The fantastic friendly staff

Even though it is far away from the main attractions in Ubud, but we loved the calmness of the surrounding and the room is spacious. There is a common area where we can enjoy the greenery. Unfortunately during our stay, there was an issue with the water (no hot water and kept cutting off while we took shower) which we are sure they are fixing this issue for future guests.

-AC was loud -constructions in front of the hotel -you have to look for the staff for more than 5 min to finally get an answer -asked for a floating breakfast but they said they don't have it -asked for normal breakfast and it was horrible

we enjoyed our stay and the staffs are very friendly and polite. They are always ready to go help and make welcome .

Staff were very helpful and polite, room was comfy and clean (was very happy to found Netflix and Youtube were available on the TV as well!), personally love the pool area as it was always peaceful and empty Access for car is a bit tricky as the street leading up to the property is super narrow
