The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! I had a major issue with my rental car and the front staff stayed with me until it was resolved! They definitely earned my loyalty and my return business!

The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.

This hotel is meticulously taken care of. The staff are incredibly courteous and friendly and I always enjoy my stay. The rooms are pristine. This hotel will always be my choice in Tuscaloosa.
