My room had gnats in it and the pillows smelled like ass.

Fairly clean, but the location was a bit grim, the front desk person was almost non-verbal, and the room was moist (maybe that's just Alabama in June). They had coffee in the lobby, though, which was nice, and we really liked the University of Alabama campus.

Clean & spacious room at a super price. I met 3 staff members while there & all of them were friendly and helpful.

There was guys outside smoking weed and drinking. There was smoke in the hallway. The front desk staff in the afternoon shift was in sweatshirt and sweat pants. Breakfast never changes it’s the same everyday, tasted like it was left over and reheated several times!

Staff was nice, room was not clean. Weird marks on the bedding, and bathroom was sketch.

It’s convenient and very close to the University of Alabama. However our room was a bit dirty on the floor and shelf underneath the TV. Seems it wasn’t clean. Besides that, it was just a simple room and good for a one night stay. I liked the staff there.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy - the AC unit as well as a couple other, unknown from where clanks. That was the only issue I had.

Clean. Cute. Ran from a rat infested hotel ( called best… something ). Skip that one, do this one. You’re welcome. Only thing I wish was that the pool area wasn’t basically in the parking lot and that access for the pool should’ve had a different entrance instead of main lobby. But that’s ok for what I dealt with at the other place! I just needed a clean place and this was it.

We stay at this hotel quite often when visiting Tuscaloosa. This trip we did have an issue on day two where our smoke alarm was beeping due to a battery issue, Kenzie ay the front desk was absolutely so helpful. She moved us since maintenance had gone home for the night. She was quick and very accommodating. All of the staff is nice an pleasant but she went above and beyond making sure our stay was great! Thank you Kenzie for all of your help!
