We did not arrive until midnight. The staff at the desk was pleasant but very hospitable. Going to our room we used the elevator as we were on the second floor. The elevator floor was filthy, the groves in the elevator floor looked as though they have not been cleaned in months. Opening the door to the room the first thing you see is the large hole in the bathroom door. The carpeting was dirty and ripped in a number of places. Going into the room there was wallpaper falling off, large marks on the wall. In the bathroom there was a 4 inch screw coming off the frame of the sink that must have held up something but now only the screw was there. We opened the pull out bed and there was a large stain on the mattress, we turned the mattress over and looked for sheets, none were found. Wanted to call the front desk but the cord on the phone was broken. Walked to the front desk and informed the clerk about the issues with the room, he could not move us to another room as none were available. He did not offer any compensation only said sorry. Looking around the hotel you could see that the routine maintenance was not completed on a regular basis for some time. As a hotel in the Hilton family it is disappointing to have such a poorly maintained property in their portfolio. Not sure why Hilton is not inspecting their properties on a regular basis. Also it is very disappointing that Expedia allows this property to be listed. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

Bathroom was dirty. Pillows too small. Not the hotel, but the restaurant across the street wasn’t any good either.

Not many choices food was bad but kitchen staff was great The smell mold in room carpet missing dirty sheets bed bugs

The room was very dirty ,sheets have no elastic to stay on the bed ,Old outdated small Tv .All doors slam making it hard to sleep .

The property was very outdated and old. Towels were dingy. Tubs had cracked molding and stained slip resistant mats. Carpets were stained. Paint was off on the corners and on some parts of the rooms. The curtains were coming away from their tracks and hanging loose. The breakfast was OK. The staff at the desk did not want to print off my receipt. They wanted me to do it digitally. I could not understand any of the people at the desk. They spoke very quietly. The amenities were very inconvenient. The blow dryer was coming off of the wall in the bathroom and hanging loosely. You had to go up to the top floor to find an ice machine. It was not available on the first or second floor. I do not recommend at all.

This hotel was good for a night stay. But it is kind of outdated- toilet roll holder broke, had to go to front desk to get linens for room, pool was not the greatest. Although the room was comfortable enough to sleep in for the night and ac definitely works cooled it right down. And they had a free breakfast and it satisfied my whole family. Had a nice variety. I would stay there again for a night just not a weekend long. As I go with family.

The bed sheets were dirty on both beds. Mohammed (staff member) asked to see the sheets and when he saw them, he said sorry. He could get us new sheets but we would have to make the bed up ourselves. We left, Mohammed was the only one there and couldn’t help and advised us that if he called his manager she wouldn’t pick up the phone. Never again!

Staff was great but it reserved a handicap room and didnt get one it wasn't the hotel fault but i was charged by the hotel and didnt get it for the price I was told

The room was ok but when I entered I smell dust in it. The curtains didn’t close totally, in the bathroom they should put better and bigger towels, they were old and small.
