I had booked a hot air balloon ride through the hotel but it was cancelled the day before I arrived. This was the main reason for coming to Cappadocia, so I was very disappointed. Also I was charged for the room twice in advance, this was returned but how did this happen?

Fantastic hosts (Mustafa and his family) who organized is balloon tours amid of what seemed impossible to book for the days we wanted, and for a good price! They also were quick to response to all our requests and even fulfilled our special request for our last morning. The hotel is quite new and comfortable. Hot shower is superb. Breakfast is included but not as abundant as was shown in the pictures. Although bread, butter and pancakes were awesome. The price and quality of service we received are the best in the area (I think so). Thank you Mustafa and your family for a fantastic service! Breakfast was not as diverse as shown in the pictures but still good to calm the morning hunger. The location is rather far from main attractions for walking but we had a rental car so for us it didn't matter.

The price is affordable and hotel is super clean. The location is a little bit far from the main attractions, but within a manageable walking distance. The place is very quiet and guests were not noisy. I would like to thank staff of the hotel for managing all my requests at a short notice and making reasonable deals for tours and taxi. This is one of the rare cases when pictures and description matches the reality in the hotel. ? Breakfast was basic, but good.

If you are traveling by a car, it can be a perfect stay close to the main sightseeing. Very clean and new family hotel, great value for money. In addition, the owner helped us to organize balloons and horse walk (recommended!!) for a good price. Additional thanks for that!

Sparkly clean,big room, comfortable bed,delicious breakfast, Quiet place. If you travel by car it is perfect for you There is no AC in room, there are portable fans in corridors and you can take it.

Very clean rooms, breakfast was great, personnel were very friendly. Nice specious rooms. Surrounding areas did not look very clean. There were debris around the hotel, but I guess because it was built new. Location was little far from shopping and restaurants. It will take you time to walk if you want to go shopping. I had my own car it wasn’t a problem for me. Just keep in mind if you don’t have a car.
