I don't really think there is anything. This place is a gem and I would definitely go back.

Staff were great

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. They assisted us with arranging our itinerary and helped us rent a scooter.

Everything! Beautiful room, amazing pool, great location! This is my favorite hotel in Ubud!! Nothing!

The owner is so friendly. The pool was great.

The property was beautiful. The owner is very beautiful and sweet.

The breakfast was ok but I don’t care for pancakes or eggs. Most people seemed to really like them. I ended up eating toast and yogurt. The yogurt with honey was excellent and the toast was good. The location was convenient to everything and I was able to walk to everything I wanted to do. The staff was amazing and very kind and helpful. I had to walk in from the bigger road. It is not far and it was safe, it was just a surprise and I wish I had known ahead of time that the car could not get to the actual hotel.

Location and staff My room was on ground floor and room needed to be locked with padlock. Made me feel unsafe. Hotel looks neglected

Quiet Hotel in the heart of Ubud (which means a lot of things can be accessed by foot). The hotel has a beautiful garden and very nice and helpful owners and staff. We couldn't use the pool because of the exceptionally bad weather (48 hours of non-stop rain in September).

The actual room was a disappointment way smaller than the photo suggested. The bathroom may need an upgrade too. The AC was quite noisy, couldn't sleep properly, the staff were apologetic about it but didn't do anything about it.

The shower could be updated

Staff were incredibly kind during my stay, they assisted me with my luggage to the room and looked after all questions I had. The breakfast was really tasty every morning and I recommend anyone to order the pancakes! The pool area was great also for cooling off after the hot days. The hotel is very centrally located in the town of Ubud so you can easily walk everywhere but you're off the main street to avoid any noise at night.

You have to pre-order breakfast for the next day and choose the time slot. In case you are not on time, your breakfast will be placed on the table, and it will get cold. 2 out of 3 days we had to eat cold omelets and cold coffee because we were late for a couple of minutes.

I loved everything about this place. It is wonderfully central and atmospheric, with stunning wooden-carved furniture and well-kept gardens. The owner Okawati, who established this place in the 1970's when rice paddies surrounded it is an utterly charming woman, and her son Putu is likewise lovely. I so enjoyed my stay and really look forward to revisiting. nothing

The location is very good and the property is very authentic for the area. Staff were really helpful. Pool needs to be cleaner. Breakfast could have been more varied.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location, good size rooms, good value N/A

The hotel was a quiet, relaxing oasis in the center of town. Walking distance from major attractions, loads of restaurants and shopping, and yet a place to retreat in the afternoon / evening to refresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasure to chat with the owner herself. A note for those travelers who have a lot of luggage / limited mobility - the hotel is a short walk from the main road, which is where the car will drop you off.

The grounds are stunning, exactly what you would think Bali looks like! So quiet and peaceful. The people are so friendly and promptly provide anything you need.

The sink & faucet were old, but worked just fine.
