Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Staff was great when checking in and I will stay every time. My grandson comes into town. He loves swimming and their pool was wonderful.

Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise.

We arrived before our rooms were ready and they allowed us to store our luggage until the room was ready. They also had a free shuttle to take us to the mall and then did 3 different pickup times, along with the shuttle from the airport. This is definitely appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Seattle. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge selections. Oh, they also have a small amusement park with go-karts, water bumper boats, and a few other items. They also give out coupons for admission.

Well maintained property and very clean. I was able to get my evening walk in by walking around the property parking lot. They have it well landscaped and I felt safe. Had outside eating gazebos. I didn't have breakfast but walked through it to check it out - it was pretty extensive. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth. Room was larger than expected. Part of our group drove and the other part flew. The shuttle was super convenient. We have tried other places with a shuttle in and out of SEATAC. For those of driving, very easy to get to the interstate. This is now THE location when we need the airport shuttle.

The front desk staff on check in and check out were incredibly helpful and friendly. The shuttle was clean and very useful to get to the hotel from the airport. Despite the traffic, our shuttle driver was friendly and did her best to make the trip quick. We were lucky to be placed into an updated and renovated room which was lovely! The bed and sheet were comfortable. I hope the lobby and breakfast areas get renovated, as they are a bit dated looking. The outside of the property was well maintained. That made it easy to forget the hotel is near a very busy road. We loved the location specially because it had multiple bus stations that took us to downtown and back to the airport. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, but fueled us for the day.

Convenient location by the airport and free parking for the guests was a plus!

The property is a little dated and feels a little weird. The bed really is hard so be prepared for that. Bathroom was clean but water pressure a bit iffy on 4th floor. Check was easy and staff were friendly.

traveled with my husband and kids and the pool and hot tub were great! the breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly and very helpful! We felt safe and cared for during our stay!

The room was perfect for the five of us. The staff went over and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, including holding our luggage when we arrived super early after our cruise disembarked. The pool was a great temperature and the hot tub was perfect after a long journey. When we stayed, the hotel was undergoing some renovations so the building was a smidge disheveled but given the staff we encountered I don't believe that it will remain that way long.

The stay at this hotel was quite comfortable, the rooms are clean and comfortable, but the blankets on the beds were all in yellow stains, as were the bedspreads. As for the breakfast, I can say that everything was quite tasty, even my toddler appreciated it well. The staff is very polite and ready to help with any question. There were no problems with parking. The pool: it was warm, but the strong smell of chlorine did not allow you to relax there, and it itself is outdated and worn out. I think the website should update the old photos of the pool and post the real ones. But overall, there are more pluses than negative emotions.

Our room was wonderful. Breakfast was not that good. It was odd honestly and not very appeasing. Boiled eggs, peeled and sitting in water, mixed vegetables, peas, carrots, green beans, and corn, potatoes that looked more boiled then fried, again sitting in shallow water, sausage that agin was sitting in water.

Went to the pool at 9pm hoping it would be quieter and we could enjoy the pool but there were kids still there with piercing screams so loud we had to leave, didn’t even get in. I know it is geared towards kids and family but would be nice if there was a little time for adults or if the parents would monitor their kids. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly. The pool was nice because it had the bigger shallow end for our little kids. But it was cold in the room where the pool was all together which also made the pool temp feel a little chilly. Breakfast was pack so we didn’t get a chance to eat. As most of it was picked through.

The kitchen is perfect, 1 of the main reason I return, as of I am supposed to work out there for 2 years, and been at this place Monday thur Friday so far 6 weeks now and they always give me the same room I ask for (101) if possible

We had a ton of ants in our room when we woke up, staff was really nice but never offered us anything to make up for it. Spent 30 mins getting ants off all of our belongings it was a terrible experience, room was average condition.

We booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled. They immediately messaged me after booking to tell me how to get ahold of the shuttle service. The staff were very very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. They made a bad experience much better!! Would 10/10 recommend.

The building is under renovation in the hallways but our room was nice and as expected. The pool is why we went and our kids had a great time! The hot tub and pool were in need of maintenance and they do not have towels in the pool area on the weekend, you have to go to the desk to request them. The breakfast was great!

The room was very nice and clean. But when you go in to the lobby it looks messy and unorganized so it makes you think the room is going to be messy too. The just have too much decorations at the lobby and no longer looks fancy and organized.

The hotel is being updated therefore the photos on Expedia and the hotel website are outdated. Then rooms were more warm and inviting but the new updates are cleaner and simplier. No carpet, no wall pictures so there is an echo in the room.

It was fine for a quick overnight hotel but there was a lot of noise from the road and the heater/AC was finicky. It kept switching to cool. Pool was nice but we didn’t get to enjoy it, it was packed with people even at 9:00 pm on a Monday. They might consider adults only after a certain time at night like other hotels do.

This place was just okay. Nothing special. Staff wasn’t friendly. Just there to do their job and leave. And I get it. But won’t be back. The breakfast wasn't much to it. It’s over at 10am so if you’re still in there make sure you leave right at 10 or you’ll experience the cleaning ladies slamming dishes and slamming the doors close. I was eating and a lady went to make her coffee and the cleaning ladies start slamming things around her trying to get her to hurry up. Just say hey we’re close instead of being rude to a customer about it.

Our suite was on the end of the building near the activity center. The 2 adults who slept in the side bedroom couldn't sleep well because of noise coming from the amusement park. The park wasn't open all night, but the noise kept them awake before their early morning departure to Japan.

Room was perfectly clean and renovated with new appliances and sofa. Lobby was bright and decorated for Christmas time. Fresh coffee and ice chilled water with fresh slices of lemon were avaliable for free in the lobby. Pool was fine with warm hot tub. Breakfast was mix of hot and cold items like egg, Sausage, boiled vegetables, cheese, mini muffins, waffle maker, coffee, juices dispenser, cereals and etc. Free parking was a great saving. Area looks safe and quiet.

The bed was comfy in the room, but the room itself was pretty plain and felt empty due to lack of decor or wall art. I would stay here again because the cost for the value was good, but it was mediocre overall.

The staff were great. I wish I had known remodeling was happened- our hallway was all torn up. You could hear everything from the hallway, and the rooms next door/above. Also there was food in the fridge and a dirty (crumbs in it) wine glass… it made it feel very unclean.

Our floor was being remodeled, and there was a strong paint smell in the hallway. Just a wrong time, I guess. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

We stay at this hotel twice a year when we fly to Mexico, normally everything is great. but this year the room heating did not work. We arrived after 12:30 AM. Just wanted to get some sleep before the drive 3 hours home. I told them in the morning and I believe they will fix the problem.

Family had a great time! Clean rooms, staff was very respectful, friendly, and went above and beyond to get what we needed or wanted. We love staying here all the time we come down from out of town. We will be back again soon.

The room was nice, bed comfortable. However, the hot tub wasnt hot (just warm), there was a lot of noise outside all night (traffic, sirens), and the breakfast buffet was terrible (the hot food was very bland, orange juice was watered down).

The hotel itself was clean and they anre working on updating the inside. The front desk staff were helpful and check-in was quick and easy. Unfortunately, on our way up to our room, the paint smell was extremely strong and gave me a headache right away. They were painting and the elevator was tore up. One of the main reasons we booked here was because of the free breakfast and the pool/hot tub area. those are important to us when traveling with kids. The breakfast was decent and the free parking was a plus, but the pool area had a terrible odor (definitely not chlorine) that made it hard to enjoy swimming. I didn’t even want to go in the pool and neither did the kids. It was so strong and gross smelling. We stayed two nights and overall it was just okay, but the strong smells in the room and pool really took away from the experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff were friendly, hotel lobby was clean. Rooms were decent, with good space and mostly clean. Found some old (I hope) stains on bedding. The pool area was clean and good space. Breakfast was dissapointing, very limited options as far as protein items, eggs, sausage, ham, potatoes, which were not cooked all the way, and veggies (first time I saw veggies as an option for breakfast and i don’t usually look for veggies for breakfast) plenty of options as far as breads, cereal, some yogurt, coffee and juice.

The pool had copious clumps of hair and a film of debris throughout the entire pool. Absolutely disgusting. The staff was nice and they had free coffee but those were the only positives.

Hotel was clean but there were renovations going on that weren’t cleaned up when not working on them and the bed were highly uncomfortable. Nice pool, water pressure in the showers, and breakfast.

We stayed here twice! The 1st time was amazing everyone was friendly and the room was amazing. When we came back a little over a week later, the room was awful! Look like it had carpet that had been there since it was built like 30 years prior! The staff at the breakfast space was rude and made us feel so uncomfortable! It's so back in forth because the 1st time was so amazing that we wished the 2nd time would be the same! BUT BOTH TIMES the man that came to get us from the airport and take us back was WONDERFUL! He needs to be paid top dollar because we loved him so much!

This was a great option for us. Close to airport. Room was spacious and clean and they had a pack and play available for us to use during our Stay.

Room was way too hot when I arrived. 78 degrees with the heat on. The only AC mode was auto cold and hot, so when decreasing it by any amount, the cold air would blow. There was no way to put in a setpoint and have the air stop blowing. It always seemed either too cold or too hot due to poor air-conditioning thermostat.

The room smelled funny. There was a train track directly behind the hotel. And trains passed all through the night. Hotel had ear plugs, but charged for them. Breakfast was weird. Some sort of mystery meat sausage that tasted like a sponge. And no real scrambled eggs. Nothing was seasoned. And coffee was not strong. Blood drops in the lobby upon arrival. Loud guests in the hallway.

Every staff member was super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us. Rooms were clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. But our absolute favorite thing was their pool and hot tub. Also being right next to the Bullwinkles is awesome for family’s too.

Richlyn and Mark (front desk) were so helpful and accommodating to our group. Richlyn was such a huge help with assisting with transportation to the pier with a large group. Upon our early arrival, Mark communicated everything about when rooms would be ready and worked with staff to get us in rooms. The courtesy shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was delicious I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a long or short stay.

The front desk was very friendly and kind. When we checked into our room it smelled really bad. I let the front desk know, I believe his name was Anthony. He did his absolute best to get us into a different room even though a flight was canceled and all of the remaining rooms were just given away. He was able to get us on the second floor in a renovated room. The renovated room was spacious and would’ve been perfect but unfortunately there were ants. I would much rather put up with ants than a bad smell though. Anthony felt so bad that he gave us some drinks from the front. He was very nice and patient and I did appreciate his service very much. We did wake up to ants in our bags but ultimately we got a refund for our second night that we were supposed to stay and went to another hotel. The breakfast was pretty good and the ladies working in the dining room were also very kind. It’s next to a family fun center which is good for families.

Comfort Suites first assigned me Room 140 on the first floor, which was terrible. The carpet was badly stained, one of the lights didn’t work, and the mattress was so bad I could feel the springs. It was completely unfair to give that room to anyone. After I complained, the staff later moved me to a room on the third floor, which was much better.

We have stayed at this property several times. This is the first time we have had a room that was sub par. Carpet was very stained and pieces missing next to the bed. The plug ins on the lamp did not work so I had to unplug the alarm in order to power my medical device. Staff was friendly as usual. Kudos to the breakfast staff! Breakfast was so good, thank you!! Our only complaint was the breakfast staff. There was one individual who was refilling everything & she wouldn’t move to let people grab plates, get food, etc. She didn’t even acknowledge people even though there was a line and people all around her. She did not seem thrilled to be there.

Great overall stay for Seattle and surrounding area. Has great family fun center next door. Incredible breakfast selection for free truly a huge huge plus. Pool great staff. Wish we had similar one locally.

Really easy 20 min walk to the very big mall that has everything, though the hotel shuttle will go there a couple of times a day. Took the hotel shuttle to the airport in the morning. Quick and easy.

Affordable, clean, friendly staff, family activities available, and transportation options. Everything we were looking for as we traveled for an event in Seattle. Highly recommended for families. The pool was a plus for us along with the filling continental breakfast to start off our days. Airport pick up and drop off worked wonderfully as well as travel to the link light rail station to get us downtown Seattle. Every staff interaction was pleasant which stood out as today’s customer service industry seems to be lackluster. Great job Comfort Suites!

My stay at the hotel overall was pleasant, the rooms were clean, the amenities were as described, and the location was very convenient. I felt comfortable and enjoyed the overall atmosphere, which made my trip easier and more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the common areas were well-maintained, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed me to truly relax after a long day of training . This hotel provided great value for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

This location is convenient to the needed highways and the Westfield Mall. During our stay there was some work being done to update a few rooms and the elevator was giving problems, however nothing too bad and did not negatively affect our stay. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, professional, and helpful. Surprisingly, even with an outdoor entertainment facility and traffic near the property… we were unable to hear any of of from our room.

I don’t know where all the 10/10 reviews are from but I’m guessing they are paid for because this hotel is awful. I never complain but the room was filthy and decrepit. Things were falling apart. An elevator that hardly worked. The lobby looked like a grandmas house complete with dusty faux flowers in every corner. We were supposed to stay two nights but left after the first and we only stayed because it was so late but I definitely triple checked for bugs in the bed. The pics that are posted are NOT what you are booking. I will say the front desk staff and kitchen staff were wonderful people. And yes I realize comfort inn is a budget hotel BUT I had to switch dates last minute and this looked good in photos and could accommodate my family…and the reviews were good. Beware.

Kids friendly pool , lots of option for breakfast, hotel staff in the reception is so friendly, it’s an air conditioning room. They are renovating some rooms for better service.and changing furniture too.

Renovations in progress but we stayed in a room that was renovated and it was very spacious and comfortable.

I felt like maybe it had just been rented by the hour before I got there. Would not recommend even as a last resort.

The hotel was lovely, room comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was tasty. I was even put on a floor with 24/7 quiet hours which I’ve never seen before. The pool and hot tub were nice, but it would have been extra nice to have had some late night adult only pool hours.

The pool hot tub area were awesome. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Only issue at this time is I think they are renovating and room next to us is being used as “storage” and there is a lingering smell of paint even in our room. Aside from that, this is a great place to stay.

Dislike: LOUD renovation noise, even on 4th floor. Family center racetrack right out window- loud. Kids yelling, cars racing. Hotel is next to busy 4-way intersection, super loud. Can hear all road noise. Toilet quit flushing. Lights blinking (electrical?), breakfast was mediocre (sausage super dry, eggs fake), coffee was good at least. Hotel offers shampoo/conditioner in the tub but bodybsoap is in the next room near the sink- make sure you take soap!

The room across from us and all around we’re being renovated. Everything smelled of paint- there was plastic on the floors and we heard tools all day long

(2) they put us in wheelchair accessible room. Also fine but I feel like those should be used for people who may need them and kinda hard for me to help my child take a shower when the whole bathroom is the shower. (3) we woke up in the morning with the night stand next to our bed COVERED in ants with them on our pillows/bed, floor. (4) we went to go swimming and asked the front desk for towels (signs said on weekends you have to ask front desk) and she told us they were in the pool area. Went to the pool area and no towels. Went back to front desk and nicely said to a new desk clerk that the pool was out of towels and she got really snippy with me to read the signs that we have to pick them up at the front desk lol All and all it wasn’t horrible, the rooms a very basic. Nice that it’s in walking distance to the family fun center but for that price I think we’ll stay someplace else next time.

Good hotel. Needed one night just before flying with family. Only issues were that the carpet was pretty stained and there were obvious cosmetic things that needed to be fixed in room like hinges that were hanging off wall where a door was removed and a few other things like that. It was a good hotel that just needs some attention to detail.

Experience generally was good. Liked the location, in relation to airport, Westfield Mall, eateries, and "hub' for visits to farther areas. Room is spacious and in good shape. Liked refrigerator with freezer & microwave. Generally quiet (except for walking noise level from floor above). Suggestions for room include: (1) carpet was a bit "wet" or "damp" (we wore disposable slippers to accommodate); (2) lighting could be improved; (3) shower stall due to its low wall will result in water leakage over time (shower curtain blows outward easily). Overall - thank you; will strongly consider Comfort Suites on next visit to Seattle area!

Breakfast quality need improvement.

Beds too firm, the entire place needs a complete overhall, our room carpet was stained. The breakfast is eatible but watered down juice and not real eggs left something to be desired ended up going out for breakfast the 2nd day. The pool old and dingy looking, had to ask several times for towels and temp adjustment on hot tub that was a lukewarm non-bubbling bathtub. The pictures showing the place are probably 10 years old. Close to the mall and multible nicer restaurants. Not impressed.

I loved the fact that they picked you up at the airport and returned you to the airport with their shuttle. That made it very convenient.

The hotel was quite loud during our first night. The location is right off of a confusing highway intersection which I did not find convenient. But it is close to the Airport and the room large with decent amenities. I probably would not pick this hotel again in future.

No real restaurants nearby. The place needs a face lift. We had ants in our room but they did move us. The shuttle to the airport was great in the morning but coming from the airport to the hotel it was not convent at all. I would not stay here again.

Next to a family fun zone, for kid's. Breakfast was ok. Beats having to buy breakfast every morning. We were on the 2nd floor you could hear the people above.walking, dancing, talking, etc. A bit run down needs alot of upgrades.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were only staying one night and leaving early the next morning before breakfast but they offered to get us some items from the kitchen early. Rooms were being renovated but were very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable.

Check in staff was super nice but housekeeping nearly ran us over with their carts in the morning, busy chatting with each other and not paying attention to where they were going.

My stay was nice for the most part, they did not acknowledge my accessibility/preferences I noted during my reservation which asked to have a ground floor room. Check-in was not the greatest either. Staff aren’t very observant. There was a male staff member already checking someone in, then another staff member came out & just sat at the computer. After about 5mins the other staff member had to inform her that there were others that needed to be checked in. There was some confusion w/ my reservation so the person helping needed assistance from their co-worker which slowed the process quite a bit. After check in we were placed in a room on the 2nd floor right off the elevators which caused for a noisy stay. They were under renovations so there were couches everywhere

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and good reviews. Upon arriving, our rooms had ants infestation, a trail of them marching from A/C to the adjoining rooms along the trims of the wall. Some for crawling on the walls. This wasn't just 1-5 ants, it was a trail of them back to back. The hotel staff came to investigate and placed us to another room. The lightbulbs were missing by the nightstand, the TV was with bad reception. The hotel managment couldn't care less the next day, except say its summer time, there are ants everywhere! They need more training apparently. I wouldn't come back here, because they don't seem to care for their guests.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean. Pool was great for the kids. We love the breakfast buffet in the morning.

Decent hotel close to where we needed. Great free breakfast and a nice pool/gym. Our room was clean but the bathroom shower was not clean. Had an empty shampoo bottle and a weird jelly on the shower floor. We had to make a complaint and wait for a cleaner to come and fix the issue. They resolved the problem and the rest of the stay was good

We were fortunate that the shuttle bus was right there so we didn’t have to wait. The driver was nice. Room wasn’t ready but that’s ok we went to Space Needle & Pikes Fish Market. When we went back to hotel, room was ready. Nice big, clean room. Breakfast was good. All staff was nice.

It was a nice stay. The staff were nice and helpful. It was noisy and the walls had holes and scratches on it. Not a bad deal for the price.

Overall the hotel was fine but one of the employees kept smoking right outside the main door. Once next to the “no smoking within 25 feet” sign. It was disappointing to have my family walk in and out of a cloud of cigarette smoke.

From the time Comfort Suites Airport Tukwila picked us up our stay there was awesome. The staff was very friendly and caring. Our transport person was professional and courteous. If I ever return to Seattle, I will definitely stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for a great stay.

Near freeway, shopping, airport, but still secluded. Picked it for having airport shuttle. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. The breakfast buffet was decent/adequate, but what stood out was the staff was constantly attentive to refilling food items and keeping things clean. Front staff was nice in general. Would consider staying here again.
