The rooms and property we nice and clean. The bed was quite comfortable and nicely made. Need better cable provider as it would pixalate often. For under 100.00 a night much, much better than most for sure. Quiet also. Would use again.⁶

Quiet There was a clerk who was extremely rude because the towels I Had to take to the front to get ex changed because I have not had a maid in 5 days. Saying my towels were to dirty (which they were not dirty or stained at all) and if I wanted new I had to pay another deposit.

Couldnt get connected to wifi. No one cared enough to fix it. Didnt feel like they cared. Basically paid for a bed and it wasnt even comfortable.

We visited a beautiful national park, botanical garden, Tombstone, the Reid Park zoo and more. We had a beautiful time. I would recommend the Travelodge on West Ina

Run away from this place as fast as you can. I gave deposit cash for check in. No problem the night that we stayed there. My husband and I had dinner and I accidentally spilled soy sauce on the sheets well at the time of checkout before clerk, the clerk said before giving you your deposit back I got to check the room. She asked about the stains and I told her that yeah I had spilled some and she said for that reason she cannot give me the hundred dollars back and I asked if there is a manager that I could speak with and she said she’s not in there till 9 am. I asked her that the stain can come off she said that they won’t and that they would have to throw away. I asked her since she won’t give me the hundred dollars back if I could have the sheets she said that I would have to talk to Christine the manager so I had to do some shopping and laughed waited till nine so I could make a call once I called. I think Lexi picked up the phone, imitating Christine as a manager and she was very rude along with not wanting to deal with me. I wasn’t too far so I just drove back once I went in there. I talked to Lexi, letting her know that I wanted to talk to Christine the manager. She said she had left already. It wasn’t even 10 minutes from where I was from when I called. Lexi didn’t want to deal with me so she called the cops.

Holly, the night cleark was exceptional. She got slamed with a hole lot of check inns. With some of them not speaking english. Handeled the situation extremely professionally. It was a magnificent to behold. Holly handeled the situation magically.

There is a Denny’s restaurant steps from the hotel and they offer a discount when you stay at Travelodge.

Management was rude and unaccommodated. I asked for an ADA room call the hotel prior to arrival hours before arrival. Assuredly have a downstairs room got there had no downstairs rooms had to climb stairs, which is hard. Will never stay with you again.

The $100 is way too much for one next day for a cheap motel at this and it takes forever to get that deposit back. The time before this time that I stayed I left $100 deposit and I got the runaround for 2 days and then whenever I called again they said they had no record of me staying there and then my money was gone

People at the registration desk were FRIENDLY! And very helpful. Breakfast would have been nice but there was lots of hot coffee and ice available. The room was also huge, which was nice.

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable the TV worked, the A/C worked and there was more hot water and good water pressure than I have ever experienced at a hotel before. The rates are decent and you’re relatively close to places to eat and shop. If you like Denny’s there is one about 300 feet away.

We will stay here again on this travel Lodge Tucson on our next drive from and to Texas to San Diego.

The bedding was very thin and did not keep you very warm and comfortable. They could have used a little bit of extra comforters instead of what they had on the bed. They soap selection sucked it dryed out my hair and my skin and the mattress was too firm but it was a place to lay my head at night and a place to shower with the necessities needed for a shower then I can’t complain!

Eventhough, the motel was towards the outskirts, of Tucson. It was perfect for us. Close to freeway, Saguaro Nat Park and Old Tucson. The room was clean and the property was very quiet. They also provided coffee 24hrs.

Room was clean and spacious. TV, internet, refrigerator and microwave all functioned well. Bed was comfortable. A few small negatives: highway noise is inevitable throughout the facility, towels were cheap and uncomfortable, and the coffee machine in the lobby made lousy coffee.

I overpaid for the room. I said during Gem Show and this was not a well kept property.

Relatively quiet, well lit. Comfy bed, nice staff. Bathroom sink could use a deep clean but everything else while dated was clean.

Online check in was a breeze.Even being close to a major freeway it was Quiet .

This hotel is an older property and so therefore has lots of maintenance issues. Overall the room was nice and clean, the bedding and towels were very clean. Inside the room there was loose molding around the door that seem to indicate perhaps the door had been forced open at one point and then repaired. This hotel is also on a busy street so the noise was a bit much at time. I would recommend for a one night stay and would most likely come again when i need a quick stay in Tucson.

Stay was a little overpriced for what you got, no continual breakfast, no discount, even though I asked. They don’t have to advertise, however , if you mention sr citizen, or aarp, or veteran, should be some kind of discount. For almost $200 a night, got a bed, a shower, that’s it. Will never stay here again. Search around I suggest. There’s a restaurant right next door, could offer a discount on breakfast. I guess they’re so booked up, they don’t need the business

The staff were very helpful. The cleaning needs to be improved. The floors require mopping after each visitor leaves not just dusted. Stained sheets/towels need to be disposed and not put back in rooms.

Advertised as queen beds - our bed was a full size bed. Very small.

We had to wait about 30 minutes for hot water, then̈ water was hot for 5 minutes.

The room smelled very musty like it had been a smoker’s room. There was only one small trashcan by the door. There wasn’t a trashcan in the bathroom area. There was a total of three lamps in the bedroom area. Only one light worked. One lamp didn’t even have a lightbulb. There was hair on the floor behind the bathroom door. We didn’t have housekeeping come by as we spent most of our visit with family. The walls were paper thin and we could hear tvs and conversations with neighboring rooms. I will choose a different motel next time. The front service desk clerk was very nice and personable. Great customer service. We never brought the room issues to the attention of the manager as we were in and out so much and it would only be a couple of days. The bed, however, was comfortable, so not all was bad.

In the past, I have not had this problem at the Travelodge. I still plan to say there on future visits as the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The television, refrigerator and air conditioning all worked and there is never a shortage of hot water so it can be a comfortable place to stay and the price is very fair unless there is an event in Tucson, where upon all the hotels triple or quadruple their prices.

I did not get my room as they would not give it to me. They said that it was canceled even though I did not physically cancel it. I was only asking if I canceled could I get money back. They would not give me my money back nor would they give me my room

Horrible stay. Woke up in the middle of the night with a roach crawling on me. Turned the light on and there were several in the room. I couldn’t go back to sleep. You get what you pay for.

It was a comfortable stay here with an affordable price. I had room 202 with a king bed. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’d stay here again.

I liked the check in. Didn't like the area limited dining with in walking distance,but a quiet place to get good night sleep.

The staff was kind and helpful. Beds were a little hard for my liking, but it was mostly clean. A/C worked fantastically. Trash sat overflowing near the stairs, a car horn went off often every day of my stay (but not late night), and floor around stairs had something that looked like peanut butter. For the price paid, this place is a great value, and I would stay there again in the future.

Room appeared clean, but the safety latch on door didn't work. There was a new plug by bed with an outlet for charger, but neither worked. Sheets smelled very musty and mattress had a big indentation. The front desk girl was nice. Room had frig, coffee maker and microwave which I was glad. An info sheet regarding area, and a listing of TV channels would have been helpful.

Check in was easy, but the room was dirty. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom and the room was partially clean. When i went to the desk to tell the staff, she tried to accommodate me with another room agreeing that my room was dirty. The new room was only slightly cleaner.. I do not like to leave poor reviews, but the owner would do well to get involved in training.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The furniture was old and scratched and tile was lightly smudged with dirt. The front says the maid only cleans the rooms once every days forcing my to making my own bed and take out my own trash on a daily basis. I tried to leave the hotel after one night but Expedia refused to refund the remainder of my reservation. IT SUCKED!!!!!!

Air conditioner, heater and hair dryer did not work.

I requested a first floor roon due to knee issues. I booked a king sized bed. The website said there was breakfast included. I got a room on the second floor. My reservation was ammended without my knowledge, to a queen size. There was no breakfast.

In the pictures it looked more nice and clean, when I walked in one one of the lights in the bathroom sink area worked. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room. The floor was sticky and it looked like they tried to renovate but only had enough money to do the bathroom everything else was old and outdated. I also didn’t like there face that after paying for the room I didn’t know there was a $100 deposit that will return to me in a couple of days. It should have been in the description to know before hand that you need that money to get a room. Overall I didn’t like the room there was a dead bug by the window and things were sticky in the room. Like the floors and tables. Will not book through Expedia or go to travelodge

Everything was great except for one thing, the floor was flithy. Walked barefoot and my soles were black from the filth

The only issue i had was the bathroom. While taking a shower the drain seem to be plugged and late night there was nothing it can be done. So the water came into the room.

The clerk charged my card twice for the pre-authorization and for the 2 night stay. Unfortunately I was traveling for business and limited funds. They emptied my funds and took 2 days for them tovreturn it to my account.

No smoking room. Smell like smoke. Pool and spa filled in with cement. Trailer full of smelly peed on mattresses in front of my room. No breakfast. No towels. For shower. Tv didn’t work.

The manager Christina was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She charged my family the hotel rate when they extended their stay without explaining this to them- they don’t speak English. She said there was a language barrier and didn’t have to explain anything to the customer. We were rushed off the phone. Their room was only cleaned once after they went to the front office to ask for it to be cleaned! AND they knocked on the door at 8:30am to clean the room the next day! Oh, and they only gave them new towels. Didn’t make the bed or take the trash out. Awful experience. Manager needs to be taught management. Her job is to literally service the customer.

When we checked in they had us set up with a single queen not the 2 but when I showed the front desk they fixed it right away. It was a good experience.
