La Fairy Cappadocia

We went as a family and we loved this so much. Staffs were super friendly, the view was amazing, it is the highlight of our trip in Cappadocia. The breakfast and the view and the heated floor makes it so comfortable in winter.

Everything was perfect. Room, staff, hospitality.

The communication between the staff and me about options of things to do and confirmation was nto clear and create much stress upon my arrival

staff was helpful especially the manager he was kind to help me n guide ne personally to the market also nelofar was too kind to help all the time there was no air conditioner there are people who for some reason want ac or fan n can't sleep without it that was the only concern

Lovely room with magnificent morning views of balloons over Cappadocia. Delicious and generous traditional Turkish breakfast. Very helpful staff assisting us at a moment’s notice to catch a bus to one of the underground cities. A tucked away location- feels more peaceful and less touristy than Goreme. Friendly ginger cat! Restaurant not currently open for dinner. Unfortunate water pooling incident one night due to snow.

Staff was very helpful.they got in touch on what's app before we arrive .Nilofar was very hospitile and way they take care of you and small requirement is amazing.

The staff and manager were extraordinarily helpful and supportive. Although some staff have limited English skills, they all patiently communicated via Google Translate and were willing to offer a hand whenever I needed them. The breakfast is amazing and the view is perfect to see the air balloon flying during the sunrise. During my trip, I joined two local tours and the first tour experience was awful. The tour guide yelled at me very rudely because I was late for a few minutes, even though I had tried to call for help while getting lost in those huge rocks. I contact the hotel staff immediately and they were so supportive and responded to me promptly. At the end, the hotel offered to refund both two tours to me. I do appreciate their willingness to take responsibility for the issues that is not even their fault. I would highly recommend this hotel! And definitely would love to come again! The location is not far away from the town with 10 minutes of walking, but it could be slightly scary for a solo traveler to walk along the street at night.

Location was good, fabulous views from hotel. Staff was very friendly, always willing to assist. Breakfast experience was exceptional, special thanks to Murat bey for the outstanding, personalized service. We needed to check out early as we had an early flight to Istanbul and the staff very kindly served us a full breakfast before we left. Hotel is very close to the centre of Uchisar. As the hotel is quite small, noise from other guests tends to travel to the rooms. On the one night there was quite a lot of noise from some of the guests which was disturbing. Small issue with the hot water which was fixed, however, this was not great for a winter stay.

We enjoyed our holidays in this hotel very much. The room was really comfortable and clean. We could always rely on warm water and well heated room. We really did not face any negative point. The staff is very kind, helpful, good-humoured and hospitable. Besides, the Masterchef restaurant within the hotel presents a rich and delicious menu. The hotel is also quite close to Uchisar center that you can reach after a short walk. Also, the hotel staff helped us to join an organized tour of Cappadocia (Red Tour) that we strongly recommend (beautiful landscapes, interesting activities). Everything was perfect.

A true gem of a hotel for your Cappadocia vacay . I loved the serenity and endless views . Roll out of bed and watch the hot air ballons rising , and if you are lucky they land on the site next to the hotel . The rooms are so comfortable and the staff are warm and friendly . We loved exploring all the breakfast spoils - a true feast for the eyes and taste buds. The hustle and bustle of goreme is a short bus ride away and we found great restaurants around Uchisar castle - about 15 mins walk .

Best stay of our 3 month holiday. Hospitality was fabulous. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. 300m walk to bus stop. Great views for sunrise balloons from the front yard. Just wish we were here 2 weeks later to enjoy the pool!

The rooms are very nice and also the garden outside with the view. Also Fredy the manager is very professional and was ready to help with everything I asked for.

Friendly and polite staff. Nice view. Good breakfast. It would be great if staff spoke better English. Nevertheless we got everything we asked, because they did their best to understand us.

it’s a Botique hotel , located overlooking the valley, u can see the hot air balloons in the morning , open place for bonfire , well maintained Breakfast menu was mainly Turkish food of bread , cheese , honey and salads, continental food was not available and no menu was given , communication with staff is an issue
