This is like a lovely little unassuming oasis that is tucked away, right in the middle of busy Ubud. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful. I love staying here.

Everything was Good, near to everything Nothing

The hotel was great at giving utmost service for me and my friend. The hotel was at the center of Ubud and everything was easy with acoustic music at night while we enjoy our meal at the restaurant. They even extend help since I forgot my passport in the vault so they were able to send it to me via grab safely. I’d really appreciate what they did for me. Keep it up!!! None

The room I was given was definitely not the one I had booked. I had reserved a first class room and I was given a second class room (in terms of location). I brought it to the hotel attention and nothing had been done to resolve the situation. I also complained to booking.com and nothing has been done on their side either. This is very disappointing.

There is no Heater as Ubud was cold

Good value for the price paid. The room is a good size, with a balcony. The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfy and the room was well lit. The staff were very friendly and insightful if you have any queries. The hotel is a relatively short walk from the main street. For the price I would recommend it . There is no hair dryer in the rooms. They do have a hair dryer at reception but someone already had it when I asked for it. So, it would be better if each room had one instead of everyone sharing a few. The tiles on the steps up to the room are very,very slippery when wet.

They didn’t have any proper first-aid kit. They gave alcohol and ear buds to clean the wound. They gave bandages ( small ones ) to cover the wound. Even after requesting them to arrange the things required to clean the wound, they didn’t bothered to do so. There mosquito net suddenly fell at night and in it’s response they just said they will fix it. They had no regret of something falling on their customers while they are sleeping.

The grounds are beautiful, stunning scenery! Great pillows too, not common in Bali. Location is right in the heart of Bali. The room needs lots of work: toilet seat very loose, no hot water throughout our stay, bed was very uneven to sleep on, overall room not well maintained. Breakfast/ restaurant was okay, next time I’d rather eat at many of the wonderful restaurants around Ubud.

- Location was perfect. We could reach everywhere by walking in Ubud center - Personnel was very kind and helpfull. I arrived 1 day later from my origina booking and hotel did not charge for that day. Thanks a lot to manager and personnel - Beautiful yard - Very silent and away from crowd - AC and internet were working perfectly - Good value for this location - Room defenetly needs renovation - Cleaning should be improved. There was a lot of spider webs under bed. Toilet was dirty. It would be better if they close the toilet. There is open spots which lizards might go in. -
