We were told our booking was not confirmed and that they don’t deal with 3rd party reservations such as (booking.com) and they tried to down grade our reservation from a junior suite to a standard room and pay more on-top of that! The attitude of the hotel manager was bad and she seemed happy to give us the bad news that our booking isn’t confirmed and she even reassured us by saying (all hotels within a 5 mile radius are fully booked).

Great hotel right next to the mall. No more POOL and the gym is very small. But the room was very well decorated and the layout was well thought out. Restaurant downstairs had a delicious breakfast so no need to go far.

Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and nothing but professionalism. We did a little shopping and we returned and stopped at Barrel&Bushel for dinner. I am gluten-free so I was kind of hesitant but the manager Chris quickly put me at ease. He went over the menu thoroughly and told me everything that I could, and could not have, but then he went above and beyond and checked on me and personally took my order and brought it to my table to ensure that it was prepared safely. This type of customer service goes a long way. We will definitely be back! The hotel room was clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed gave me one of the best sleeps that I’ve had in a long time! Can’t wait to book again, and Expedia always has easy booking services and is my go to site for travel!

The rooms is very beat up. The carpet is so nasty with spill all over. The furniture is all beat up. Expected better from Hayatt.

The location near the mall and in the same building as our conference we attended. The hotel smelled like sewage everywhere. We were at a conference and the bathroom had overflowing sinks and was dirty. Also, the gym was 3 pieces of equipment in what appeared to be a guest room. Very disappointing. I have stayed with you before and never experienced this.

The property was very convenient because it is attached directly to the mall and you can walk right in without a problem. That is why we booked there. However, it was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on and it’s very hard to get housekeeping there as is most places so it’s disappointing to not have a clean room.

First arrival was somewhat challenging but after speaking with Ban at the front desk the entry and exit process was much easier. The Hyatt self parking was very convenient and a plus Mattress was to firm for me but ok for my wife

The girl at the desk does not smell anything because she is congested. She said smell going on for over a month. Yes, a sewage smell in a hotel can be dangerous because it indicates sewer gas, primarily hydrogen sulfide (H2S), which at high levels can cause severe respiratory issues, unconsciousness, and even death, plus it's flammable; while low levels usually just cause irritation, it's crucial to complain to hotel staff immediately to change rooms, ventilate, and get the issue fixed due to potential health risks and fire hazards.

The room was spotless our coffee maker didn't work and we called and they brought a coffee maker up within 10 minutes. It has an excellent location for shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely stay here again. It's actually one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

we wish that we were provided with coffee making amenities as the room is already equipped with a coffee maker. we would also appreciate if there is a periodic collection of garbage left outside the doors of some guests as sometimes they spill out of the containers. Hotel restaurant serves great food and the wait staff are forever courteous and accommodating.

We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are great. Love that it’s connected to the mall but that’s also a double-edged sword because of getting into the parking lot. Luckily, the Hyatt has their own space! Thanks again for a great stay!

Initially, we were given a room that was full of dust and seemed like no one had stayed there for weeks. After we complained, they changed the room, which was appreciated. However, the room service was very slow — it took around 30–40 minutes every time we requested something. Overall, the service needs improvement.

Location and mall If you book through booking they make sure they give you the worst room available. I hate the management there and the attitude.

None of the soda vending machines were in service. The machine just takes your money never to be seen again. This is on almost every floor in the building.

Location is exceptional, staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable Nothing much to do there, wouldn’t be able to sit in the lobby to work, too busy. But that’s why it’s inside the mall, no need of extra entertaining

Fabulous location. Good restaurant on 3rd floor. Mall attached. Nice gym Room was a bit “beat up”. Tub did not drain. Night time motion activated light burned out on side table. Bed not so comfortable

Location within mall. Housekeeping was not available after 5 and my room was not cleaned for the 3 nights and 2 days of stay. I did request refresh of my room on the 2nd day but was told that housekeeping leaves early in the day and I would not receive service.😟

The hotel was so beautiful, check in was super easy and quick. The room was so spacious and very clean, had large windows for great natural light to come into the room. Perfect for taking pictures! The bathroom was super clean and the toilet had a bidet which is always a plus!

No pool, no breakfast, no reliable wifi. Our bathroom fan was broken from day 1. We contacted the hotel 3 days in a row, and they didn't even pretend to care or willing to fix it. The lobby is always full of people on a hot day, since it's right at the mall. It was a H-Regency, but the class just wasn't there due to lack of service.

Checking out cool hotels is a hobby of mine, and the Hyatt Regency in Tysons is my favorite hotel! The rooms are gorgeous, I love the Plaza view, the access to the mall, and so many great restaurants available nearby. Always a great vibe and a fun stay!

What a great place to stay. The rooms are nice but I wish the pillows were more comfortable. The shower water pressure is awesome! It was my girlfriend’s birthday so they surprised us with a birthday cake, card and bottle of bubbles. Top notch! Thank you very much.

The bath room sink had drain issues. There was no hair dryer in the room. We called guest service to bring it to our room, but no one brought it to us. We told our bad experience to the staff at the front desk when we checked out, but she didn’t even want to hear it, and just told us to report it through their website.

The hotel itself sits adjacent to the Tyson’s shopping mall and a short 10min walk from the metro (Silver line). The hotel has everything that we look for; excellent staff, well appointed rooms & a great bar/restaurant.

They did an excellent job helping us celebrate our anniversary with cake and Champagne placed in the room, along with a hand-signed greeting card! We will certainly visit again!!!

This hotel was conveniently located to the mall, so that was nice for shopping. Food was good at the restaurant. One complaint- they did not offer coffee in the morning- at all. I had to walk into the mall and buy coffee at Starbucks.

The hotel was very nice and suited our needs for the night. The room was great, with a very comfortable bed and other amenities, including convenient parking connected to the hotel. There were plenty of dining options with this hotel connected to Tysons Corner Center.

Hotel is conveniently located inside a huge mall with plenty of affordable shopping options. Property is fairly clean and in top condition. Friendly staff and plenty of dining in walking distance.

Everything at this hotel was amazing. The only thing was the accessible bathroom was too small and it didn’t have a roll in shower. My husband could not stand to get in the tub.

The lounge was small and breakfast selections are limited. The blueberry muffins were amazing! We definitely will return for the summer!

Even though I prepaid with Hotels.com, after checkout I noticed they charged me again for the room. This is an unacceptable mistake

The only thing i didn't like is that I didn't get an extra blanket. I couldn't sleep well because I was feeling cold and there was no one to give us the blanket in the night.

Great for the price and at short notice. Excellent service. Only problem was a broken fridge but that was taken care of immediately.

I had a handicap accessible room and did not need that. The shower and closet storage are not well suited for non handicapped. I was disappointed.
