Ambassador Inn and Suites Tuscaloosa

The breakfast was good. Lamp shade needed to be replaced. Also, window curtains needed attention. Issues with an area of carpet, they were working on it. Bathroom was clean.

I had to get my room keys replaced multiple times in a 2 day stay because they quit working. The internet only works when you are in the lobby and the deposit of $60 per room, well I have called 4 times to speak with the manager and each time I am told they are not there so I have been unable to get my deposit back.

It was an adequate place. Nice room.

We stayed at Ambassador Inn as a stop during our road trip. Clean room, well-working shower, microwave and refrigerator, drinking water fountain (to refill our water bottles) and the proximity to the Interstate were all very helpful. Staff were friendly, too. Would stay again.

I liked the bed it was comfy, the staff was nice, everything was nice The couch didn’t come out like they needa be, i was cheated out my $60 and give $30 because of a stain on their bed but i didn’t even see a stain on the bed when i walked out, the lady pulled up a video but i didn’t see that when i left!

Easy access to the building and the elevator was a nice feature. I liked everything about the property

I’ll rate it on a scale of price to value ratio. For that it was very good. Safe area around a bunch of businesses and centrally located with easy access to the prime spots of Tuscaloosa. The mattress was comfortable and it was quiet and maintained well. Free breakfast is a nice bonus to get some snacks.
