Middle of the road in terms of quality. I'd describe it as adequate. We only stayed for one night and if we needed to stay longer I wouldn't have booked it. But it's totally fine for a one night stay near the airport.

The assessable room itself was great, however, there was nothing to hang up our clothes in the closet - no closet pole and no hangers. They finally provided a make-shift clothing rack. Also, it was hard to figure out the heat so we froze at first. The heater and air conditioner were combined - unusual unit. Also, we needed wash cloths and kitchen towels. It's like they'd not quite finished setting this unit up for rental. The maintenance man was as helpful as he could be, and we were very appreciative. Not wanting to have to pack everything up again and move to another unit, we stuck it out 3 nights all together. The price was fair, but unfortunately there were a few issues in the room.

Security guard / front desk worker we spoke to was great and efficient. Space was good too in terms of having useful amenities and lots of space. The walls were paper thin and the highway noise and neighbor noises disrupted our sleep. Lots of things were functional but dingy and/or damaged. The blinds had mysterious scratches that let in light and just looked nasty, our comforter was torn, there were glitter paint stains and a burn mark on the couch, all 3 soap dispensers were either empty of not functional, the fridge was dented, and several dishes in the cabinet were dirty, etc. The remote for our TV was a replacement universal remote that wasn't fully compatible with our TV model, so it worked only for some functions but not others. We couldn't adjust the volume, for example, and it was too low to hear.

The Bad.... the rooms were big but the room was a little worse for wear, holes burnt into the couch, floor boards broken, hole in bathroom door. Cabinetry missing. It was clean and tidy but definitely had wear and tear. It does have great potential. The Ugly....This is not a family establishment!!! There was all sorts of characters all days and times. While we never felt in danger we were worried about our car and belonhings. It was definitely a different clientele than we expected to encounter and no way in the world would I let my 15yr old daughter even out the door on her own. Our kids definitely saw a side to life they had never seen first hand before. The lady in the laundry was super rude when we asked for clean towels. Telling us we will be charged for any marks and would we like to wash them ourselves first. The towels had only just been used for showering ( makes you wonder what other stains they see on them) we declined and ours passed the inspection and we finally got new towels. Just bear all this in mind before deciding on your stay. We still stayed but only because it was for a short time.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. The facility is mostly very well maintained both in the rooms and surrounding area. Rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, sporting a full kitchen and lounge area, which I did not notice when booking. It was clean. The kitchen had the appropriate number of plates, utensils, etc. The courtyard was very nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

While checking out they sent an employee and made them keep our door open while we took all our stuff out to the car. It was humiliating. We were trying to stay another night but they wouldn't let us because it was 3 min past checkout time. We have stayed here quite a few times and never had a bad experience until this trip. We also had to move rooms because the pipes were leaking to the room below us. Then they made us feel like it was our fault they couldn't rent out those two rooms. It's too bad, we really liked this hotel

This place was great, I felt safe with parking and room. Room was equiped with kitchen, living room, restroom, bedroom. Great place to lay your head and get some good rest.

No free breakfast and they have a hot tub but it never seemed to be open and the laundry facilities were atrocious very dirty and outdated but still charged money to do and the dryer specifically left dog hair all over my clothing and did not even completely dry them.

Bed was comfortable, pillows nice, large room. Location good but also good for questionable clientele. Staff just disconnected and no effort to provide customer service or engagement:

They caused such strife to all of us staying.

Staff working at front desk yesterday afternoon was super rude and snobby not nice at all. Our hotel was canceled by the property we didn’t find out until check in so I and went to check in and the lady at the front desk was so unprofessional that I’m actually glad it was cancelled. Will not consider staying in the future with horrible customer service that she gave us.

We love the space and kitchen/table use

Staff was accommodating and friendly, room was clean and well stocked. Only “ding” would be that the TVs in the room either did not work or we couldn’t figure out how to use them. Some instructions to access cable, streaming, or casting modes would be helpful.

Good experience

We checked in on a Saturday evening and was greeted warmly by Brian. We had originally booked a 2 bedroom suite with a king/queen room as we were traveling with my mom. Brian stated that after a walk through they were unhappy with a few things in that room and offered us 2-1 bedrooms instead we agreed and left the property after receiving keys to charge our car. Upon arrival we went up and realized our bed was a queen and went and asked about a king room as it is more about comfort then our size. Brian very happily moved us and the room was clean and git settled for the night. We used the extra blanket in the hallway and it was definately needing replaced as it had holes in it(called after checkout to let them know). We had all the kitchen supplies we needed for a short stay but was surprised there was no baking pans and a large skillet woulf have been nice. I used the gym and there was confusion about how to access it and the morning staff had just started so was unaware of the code. One treadmill didnt work at all and after running a few minutes it started catching on something so jumped on the elliptical which worked fine. We got in after our day activities for the day and asked for a dishwasher pod which we were given promptly by Brian only to discover our dishwasher was broken. At that time we also requested a late checkout and was happily granted one. The next morning we had the maintenance man cop knocking our door at 10:40 asking us if we were checking out 11 or ext

Very comfortable stay!

Spacious rooms, friendly staff and management. Very high water pressure, a little trouble with TVs but no big deal. WIFI was a bit inconsistent. Overall a good deal and convenient.

Was the room is lean, the bed is a little small but it is ok. Bathroom is small sinks and bath up cover is to short. Quite area and very convenient to go to some where.

We also ended up extending our stay for an additional day and they were very accommodating in giving us the lowest rate and a late check-out. The room was large and clean and had all amenities needed. Pam has been nothing but amazing and flexible since we arrived. We felt welcome and respected here.

Lobby doesn't open until 8am on weekdays. This is not like staying in a traditional hotel with the 24/7 lobby. I'd opt for a lower brand chain hotel before a return visit.

The cascading shower head was laying in the bottom of the tub, the bed was old wire coil, the living room and kitchen were sufficient. The office staff was helpful and kind. The Parking was easy and location was ideal.

Very small bathroom and tiny hot water heater in the kitchen under the counter.

I didnt have much contact with the staff except for checking in and out. The property was quiet and peaceful. I'd stay here again whenever I go back to the Seattle area

The front desk lady was amazing and it was a pleasant experience. We could see the salmon jumping in the river and the hotel was nice and great prices.

The smell was so bad, it was nauseating. We got in late just for an overnight before our flight early the next morning but would’ve been better off sleeping in our car. Disgusting.

I really like the spacious rooms, made it so much easier with having the two kiddos. Very quiet hotel and amazing staff. Had a little malfunction with the shower but the way the staff handled it was really great! The rooms are newly renovated. Will definitely stay again!

The room had a horrible Marihuana smell, I believe it was from the room downstairs. Other than that very nice place. We stayed 2 nights, didn’t get our room cleaned nor clean towels

However, we noticed bugs in both rooms, there were no trash cans, and overall, it didn’t feel like the place was properly cleaned or maintained. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. Still, I’m not sure I’d choose to stay here again.

The first room they gave us had no power, stunk, dishwasher was ripped out of counter. Hour later they finally got us a room, it stunk, carpet was disgusting. We were supposed to have 2 beds and a couch, only got one bed and a couch. A/C is almost non existant! Would not recommend!

Overall clean property with some blemishes on the outside. No elevator. Even though only two stories, an elevator would help for visitors with multiple heavy luggagees.

First off, the staff was excellent. The room, however, was sorely lacking. A light that stayed on, no matter what switch you turned off; multiple bugs found in the bedroom and the bathroom; a very soft part of the floor in the kitchen, but it should have been solid; virtually no lighting in the back. To be fair, they are the process of renovating. I truly hope the renovations are successful.

If you like sleep, I would not stay here. Staff is great, but the rooms are gross, smell like they tried to clean and spray down whatever was smelling bad in the room, the rug in the bedroom was at one point I think cream.. it’s now a dark grey. Into the night, people were fighting, and random people knocking at night on my door. To top it off nothing like waking up to seeing cockroaches in your room! Hire security!

Room Smelled like smoke on the first night - asked for a different room and they mentioned it was sold out. We ended up staying- The room was dirty , stains on the carpet , the floors , the walls all thought out the room. The room was also nothing like the pictures advertised. Roaches were all around - we had to throw all the food we brought in. All night there was noise from what we come to find out we’re live in guests We called to cancel all rooms the morning after the long night no - we all expect a full refund. 6 people booked as part of a tournament because we all had the same experience Expedia should not have this place on their website- should they decide to keep it - expect a lot of refunds.

This was one of my worst experiences while traveling. The room smelled like smoke, there was bugs all over the sink . The neighbors upstairs were up all night making lots of noise i didnt even sleep the 1 night i stayed there. We had to cancel the second night . I spoke to front desk asking for a full refund and the guy was not so nice about it saying it wasnt up to him to refund me my money. Overall worst place

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

There was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen, we had to ask multiple times for soap and towels. the fridge was broken, the bathtub was clogged, no towels, no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch and there was bugs inside of the room. I think a refund would be good.

Aside from the people upstairs bouncing a ball almost all night, the place we had was clean. And convenient. Hers were comfortable. I also enjoyed the water fountain. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only bonus about this place was the staff, they were all very nice especially the manager that’s been there a while. Would I stay here again, no but maybe for you it would be acceptable. The only reason why a lower rating is because of the area doesn’t feel to safe especially if you are staying alone. But again I’d like to appreciate the staff.

Pictures are VERY misleading. Place is pretty run down and didn’t sleep well cared for. Beds are uncomfortable. Only 1 hanger in the closet. Bathroom was tiny. At night there was always at least one person weirdly parked in front of my unit with their car running for hours and a kid in the backseat. I also think it may serve as temporary housing for ppl who find themselves temporarily homeless. Water features not working. Construction happening on property. Nothing useful nearby. Overall it made me regret saving $100 to stay here.

Appears to be a long term stay as well, upstairs was insanely loud!! All through the night. Shampoo and body wash dispenser in shower was empty.

The room was updated, clean, & comfortable. Questionable: Many of the patrons were permanent residents at the hotel. The couple next to us was arguing and shouting in the evening. The GROUP of people living on the other side of our room were coming and going with cars pulling up and talking to people from the room (leaning in the vehicle) doing something secretively. The vehicles of these residents were clunkers with cardboard replacing windows, trunks taped closed, dents all over, etc. Unfortunate: The T.V. Would not work because it wasn’t connected to Wi-Fi. We were unable to get help after 8 PM because the office was closed for the night until 8 AM in the morning. I would not recommend this motel for travelers, it is predominantly a low income, live in apartment building.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It was so loud, the tv didn’t work, and the door lock was broken.

Check in office had dead bugs all over the floor. I really felt like I couldn’t touch anything. The room bathroom was filthy dirty sheet with big yellow stain, roaches in the kitchen area. I stayed here with my wife and 3 daughters and I felt like I had to be on extra high alert with all the sketchy people that seem to stay there long term. The pictures online were very deceiving I would not recommend to a family with littles.

Maybe separate your long term renters from your short term renters. The upstairs neighbors were up all night walking till 4am. We got bug bites on our feet and legs.

Inside the rooms are recently remodeled & spacious! Cons- The entire place needs to be repaved No internet or cable all weekend Lots of broken down cars and people working on cars all hours of the night Front desk staff are only available certain times of the date and leaves by 8:30pm. If you need towels or Anything absolutely nobody is available

The room smelled terrible, some of the dishes were dirty, and there was a bug living in the coffee maker. We could hear our neighbors fighting pretty clearly through the walls. The location was very convenient, but I would not stay here again.

We were in area for a soccer tournament, which we come to town for several times a year. The room itself was cute and a decent sized. Having a separate living space and bedroom space was really nice as well as the large kitchen that was stocked with dishes and cookware. The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. The downside was that the gated parking area was left open all night and there was a considerable amount of vehicle and foot traffic in and out of the area, people that were not guests were driving and walking around the parking lot at all hours of the night which was concerning. There was also a couple of rooms having what appeared to be a hotel party, with people on the balconies listening to loud music and yelling to people below, which was unfortunate. At one point the police were also on sight looking for someone. Overall the hotel was cute and would have been a great place to enjoy the weekend if not for the lack of security in the area. Likely won’t stay here again.

Due to a call backto the office demand I found myself needin housing. The property is fully remodeled and close to 3 major freeways. Fabulous team onsite to take care of all your needs.

This is a refurbished property. Modern furniture and layout. Unfortunately the installations of toilets, faucets, light fixtures were not done by professional contractors. We changed rooms 3 times. Each room had it's own particular issues whether it was bathtub resurfacing that wasn't applied correctly, or toilet seats that weren't properly installed, missing cooking utensils, or fan controllers. Owners should really do a proper punch list before offering the rooms. Staff really nice. This is an upper management issue. Wonderful concept poor execution.
