entertainment was only in German. Most of the kids' disco songs were German. Perhaps it would make more sense to at least make sure everything is 50-50 with Italian, or add some internationally well-known kiddy songs in English.

baby club where do I begin, there is no ac anywhere in the property and it was extremely hot. the ac in the bedroom barely work. the rooms are quite dirty, and the bathroom stunk. there were spider webs in the room! the food was okay but definitely low quality, especially the “ice cream and popsicle” the kids club workers look like they don’t want to work. my kid hated going there. the foam party was lame and there were barely any foam.
