We had no hot water for our stay. We had 2 persons in the room and only had 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. Sad but we were in a hurry to catch a plane
- 4/5
Under construction outside by the front entrance, and workers making noice and dust everywhere from it. I would stay there again, hopefully construction is over by next time

Nothing. Long story short we checked in June 5, 2026 and checked out June 7, 2026 and we had NO hot water any of the days. No manager on site kept saying water heater was fixed and never was. Then said it was something electrical. Called at 11:30pm on June 6 to see how much longer for hot water she said 10 min let it heat up. When we woke up guess what? YUP! NO HOT WATER! I have kids under 5 YO that needed to get bathed.
- 2/5
It was a good breakfast and price. Staff was friendly The second picture is what was represented and the other two are what we found there. I told the front desk about the dirty pool and of the dead animal in the pool but nothing was done. I called Wyndham and they said that the hotel manager would call within a week. Never happened.

The bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was stained. Carpet was dirty and sheets smelled. I always carry extra sheets and pillows. The pool couldn’t be used as it was being cleaned right at check in would take 3-4 hours to be able to use. They offered us to go to the hotel next door to use the pool wasn’t clean

No issues with my room on this stay. The Indian Twist Restaurant on site is excellent.

I was highly disappointed. This was falsely advertised. The building reaked of mold and mildew. The pool was disgusting. Hot tub inoperable. Toilet ran the entire time and even told front desk and maintenance never fixed it. Breakfast no good and got worse daily. Old TVs no way to watch what you want.

Hallways smelled like fertilizer. Bathroom door didn’t close. Shower curtain too short so water poured onto floor. Tv remote didn’t work. Ice machine broken, sign said go to front desk, but front desk person gone for 45 minutes. Found large insects like winged ants in the bed. Toilet made a high pitched screaming sound that lasted almost 2 minutes with each flush. Restaurant was really good. See above. Plus the reception desk was unable to give any information about locution ,parking or any other questions. When booking and at check in asked for ground floor as we are both disabled. Hotel was empty and we were given a room as far from the front desk, restaurant, pool etc as you can get. Access from the car was back door wi 2 very steep steps.

The location was OK The first room we were given the door was open and the room was not clean and the beds were not made so we had to go back and request a different room. We’re given a different room and the window was not clean. The shower handle broke. there was no hot water for both nights that we stayed there. There were ants in the breakfast area. The card keys did not work and we had to get them reset multiple times. There were no towels in the room. We sent two emails to the property manager and have yet to receive a response. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is hiding behind the Wyndham name. It smells old and moldy, sheets were stained and I was told by staff that they may be stained but they are clean. The water was not hot, I had to take cold showers. My throat hurt every night because I think the air from the air conditioner isn't clean , carpet stains and disclored walls in bathroom. The curtains had many stains as well.
- 2/5
We checked in on Friday evening, the front desk girls did not seem like they wanted to be there. One even said she was about to walk out, and the other said she was going to call in the next day. The lobby and elevator temp was hot, seemed like the AC was not working. The room was not bad, except the smoke detector was missing. The water coming out of the sink was cloudy, and there was no hot water from sink or shower. On our second night there, out side in the parking lot, there was a group of people hanging out at the back of their car, drinking playing loud music, and kids screaming and running around the parking lot. The only good thing about this place is the people working in the Indian restaurant, they were very nice and helpful. We are never staying at this place again, and would not recommend to anyone. The hotel off of Rita rd. is way better.
- 3/5
The room itself was average. Make sure you bring your own shampoo. The staff were very friendly. My room door would not close and they were able to move me into another room immediately. The pool is nice. The breakfast was average.
- 2/5
The room doors barely closed properly, which made it feel unsafe because someone could easily get in. The covers and towels looked washed but still had stains on them. The pool water was dirty, and the jacuzzi was not functional and was full of dirt inside. It would be nice if the hotel kept the property better maintained because the pictures online look very different from reality. In the end, I feel the price was too high for the condition of the hotel. I do not think I would stay there again.
- 2/5
There was no hot water when we checked in and still didn't have hot water when we checked out. Have your breakfast person check on the food when it busy, person was just sitting in the back I had to notify that food needed to be brought out.

The conditions: No hot water Room temperature approximately 100°F with no functional climate control Soiled, visibly dirty drapes Furniture so filthy that a single wipe with a cleaning cloth turned completely black Broken door jamb with the lock mechanism fully exposed — the room could be entered without a key That last point is not a minor maintenance issue. It is a security failure. Anyone could have walked into that room. I requested to cancel immediately. I was refused because I had prepaid. I was essentially told to stay in an unsecured, sweltering, filthy room or lose my money. At checkout the next morning, I personally witnessed at least 10 other guests at the front desk filing complaints about the same or similar conditions. This is not an isolated bad experience — this is how this property operates. I contacted Travelocity to escalate. Their resolution: a $50 coupon toward a future booking, for a room that cost $200 a night. I will not be making a future booking. Do not stay here. Do not book through a platform that lists properties like this and then hides behind prepayment policies when those properties fail basic habitability standards. 1 star — and that's only because zero isn't an option.

When I checked in the room, I saw a regular sized bath towel that was folded on the outside of the tub that was damp. I don't know what that was about but I did mention it when I chwxked out and the water flow me bc er got to a hot shower level but I was only there for 3 nights so I didn't want to bother with it I decided. Other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable so no other issues.

Good breakfast, hot tub broken, toilet paper cheap and to thin, hot water not hot enough. All in all a good place to stay.
- 3/5
The room looked like it was being redone. No pictures on walls, holes where they'd been, only one bath towel, etc. I was there one night and it served the purpose. Not sure I'd want to stay longer.
- 3/5
It was ok, front desk helpful and kind.
- 1/5
This is a chronic unsanitary condition for the entire hotel. Fortunately, I was able to shower at a friend’s house. Also, Trash in hallways. DANGER: Exposed electrical wiring at north east entrance. This was my go to place whenever I visited Tucson. Not anymore.
- 1/5
Hot tub had brown fetid water filling only about 6 inches of tub. Blackout curtains stained and don't block light. Red splatter stain on door to bathroom.
- 2/5
No hot water. Tv did not work. Breakfast unavailable. No radio. Room was not cleaned - I was here for 2 days.
- 4/5
Clean room, close to the airport, breakfast not bad. We will stay again next time through.
- 2/5
Breakfast tasted like plastic scrambled eggs. Our room's door would not lock and I had to remind them twice about fixing it. The staff was friendly and game me another room - that's the only reason for a 4 star on the staff helpfulness rating. The second room's toilet kept running the water non-stop.
- 5/5
Good food

Firstly, we booked a room for 3 persons (1king and a pull out couch, as advertised on the website) but upon arrival were advised that “none of their rooms had pull outs” so we had to pay extra for double beds, even though I clearly showed him my reservation that stated there was a pullout. Our room keys kept deactivating causing us to go to the front desk to reactivate them 4 times during our 2 day stay. The smell of mold and mildew is overwhelming on the first floor with numerous ceiling panels missing, leading to fiber glass being exposed. They keep side doors “propped open” with rocks, awesome for your safety…and lastly, but definitely not least…they have cockroaches. But don’t dare ask for a different room or a refund because you’ll just be met with “it’s not their problem”.
- 2/5
The only good which is why I gave any 1 or 2 stars was that the room was spacious & staff were polite. Everything else was not good - except for the lobby & fitness room which they prob keep up for the photos & forward appearances the whole place is dingy - in need of a refresh - paint, upholstery everything. The breakfast which they contracted with a neighboring restaurant was disappointing & not worth even offering. They can just drop the rates a couple of bucks & just do without or make more of an effort to upgrade it. Simple continental style would be an improvement, because the cooked food was not good at all. Also I’m not really sure but it looked as if some people are living there or maybe extended stay - again if that was in the title of the place like “Wyndham motel & extended stay” would go a long way to level the expectations of guests. Though thankfully we experienced no incidents security was compromised because the back exit door which should be locked & was nearest exit to our room, was propped open with a rock every day. I moved the rock one day & closed it & then someone put it back the next day. If Wyndham cares about this property they should send a consultant out to make improvements in management & marketing. I would not recommend or return to this place as is. There are other options in the area.

hot tub not working
- 5/5
The hotel had some renovations happening at the front entrance which upon arrival was not pretty but the hotel was nice. A restaurant and bar in the lobby. Breakfast was basic eggs, waffle, fruit, cereal, coffee and juices. Overall would stay here again
- 1/5
Basic amenities were unacceptable — the iron didn’t even work, which shows a clear lack of maintenance and attention to detail. Overall, this place feels neglected and far below any reasonable hotel standard. The only decent thing was the breakfast, and even that wasn’t enough to make up for the experience. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again.
- 1/5
I will not stay here again
- 5/5
Good hot buffet breakfast, great customer service it worthy for the price
- 5/5
Overall, great experience, the two highlights for us was the continental breakfast. It far surpassed our expectations and they put a lot of care into the food that they served. The second was the Indian restaurant on site. Hands-down, some of the best Indian food we’ve ever had and the staff was so caring and put so much love into the food.

Under construction, water issues, broken floor tikes throughout. TV wasnt working when i checked in took two days to get soneone up. Breakfast was lacking in choices and food was barely warm. Would not stay here again.

A serious bang for your buck. The hotel is adjacent to the Casino del Sol which offers several dining options in addition to gaming. There is also an excellent golf course and RV campground here. I stayed a few nights and wanted to stay longer but strangely they shut down for four days to observe the Easter holiday. I don’t know of any other property I’ve been to that did that. I was sick but had to pack up and move to a lesser hotel near the noisy Tucson Airport…
- 3/5
2nd room was about as far away as it could possibly be and I have a bad back etc. Arrived at 2nd room to find that it smelled like “an adult” and the room had not been cleaned or the bed made up. Stayed anyway as it was midnight and I hurt. Toilet handle broke and I had to manually flush it. Light bulb at the desk was bad too. Jacuzzi is broken. Even though it is one of the cheapest hotels by the airport, it is doubtful I will be staying there again anytime soon. Probably OK for one night. Indian Restaurant was phenomenal. One of the

If you are a tea drinker, you better bring your own. Room was clean, service was good…great shuttle service to airport
- 5/5
The airport shuttle was a little late.
- 1/5
My stay at the Wyndham Tucson Airport Hotel & Conference Center was extremely disappointing. The property is clearly not being maintained—there was mold in the bathroom, a broken toilet seat, and even the fire alarms had been removed from the room, which is a serious safety concern. The walls had bubbling paint, and the pool was filthy and unusable. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent and rooms were exceptionally clean.
- 4/5
This was a great basic no thrills stay. There was little to no interaction with staff after check-in. We did call for additional towels and they were never delivered. There were 4 of us in the room and 3 sets of towels for 4 nights. The pool was locked and card keys did not work. No hot tub. The hotel did have a safe feel to it despite being in a large city near an airport. It had high walls around the perimeter and limited access to enter the property. The breakfast was excellent. Laundry was available. Lots of parking available.
- 2/5
This property was VERY sloppy and outdated! The main, front entrance was blocked and under construction with no directional signage to guide guests who are first arriving. ... The check-in desk was disheveled with the framed hotel certificates ALL HANGING CROOKEDLY, woid doors faded and worn out, "new" flooring loose and creeking by the elevators, THE ROOM HAD an OLD MUSTY SMELL, the walls were PAPER THIN - able to hear next room guests sneeze as if right next to us, and yhe front desk staff dressed and behaved unprofessionally! NOT what I expected for a Wyndham Hotel! Felt more like a cheap, old-fashioned Motel 6!! Will never again stay at this hotel!!
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok, but coffee was cold. I like hot coffee.
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
Eggs were rubbery, the served tatter tots for breakfast instead of hash browns or breakfast potatoes, yogurt from fridge was not that cold. Was afraid to eat it. Orange juice ran out and not refilled. Had to ask attendant for it. Breafast both days was not good. No hot water, they had to lend me a room to shower while they fixed. Got back at night, prpblem was not fixed. They did move us to anorher room, but big inconvenience. The hallway smelled extremely musty, sidewalks outside had dried leaves and rocks all over. Looked like it had not been kept up with in a long time. Would never stay at rhe Wyndom again
- 2/5
Breakfast was horrible, I chose either yogurt or cornflakes andll cereal..the handicap room ahead had a leak and had a trip hazard on the carpet from the water damage.
- 2/5
This property is a confusing maze of hallways with absolutely no signage indicating where the lobby is. The key stopped working and to get to the desk it took forever. There is One elevator for all the wings. We wandered around with two other rooms'guests in the morning looking for the lobby. Our room had wallpaper that was warped and coming off the wall. The hallways smelled like cigarettes.

Bad. Bad. Bad. The des clerk was new and the manager just left her there to deal with it.
- 5/5
Breakfasts are delicious, rooms are clean and staff is amazing.
- 3/5
Hotel in desperate need of massive repairs. Extensive water damage to the 1st floor rooms smelled like mildew. Hot tub drained and pool was cracking and corroding. The staff was really nice and the restaurant is great though.
- 5/5
Clean hotel with a nice Indian resturant
- 5/5
Shuttle was great and very accommodating
- 2/5
Pass this by. Like sleeping on a thin pieces of paper. Woke up with the worse backache. Food tray was empty. Guest waking away because no food with children. Walk in lobby very beautiful. Nothing likes the others parts of hotel.
- 3/5
Bathroom was in poor condition. Bed was good. Breakfast mediocre. No decaf coffee or hot water.
- 4/5
the beds are super comfy, the breakfast was good! on the other side.. the room had a smell, not enough towels.
- 3/5
Could tell they are trying to upgrade but visible screws in BR room for 4 had 2 towels had to ask for more pool did not have towels available
- 1/5
Room was disgustingly. Roof was falling apart and smelt like mildew. Hot water wasn’t working and drains were plugged.. would not recommend.
- 1/5
Hotel under construction. Got to rooms and none of lights worked. Plugged them in and found no wall outlets were used for spark protection. One light was burnt out all together. Garbage for 3 days in the hall way - large clear bags with old food and dishes not nice to see. All the ice machines were closed down . Some exit doors were padlocked closed with chain. Shower curtain was torn across the top. The toilet seat was wrong size for the toilet - very funny but sad also . TV did not work. List goes on - only time I have ever given a hotel a bad review - I spend 30 plus days a year in hotels - Tucson is a great location for a getaway -
- 3/5
The rooms were decent, pretty clean. Refrigerator did not stay very cool which spoiled some of our food. Overall it was a decent hotel for a quick trip.
- 3/5
Hot tub out of service. Main light did not work. Smoke detector wires out. Bathroom door dirty. Was offered new room or to add smoke detector let them know no need only staying one night just make a note to not charge me for deposit. Very nice front desk lady. Thank you for your help did not have physical cards on me which seemed like an issue from front desk man but nice front desk lady sorted it out.
- 3/5
Checking was a little sloppy, front desk person and two others were conversing for a few minutes before acknowledging us. We had early dinner plans so we left room shortly after dropping luggage. When we returned I noticed a power adapter plugged into the vanity area with lots of beard trimmings in the sink. In the morning as we went to shower noticed, used razor, soap, shampoo in tub, both tubs were filthy. The towels appeared to either be folded by a 10 year old or previous occupant. Also, the portecochere was under renovation so that is what greets you. I took pictures of the disgusting room appearance and Carmen manager apologized and said she would make it right. I am getting a partial small refund for unacceptable room which may not have even been cleaned. I typically don’t complain or write reviews but this was totally unacceptable. I gave several good star ratings because the manager appeared genuinely concerned and apologetic.
- 3/5
The tv in my room didn’t work l. I was offered a different room but chose to stay as I was settled in, also the shower curtain was too short for the shower and water go onto the floor
- 4/5
Nice staff, good location close to the airport. Breakfast included and decent. You have to request for the room to be cleaned and towels to be changed, if not they won't do it. Not the nicest hotel in the world, but if you're ballin' on a budget like me, it's fine.
- 1/5
Worse stay possible, the tv didn’t work in one of the rooms and the a/c in another.
- 2/5
When I arrived I was lost as there are 3 Wyndham hotels on the same street. I came to this hotel and asked is this the Ramada? The lady said no..long story short I came back after 20 min of driving to find I was at the right hotel in the beginning..not good staff didn't know which company the hotel is with. Out door pool area is nice. Room is old tub had not been used but has water damage to look like it's been used. Toilet paper holder is old and barely any toilet paper. had a leak in the room next to us. The hallway had lumps in the ground from the water damage and I almost tripped. There is something in lbathroom electric socket and I'm scared to plug in anything. staff is nice but not too helpful. The breakfast buffet is not good, it's microwaved food.. definitely not a good buffet like advertised.
- 3/5
It’s clean and comfortable but the only thing I didn’t like was that we had no working tv
- 1/5
Did not go to pool
- 3/5
Clean room, but a little rundown; door stuck, light out, no TV remote. Pool area hadn't been cleaned; leaves in pool and around deck, hot tub empty. Staff was friendly and helpful, slept well, comfortable bed.
- 1/5
Worse stay ever, the tv didn’t work, the a/c didn’t work. The hotel is run down. I wouldn’t recommend.

Room wasn't clean. Bugs and flies. TV didn't work and when called the front desk, no one answered. I had to go all the way back to the front desk to get assistance which didn't solve the issue.

Old ass hotel
- 1/5
Filthy hotel with a lot of bed bugs. After staying here for the gem show we suffered excruciating pain from bed bugs we reflected that to the hotel they refused to compensate and they only offered to give us a room change. Very disappointed with the hospitality. Definitely will not recommend to anyone at nor what I return.
- 5/5
A clean room with comfortable mattresses. Amenities - Parking and Washer & Dryer. Having coin operated laundry machines vice card/app only was a great, a big plus and great traditional hotel amenity! The Hotel was in proximity to the National Parks and eateries,
- 1/5
Hot tub broken and gross water sitting in it and room was never tended to when asked. Breakfast was minimal, and shared condiments- butter, rather than individual
- 5/5
Thanks to Beto for the help when I looked myself out of my room. Overall actually quite comfortable for a guy by himself in town for work. Heard families enjoying the pool during the day. Location was not bad at all. Casino close by. Denny's, BK and airport all on the same road.
- 3/5
The photos are very misleading…this hotel is old and in poor condition. I took a late morning shower the 1st day and no hot water was available. The 2nd day it wasn’t much better with hot and cold water around 9:00 AM.
- 1/5
Our room was dirty, appeared to be smashed crackers on the floor. Drapes were falling off the rod making it impossible to close the drapes. NO hot water, they stated the burner went out the night before. Lamp next to the bed did not work. Emergency exit was chained closed.
- 1/5
This is an older hotel but even with it being older the cleanliness of the rooms was disgusting. The sheets in the bed smell horrible like they didn’t even use soap to wash them, our bathroom had blood stains on the tile, the rooms smelled horrible. The breakfast was mediocre at best and the food was cold, I even watched the lady who was refilling food put almost frozen potatoes in the pan that holds them. I specifically chose this brand of hotel and I am so disappointed. Never again!

Dirty.

Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean and as a solo traveler, I felt safe.

Room was ok property needs alot of attention windows screens from windows fell down they never cleaned it staff don't last long working there the place is getting sueed patio fell on top a car when they were going to check in the people who runs it don't care from another country
- 2/5
Didn't go was there for medical reasons
- 2/5
The lobby was the best part of the hotel. After that, it was downhill.. This place is in desperate need of an upgrade. The parking area was littered with cans and bottles, and there were no garbage cans in sight to facilitate regular usage at a hotel. I didn’t try any of the food. I was too scared. If I was there for anything other than just to sleep, I would’ve been highly disappointed. The bed was OK and the cable TV was fine but pretty low rate in my opinion even for an airport hotel.
- 3/5
It was okay
- 2/5
The room odor was like the smell of mildew. And the neighbor guest were loud all throughout the entire evening into the early a.m.
- 2/5
The hot tub was broke while we were there, it wasn’t that clean of a hotel, and it definitely had a musty/moldy smell in the hallways! 10/10 would not stay here again.
- 2/5
Do yourselves a favor. Do not stay here.
- 2/5
Beds were terrible and pillows felt like old stones. Sheets had stains blankets looked like they could use an upgrade... Mold was starting to grow in the shower behind the shower wall. Paint on the walls was startng to peel. I was tempted to grab the paint and pull back like I was opening a curtain. ( not just in tiny chips.. Water turned all the way hot frequently intermittently would go cold then hot...
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 1/5
The water was turned off upon arriving. The room was not what was pictured on the ad. The room was very stuffy and very hot due to the a/c being a very old unit.
- 2/5
There was not enough towels set up in our room, so had to call for them...twice. There was no hot water, maintenance had to come fix. The hotel smelled old and musty and the door to the bathroom was warped with water damage and the hotel room door was slanted, letting light and sound in. The continental breakfast was terrible.Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away and go to the Courtyard down the street. Much better!

Clean rooms & helpful staff
- 1/5
Where do I start? When we went to take a shower and moved the handle to hot, it was cold. It turned out the labels were backwards. Not too bad but then the restroom floor almost seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned. Weird yellowish brownish spots along with it being quite sticky. The lights in the room flicker for a couple minutes after turning them on, then finally settle. When we tried to use the phone to use their services, the phone did not work, making so that we had to go to the front desk everytime. The trash outside and surrounding the property was so overflown the whole 5 nights we were here, never changed or cleaned up. House keeping was also rude when we tried to approach for items. I will say, the front desk personnel were always nice and accommodating, as well as the gents who worked in the Indian restaurant. The biggest complaint of all was this large piece of metal sticking out from under the bed. I hit my leg on it while trying to make the bed, and it did break skin. We will not be staying here if we come back to Tucson.

Just needs a little updating but the staff was great!
- 1/5
The staff was very nice and the restaurant has good Indian food.

This hotel has bed bugs. At first I noticed a few spots on my hands but did not know what they were from. This morning I noticed 8-9 bite spots on my abdomen. After researching these are consistent with bed bugs. There was also black droppings on the sheets consistent with bed bugs. The toilet did not flush well. One day it clogged up. We were told maintenance would come and fix it. When we returned to the room 10 hours later, it still had not been fixed. The front desk staff could not reach maintenance, so handed us a plunger. The room smelled of mildew. There were very few towels. Breakfast was not as expected. One day there was gravy but no biscuits. Besides coffee, the only beverage was a water dispenser and orange juice dispenser. Usually the orange juice dispenser was empty. There was no fruit. Most of it I could deal with, but not the bed bugs.

Everything good

The staff was unprofessional. The rooms were dirty upon. Check-in and the amenities were broken. The staff was very difficult to communicate with. There is no manager on site nor can you reach him but one day of the week!!! This was a horrible experience.
- 5/5
The room was very clean , no smells, everything you need right there.
- 2/5
Curtain was missing. To block out the street/outside light the staff pulled the heavy curtain panels together with clips from clothes hanger. Couldn’t change room because none was available. Hotel was fully booked apparently. Note: our room was prepaid!
- 2/5
House keeping was not done. When landed we needed the shuttle. No one even answer the call. Day before we landed the hotel staff was told about our late arrival and made sure we would have ride from the airport to hotel. But no,we did not get the ride. staff was very nice though. Its just management should hire more people for service when they know it is busy time. Same with restaurant, wait for food was too long and we did not not get noticed by staff because only 3 people were serving like 20 people. not fair.
- 4/5
The room was clean, but the bathtub was dirty and one of the towels had a hole in it
- 2/5
if you like a heated pool that isnt heated, a hot tub that shows months of neglect, no constant hot water but 1 day out of 9 days then this is the place to stay!

The coffee pot did not work and the front desk person didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer to get us one that did. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the door. The light in the room entry way was out. The handicap accessible bathroom was NOT handicap friendly at all. The shower head holder was broken, no hand towel holder and zero counter space. It was a wall mounted sink. Very disappointed. Will never stay Wyndham again!

Very low lights in the room , breakfast having with few options , no fruits like banana , apple!!

The hotel lobby was in fair condition but the hotel rrom and hallways were in terrible condition. Our room had bugs, the paint was peeling, mold in the shower and the room had a musty moldy smell that was tried to cover up with chemical smell. It was very over priced considering the state of the room. When we expressed the condition to the front desk especially with the bug issue we were dimissed with sorry to hear that.

Had indicated a 6 pm check in time and room was not ready. told where the room was and routed us inside the hotel, which was a very long distance and should have been directed to drive around and park to access outside entrance door. Expedia showed breakfast include but was not told about it or the hours. got to room and only one set of towels, lamp bulb missing in one lamp, wires hanging from ceiling where a smoke detector should be. Walked all the way back upfront to desk, got additional towels and asked for a bulb for lamp. The desk said they would have maintenance put one in. maintenance never came. The Air Conditioning unit buttons were not working properly with no indicator light for AC and the Temp adjustment went from 70 degrees to 59 degrees with one push of the down arrow button. Plus the AC was very noisy. Got up early to take shower and ran the water for close to 10 min and never got hot water. I put the shower lever in both extreme locations to make sure I had it on hot water. we Decide to head to the airport to catch our flight way early because we wanted to feel more comfortable Also the trash can outside the door to the parking lot by our room was overflowing, smelled and appeared it had not been emptied in awhile. The room was fairly clean but it is so obvious the maintenance is not being done as I would believe a name brand hotel chain would do. I also was suprised that the hotel was not updated from when it was purchased from Best western.

Room was old and very outdated and smelled like mildew. Toilte didn't flush, so I had to take off the lid to fill with water and found excessive mold!

From the moment you walk in, the ENTIRE hotel—lobby, hallways, and room—smells absolutely foul. A nauseating mix of old food and wet dog that never goes away. It’s not subtle. It’s aggressive. Everything is stained. And I mean everything. Carpets, towels, bedding, shower curtain—if it was fabric, it had visible stains. The room felt dirty, not “a little dated,” but truly unsanitary. Breakfast? Barely edible. Powdered eggs that looked and tasted exactly how you’d imagine… if you’ve ever wondered what sadness tastes like, this is it. And then there’s the safety issue—which honestly shocked me. Every morning, the exterior doors were propped open with rocks. Not one door. Multiple doors. Anyone could walk right in off the street. The staff seemed completely unconcerned, which is alarming. I cannot understand how anyone is giving this place a 10/10. Either standards are nonexistent or expectations are rock-bottom. If you value cleanliness, safety, or your sense of smell—do not stay here. Spend the extra $20 and go literally anywhere else.
- 3/5
Few towels, food was gone at breakfast before 9am
- 1/5
The checkin man was rude not just with me but with many guests. Some complained about not getting a double bed when there were 4 persons in the reservation. One complained about no working heater after many hours of waiting. One young woman checked in and paid cash for her room and while I was still waiting by the counter to see if I could get helped she came back saying the room was not made and she did not wanted to stay. The man said you will get reimbursed by mail. She said she needed the money to go to another hotel. Nothing was given back to her. Up until today I do not know what happened and why my reservation was canceled before I got there. No explanation was given to me just “you don’t have a room here” I will never do business with Wyndham.

Courteous staff

Started staying here for an annual trip starting in 2016. I stopped coming a few years ago as the quality kept going down, I decided to try again under the new ownership. I was greatly disappointed to find that it had gone even further downhill since my last stay. Just general decline on the upkeep of the room from dirty stained carpet to running toilet and extremely loud hvac fan. Outlets had broken covers which may be a hazard to those with children. Staff was friendly but unable to address concerns. Won't be coming back.
- 1/5
The whole place was totally in safe and neglected we checked out shortly after arrival and asked for refund as did other guest people where entering our room without authorization. The doors did not lock the pool and spa were broken and paddle locked the hall way were filled with buckets and smelled of mold and bug spray the place was dirty not what we were told on line very disappointed.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was ok, hot tub was broken
- 2/5
The room rates more than double and no room service
- 5/5
Staff patient with a very weary traveler. Good Indian food at hotel.
- 4/5
Housekeeper was extra helpful and super nice

Clean, looked nice, decorated nice. I would stay there again if it could be confirmed no pets have ever stayed in my room. I saw other pets in the hotel and I am highly allergic to cats.

Wyndham Tucson Airport: $300+ for a moldy, smelly room with free roommates In town for soccer tourney. Dropped over $300 expecting a safe, clean stay near the fields. Instead, Night 1 greeted us with a door that refused to lock (great for family safety), a clogged tub, a room reeking of smoke and swamp, no ironing board, and a “breakfast” buffet so average the rude attendant was the highlight. Switched to a “suite” on Night 2—bigger mistake. It smelled like a humid basement, white mystery powder coated the sofa bed, zero shampoo/conditioner, towel shortage, walls literally melting from water damage, swollen doors that didn’t close, and the grand finale: water bugs and roaches everywhere (pictures available for the brave). Tried for a refund in the a.m. . . Attendant nowhere to be found, only a “be right back” sign. If you like weird smells, humidity, and uninvited insect guests, this is your spot. Otherwise, keep driving. 1/10—will never stay here again.
- 3/5
The room had not been cleaned well and had no kleenex. Room service had to be requested. It appeared that several small maintenance tasks had been neglected. Several times I noticed dirt on the tile floors of the lobby area that did not get cleaned up. The breakfast buffet area kept running out of plates and cups.
- 3/5
The staff is amazing. The building is old but the rooms are nice. Unfortunately my bathroom shower didn’t drain and the ac was not working great.
- 3/5
The sheets were stuck together and soiled. I had to change them myself. The medium curry in the restaurant was too hot for me. I couldn't eat it. The cheese bread was delicious!
- 1/5
Staff were unfriendly and rude. Did not want to give us a second key, and when they did it wasnt working. Would not check us in until exactly 3pm(we tried to check in at 2:30pm, and they made us wait in the lobby and helped other customers that came after us). No towels or bathroom linens. Hot tub was not working, and looks like its been broken for months. Staff made it horrible and unwelcoming. We will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Staff pleasant and helpful
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Great breakfast best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced
- 3/5
Hotel is definitely showing some age, with mildly damage furniture and a pretty old showerhead. Pool was nice (but unsurprisingly freezing cold in December). We were disappointed that the hot tub was very out of order though. Convenient shuttle to the airport in the early morning (430 am).
- 1/5
The pictures used on the website do not reflect the actual quality of the rooms. It was disgustingly dirty. The carpets looked like they've never been steam cleaned. The doors were dirty from what looked like something was spilled on them. The door to the entrance located in the area where our room was at was being held open by a rock because the door sensor was broken off. Not safe at all!!! Rooms were so worn down. AND WE HAD A COUPLE OF ROACHES COME VISIT US TOO!!! Overall worst experience. We WILL NOT be back!
- 2/5
Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
- 5/5
Cumplio con las expectativas, muy limpio, personal amable y segura rl area

ves in shower. It took 20 minutes before tub would drain while showering. The breakfast offered only eggs and toast with milk juice and coffee. No fruit, no waffles, no cold cereal.
- 1/5
We rented for a week and second day TGE smoke detector kept beeping like low battery. Told front desk never came to ck it . Nobody ever came in and brought us new towels or clean sheets . Since nobody came we sat our trash bag outside the door and when we came back in the front office guy asked us to not put it outside for housekeeping due to manager lives on site next door. So I guess we are supposed to throw out our own bags . The alarm situation we put a clear plastic to cover it so we could mute the consonant beep while we sleep. We extended our stay n left as we do wveryday
- 2/5
The room wss neglected and there's something else.
- 3/5
Plusses good breakgast spread, but only till 9, 10 would be nicer. Pleasant staff.

Hotel has only one elevator and it’s not in the middle of the hotel is on one side so if your room is all the way on the other side in the back you have to cross and is like a maze inside you get lost you can park behind and get closer to your room but you have take your heavy luggage thru the stairs. associates in the front aren’t the friendliest or helpful, our toilet was overflowing and I called the lobby and never answer we went down to the lobby and let them know about the situation and they just gave us a plunger for us to fix it’s unbelievable, room has a little of smell and they don’t do housekeeping unless you request it, so overall it was a bad experience there’s better hotels around and next to this one so I won’t stay here again.
- 3/5
The room was clean, but there was only one washcloth and two towels in the bathroom. We had to get more from the front desk. The kleenex box was empty and they ran out of creamer and coffee in the morning at the breakfast bar.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
No one at the front desk when I checked in. Waited for 14 minutes before another guest found some one who could help. All trash cans out side the building were overflowing wiht trash. Rooms were clean. Nice bed. Good breakfast in the morning. Did not eat at their in-house restaurant for dinner because they featured nothing but Indian food. Ice machines did not work.
- 4/5
Nice clean rooms. Great breakfast

The hotel was beautiful! The lobby has this little store with beverages and snacks and ibuprofen and Pepto bismal and healthcare items, lean cuisine frozen dinners and 3 kinds of ice cream sandwiches. The breakfast bar was good and had a wide variety of items that were being freshly refilled from 6 am to 9 am. The staff was very friendly and kind. Free coffee and tea in the lobby and coffee maker and supplies in the rooms. The shuttle from and to the airport was nice. The room was beautiful and so clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was wonderful and the shampoo and conditioner and lotion are really nice. There's an iron and ironing board in the room and a luggage stand. The only thing is the toilet is very low so if you are tall like me and have issues like I do of getting up from low stuff then just beware. I'm thinking the handicap rooms would be better for those of us who have issues. I didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but they were nice. Very wonderful hotel. I enjoyed my stay!
- 1/5
There were cockroaches coming out of the AC and mold in the bathroom. We arrived late and there was no one at the desk; we had to wait about 10 minutes.
- 1/5
two broken beds, used condoms and crack pipes in the parking lot, moldy bathrooms, uneaten McDonald's food behind the nightstand, broken shower handles, the jacuzzi water was black, and a run-down feel to this place. If you would like pictures, please reachout I have pictures.
- 3/5
that combined with the free breakfast was why I stayed there. Other reviews have mentioned the items that I realized myself, ie; Ice machines not working, hot tub not working, door keys not working on outer doors to allow you to park closer to your room, overflowing garbage...I also wonder the value of having the only restaurant in the building ( AND nearby) being Indian food only. Not only did I not dine there, I never saw another patron inside. I will say, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked, the shower worked, and that was actually all I needed. I really did miss sitting in the hot tub, though.
- 4/5
Was a lovely placd to stay, i was bummed that the pool wasnt operational during my stay, but peaceful and convenient environment overall
- 2/5
The desk attendant was friendly and tried to accommodate us, but the property is pitiful. The elevator was broken, and the only available room on the first floor was at the back of the property. Getting to the room took us through dirty hallways with broken doors, doors that were chained close, and had broken tiles. We canceled and stayed elsewhere.
- 2/5
The WiFi is horrible! I had to login over and over, at least 60 times. The inside of the hotel smells musty. No one was at the front desk for at least 10 minutes for both check in and check out. The deadbolt on my room didn’t work. I had to fix the toilet. The restaurant closed early unexpectedly, with few options nearby. Will not stay here again.
- 3/5
The elevator was not in service. I was booked on second floor rear, a long way to carry luggage without wheels.
- 3/5
No house cleaning, toilet not working properly and bed was worn and would sink in. I've stayed here numerous and this time it was all bad. Very disappointed
- 4/5
This was a great hotel to stay for one night. However, the food for breakfast was not the greatest and there wasn't very much available.
- 1/5
Aside from our room having a dead roach in the bathroom… We never received a remote control after asking for it twice… Once we got one after asking the third time it was broken
- 4/5
Beto really helped me out by locating my packages that were delivered to a different hotel down the street. He solved the problem quickly enough for me to get them in time for me to proceed with the next part of my trip. Thanks!
- 1/5
Their elevator did not work. Room was very hot. No lamps or refrigerator plugged in . Also charged a whole night on the card I gave them for incidentals. Still have not received my refund. I knew something was up when I did not have to sign anything upon checking in .
- 2/5
This place is not what it looks like in pictures. Its run down, dirty and staff are not motivated to work there for sure. Never saw a cleaning lady. They leave the cleaning cart for you to pick up what you might need for your room. Walls and ceilings were tearing apart, bathrooms have molds, and door keys expire each day which means you have to get the front desk to program it everyday to open your room. Don't come here unless you're desperate.
- 5/5
Everything was good would recommend to other people
- 5/5
The breakfast was good, but I miss the beagles
- 1/5
The check in was long, couldn't find our res. We had to prove our res via our hotels.com app. No elevator, room on 2nd floor. Door missing to downstairs hallway. Indian food restaurant smelled sour, and restaurant was not inviting. Staff not friendly. Pool locked. Hot tub water was green. Room was outdated. A few towels. Sheets for sofa bed worn and dingy. A mouse showed up on the end table, next to sofa bed, he was as scared as us when we yelled in alarm. He was the only thing cute about the room. Property was dingy. Hallways were dark. No ice machines. Front desk never answered phone. Check out involved a question on our bill that should have been zero, they promised to fix it. This property sucked!!!!! No nice way to put it. It was horrible.
- 1/5
It was horrible service then they never cleaned my room … and so when I asked for towels they never brought them up until I called again … i have a disability and there’s no elevators so I asked if I could move to a first floor they said no because the handicap one was taken I understood that but couldn’t give me another room the door the safety was broken and the hotel was hot
- 3/5
In all, while certainly comfortable, the room could use some maintenance.
- 5/5
It’s a pleasure to stay here before and/or after I take a flight. Everyone is very nice. The area is secure, which is a major plus in my book!
- 5/5
For the most part it was alright. We asked for suttle ride to the airport,we even checked on it the night before, but when we got to l the lobby in the morning they said they had not record of it. They did make it right and got us to the airport in time.
- 2/5
The girls at hotel when IK called about pool says they adding chemicia too pool and hot tub we get there it was sad HotTub hasn't been clean in months it didn't work lots trash in in it ,, girl at Desk laugh as customers complain about it ,,Didnt care at all ..then says its Manger Fault will not be staying here again .. Roaches in bath tub, no shampoo or conditioner in restroom . Ac berly working there was also a large gap between door and door frame .
- 3/5
The bathroom had roaches. I had to switch rooms and the other room had roaches as well.
- 5/5
Staff is very unhelpful, they are just there to make money not for customer service. Will never stay here again. We traveled with our young kids and they wanted to go swimming and we couldn’t as the pool was green and the management told us oh no it’s ok to use it.
- 5/5
It is a great location. It is a big hotel, you can see that it used to be an active place for conventions but the up keep was left behind at some point, so now Wyndham has taken over and trying to revive it. I hope they keep going with the updates and improvements as it is a great location!
- 5/5
Awesome suites
- 5/5
I liked the cleanliness of the room and lobby. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again in the future.
- 3/5
its close to the airport, clean, decent breakfast

Room was close to the side doors in which people went outside to smoke which made the room smell like smoke. Found 4 bugs in the bed that I believe were bed bugs.
- 3/5
The staff here were great, shuttle service and even allowed early check in. But the amenities were lacking, the ice machines were down, hot tub is advertised but it was totally unkempt and moldy/green. Price was affordable so can’t complain much, free breakfast waffles at the Indian restaurant was great as well

The room was very nice and affordable. The only thing was the halway and our room were hot. It took a really long time to cool down.
- 3/5
The hot tub was out of service the area around the pool needed maintenance. There was no shade and the umbrellas that were there were broken. The public bathroom in the lobby was out of soap and hand towels the entire weekend. The beds and the bathroom were clean, but there appeared to be dried blood on the walls.

This place service is horrible starting with the front desk of the two guys that I spoke with Angelo and Beto. They never listen to the customer. They argued and had the most horrible attitudes. My room was paid upfront waited over two hours to check in and my room was never ready, I paid for poolside king suite and they told me they would put me in a double bed room towards the back, a young lady, by the name of Evelina clocked in and she could see the horrible attitude Angelo had they need to get better staff here I was never checked in and I’ve yet to get reimbursement for my room that I paid for that I was never accommodated with

Pool was green, Hot Tub was down. Only 1 ice machine if you're not near it, it's a walk. Weak grounds keeper, Weak Pool and Hot Tub Guy. Front Desk Staff 10 stars. 10 stars for the very nice Lady that prepares the breakfast foods. Room Mades 10 stars. Needs new maintenance team.

Specifically came for the pool hot tub and breakfast. Pool green and couldn't swim. Hot tub broken. Breakfast ok. Indian restaurant exceptional! Front desk person exceptional.
- 4/5
Pool nonfunctional.
- 2/5
The hotel itself looked out of date, the toilet was dirty and broken in my first room. Also the refrigerator was not on and the room was extremely hot.
- 3/5
Very tired hotel. Would not stay again
- 1/5
This place was horrible. It was infested with bugs and I found a rotten apple in my room underneath the air conditioning vent which I’m pretty sure was what was causing the bugs and if you don’t like spicy for breakfast then the breakfast they offer will not work for you. I will absolutely never stay in this establishment again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was ok not bad. The rooms on the other hand were not all that great. My room had trash behind the night stands, they had the largest roaches i had ever seen. Restroom wasn't cool, had to tell them that the floor was dirty under the sink
- 2/5
This is an old Ramada Inn that was rebranded but Not remodeled. The hallways smell like pee and there was a cockroach in the breakfast area.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The property misrepresented the handicap room that reserved as it didn’t have a hand held shower and the handicap individual didn’t have a way to move the shower head if they were in a wheelchair.
- 2/5
Won't be back !
- 5/5
Staff was very kind. For an Airport hotel, rooms were sound proof therefore i got some much needed rest. My room was clean however the furniture needs upgrade. I will come back and stay here again.
- 3/5
It was okay. Breakfast was non eventful. Room was comfortable
- 2/5
To start, I had pre registered online to speed check in. Girl made me do it again. We got to our room and first thing it smelled like mold coming from A/C uni. Then we noticed mold in bathroom and toilet seat had missing screw. Then to finish off in the morning there was a mass water leak! Ceiling panels falling off and then TV was not working. Would not recommend it.

We enjoy a one night stay, the staff very friendly and helpful, over all nice place.
- 3/5
Extremely basic property Clean Inexpensive
- 4/5
Lighting in the restroom was very low
- 2/5
The pool had clearly not been cleaned in days and interest in cleaning it when requested was not there. The hot tub was a thick dirty jelly like consistency and the only thing said when asked about it was "Oh yea we have problems with it". No interest or concern or willingness to get someone to clean the area.
- 2/5
The area was lovely and clean, however we had to ask three time for added washclothes. There was only one and there was two of us. Did not respond timely. The breakfast was just okay.
- 5/5
This was a one night stay to catch an early flight out of Tucson the next morning. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and quiet. This is also very close to economy parking foe the aurport. I feel well-rested after catching an early (0525) flight to Chicago.
- 1/5
This property was terrible. The power cord for the handicap lift at the pool was in the water in the pool. The deck chairs were dirty and stained. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was terrible. The staff was rude. I could go on and on. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 2/5
This property needs an overhaul and that’s an understatement!! The door to my room didn’t look very safe as it was previously prob kicked in! Yes the door frame was broken and crooked they really need to fix that! Window coverings had holes in them. Looks sketchy when pulling in.
- 5/5
An older hotel still worth and fun to stay at!
- 2/5
First let's make record straight, we stayed from 5/15 and checked out on 5/18/2025. The night clerk was very snarky when we checked in. Rooms; over all, comfortable, book a suite, or it will be very small. Walls are thin and kids start screaming at 6:30 in the morning. You get a tiny coffee maker and a tiny refrige, Bathrooms; the toilet seat is only 14 in off the floor,(I measured), also very narrow. Tub is even shorter and was slippery after turning on water, the soap and shampoo's are super tiny, so bring your own. Amenities; There were no snacks on property as all the machines were broken and out for repair, I found 1 drink machine with 6 choices, one being water. 1 ice machine in hallway. So bring your own food. Pool, was full of bugs and in need of repair, the hot tub was in the same condition. Didn't even have enough water in it for the jets to even work. Security; All camera's that I saw were pointed straight down, so they were useless. Our second day, Lady had her purse stolen while she was smoking outside, car keys, cards, all gone. The thief came out of our hotel, which you must have an active room key to even enter any of the doors. We checked out the next morning. Bad neighbor hood!! 1 restaurant on property serves Indian food only after 9:00 a.m. breakfast was free from 6-9a.m. no food to be taken out of dinning area posted. so eat there or do without. Just a bad weekend trip all the way around.
- 1/5
I have bites all over my neck. Hot tub not hot. Pool was so dirty you could not swim. The handicap chair lift has wires exposed to water. I will be disputing my stay

Directions to rooms was poor. Not enough room number signs.

It was an older hotel and it definitely showed its age. You get what you pay for from it but it is near great locations. The breakfast was sad but its something.

We stayed the night to catch an early flight. The front desk young ladies were very friendly. It’s nice to be greeted with a smile. No noise = great sleep. Win Win!

Employee had no idea what they were doing when checking in. We asked her where things were in the hotel and se said we would just have to walk around and look for the ice machine ect... there was no ice machine. Breakfast was out of everything, and no one was stocking items. Room was dirty, there was only one towel. Shower surround was moldy on top. Definitely would not stay there again.

Everything was clean, nice hospitality, good food, good service, everything great! Including the hot tub I took😂 but! The noise was a bit too much, airplanes are consistently heard across the hotel, but that’s to be expected cause of the airport~ over all I had a 9 hour drive so I was good😌

Asked before making reservation if hottub was working. They said yes. When I went to use it the 13th, not only was the water way below what the tempature was supposed to be. Lukewarm and there was a good 4-5 inches of foam in the whole tub. Was very disappointed because they said it was as it should be. Was very tempted to go back down and take pictures and send to the health department or to whomever. This is the second time I've stayed there and things have not been as they should.

A gal walked up to the front desk and disappeared. Then after 3-5 minutes came out of a door and said I will be with you shortly. Then left again. Checkin poor ! check out NOONE came we rang the bell to check out and nothing. We finally left the key to the room An hour later we get an email stating DID YOU CHECK OUT? The toilet seat was broken. The shower handle was loose and came off in my husbands hand. The carpet was fraided. The towels were only two and they were old and worn out. The bed was the most uncomfortable one I have been in in years. I spring came poking out when I turned to my side. Hitting my hip. Now if I were a Karen I would demand a full refund plus medical expenses. But I am not I am just not recommending this place. And I selected this place as I stay there three year ago. And that stay was delightful.

Great quiet place with great breakfast. Also safe too. Keep them on your radar.

All the hotel staff are kind and respectful. The breakfast menu is very good. The lady who is attending there is attentive and friendly. My husband and I were both enjoying the time at this place. Thanks!

Room was very dusty as if it had not been used in a while. One 2x2 in. soap is all we get for face and bath and it sticks like glue to your body. Also, one ounce shampoo and one ounce conditioner for everyone. Elevator far away from entrance and offered one place to get ice only. It was clear across the building on the first floor. Breakfast ends at 9 am, of course. Area did not look safe at night.

It was good to be close to the airport

We have stayed at this property many times for over 20 years mainly because of the pool and courtyard areas which are still good. The room furnishings however are a little ‘tired’ and need updating. Beds were extremely comfortable and you cannot hear noise from adjoining rooms. Daily cleaning is not done unless specifically requested which seems

Didn’t refund on cancellation due to family death. Unacceptable

Housekeeping is lax, needed maintainance is lacking. Staff argue in front of guests.

Very short staffed.

We loved the outdoor hot tub! The staff were friendly and helpful plus it was so close to the airport. Win win!!

At about 930ish the Fire alarm went off for approximately 30 minutes. Firemen arrived, no fire. At 540am it sounded like there was someone using a jackhammer in the hallway. It stopped and then started up again 2 more times.

So far so good. Let you know after i check out tomorrow

its fine, maybe some upkeep

Nothing unique. They appeared not to care how the outside looked or care about maintaining the state of the rooms.

Added on top of that the 3 giant roaches I killed in one night. I packed up and left at 3am cause this place is horrible and a waste of money.

The location is close to a lot of restaurants that have good food. It's also close to several places I visited. My only complaints are that the windows could use blackout drapes, and that the hotel needs some updating, especially to the gym. The weight bench was worn and partially broken, and the free weights only go up to 30 pounds. Otherwise it's clean and comfortable

Breakfast was good. The night staff was bad. I requested the room be "serviced" in the morning and when we returned late at night it had NOT been serviced and as tired as I was, the night staff made me wait a half hour to get towels while she checked in multiple new customers. Unacceptable. You can't call someone? No one else on property? BS! Will never stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast selection was nice. I an overall good stay.

Room was great. Staff was wonderful. Would recommend and book again in the future!

This hotel is a very old school, the bathroom light was a turn dial. I requested extra towels and was only given 2 towels no extra hand towels or wash cloth.
