Before arriving, I called to let them know we would be checking in late. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, which I appreciated. When we arrived late that night, the front desk attendant seemed a bit annoyed, but the check-in process itself was quick and easy. The room was okay but seemed like it may have been cleaned in a rush. One issue we noticed was the toilet seat wasn’t properly installed it would slam loudly every time you stood up (Room 209, second floor), which was a bit frustrating. In the morning, the front desk staff was much more welcoming and had a great attitude. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight everything was clean, well-organized, and had a good selection. The only downside there was that one of the breakfast staff wasn’t very friendly. Lady with all the gold jewelry and long eyelashes. Overall, we enjoyed our two-night stay. With a few small improvements in attention to detail and customer service consistency, this would be an excellent place to stay. I recommend this location.

The suite was a good size for our family. The breakfast is great. The pool was closed. The only reason we booked this stay was for the pool, we could have driven home or we could have gotten a cheaper hotel without a pool. We were told it would open in the morning and then it didn't and our stay was over. The room we were given had quite a bit of damage to the walls and carpet. We were worried the whole time we'd be blamed for the damage. (We took pictures upon arrival) The bed was pretty broken in feeling.

Everything about our stay was great.

Our stay was very disappointing from start to finish. After a long drive, we arrived at the hotel and received no greeting from staff. The lobby was extremely dark, which made the first impression even worse. When we got to our room, it was far too small—there was barely any space to move around. We then discovered the microwave wasn’t working. After calling the front desk, we were told there was no maintenance available, so we had to pack up again and move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had its own issues. The phone and coffee maker were both not working, and the front desk staff said there was nothing they could do at that moment. The bathtub also had no anti-slip mat, which is a basic safety feature. When I requested one, I was initially told they don’t provide them, but after insisting, the staff eventually brought one. The next day, we requested the phone be repaired, as we are visiting from Canada without roaming, and having a working room phone is important in case of emergencies. A maintenance staff member came but said he couldn’t fix it—there was no follow-up or apology from management. Breakfast was another letdown. The dining area was too small for the number of guests, resulting in long lines, and the food (especially the eggs) was soggy and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the carpets throughout the hotel smelled strongly of smoke, which made the overall environment very unpleasant. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor customer service, and cleanliness issues made this a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Because we're locals, we know that petty theft can be a problem in the neighborhood. The parking lot was well lit, but still a concern.

Staff seemed to just be going through the motions but didn’t seem to really want to be there. It was also kind of unsettling that the front doors to the hotel were locked all the time unless you had a key. It made me feel uneasy about parking my car in the area overnight.

Breakfast was amazing! A hot tub for the adults! But that is it!

It was very clean, and most of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was also the dining room and while trying to enjoy some quiet morning coffee, they were cleaning that area. We were not able to use the swimming pool because it was incredibly cold and small children were doing exactly as the signs said not to do. One of the breakfast ladies was pretty consistently unapproachable. Everything was nice and clean, but it was just not worth $350 a night.

The shuttle from SeaTac and to surroundings was a definite plus. The drivers and the front desk employees were personable and helpful. The room was comfortable for 5 adults and the breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options.

Clean, good food, pool, staff and overall wonderful experience and environment

Room is okay but the problem is there are loud footstep above our room, we ask to be moved but FD is hesistant at first telling me that there is a lot of kids staying. But the running and walking above us is too much. Then they have us moved.

Very clean inside and out, breakfast was great with many choices. Only issue was heater was making knocking noises about every hour.

Wish it had a hot tub

Location was perfect for the reason of my stay

You could tell there was water damage by the bathtub surrounding wallpaper. Was kept up all night by the floor above us stomping their feet even at 12:30 at night. Wish they had info packets or brochures in room.

Had to change rooms at 3:30 in the morning because their heating system was so loud we couldn't sleep it was this terrible dripping noise condensation noise coming down the heater system I went down to the main desk and she finally admitted that they other customers were complaining and that they had gotten a new heating system so they moved us to a different room on the higher floor and then because of their new heating system their HVAC on the roof was so loud it was like a freight train so that kept us up for the rest of the night along with every time the heater fan would come on across the room from the thermostat that wasn't really compatible, you could tell, it would wake you up because it was so loud so I'm asking for my money back and I would not suggest anyone stay at this hotel they also lied to me the next day when I was supposed to get a call from the manager to take care of this and she did not call me and the girl at the desk when I called after I got home she blew me off and so I called Expedia and they expedited it for me and I should hear something back in 72 hours. I would not suggest anyone staying at that hotel. You will not get any sleep until they fix their huge issue.

Overall it was an average experience. For the price and location, I can't complain too much, but unfortunately I cannot rate it higher than 3 stars. If you show up an hour or 30 minutes before breakfast ends, they start running out of food, and they do not refill. My phone was ringing in the middle of the night for no reason. Also, I had water dripping outside of the AC unit right on the window ledge, making it a very loud and obnoxious sound even though it was not raining at all. When I arrived, I got the wrong room so I had to relocate. Again, overall I was content but not amazed by any means.

Rooms were very clean and had a good amount of towels. The security is very good. The pool was only 4 feet but I guess that’s good for safety. Overall good stay big lobby area, and the reception lady was very nice.

Very nice room. Clean and up to date. Breakfast was very good - a lot of choices and fresh food available. Only unfortunate issue was our car was broken into in the parking lot which is the fault of the hotel but not a fun part of the trip.

Check in and check out clerks were outstanding on Friday evening and Sunday morning. Had a noise issue from room upstairs and they clerk handled it for us. Breakfast was outstanding. Great space in the rooms, very good beds and absolutely DO NOT TAKE AWAY THE CINNAMOM ROLLS

Staff was great, nice breakfast and location was excellent for me. After several days they stopped cleaning the room, and late on the 2nd day of no service asked them clean. They did promptly with an apology so all was well.

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful & pleasant.

They canceled my prepaid reservation as a no show. I had contacted them from my cruise ship earlier in the week why I purchased 2 nights but would only be staying for one night. I was told by their front desk person that it would not be a problem. When I arrived it was a problem. The general manager insisted she did nothing wrong.

Nice facility, loud location. Sounded like an episode of Cops on a Saturday night. Bath towels were laughably small. That is unacceptable. Van driver was very helpful; great personality.

The staff at the front and the afternoon shuttle driver provided the upmost positive customer service experience! They were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide any assistance and information about the local area! Very clean facility and the breakfast was excellent! I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Seattle and will definitely return in the future!

It is next door to Merrill Gardens facility and I was able to visit some relatives by walking over. Also close to the mall and airport.

There is nothing more disgusting than accumulated debris under a nightstand or near the bed or in the bathroom behind the toilet— This place was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yay!

The key card needed for the lights in the room was annoying, since you needed a key to go anywhere in the hotel. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work when we stayed there, so we needed to use another floor. Great location, clean, and friendly staff.

The thing that stands out for me is cleanliness and simplicity. The decor was simple and understated, which enhanced the experience. The free breakfast was wonderful and fresh. The staff was accommodating and friendly. If we come back to Seattle, we will definitely stay again at this great hotel.

I communicated several times that I would be arriving late due to a delayed flight. Despite this, I was denied the ability to check in via mobile, and when I arrived at 2:30 a.m. with two young children, we were completely locked out of the hotel. There was no way to access the property, which was not only frustrating but dangerous. To make matters worse, the next morning I was shuttled to the wrong airport, creating even more stress and disruption. This experience was unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund.

Wonderful, clean hotel. The staff is available to meet your every need. We especially love the security feature with the elevator, where only guests with room cards can access. I would stay here again.

Booked it late as pur flight was delayed and we had a long layover. Checknin was fast and we got to the room in less than 10 minutes. It was clean quiet and comfortable. They had a great free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport.

The staff were amazing and able to help our family of 7 get checked in earlier than planned! The rooms are a great size and very clean/maintained. Our only concern was the soundproofing of the rooms wasn't the greatest and you could hear what was happening in the halls (banging, talking, etc.) as if it was right in your room - if you have a quiet floor, this won't be an issue!

Room was warm and large. Staff was amazing and a shuttle to boot. Now the negative: swimming pool was cold, chair in the room needs to be replaced and due to the weather (high winds) the TV was unwatchable. Had to be a satellite issue. Facility staff needs to address

This hotel, by far, has the nicest staff of any place we have ever stayed. They went above and beyond in every interaction, from phone calls to shuttle drivers to front desk staff. And the lobby and general floor area is mopped several times a day. Clean, everywhere you look.

The location was great, super close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel walls are thinner than usual so we heard water, traffic but it was t too bad. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. My only issue is that we were charged a $25 'incidentals' fee that we were promised would be refunded 24 hours after checkout and it's now been 2 weeks and I haven't received the refund.

Overall I am very satisfied, especially because it is quiet, very well organized and clean.

Everyone who work at this establishment was amazing and so kind, extremely safe needed a key card in order to have access to lobby to elevator.

The queen size bed doesn’t feel like it’s queen size. Otherwise, the room was excellent. I get it was an accessibility room so the space is amazing.

Overall a good stay. Breakfast was adequate. There was shampoo in the conditioner dispenser (so, no conditioner available). We were bummed the pool was closed, as the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
