The room was clean. They gave me a first floor room as I was traveling with my pet, all the staff that I encountered was gracious and overly sweet. The ice machine on the first floor wasn't working but that was it

Passable

Upon entering, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. The staff took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making me feel valued right away. It was refreshing to see such enthusiasm and attentiveness.

I got placed here last minute by VRBO after our rental was cancelled by the owner. I read the reviews here and was honestly scared of what we were walking into. It's not beautiful on the outside, no real amenities but if you need a clean place to sleep then this is fine. There are no bugs, no weird things happening in the parking lot, no one stealing anything or trying to keep your security deposit. The staff was lovely. The room was clean and that's all we needed. It's in a location that made it easy for us to get anywhere we needed to go.

The staff was very greeting. And the room was very clean. Will stay there again on my next trip.

The room had the worst smell. I don’t know if it was old cigarette smoke. Me and my son had a headache within five minutes. I didn’t sleep at all that night. I left very early the next morning and just lost my money on the room for the next night. But there was no way I could tolerate that smell again.

Convenient location to UA, sheets seemed clean. The front door seemed like it had been broken into at some point and it was patched up with putty and plaster material. Gave us a very creepy feeling of security and the sketchy clientele/environment. The TV did not work. The room and bathroom was very dingy and out dated.

For the price I had much better accommodations during my cross country trip.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. The room was almost $400/night for terrible water pressure, there was an odd smell in the room when we first arrived, majority of the TV stations didn’t work, and the air kept cutting off despite it being on continuous and not auto.

Too expensive for what you get. I’ve stayed in nicer places for less

Stay away from this Motel. Read all reviews and you will see it is horrible. The entire building needs repair and the rooms are patched together. The front desk staff “NV” is useless, rude, and would not give his name or his managers name when requested. The Motel during peak times charge 5-Star Rates with 1-Star accommodations. I could go on about the rooms, but hopefully everyone gets the picture, Stay Away!

Nothing, staff wasn’t helpful the room and entire place was disgusting

Parking was very tight and not many open spots. This entire hotel was gross and not clean. Between the lobby, outdoors, inside the rooms, and amenity area, it was gross. There was an odd smell in the room. The shower curtain was dirty and had dried on purple shampoo stuck to it, the shower head leaked, the sink sprayed water EVERYWHERE, and there was a clump of hair in one of the two towels they provided.

Everything was clean

Do not stay here. Doors dont close all the way, bugs in room, some lights don't work, mold in shower, bathroom sink going to fall any moment. Our room labeled as handicapped accessible, however it had a full bathtub. The area is completely run down, parking lot all torn up. The ONLY reson we stayed was because we were moving our daughter out of her dorm room and there were no other rooms avaliable in the area.

We paid for 2 nights because it was required. Morgan Wallens fault. We only stayed one night. It was filthy, loud and served the purpose to sleep long enough to get back on the road. I have nothing good to say about it.
