Front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. Room seems to have been renovated recently. Spacious and comfortable, although if you like to unpack your clothes the only drawers are in the night table, which was a bit odd. And no suitcase rack! The shampoo and conditioner are actually quite nice! Really close to several beautiful places to explore. Definitely would stay here again if I find myself coming to Tucson!

The rooms were clean and staff very friendly.

The room smelled like sewer as soon as we walked in, stains on bathroom tiles, very noisy-thin walls, and bed was super uncomfortable. There also was no hot water on our first night. I couldn’t wait to leave

My second time staying there for college baseball at Kino. Always clean, always friendly staff. I love the quiet location. The lack of handicap entry at the front door. Having to walk further down then back up was an inconvenience for my 80yr old mom who uses a walker. I feel like handicap entry directly at the front door would benefit alot of people.

We have stayed here several times over the last 3-4 years for my child’s college move in and visits. Great place. Clean and spacious for family of 4. On Boradway, a major street with restaurants and shopping. Only bad thing is it is about 20 mins from campus. Other than that a great place to stay.

Hotel was nice. Spacious rooms with kitchenette. Would be great for extended stay. Only stayed 1 night. Wi-fi was lacking, couldnt load content on phone while in room. TV is not a smart tv, so you cant project from you own device or log into your streaming service.

This is a very comfortable place with exceptional staff who made sure we had a pleasant stay. They cheerfully helped us out with doors, internet connections and everything else -- at the front desk, at breakfast and housekeeping. We enjoyed the subtle and sophisticared desert art and decor of the hotel. The breakfast was very good as well and included hot dishes. The practical and efficient coin operated laundry was great experience ! Although located in a secluded area, this property is close to good restaurants. We had a most enjoyable stay and would return.

The shower pressure sucks!

Place was fine for a one night stay. Room was right next to the elevator and was very loud all night long. That and the bed not being very comfortable led to little sleep that night.

This hotel is located in a business office complex. We stayed on a Sunday night and it was very quiet. There are numerous restaurants and retail facilities within walking distance (or only a very short drive away). Great stay!

Every thing was great. The breakfast really hit the spot before we started our day.

We were very happy to find such a clean nice quality hotel. The staff was very accommodating and they helped us have a joining rooms with other family staying with us. The breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel that has a included breakfast. We will definitely recommend and come back again. PS I never give reviews until bow

Coming back to the hotel for the second night we found the outside door hardware separated from the door by about a quarter inch. (Nobody got into the room and nothing was taken. Also even in that state the door could not be opened. Also the overhead light by the kitchenette died the second night. A contract maintenance guy fixed the door hardware next day. He said he’d be back to fix the overhead light, but never came back. We were at the hotel for six nights and had an overall good time in Tucson, but the hotel should have taken care of a relatively minor problem as soon as they could. The front desk did offer us a room change after our notice of the problems, but we did not change rooms.

I am a stickler for having a clean shower as to going barefoot or using shower shoes. I did not need my shower shoes. Thank you.

The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was good. However, they did not have my reservation from hotels.com. In order to get me in a room, they put it on my card and then reversed the charge a few hours later when they were able to get an Expedia card (?) I'm very disappointed in Hotels.com. The King Suite was beautiful and had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed and a full kitchenette with a normal-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. My wife and I loved our stay. The property is located at the back of Williams Center, away from traffic and other noise so it's very romantic. That being said, many restaurants and shops are close-by, within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. Two thumbs up!

Who puts white lights in the rooms??? The beds felt terrible and then we noticed the saggy mattress. Breakfast was poor, no hot coffee at 8.45AM!! Won't recommend or return.

Quiet location set back from a busy thoroughfare. Easy access to most of the city and close to good hiking. The tile floors in the room could have been wet mopped rather than just vacuumed.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. My wife and I visit Tuscon near monthly to visit our daughter in college and are looking for a real reliable place to stay regularly. First let me say that we liked the location being that it was slightly away from the main through street and is situated in a business park. The hotel was clean, the staff are friendly and the continental breakfast tasted great. The only poor review that I would give about our recent say is the water temperature. We had to take lukewarm or cold showers most times when there as we were told by the front desk that “there is a circulation problem” in the hotel. We were told to turn on the faucet in the sink, as well as the kitchenette and then the water faucet in the shower to see if it would resolve the issue……..but it didn’t. If the water temperature issue gets resolved we would definitely stay there several times a year. But after a long day you want to take a nice hot shower and that’s not something I come to expect from Marriott hotels. If this issue gets resolved I’d love to hear back from the hotel and try staying there again.

Couch cover had huge red stain, sensor in the corner of the room had a piece of paper towel covering it, stains on shower curtain, ran out of shampoo (after they had cleaned the room even though we asked them not to), bed was too close to A/C half the room was freezing the other half hot, ice machine out of order, an elevator was out of order. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed out. Nice selection of breakfast foods. Lots of parking and close restaurants and shops. Walls are a little thin, you can hear the person above you. Overall an amazing hotel for the price.

Our only complaint was that bed was awful. It was uncomfortable, super low and very firm. The pillows were so thin we had to request more. Shower water pressure was weak. I would consider going back if i knew the beds were better.

Stayed for only a night but there was some confusion on our booking and they cleared it up really quickly with no issue. Everything was nice and clean and the pool was warm with a nice fireplace to warm up by after getting out of the pool.

Our 4 night stay was ruined by sleepless nights, saggy old mattress, old threadbare bed sheets with holes, extra blankets that looked like something my dog would sleep on, extremely noisy a/c, even after we shut it off, including the fan, it still made a humming sound all night, for the price we paid we expected some luxury.

It was very comfortable place. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, either bacon or sausage and waffles. I enjoyed the whole grain oatmeal with lots of goodies. The room is good size for a suite hotel room.

The property was conveniently located and close to many restaurants. The staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean with a quaint kitchen area. There were many items for breakfast and especially enjoy the waffles. The only thing missing was a jacuzzi, which is one of the most important features we enjoy when staying at a property. Otherwise, it is a very good choice for a few nights.

In a great quiet and safe location. Walkable to several restaurants and close to a mall. The area is quiet and the rooms are quiet. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great central location to get to hiking and also downtown Tucson. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you stay longer periods, they change the sheets every seven days, but service the rooms every other day.

Nice and clean, likes the multiple, carded entrances so we didn't have to trek through the whole place to get to our corner room. One flight of stairs and we were right at our door which was really nice. I also liked how the main entrance also requires your key to enter after hours as well. Felt very safe for the guests as well as the night staff.

Facility is clean and well kept. Our room had a smell to it. We stayed for 3 nights and when we asked after the second night to have our room “refreshed” when we left for the day and we told it was one the list to be done. When we can back at 9:00 pm they hadn’t been in. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels, coffee packets etc

Nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Some of the staff could us a soft skill course.

I would have rated it higher, but we were given a handicapped room when we did not request it. Very spacious, but lacked furnishings.

This hotel was pleasantly clean and tidy. The mini kitchen was stocked with basic dishes and flat wire, and the beds and sofa bed were pretty comfortable. The free breakfast was pretty good with scrambled eggs and waffle bar, etc. Would gladly stay here again.

It was close to where we wanted to be. Only problem was weather related and our room had a water leak from the ceiling.

Our first room looked out to a wall, no view at all. We requested a change and were given a better view. Good breakfast. Hotel is clean and well supplied.

The hotel is very nice. The service was great as well as the breakfast. Everyone was very friendly.

This is a wonderful hotel that I wanted to rate with five stars but it fails on the details. The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. It is a great location. The problems came in the details. The bathroom sink would drain slow and when I brought it to their attention, it didn’t get fixed on the following day so I had ask for a repair again and wait another day. We had to get toilet paper and Kleenex from the desk and the bathroom waste was never emptied. They service the rooms every two days. For breakfast the eggs and sausage were not even warm on one day. If you are taking a shower at 6 AM, the water will only be warm. There is no wall no hot water at that time. When pressing the elevator button to go down to 1st floor in car#2, the button would not hold.

Been here more than once!! It is a good place to stay

I enjoyed my stay at the TownePlace Suites Tucson Williams Centre. The building was clean and quiet. I loved that the gym was 24 hours. The breakfast was good and had different options. I would recommend staying here and I personally would stay here again.

The hotel area and rooms were clean. At check in I was given the wrong room I requested. Unfortunately, they did not have the room I originally requested so was goven an alternative. The breakfast was so so. If We would’ve just gotten the room originally requested this stay would’ve been excellent.
