    My only go to Motel while in the Seattle area. Amazing staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice to be able to relax in the lounge at any hour or walk to nearby restuarants, stores. Great room pricing and a free breakfast . This motel is a great choice.

    This hotel was great because of the staff. We came early and wasn’t too worried if we couldn’t check in early. They let us anyway. They were always friendly and the ladies were sweet. The cleaning staff was helpful and nice. The elevator got stuck between floors for a second but it wasn’t bad. Very close to anything you could want around the area. Parking felt safe and secure. Breakfast was just small cold items but worth it. Cereal, toast and fruit. Perfect for what we wanted. Coffee was really good.

    The room is reasonably clean, staff is friendly he even told me how to access the elevator room from B1 parking! Breakfast main food includes bread, hamburger bun, cereals only. It would better if there are eggs and bacon. We chose this location is because it is less than 5km to the airport.

    The hotel was closed for renovations upon arrival to check in. No notification sent to me in regards to the hotel status. Had to book a room in another Ramada, half a mile away. According to the hotel staff where I was able to book a room. Its a constant issue about their bad service. Waiting for my full refund!

    We were waiting for almost 30 minutes to get checked in. No one was around and we were ringing and calling the hotel number and nothing. They gave us a smoking room because it smelled like it. We had our kids with us and based on this we will not book here again. The attendance lady from the morning shift was nice.

    Book for 2 nights so I can check in early in the morning the next day. I called the hotel to confirm for early check in and the staff told me she will put a note that we will check in early in the morning. When we arrived the staff said they don’t have any notes that we will be check in early. So I wasted my money and needed to go to another hotel gladly we got check in early to the other hotel. We fly over from Hawaii with kids. What a terrible service.

    It was dirty and had cockroaches, the gate to the parking garage was broken and there was a truck that got broken into and the staff was rude. I won't be staying there again and I'm sending pictures to the DOH hopefully they clean the place up or get shut down.

    Property has roaches and management is limited yet bad. Terrible combination. I’m currently in the process of fighting for a refund. I stayed in the hotel for 30 minutes before checking out. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel. It’s an independently owned Ramada so the management is as terrible as they want.

    First, we were charged 10 USD per bag to leave them at the reception because we arrived early (12 pm). I have been traveling for a long time, and this is the first time I was ever charged to leave my luggage at the reception while being a guest. Second, there was a hole in the duvet. Third, the window did not lock. We (4 women) barely slept, knowing that the window could have been opened from outside at any time. All rooms are at the ground level and anyone could have accessed the back of the hotel.

    (Note: Our party of four stayed four nights at Four Seasons, Whistler,B.C., Can. Immediately prior to our two night stay at the subject property. Also my spouse has 25 years resort housekeeping in Hawaii. I have 5 years resort security there.) All doors showed paint peeling. Walls, trim had multiple areas of damage. Laundry out of order. Our rooms security door latch disabled. Inside parking area very dimly lit. Orange juice unit out of order. Smoking area disgusting. Our room’s vanity towel hanger missing. Outdoor landscaping not maintained. We found a pair of boxer shorts under the chair cushion in our room.

    I paid for the suite so I could enjoy the jacuzzi tub and there is now way in hell I will get in this tub. Our TV has 1 channel, I've asked twice for it to be fixed and I've been blown off both times. When I said something about the tub thier response was "there is nothing I can do about it I just check people in".

    This hotel is bad in a lot of ways, first of all we had to go to 2 other Ramada because we couldn’t find this one, it was a very confusing experience because there’s total of 3 Ramada almost right next to each other. When me and my friend was checking in, the guy at the front desk was giving us shady looks and made us felt really uncomfortable-asking us where were from and getting shocked when he saw my state ID, and also i tried extending our stay for a few more hours and other Ramada told us it was $10 per hour per room and then this specific one said their rate was $20 per hour and if i don’t extend now it would be $50 per hour. And then when we got to our room the first thing i noticed was the double lock was broken, then the room smells really bad, walls and fire alarms and stuff in the bathroom are broken, at that point i was convinced they didn’t change anything in the hotel, I couldn’t sleep it was loud and me and my friend were scared to death as well. We ended up not extending since we hated the hotel so much. All in all it was a really really bad experience.

    Tried calling for over an hour to inform clerk of late check-in. No answer. Bed is definitely not a queen size. Bugs crawling on the wall. Broken vanity & wall sockets, missing bathroom door mirror, dirty/stained furniture, dirty fridge with food remnants, missing microwave plate, dirty microwave, stains/niks on walls/doors, curtain barely hanging on. Secondary deadbolt security lock missing. Mismatched amenities in bathroom. Underlying smell of dirtiness, carpets haven't been cleaned, shower rod falling out of wall. NOT coming back nor would we recommend.

    The property was in terrible shape, beat up, dirty and inadequately lit. The room needed repainting, and there were literally multiple holes in the wall. There were hairs on the bathroom counter and in the tub; the shower handle was broken, the shower curtain wouldn’t stay in place and the showerhead sprayed water all over the bathroom because it wasn’t functioning properly either. Never again.

    Very very bad experience. Check in was very slow. Once we got in the room we went to turn the TV on. We couldn't change channels. Called down and the agent told us what buttons to press. Still not working. He said he was going to come look. Finally after an hour, I went down because he still hasn't showed up. I waited a few minutes at the desk with no one around. He said he was up to the room and knocked but we were in the room the whole time and nothing. Went back upstairs and called again, apparently there was supposed to be 2 remotes. He couldn't find another one. 4 hours later I called back down and he said he was going to look and see if there was another TV to put in the room. Upon check out we still hadn't heard anything. Very disappointing. Also went for breakfast and the orange juice was brown and rancid. Upon going back to the room we noticed there was an ant infestation by the TV. There was a couple of fire hazards (wires out of the out let) and under the bed was very dirty (not vacuumed, along with someone's old key card) very disappointed. Couldn't even talk to a manager. I would like this to be fixed and compensated.

    It was such a disappointment. I expected better from a hotel line belonging to the Ramada. The hotel staff parked in the wheelchair disability spot so no one who actually needed it could use it. There was broken glass in the underground parking area. The breakfast area was dirty, tables were not wiped from one day to the next (same sticky spot on the table 2 days in a row). And the continental breakfast was terrible so we didn't even eat there. So many broken items in the room. Initially the tv did not work. The tub faucet dripped, the toilet constantly ran, the floors were sticky and filthy, there was a cigarette burn hole in the comforter, no tissue box, needed additional towels and toilet paper. It was basically awful. Would never stay there again. Even the staff was not friendly. The location was convenient but that was the only good thing.

    Ended up not staying there. The man working the check in counter was be really creepy and made my mother and i very uncomfortable, he kept on sizing us up, and made us feel really unsafe.     What an absolute disappointment! I would NEVER recommend this establishment to fellow travelers! At first, we were pleased to find out that we could get into our room early. We had come from town for a special occasion and were relieved that we were going to get a shower and some time to rest beforehand. Upon entering the room, we were hit by a wall of heat. It was hot outside and the air conditioner in the room was blowing warm air. The room was sweltering. The AC unit was already set to the lowest setting. I went downstairs to talk with the front desk. The clerk said I just needed to turn the heat down. I told him it was turned to the lowest setting already, but he was very dismissive. He said he would come up to take a look. (No one ever came.) When I went to take a shower, there was only cold water. Again, I went to the front desk. I stood in line as three new arrivals came in and got rooms. I let the attendant know about the lack of hot water and asked if we could be moved to a different room. It was only then that I was told that there wasn’t any hot water in the entire hotel. I was told that the boiler broke down. A very agitated woman behind me said there hadn’t been hot water for two days and that they had been saying someone would come to take care of it. I couldn’t believe I wasn’t informed upon arrival. There were several people in the lobby who had just rented rooms and they had not been told either. Incredibly deceptive! I will be seeking a refund!

Doors don't close completely in any of the rooms. Curtains partially hanging by a few hooks. Breakfast was a joke. No one at the front desk to complain to.

    The gentleman that checked me in was not friendly whatsoever, he barely talked to me. Once we got parked all we could smell was cigarette smoke until we got into our room. Once in our room, the curtains didn't cover the windows, the phone didn't work, the door wouldn't close properly half the time, one lamp was missing a light bulb, and there was a ball of wires hanging out of the wall where I assume an outlet should have been. I normally don't leave reviews but I am highly disappointed by this Ramada.

    The hotel was in disrepair and very dirty . The hot water was not working in the hotel since Saturday Am . The hotel receptionist failed to tell us or any other guests of this problem . There was no communication. I would have attempted to find another hotel to stay , but did not discover the hot water problem until late night when my family wanted to take a shower . In addition, my teenage children ( over 18 & 1 26 yrd old , were staying in the room next to ours and their door did not properly close or lock. (See picture )

    We arrived and and waiting 20 mins to check in because was no front desk employee. Finally showed up and not friendly. Carpets old, room smelled and was old. The extra security lock on the door was broken. Bathroom door had no handle and was hard to open and close. Don’t waste your time and money.

    This place turned out better then expected. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were polite and friendly. Everything in the room worked except the security lock on the door. We put the ironing board in front of it overnight just in case. It truly wasn’t a big deal. The continental breakfast looked good. We already had other plans or we would have tried it out. It’s certainly not a top end hotel, but if you need someplace clean and quiet to sleep it fits that description well.

    The main door to the rooms cracked open, the floors were dirty, the Blankets had cigarette burnt holes, mirrors, bathtub, sinks, and toilets were dirty, curtains did not open, and rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was not what I expected.

    This property is filthy , dirty, smells awful once you open the door, staffs not friendly at all very unprofessional. I had to unclog toilet myself in my room. Laundry not working, juice machine not working , big gap on door you can almost see inside by walking through hallway. Condoms laying on parking lot. Don’t stay at this hotel even it’s free. I’m not kidding. NOT ONE THING GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL!

    Reason, I did not filled complaint as hotel felt very unsafe and I did not wanted any harm at new place. Just to let you know issues - at checkin no one was at reception for 30 min and they did not care about it when they finally arrived to do apologies as courtesy - rooms were dirty with stains all over at bed sheet, walls and bathroom - shower marking was wrong and you will get cold on Hot and hot water on turning cold - all rooms had gap in door which felt like not closed but it is barely was closing somehow - breakfast waffle, toaster machine none were working I wished, Expedia as basic courtesy refund the room charge but they are least bothered about it

    The room was smelly and the carpet was wet and soaked my socks when I stepped on it. No remote, broken safety lock, tile coming up when walked on, broken furniture, Day shift would not respond to requests for towels to soak up water or bring a remote. Night shift was very kind and helpful. With the Ramada Name we expected so much more than we recieved. Very disappointing. Expedia was not helpful at all in resolving the issues.

    staff somewhat polite. Booked three rooms. All three rooms had issues. Room one air conditioning falling apart. Room two curtains falling off TV. Did not work. Had to unplug from the wall ants in room. Room three where do I start? TV did not turn on at all. Sheets, dirty. cockroach in the shower. Cockroach on main wall.

    We decided to leave after the manager used his vehicle to block the only parking lot exit during an altercation with a group of gun toting teens. Thanks for putting our whole family in danger. Housekeeping is on thing, safety is a whole other issue. DO NOT STAY HERE

    Worst hotel we have stayed in on 5 continents. The facility needs a lot of work in everything. Multiple faulty fixtures need refurbishment. Poor staff attitudes. Night staff pretended he couldn't hear me on the phone - said "phone bad, I can not hear you" and his colleague was laughing in the background, and next the morning, the staff heard everything well. TV was not working and nobody came up to check it throughout our 2 night stay. The front desk said " don't you have only one more night to stay" when I called the next morning after the first night, and said he would take a look but never showed up. Several other issues.

    Came early with anticipation of an early entrance into our room as we were Windham members, but was declined was determined. They had one cleaning person for two floors of rooms and by 2:30 PM. We were still not in our room. This was very disappointing as we were leaving at 3 PM for a concert, therefore our check-in was at midnight and by then the rooms were clean. Our impression was that this was not a particularly safe area.

    Doors don't work. No buttons on the phone. Curtains held up with a clothes hanger. No controller or way to turn on the TV. Bugs, bugs, bugs, BUGS! No syrup on the breakfast buffet for waffles. No milk on the breakfast buffet for cereal. Totally ridiculous. And it takes 3 days to get the security deposit back.

    The room was good except for the TV which had a broken screen so you couldnt see the entire picture. The phone cord was not attached and the phone didnt work. The bedding is stained. Hair on the floor in the bathroom and sink.

    The whole area around this place is extremely unsafe. They’re are people doing drugs right on the sidewalk. My family stayed and parked a vehicle overnight and had it broken into. Now the trip tripled in price. With the window repairs also. Not to mention all of the stolen personal belongings. Do not stay. Very unsafe

    The comforter had a cigarette burn on it, the air conditioner rattled, the front desk staff were very unhelpful, and discarded appliances were placed blocking an exit route. Need I say more?
