    I reserved a king size bed room and was assigned 2 queen size… I was told, by employee of the front desk, that they can only guarantee the room if you book through Hilton app. Why on Expedia they ask you to choose a room if the can guarantee it… very condescending too… wouldn’t recommend

    The room was humid and was smelled terrible. No ventilation in the bathroom! The mattresses and pillows were terrible. Very uncomfortable. Will not be staying again. The break is only 3 hours, ending at 9am, and ran out of a lot of the food.

    Rooms are good. Breakfast was not good. Oatmeal was gummy, eggs were watery and didn’t taste like eggs, boiled eggs were self peel and not easy to do, area is small and gets easily crowded and chaotic. Hours are bad for weekends 6-9? Needs extended to at least 10:00. Breakfast sitting area was messy and crowded as well. Barely room to move around when people are seated in chairs. Carpet very dirty and stained. Check in staff was very friendly and nice.

    The Hampton Inn is in great shape, and the staff is wonderful. They don't have a lot for printing/business center, but at least you're able to print black and white and they don't charge. The room was comfortable, clean, and well supplied. We will be back!

    The people were very nice the rooms were clean bed was very comfortable, the only downside was the breakfast scrambled eggs under cook kind of slimy and they had eggs with bell peppers. They were wayovercooked cause when you bid into it the bell pepper like eating a ball grease. Sausage links were overcooked dry, and rubbery. The sausage patties were pretty good. They still have some moisture in them the Kabasa they had some time little cold but all right I say there Monday through Friday for a month only saw bacon 3 times 2 times the baking was cooked pretty good. The third time was hard as a rock like bacon bits barely eat it. That was my only downside

    Becca and the Reception Staff were exceptional. My son and I arrived late evening 7 January; since my son was moving, we needed a large parking area for his moving truck and car hauler the next afternoon. When we arrived during mid-afternoon 8 January, Hampton had secured a large area with two pillows and DO NOT ENTER tape. We had no issues parking the loaded truck. THANK YOU BECCA and HAMPTON INN!

    All of the employees were friendly and accommodating, though one of the shuttle drivers didn’t seem to be having the best day — quiet and a bit uninterested. We also appreciated the nice walking path behind the hotel that connects to the Green River Trail and leads to the mall. Overall, a pleasant stay with good amenities and a convenient location.

    The room was a twin room that I stayed in very very tight and the road noise which started about three in the morning was aggravating The room was that tight between the bottom and the bed and the desk you had to shoehorn the swivel chair in to do any work Not sure I would use it again If so I would be very peculiar about which room I took Breakfast was excellent the lady that cooked it couldn't have been better front desk staff will find room service appears to be only on demand so remember to ask for that

    Our stay was fine as usual. Only disappointment was that when we went down for breakfast around 8:15, there was no yogurt, no oatmeal, only 1 hard boiled egg and the pan of little egg omlet things were burnt on the edges. I suppose things got refilled, but we were in a hurry, so made due.

    Nice shuttle driver from airport, friendly receptionist, forgot toothbrush..still no charge😊, clean upscale room, but what made it even best yet was the free breakfast that had all the regulars & more…hot food looked and tasted fresh off the grill, more than the average toppings for waffles, oatmeal and cereal, and bananas that were yellow, not browning! Oh, yes, best of all…soft, tasty scones😋. No, I’m not a Hampton plant, just a retired corporate CS rep that knows quality when I experience it! Give everyone at this location a bonus from the driver to the kitchen help!

    The front desk staff made it so easy. She put us in a room that morning, explaining that breakfast was still being served until 9:00 am. In addition, she suggested local places within walking distance. Amelia dropped us at the mall, which gave us more dining options. He was very pleasant, very complimentary of the hotel, and gave us the number to call when we were ready to return. The room was clean and spacious, with a full channel layout of DirectTV. The General Manager gave us recommendations on what time to leave for the airport, and that the hotel provided a shuttle. She was super nice. We loved the practical touches, like a scale to weigh our baggage. Impressive!! We REALLY enjoyed our stay, and the staff added to the atmosphere. Well done Hampton Inn!

    Carpet was worn and dirty. Room had odor. But appeared ok. Hotel was booked with soccer tournament. Just figured would work for one night. I sleep warm so just pushed all bed coverings to bottom of bed and just slept with feet covered. Woke up in morning with rash on both ankles.

    Room was nice disappointed the pool was OUTSIDE its Seattle(federalway) Wa. crazy to do that. Brkfxt decent not great but decent.coffee no.matter what time of day HORRIBLE.Sadly hearing the grvyrd personel tell customer they would have to unclog their own toliet that over flowed on to the floor after checking into hotel very late was very disheartening when the couple had a small child and they looked extremely exhausted and tired..I didnt get the extra pillows i requested but i made it work sleeping with a bad back..There was no BODY WASH inside the shower which is weird they clean it right

    This Hampton Inn was absolutely wonderful! The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We had trouble returning our rental car to the correct location and ended up returning it to the airport. I called the front desk and they said they would be there in 10 minutes to pick us up! No need to go to the arrivals area, just stay where you are and we will get you! (Saved us a $20 uber ride to go 7 minutes down the road) As we walked toward the van, a lady stopped us and said her hotel told her she’d have to get a bus to the airport proper and find their shuttle from there so we were feeling quite grateful for the convenience the Hampton Inn offered especially after the hassle of our rental return. While on the way back, the driver offered us a list of local restaurants and said they could drive us to the restaurant if we wanted/needed. The room was very clean and offered a nice cozy space for a peaceful nights sleep. We utilized the airport shuttle again the next morning after a quick complementary breakfast and were again grateful for the amenities offered! Such a great experience, would highly recommend!

    Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and the staff was so understanding and patient with our 9–10-year-old boys. The ability for us to use the lobby/dining area for the boys to watch the Sounders game because they could not attend due to our own schedule was so appreciated. Our boys were not quiet and the staff never complained. They are a 10 out of 10! Also, the breakfast was amazing, not one day did we eat anywhere other than the hotel. My son looked forward to it every day...I did too!

    We just got off a cruise and we needed a quiet place to rest before heading home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed at citizen M on our way to the cruise. It was nice but not for older folks. No coffee maker, microwave and the room was small. We’ll be choosing a more comfortable place, like Hampton Inn when we travel.

    Unfortunately, I would never stay here again. The room is very dark. Not enough lighting. The bathroom configuration does not make it easy for a female to get ready in the morning. The breakfast was very disappointing. I cannot believe in this day and time there are no plant-based milk options available. Which makes me think I will never stay at day and time Hilton property again for the same reason. Good grief. This was Seattle, not someplace in the Midwest.

    Hotel seemed to be outdated and updated at the same time. Pillows were lumpy and very very thin. Not the luxurious feather pillows typically found in a Hilton hotel. Also bed was not soft at all, felt more like a very old bouncy spring mattress. Again not typical for a Hilton Hotel. Hotel also had a weird odor in some areas like sour milk or mildew. We stayed here for our 15th wedding anniversary and expected more for our money. But breakfast was good although not a lot of options again not typical for a Hilton. I don't think I'd stay here again

    Shuttle took us to the mall, we appreciated that. There was a youth soccer tournament locally that weekend and the kids staying there were running around in the halls yelling up until midnight, we did not appreciate that.

    The Hampton Inn/Tukwila was the perfect location for the front-end of our trip to the PNW. It was convenient to the Southcenter Mall area, with a good selection of restaurants and stores, plus its convenient to the SeaTac airport! It was also convenient to I-5 and 405 which allowed us to get into Seattle easily to see the many sites we had on our list. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable hotel.

    When we checked in I had no idea that they provided maid service every other day. We checked in on Sunday and finally had our first maid service on Wednesday. The maid knocked on our door on Tuesday. I informed her that we will be able to let her in in 5-10 minutes because we were dressing. We assumed that once we left they would go in to service the room.When we returned we found a plastic bag outside our door with towels, tissue, etc. so our room had not been serviced on that Tuesday

    My husband and I stayed here before catching a flight back home. It was close to the airport. The bed was comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast.

    I was surprised and disappointed that I had to pay for parking. According to the website, it said "Free Parking". We were arriving at the hotel around 11pm, and checking out the next day, so that's what attracted me to go to this hotel. Why would I want to pay for parking if I'm staying there for only 12 hours?!? I did talk with the manager in the morning and explained to her that the website site said "Free Parking" when i did my reservations. She said well we just started this program, that parking is now being charged. I told her, that false advertisement, to have your website say "Free Parking" and when checking into the hotel, being told you need to pay for parking to received your parking pass. She asked if i paid for the parking pass? I said YES, cause the gal said, we need to pay for our parking inorder to get a parking pass. The Manager said, if you already paid, I am unable to reimburse you for the parking since it's third party. I was confused!?! So I asked her, are you saying that the Hampton Inn does not own the parking lot? but owns the building??? What am I missing??? All she did was give me her card and said I need to talk with the third party that I paid parking too... This was not the way to start off a well needed vacation to be "nickeled and dimed" on parking - that should have been FREE, according to the website.

    My wife and I used this hotel for our pre and post cruise travel accommodations and it went well both times. The staff was very accommodating for our early check in and early check out. The drivers for our shuttles were also amazing. I will definitely be coming back if we need accommodations for our cruises out of Seattle.

    Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was an exercise room and fresh coffee before 6am when breakfast was served. Check in was easy. I forgot to tell the front desk we had a lotion dispenser in the shower instead of hair conditioner. And not enough towels.

    Stay was ok. We stayed because it was close to the airport. We needed to get to the airport early and shuttle service was offered starting at 4 am. Nobody was running at 4:10 am so had to take a uber to the airport. Very disappointing to stay because of shuttle service but wasn’t on time

    The property was clean. The bedding smelled and felt crispy clean. The staff was very professional. I have stayed in many hotels in my lifetime. The Hampton was the best experience I have ever had with a hotel. I was very pleased. I do plan to visit them again, soon.
