Very close to the airport - but not too close. There was no communication when our room became unavailable due to water damage issues. They opted to find us a room in a neighboring hotel, who ended up not having a room for us. Eventually we ended up in a handicapped accessible room at the Homewood Suites, which would have been a better first solution to begin with.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. It was winter so we did not try out the pool. No hot tub. We were there for 4 days and they never serviced the room. Not even fresh towels. I asked for the room to be serviced, but they didn't do it. The breakfast was typical, but cold. Even though we arrived early, the eggs were watery and cold, as was the sausage and bacon.

We love the place

Breakfast was outstanding.

The rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, our room was next to two of the doors that get you in the building so it could get loud at times but overall a excellent stay.

Everything else seemed fine, except for the hot water in the bathroom, which runs out very quickly, and even if you wait 15 or 20 minutes, it doesn't heat up again until much later.

Breakfast was awesome. And changed slightly day to day. Something for adults and for kids. Tacos, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, sausage, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice etc.

Amenities were great. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Good Service. Hotel was not as clean as last year. Starting to show some wear in the rooms with furnishings and tile. Still a great option. Gabbing kitchenette is great for making food, coffee ect.

Service is always excellent at this hotel. We always stay there on our twice yearly trips to Seattle. The breakfast is also great with different food options each morning.

The reception staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

My only issue is that they changed us to 2 separate suites, instead of my original reservation of a 2 bedroom suite. It made it challenging to take care of my 70 year old sister in law along with a sick wife. Other than that, the rooms were in great shape, very clean and I'll definitely be looking for homewood suites on future trips.

The hotel is very loud. Sits next to train tracks, which run all night long. Walls are very thin. Not real clean but the staff are nice.

We stayed here for a recent soccer tournament. Being able to walk to the Starfire facility was amazing. The pool area was great to have access to on a hot weekend. The room size and quality exceeded my expectations. I did have some trouble with housekeeping though.

The hotel failed to provide rooms at check-in and the staff was unsure of what to do since the rooms were not yet cleaned. It made everyone waiting very stressed and we were close to finding a new hotel.

Very convenient, apartment style units. We got the two bedroom option, worked out great, like airbnb, only better! These suites come with housekeeping, free breakfast and convenient parking. The location is great, very close to shopping, dining and minutes from the airport!

Love the convenience of this being walking distance to Starfire. Breakfast and amenities are good. Only issue was the pool chlorine levels which turned all of our kid’s hair blue/green! Might be time for a rebalance.

We have stayed here several times. The walkable proximity to Starfire is very convenient. The pool and grounds are nice. This time we had sugar ants in our room and the room smelled a little funky, like someone had tried to mask cigarette smoke. The full fridge and freezer are useful, as is the microwave. There was no dish soap in the kitchenette to clean dishes. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was working hard to keep everything stocked. I do wish there was a larger room option that included a balcony. A hot tub would also be nice.

I have stayed there before & everything was good but the carpets need to be cleaned . My husband was walking on it barefoot & his feet were very dirty after walking around on carpet for a while. I had socks on & also got cery dirty. Otherwise everything & everyone was okay//pleasant just have the carpets cleaned more often.

The room was a great sized room with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The pool was fun for the kids. Continental breakfast had everything you could ask for! Great location next to the starfire sports complex. Will stay again for sure!

This is the second time our family has stayed here and we enjoyed it both times! We love the full kitchen amenities and the wide open space making it feel just like home. My two young children really enjoyed their time and the complimentary breakfast was a plus, especially with young children. We didnt have to worry about going out to buy food and had more time to focus on other things.

Check-in was quick and easy, lots of parking available and parking was free, which was a plus. They offer housekeeping after the 2nd day (we stayed 4 days), but we did not get this service. This was after we informed the front desk we needed housekeeping bc we have young kids and needed trash taken out, more towels, etc. Front desk confirmed the service but we came back to a room that wasn’t cleaned. That was our biggest complaint but everything else was fine with the stay.

My wife and I were in Washington fo appointments. The staff, the breakfast, the rooms, and the cleanliness were great!

Nice hotel for extended stay. The rooms have two sections, one for sleeping and one as a sitting room with full kitchen. The rooms are spacious and overall nice, clean and comfortable. The area where the hotel is set is super quiet and at the same time there is an easy access to major highways.

The only real negatives had to do with accessing the room. There were narrow walkways between separate buildings, which we were directed to go through with luggage racks. The buildings did not have elevators. All the entrances were outdoor entrances. The luggage racks were not very useful. We had to unload everything at the bottom of a pair of stairs and walk it up. The dining area in our suite wasn't really sufficient for the amount of people that the room could sleep. I'm a big fan of being able to sit down together at a table when we're eating. A couple of us always had to sit on the couch. Other than that, the room was great. Very comfortable stay. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious. Pool was nice. We had the big room that slept 8. It was so spacious and nice. It wasn’t that far from TMobile stadium. Would definitely stay again.

The room we was perfect for our family of five. Spacious two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a common area between the them. The main lobby was beautiful and inviting, and breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff came across as indifferent and unaccommodating, especially at check-in, but otherwise it was a great stay.

While there are other convenient - and lower priced - options in the area, this remains our favorite overall place and it's worth it.

the breakfast timings were also till only 9 am so mostly none of the familt members can join for breakfast.

The suites were roomy and made it feel like a home. There was plumbing issues in my daughters room so she got Moved to another room and our plumbing in out suite was having draining issues in the toilet and bathroom sink. Breakfast staff couldn’t keep up stocking fresh food to a medium sized crowd.

The staff responded promptly to my messages. They were professional, respectful, and very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good. They have variety depending on the day and vegan/vegetarian options! They left a bag with treats/eggs on Easter Sunday. My kid thought the Easter bunny left it for him and make him happy. That was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated.

Have stayed here many times. Always great. Note: they havs added overnight oats and chia cups with fresh fruit available for toppings to their already excellent breakfast buffet. Nice touch. We will be back again soon!

Service was awesome, a different hot, full breakfast every day, and well lit bike path right there. Close to a park and freeways. Am going back soon!

i try to stay in Homewood Suites all over the country when I travel. They are spacious and like being at home.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious, and our family appreciated the space to spread out. Our boys loved the sport court. The proximity to the Airport was ideal.

I’ve stayed at the property a few times, even though there is a train that passes by it’s still a quiet area and don’t notice it. Very clean, the breakfast isn’t the best at least some of the options for my stay. Also never allow early check in

I liked the quiet area this hotel has, even though it’s on a major shopping area and busy part of town, this hotel has its own little spot that is quiet. The staff wasn’t the greatest still waiting for them to send my iPad back to my kids

Great place to stay

The hotel room was comfortable, and check-in was smooth and easy. However, after checking out, I realized the next day that I’d left a personal bag behind, which contained a necklace. I immediately contacted the hotel to ask about my bag and its contents. Unfortunately, while the bag was returned by housekeeping, the necklace was missing. That experience was both disappointing and frustrating.

We found dirty towels behind the master bathroom door and in the double room there were tissues and someones e-cigarette device on the floor in the kids room. We had to ask twice for them to come get the dirty towels, and it wasnt until day 2 they took them, but originally suggested we leave them outside our door, no thanks I'm not touching someone else's dirty towels. Cleanliness was overlooked in our room for sure.

The hotel as a whole was nice. However, there were a few things that were not up to par. Like towel hooks barely secured to the wall. And the breakfast seemed like it was thrown together. Not presented very well. And outside the rooms were a lot of spider webs and insects.

We used to stay at this hotel often, but my company has a nightly budget that is too low now to book this hotel. what has remained top drawer is the staff and the room cleanliness. sadly the breakfast is about equal to other hotels we stay at and it used to be the absolute best.

Gteat place tp stay

We have stayed here before and it was great. Unfortunately, this particular room was not great. Broken toilet that kept running, broken pull out couch, and no dishwasher detergent or dish towels in kitchenette. There was also no room phone so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk.

It was a mini house! It was perfect and not overly priced for a last minute stay. The room was perfect for me and my family. The children loved the stay, thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Had a great time here. Bus stop to downtown is just a few mins walk. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and big. A perk was the wild blackberries all around the property

The front desk staff was amazing and really helped us feel welcome and accommodated. Minor issue with one of the TVs in the room not working consistently, but the other one worked well. The room was large, clean and quiet. My kids loved the pool and the mini outdoor basketball court.

At the airport I saw my backpack was full of ants. Would never stay here again. Overall the rooms are old with dingy furniture, the place is badly in need of a major renovation

Terrible and rude front desk staff

We had an early morning flight , so my wife packed fruits for my kids and the guy at reception looked at her as though she was stealing food. We just didnt have time to sit and eat our breakfast , so had to pack some fruits. Totally unacceptable. This was a nice facility to stay but the staff totally rude.

I reserved my room and when checking in, they didn’t have the room that showed on Expedia and they offered me a two double bed room versus one king I wanted. The front desk guy was super rude. Told me my only option was a handicap room. I said ok. Room was gross. Bathroom floor was not level so when I showered the whole entire floor got soaked/flooded. Coffee maker didn’t work. Couldn’t reach the front desk with the phone number they provided. Was told their phone system was messed up. Was not happy with my stay.

Not a great Homewood

I tried to cancel room. Flight was cancelled, airline did not return my luggage, I was not able to get another flight out, I missed my cruise, and I have not be refunded any money. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE so far

Where do I start. When I first got to my room, the lights were only half working in the bathroom, it was too dark. The thermostat stopped working throughout the evening and I woke up to 74° room when it was set to 66°. And there were earwigs in the bathroom. Gross. The phones in the rooms don’t work. I called the front desk and was placed on hold forever before I hung up. I went to work, I notified them to please fix the lights as I was hard to get ready this morning, As well as the thermostat issue. They assured both would be fixed. I returned to the room late from work, and my room was dirty - no housekeeping came. They did fix the lights though. I called front desk - three times - never able to get through. Keep in mind this is on my cell phone because the phones in the room don’t work. I had to walk all the way across the hotel and down to lobby to get fresh towels. Annoyed at this point I returned to my room. Started to watch a movie before bed. While guess what. The TV only has around 50 stations to watch, and you can’t watch HBO channels in the bedroom because it does not work in the bedroom only in the main room - So super inconvenient if your wanting to finish the movie your watching in bed. Over all NOT a good experience at all and I won’t be back to this location.

Seems to be in an Business area, but convenient to the freeway and not too far from downtown Seattle unless there’s traffic.

Here for soccer tournament and checked in at front desk for late check out. Manager said 1200 was the latest. Others in our group who inquired for late check out (after we did) were given later time. Will not bring soccer team here again.

Room was not available by the expected check in time and when traveling with children that can be a little stressful, however, place is great and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall the stay was a 4. The reasons we chose this hotel was because it was slightly larger than normal rooms. There was a separate living space, plus a full kitchen. Although our ice maker in the freezer was broken. We were able to get ziplock gallon size ice bags filled from the front desk. Our room did not have a phone. So we had no access to call front desk if we needed anything. Tried calling the 1800 number but that continued to be busy for some reason. For safety reasons there should be a phone there. Breakfast was good. There were options either hot, cold and pastries avail and fresh fruit. All in all our stay there was good.

2 bedroom rooms are great for our family with two teens. Property is beautiful.

The property itself was great, spacious, clean and overall very nice. However, the lack of customer service really brings this place down. Not sure if they are understaffed and miserable or just plain miserable. Requested early check-in, not honored or even the slightest sympathy that they weren't able to accommodate us - they didn’t even acknowledged I had asked. I was greated with a smile, but one time from one person. When asking a question, it felt like i was annoying them. Gave us the wrong times for breakfast on a weekday, thankfully we managed to get the leftovers. However they gave us a face like how dare us and couldn't even provide us with a packet of ketchup, for which they said "we ran out".... really? Not to mention the breakfast was horrible. Meat with no name of what type of meat it was, everything was cold except for what u toasted. Lastly they bluntly told me i was not going to get any room service, they say maybe every other day, but nothing. I am very unsure if i would stay here again.

Perfect for a night at the airport. The place isn't fancy but it is clean and comfortable.

I really love this property and have made reservations for two other stays in the next several months. I needed a room that would assist me with my disability the shower, and bed were excellent for me. Unfortunately, the coffee maker did not function, there were several GFI circuits that were, waiting for me to reset.

We had a great time staying at this place. Would stay there again.
